VivePetResort | Hotel resort para mascotas en Madrid

The experience was wonderful. Aquiles is a dog with a lot of insecurities who struggles quite a bit being away from us, so we were a little worried. However, they treated him with so much love, patience, and understanding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the care he received. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands and that they understood his needs and respected his pace. We are very grateful for everything and, without a doubt, would repeat the experience. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Aquiles! ❤️🐶

Honestly, the place is spectacular. I dropped off my female dogs with no issues, and they sent me an introductory video of their enclosure. They have several enclosures depending on the dog's personality, and I know they had a great time because, upon returning home, they were completely exhausted. This morning they couldn't even move! It will definitely be my daycare choice for the days I have to work late at the office.

We left my dog for 5 days and could only watch the "24/7 cameras" the first morning; after that, you only ever saw empty areas or a single dog, but never our dog. The dog came out limping, with an ulcer on one paw, and nobody cared about it (they didn't even notice). The dog also came out very dirty—could it be because we declined to pay 28 euros for an exit bath? We spoke with them and their excuse was that we didn't call to complain that he wasn't visible, after trying to fool us by saying the cameras weren't working even though employees were clearly seen cleaning. They told us that if we didn't want him dirty, we should pay for the bath, and finally, we sent them the vet report and their response was just that Blastoestimulina ointment is very good. An expensive place that comes nowhere close to the services they sell you.

It is wonderful and such peace of mind to be able to count on you every time I need to leave my dogs. Thank you so much to the whole team for always being so attentive and taking such good care of them!♥️

We love going with our dog. The staff's service is the best. Lovely people.

This is the third time we have boarded our pet here, so I think I can now leave a reliable review. The first time we left her, she was barely 1 year old, just a puppy, and we were super happy both with the treatment we received and the care our pet received. The second time was just this summer for 1 week. The customer service and the care for our pet, Nara, continued to be amazing. This time we tried their grooming/bath service after her stay, and I must say Nara turned out spotless, super clean, and very well-brushed—a totally recommendable service since, being around other dogs who relieve themselves in the same area, like it or not they rub against each other and end up very dirty (this happened to us the other 2 times). Although I highlight the great bath service, I want to point out that given the nightly rate charged for dog boarding, the least they could do is include this bath service. I don't mean for a 1 or 2-day stay... but after boarding for 5-6 nights and paying 300 euros, it would be a nice touch to include this service free of charge upon pick-up. I am not giving 5 stars because both the second time and this time we boarded Nara, the supposed service allowing you to watch your pet during daytime hours via cameras was practically non-existent. The first time it happened, we thought it was a one-off and understandable, but for it to happen again? I understand it might be out of your hands and, as you told me, you passed it along to the IT person... Well, change IT people or lower the nightly price, because those 45 euros we pay include the service of being able to see your pet, and if that is not possible, reduce the rate. It is not normal to have to chase you by calling and asking... You seriously need to look into that aspect, change the IT support, the system, or whatever is needed, but it is unacceptable that after paying the rate, the service doesn't work properly. If I leave her with you instead of other facilities, it is precisely for the peace of mind of being able to see my pet whenever and wherever I want. If that service works terribly, I might as well go to another boarding facility that charges half the price and offers the same care, just without the camera perk. In summary, I totally recommend this boarding facility for your pet, but if you expect to be able to watch them constantly whenever you want, I regret to say that after my two bad experiences that is not the case, and it might be better not to pay that extra and look into the many other boarding options available.

Phenomenal treatment and help with our little dog

We went to the pool with my two female dogs, a Weimaraner and a Dalmatian. The staff was very attentive and friendly, the cafe service was scarce, and the pool was small; it could use a better ramp or a more gradual slope for dogs that have a harder time getting into the water.

Ha sido la primera vez que hemos ido a Vive y seguro volveremos!! Gracias por "malcriar" a la gordita y mimarla mientras estaba ahí para ponerse guapa.

They are very loving with our pets and they come out looking gorgeous from the grooming salon 🥰

My experience was quite disappointing. I went because they were supposedly offering French bulldog puppies for adoption, but the process raised many doubts for me and was nothing like what I understand to be a responsible adoption. The screening process was surprisingly fast, and the way it was handled gave me the feeling that there was quite a rush to get rid of them. In addition, the requested fee seemed exorbitant for an adoption. I have adopted before and had never encountered a similar procedure or terms. The puppies also had a parasite, and since I have other dogs at home, I needed to ensure a safe introduction. Instead of facilitating this transition, they suggested charging "boarding" fees per day if the puppy had to stay there until the parasite cleared up. They didn't provide much information about the puppies either, such as their background or their likely adult size. Being mixed-breed should be the least of concerns in an adoption, but knowing this information is important for making a responsible decision. What surprised me the most was that as soon as I mentioned I was hesitating and needed to think it over, they directly told me not to take it, that it was the best thing I could do. Honestly, I expected a different kind of guidance and understanding during an adoption process. The customer service didn't feel pleasant or warm either. An adoption should focus on the animal's welfare, with transparency, information, and support. Based on my experience, I found none of that and left feeling quite disappointed.

It was the first time we left our dog at a boarding facility. We were very scared because our dog is very attached to us, and honestly, choosing Vive Pet Resort Las Rozas was totally the right decision. Great service and great care, both towards us and our dog. Recommended.

Welcome to daycare... where the free trial also includes an obstacle course through poop! Seeing the state of the floor and the lack of cleanliness, I certainly would not leave my dog here. A picture is worth a thousand words!!

Wonderful first experience at Vive Pets Las Rozas. Nico 🐶 passed the test with flying colors and we hope to return very soon. Congratulations to the whole team!

PERFECT plan to go with your furry friend on a hot day! Incredible service and a 10/10 experience. We especially wanted to express our gratitude to Alba, who took amazingly good care of us, and of course of our dog, who couldn't stop wanting to go to Alba to ask for cuddles. A girl who is very attentive to everything, always there to help everyone without missing a thing. It's a real pleasure like this; you feel comfortable and safe, and in places like these, that is the most important thing, I'd say. Thanks to her, that was our experience and we all had a great time. Thank you for the place, for the attention to every detail, and above all for the care received. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Thank you so much for taking care of and giving so much love to Tiffany and Rey ❤️ We will be back😘

It is unbelievable that, paying what you pay (€50 a day, €300 for 6 days), they fail to do what they were supposed to do after committing to it: giving her her allergy pills, which they didn't give her. As for her ear infection, I don't think they cleaned her ears; I had to remove the photo of the gauze with all the heavy dirt because they wouldn't let me publish it. She still has malassezia in her ears and, at most, they just poured the antibiotic drops without cleaning them first. But her pills to keep her from biting herself were completely forgotten—imagine if it had been an antibiotic they had to administer. Naturally, she now has bites near her tail because missing 6 days causes the treatment to lose its effectiveness. The cone I provided rarely bent, but once she was settled in her room, putting it on properly kept it from folding at night. At home it never bent; because she was with other dogs in the yard, it got bent—meaning they hardly watched or cared for her at all. And all the guidelines set by my vet were written down; it was only 6 nights, and if it had been longer it would have been the same. Obviously, given the high price, being unsatisfied makes you even more upset. General & Handling Instructions: ● Physical Protection: It is essential to keep the patient in an Elizabethan collar continuously to prevent licking, scratching, or tampering with the lesions, as well as keeping the protective bandage on. ● Systemic / Otic Treatment: ○ Numelvi 21.6mg: 1 tablet every 24 hours (which they did not give; a 90-pill medication costing €300). ○ Leti Granada Cleaner: twice daily before administering treatment. ○ Mitex: 5 drops every 12 hours after cleaning secretions. CHECK-UP RECOMMENDED WEDNESDAY–THURSDAY. Document issued by a licensed veterinarian. Conclusion: If your pet needs medical treatment, this is not the right place. Even though the on-call vet they work with is good—I had to request that she examine her for an ongoing wound that required nearly three months of antibiotics to clear a tough bacterial infection (which is why we couldn't take vacations before), and she checked and treated it even though the wound is now closed and free of bacteria. Good thing I told the boarding staff not to touch the wound or remove the cone, and I did request the facility's vet to check on her midweek. However, if they see that the cone is folding, once they put her in her room they should have adjusted it properly so it wouldn't fold while she was alone, and they should have monitored her a bit more. Also, it appears she barely ate; they returned a lot of her kibble and mentioned this to me, so who knows if they placed the food bowl against the wall so she couldn't reach food and water with the cone on, or if she was depressed—we will never know. What is certain is that they returned the pills to me; they forgot them despite having my vet's report and protocol, treating her like a healthy dog without caring about the consequences. Reaching out to the owner on WhatsApp wouldn't have hurt. They send daily videos, and I had to message them via WhatsApp because I saw in one video that her cone was pushed back; I had to initiate contact by calling (which they didn't answer) until they finally replied promptly on WhatsApp so I could tell them to fix her cone.

We had a great time with my dog.

During the time Earth stayed with them, I felt completely at ease. The facility has professional staff who clearly love animals. Several of the caretakers knew mine by name, even though it was high season and they had quite a few dogs staying there. They were super friendly at all times and sent me daily videos of both the walks I had booked (special mention to the guy who walked him for his good humor and friendliness) and some of the moments he spent out in the garden. My dog is very good, but he is reactive to other dogs, so he had to be on his own; even though he behaved well, they did not mix him with others, just as I had requested. In short, our experience with Vivepets Las Rozas was very good—the hotel, the walks, and the grooming—and whenever we need to use their services again, we definitely will. We recommend it.

Four years ago this resort cost €30 and the dogs were looked after much better. Now every time I leave him the cameras don't work; it happened to me for a whole weekend in February and now this week. You ask for videos and, just like in February, now they don't send them either. The difference is that now it's not €30 anymore, it's €50, and for a service they claim you have but you don't: no videos, no daily updates on how your dog is doing, nothing. Plus, they're the first in line to charge you: this time I left him in San Sebastián de los Reyes, we paid, and three hours after paying they tell me the facility is closing and they are moving my dog to another Vive Pet Resort. They've known this for a while—let me know, tell me beforehand, and I'll make the decision whether to leave him or not... but instead we pay, drop him off, and three or four hours later they call us saying this issue came up... it doesn't seem normal to me. On top of that, the cameras aren't working because the center is closing... I pay €50 so my dog is cared for and I can see him on the cameras... plus they tell me my dog eats very little (I already know that), yet in four days he ate two kilos of food that I brought? That usually lasts my dog 20 days or more, not four days... Honestly, I will never leave him there again nor do I recommend it... it's not like it was four years ago... extremely dissatisfied with the service they provide...

I liked the pool, I had a great time and Alba was very kind for my first time. A hug, we'll go back another summer 🥰🥰🥰

Alba did treat us politely. She provides good service and is attentive to the dogs. Very professional. I'm sorry the rest of the staff isn't like that.

Always at peace leaving my dogs at Vive Pets. Daily videos allow you to see them and know that they are also enjoying their vacation.

We were very comfortable, and both we and Tai are looking forward to coming back!!!

Dogs barking the entire time, from 4:00 PM when I entered the dog pool area until 7:30 PM when we left.

My pet stayed at this facility for two weeks and the experience was not what we expected. When we picked her up, she had injuries that she didn't have when we dropped her off. What worried us most was the lack of information and a clear explanation of what happened. Especially considering the cost we paid for the dog's stay in what we believed would be a good place. Not recommended.

My dog almost didn't make it back home, not recommended at all

My dog came back with several bites all over his body; I left him for 15 days. I have to say the facilities are good, but for what it costs, they should keep a closer eye on the dogs so these things don't happen. Not leaving them unattended and failing to notice problems among the other dogs. Disgraceful!

The other day my partner picked up our puppy, and honestly, the conditions are disgraceful. The dogs are crammed together in tiny cages, they barely get any outside time, and on the cameras, you can only see the area where they go outside—you can't see them for the rest of the day!! The place is dirty, as the dogs' pee runs into the other cages, and it is far too hot in the area where they keep them locked up. Considering what they charge, the conditions the dogs are kept in are a complete disgrace—it is terrible! We will never return. They must not have given him the food we provided, because right now the dog is vomiting and we had to take him to the vet for that very reason. A complete disgrace!!

My two dogs Uma and Chloe were wonderfully cared for. The team was always attentive to all their needs and sent us videos every day so we could see them.

We had a great time, Rolo loved it, even though at first he was scared of getting into the pool. The place is great.

My dog had a great time running and playing. Even though she wasn't too fond of the water, we will be back. Good price for taking her to the pool from time to time.

Excessive allowed capacity, and when faced with reactive dogs and owners who take no accountability, they say nothing. The rest of the dog families end up leaving the tiny enclosure... it's not worth it, due to poor space management, sometimes less is more... by trying to earn more from a single day of newcomers, they lose out on steady income from families who would return and would respect limited capacity. Sometimes, quite often, less is more...

Today was the first time we took Mabel, a Labrador who is a guide dog, to the dog pool. She couldn't have been haaaappppier, and we were thrilled to see her enjoy it so much. Plus, swimming is wonderful for her because she's starting to have joint problems. A wonderful experience and we will definitely repeat. The people and their doggies were a 10/10 as well. I want to thank Alba for her kindness at all times.

I must say that, this being our third year visiting, we think there are still things that could be improved, such as having a monitor or mediator to maintain order in the pool area in case any incident occurs. The dogs entering are supposed to be sociable, but this is already the second time we've experienced behavioral issues with other dogs showing too much aggression. They should separate the large dogs from the small and medium ones, not mix them all together at once. Lastly, they should remove tennis balls from the pool area; I find it dangerous both for people due to slipping hazards if stepped on, and for dogs in case they swallow them.

I recommend it. Very good place to go with dogs, they have a great time, and mine at least forgot about the ball for a few hours. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I didn't like that they didn't ask for my dog's vaccination/health record.

Vive Pet Las Rozas is the best place to board your pets. We have been trusting them with our little ones for almost 3 years now; the best part of all is that they always keep us updated with daily videos.

You can tell that the staff really loves dogs and enjoys taking care of them. My dogs are happy to go to Vive.

I loved the staff's treatment; they are always very friendly and attentive. For me, it is important to know how she is doing at all times, and they send you a link so you can watch them through their cameras when they are in the garden, etc. Caye came back tired but happy. Very organized in returning all of her labeled belongings. It is also appreciated that they offer the option of bathing them before pick-up.

Very happy. They cut our Bichon Bruno's hair, very affectionate with him. They left him looking great and the price was very reasonable. 😍

The best spa I know, friendliness, affection towards the fur babies, interest and excellent care, swimming pool and guaranteed fun, I only have good things to say, a 10/10 INDIE & BALOO

I just came with my dog. After making the trip, I enter the premises because there's a sign that says to come in, but there's nobody to assist. There are people with their dogs bathing and others in the shade. I stand there waiting because there is a fence, and a girl comes out with a little dog and takes it to the back. She comes back, sees me, and completely ignores me, actling like I wasn't even there. I thought, well, now someone will come out to help me, but nothing. And through all this, lots of dogs barking, which I assume are the ones in daycare. And after waiting for a while with nobody coming out, my dog and I left. A complete disappointment.

I'm not giving it 0 stars only because it won't let me. We went with high hopes on Saturday, August 1st, for the afternoon pool slot with our dogs. It turned out to be packed, the space was much smaller than expected, and there were tons of off-leash dogs. Well, we didn't even make it inside the premises! We didn't see it as viable for our small dog since she is a rescue and was previously abused! They didn't give a damn about refunding our whopping 64 euros, claiming they couldn't, despite there being no cancellation policy anywhere on their website. 0 out of 10, do not go, that pool seems like a cult. Everyone looked at us in disgust, a bunch of pretentious snobs…

We took our large dog to this hotel for a few days and were very happy with the service, the communication, and the care received.

Very affectionate with the dogs and daily videos

Professional and with very good service. We will be back

It looks like Kinder, our little dog, had a wonderful stay. Zero problems. She will definitely come back.

They are overwhelmed. They take in more pets than they can handle. They never answer the phone. They don't show you the facilities, nor do they tell you the camera schedules to see your dog. The first time I left him, I had to chase after them just to get the link to view him. The second time, they sent me the link a day late, apologizing because they were swamped. I couldn't see him all weekend because I tried calling to find out when he was going out to the yard and there was no way, which, considering what you pay (I don't mind the price as long as I know I'll be able to see him), but for this, I'd rather take him to another boarding kennel that is a thousand times cheaper. €115 for two nights plus an extended morning because we picked him up around 2:00 PM, and without seeing him the entire weekend. Grooming is separate; they quoted us €36, but when we went to pick him up they wanted to charge us €46—thankfully, we ended up paying €36. I should also mention that they didn't ask for any vaccination records (part of the blame is mine since I should have informed myself, this being my first dog), and, as expected, he caught kennel cough. He is on antibiotics now. It's a shame when places go so viral, because the concept of being able to see him on the cameras is great, they have a pool for dogs that enjoy the water (not my dog's case), and the staff is very friendly. Either they change their course, or it will be just another business that, in the long run, will deteriorate.

Our Nugget was so happy!! And we were very at ease. Excellent facilities, and all the staff are super lovely and professional!! Thanks a million

We have been relying on the Vive Pet team for years to care for our dogs during those times when logistics make it impossible to bring them along on our getaways. Before, it was just with our dog Taylor, a nearly 15-year-old Jack Russell who returns from what we call 'camp' as if he were a young, energetic pup. Now we have a new addition to the family, and with our 7-month-old Bodeguero Zazú, it's been amazing how they've handled it—especially being able to see through their webcams that they were doing well and, above all, TOGETHER! At home, they tolerate each other but don't interact. Without a doubt, it is the perfect place to leave the most important furry members of the family. 100% trust and excellent care!

I got tickets to go to the pool with my border collie and it was a complete success. He had a blast. It is very well equipped with poop bags, balls, etc., plus the bar is fantastic. We will definitely be back!

My dog couldn't be happier at daycare with her friends! The caregivers are lovely and she is always happy to go!

We adopted a 3-month-old puppy that doesn't have great bite inhibition, but they put us in touch with Mark and it was incredible. They also offer a more private in-home service, and it sounds bad to say, but the touch and skill this man has with animals is unbelievable. I would ask him to move in with us, but I imagine he'd be missed, and honestly, the training is for us, not the animal. I have no doubt that I will definitely use them again.

We had a great time at the pool as a family and with our doggy. The staff was very friendly. Alba, the girl at the snack bar, was wonderful with us and even helped us when our dog got a little nervous. We will definitely be back

I booked the pool; the first time I couldn't make it, they gave me the option to go at any point during the month. A second time, I wasn't able to go either. Without me even asking, they refunded the amount. Excellent professionals. And 10/10 customer service. I recommend them, without a doubt.

It's like their second home; they have a wonderful time at daycare and we really like the service they offer. Paloma is a wonderful groomer.

Very fun and very pretty.

Truth be told, we were very comfortable. Alba at the pool took care of us the entire time, very attentive to everything. If I had to point out one flaw, the pool was a bit dirty. They should have a more powerful filtration system. But well, being a place for furry friends, it's normal. We will be back.

We are very happy to leave Pepper with you; we know the care is excellent because she is always very happy when she sees you again. We enjoy and are glad to receive the videos you send every day.

First time coming here. Alba assisted us and was always very attentive with everything. We will definitely be back.

For almost 5 years I had been taking my dog to this hotel, and overall we were happy. There was an almost complete staff turnover and, even though it didn't inspire the same confidence in us, we kept taking him. The last time we went to pick him up, they told us everything was fine and that he was a very good dog. As soon as he got into the car, the dog threw up, but we didn't think much of it because it was very hot and it could have just been the excitement of the moment. Throughout the afternoon, the dog threw up 6 more times, and his rib cage and distended abdomen were clearly visible. Looking at the vomit, we realized that what he was throwing up wasn't his food, which needs to be a special hydrolyzed protein kibble. It was evident that the dog was unwell, so at midnight we decided to take him to the ER. They did X-rays and an ultrasound, and his stomach was completely full of food, but fortunately there was no free fluid or gastric torsion. I let the hotel know the next day, and after almost half a day, the caretaker called to apologize and tell me that my dog had managed to access another dog's food, but that they hadn't thought that much was missing—meaning they knew what had happened, but at the time of pickup they told me NOTHING. They never asked how my dog was doing again. I sent them the X-rays and told them I felt the bare minimum would have been to offer to cover the €300 in vet bills, but they told me they couldn't assume that cost. Fortunately, my dog is fine now, but something much worse could have happened, and knowing what took place, THEY SAID NOTHING TO ME. I obviously do not recommend this place and will not bring my dog back, because I find them negligent and they have shown zero empathy.

My dog has stayed at this hotel more than 7 times, and one of those was at Vive Sanse, though that was over a year ago! The first thing that caught my attention when dropping him off was that virtually none of the previous staff were left. My dog is a 3-year-old Labrador, quite energetic so he requires effort, but he is sociable with dogs, cats, and people alike. I was surprised by their questions, as if they had never seen him before, and by an unpleasant look from one of the caretakers because my dog was barking and nervous; even so, trusting them as I always had, I decided to leave him. They even asked if he bites! I have boarded my dog there more than 7 times, which shows just how much they know about dogs—especially given that they supposedly already knew him. My disgust and anger stem from the fact that I left him for 4 days, during which they kept him completely isolated in a kennel! During those days, I wasn't able to see him a single time: first because they didn't give me camera access until 8 PM, then because I didn't have access to where he was kept, and later because the feed supposedly wasn't working or he wasn't there anymore. From Thursday until today I was discussing the situation with them; first thing Friday morning they told me they would see which group suited him, and on Saturday they told me he had to be alone because there were many unspayed females in heat and he isn't neutered! Those who boast about grouping dogs by neutered vs. intact, or high-energy vs. calm—now it turns out that my dog, during peak season at full occupancy, is supposedly the only intact male there. I've been bringing up the issue since Thursday, and all I received from Vive were two 1-minute videos, which must be the total amount of time they took him out to play in an enclosure. After all this, what infuriates me even more is that they take me for a fool. Completely unqualified staff! To keep my dog in a kennel for 4 days and only let him out into a yard for 2 minutes the whole time, I could just take him to any cheap place if I didn't care about his well-being. On top of that, it was paid in advance without the service being properly provided! I would swear that according to the contract they should refund the money, and what did they do for me? They waived the charge for the bath they gave him—which, by the way, having been locked alone in a kennel, wouldn't have even been necessary! My dog is extremely important to me, and of course I am not letting this slide, because judging by other reviews, this situation is becoming all too common. This cannot be tolerated, and the level of animal care being provided needs to be thoroughly audited! The practices they are currently using are definitely not the ones they used to have, that's for sure! Naturally, I plan to file an official complaint so what is happening at this facility is properly investigated. I've brought Baloo here far too many times not to realize that he didn't come out the same as on previous stays! Read the reviews carefully, because many are about the pool where the owner is present the entire time, and many others shared nowadays are either from months ago when the place was great, or they are being made up! I feel compelled to edit and update this review once more! After filing a complaint through the Community of Madrid and receiving a response from this company, it only confirms even more that if you love your animals... please, do not take them there! They respond with lies! It takes serious nerve for them to claim that after filing the complaint, I brought my dog back again! That is an absolute lie, and I hope they can prove otherwise in court! What is happening at this boarding facility truly deserves a thorough investigation, because I now question the animals' welfare. They make up that the webcams aren't part of the contracted service when that's supposedly the main reason people choose them. They claim it's a lie that I couldn't see my dog at any point, even though I have the proof to back it up! And that's how it is with everything they say! Do not trust them under any circumstances! They have pending lawsuits! I urge you to carefully read the negative reviews! I find it very suspicious that lately all the positive reviews happen to be edited ones...

We can only thank you with all our hearts for how you treated our dogs (our girls). Seeing them so happy means they had a great time, as always. A little more, and they would have gotten right back in the car with the person who brought them (lovely, by the way, just like all the staff). Thank you so very much 😘

Delighted with Mark's help in getting us to change certain bad habits of our Golden. Now he walks more calmly with the guidance he gave us and doesn't bark as much at other dogs

Thank you, Irene and Paula, for the trust and kindness you conveyed to us this first time leaving Scotty there.

It's small, both the pool and the seating or eating area outside the pool area. At times it can feel overwhelming. The best part is that we're all dog owners, so we understand and help each other. It's a bit expensive, both the tickets and, for example, a can of soda is €3. You can bring food, but you have to eat it outside the pool enclosure. It's good for doing something different for a day with your dog, but you won't be relaxed. The person working there is friendly.

I took my dog Sasha to daycare, then she stayed at the hotel for a few days, and I really liked the care given to my dog. I will definitely return and will undoubtedly recommend it to the dogs around me.

This is the third time we've brought Leo. It gives us great peace of mind to be able to see him through the webcams they provide access to. Plus, every morning we received a video from one of the caretakers who are with them. He looks happy, active, and gets along very well with the other dogs. Thank you for taking care of him and for giving us all the updates we always needed. See you again in August.

Great pool!

My dog had a great time in the pool, it was his first time

Very good experience

Be careful, the staff turnover is so constant that you no longer know if it's a company or an ongoing casting call... quite a masterclass in exemplary leadership! They have more complaints than satisfied customers, even if that doesn't show up on Instagram. All about appearances, very little accountability. Do not leave your pets here; there is a shocking video circulating on social media. There are many places where they can care for your pets with LOVE, and this certainly isn't one of them!

Very happy, I left my 12-year-old dogs at the resort for 6 nights. They hadn't stayed at a hotel in over 10 years, so I was worried about how they would do, but their experience—and ours—couldn't have been better, knowing how well cared for they were, the affection they were treated with, and the attentiveness of the staff. The cameras are a huge plus. I am truly very grateful; in the videos they sent me, they looked more than happy, and all of this gave me great peace of mind. We have now found our trusted place. Heartfelt thanks.

They are very friendly and the facilities are great. The pool is very nice, and my dog, who is basically an otter, enjoys it so much. They also have daycare, grooming, and a vet if you need one. We attended a first aid course, and it was practical, engaging, and constructive. You become aware of the risks that exist for your pet and learn how to act if they ever need help.

Horrible! If you want your dog to be okay, do not leave them here. Dogs die forgotten in their care, they neglect the dogs—at night, only 1 person for 140 dogs? Seriously? With what people pay, to have them locked in cages among pee and poop and not hire enough staff so the animals can be well taken care of? With what you charge people... I can assure you it's possible, because of people like you who are scumbags and scammers... and I say this knowing of workers who have left that place, and people who have taken their pets there, dogs returning with injuries, fairly severe psychological issues, and thank God those actually made it home. And now what? You take puppies to sell them and claim you are giving them up for "adoption"? I truly hope people open their eyes and stop bringing their beloved pets to you... if they really love them, they wouldn't leave them here.

It was the first time I left my puppy with them and to be honest, I had a lot of doubts because there are some rather harmful reviews. But having tried their service, I couldn't have left my dog in better hands. Since he is such a baby (5 months old) I was a bit hesitant, but they answered all my questions at all times. Even when I messaged them on WhatsApp about an issue, I got an immediate and super kind response from them. I watched him at all times on the cameras, they sent me a daily video to show he was content and happy, and I can attest that he had a blast (in the car on the way back he slept like a log the entire ride 😂). You can tell they are great professionals and that they adore animals by seeing how they treat them. So without a doubt, if needed in the future, Morgan will stay with them again, and he'll be thrilled. In fact, when we went to pick him up, the caregiver brought him to us, and when he walked back out to get his things, Morgan followed happily behind him. I think that if he did that, it's because he had a great time; dogs are the most sincere creatures there can be when it comes to people and how they are treated❤️. I have to give a special shoutout to Mark, who was truly attentive to Morgan, knowing I was worried like a 'first-time mom 😂', and was super caring at all times ❤️. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of him, and sorry for the long post, but I think when such good service is provided it's necessary to share it and elaborate. Thank you! 🥰

Phenomenal, you can tell they care for our pets in a very professional and loving way.

It was the first time I took my dog to be washed, and they were super kind to us. We will definitely be back. Carolina was wonderful with her!

Wonderful in every way. It was Shaggy's first time at a daycare and the experience was super great. Thank you to everyone!

We signed CoCo up for individual training because, besides being a super sweet dog, he has a couple of minor behavioral issues that we'd like to address. Marc came to our home and already after the first session we see a difference. They seem like simple tips that are also very logical, but once they are explained to you and you see how that affects CoCo's behavior... wow. On to the second session!

I'm giving 5 stars because infinite stars aren't an option. A few months ago, due to life circumstances, I lost my family, except for Radi, who has always been one of us. This week he stayed at Vive for a few days because I had to travel for work; I have nothing but words of gratitude for how they care for the dogs. Leaving him there brought me peace of mind and tranquility, a place where everyone working there gives 200% to take care of them and give them all the love in the world... Thank you to everyone. I wrote this review a year ago, and today I reaffirm it once again. Thanks to all the people who take care of the dogs at Vive Pet, there are no words to describe the peace and calm that comes from leaving Radi in their hands in my case... I respect other people's reviews, but they do not match the truth. Of course, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

They groomed my Cocker, Becker, and I can say they left him looking ready to compete and win a championship all over again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. We used to take our little dog to the daycare at Vive Pet Chamberí when it still belonged to its previous owner and was called La Guaurderia. We never had any problems. Later, the business was acquired by Vive Pet and was renamed Vive Pet Chamberí. From that moment on, the service clearly got worse. We were surprised that the new caretakers didn't even know the dogs' names and that there was no coordination among them regarding basic things, such as whether the animals had eaten or not. The situation reached an unacceptable point when one day we went to pick up our dog and found her CRYING LOCKED INSIDE HER CRATE. The explanations they gave us were quite bizarre: they said that the dog herself had asked to go inside and that she was aggressive, and that we had already said she was like that on walks (never). We are talking about a 3.8 kg little dog, who also doesn't show any aggressive behavior at her current daycare. Given what happened, we decided we would not take her back. The center told us they would refund the money from the voucher package we had paid for in advance. However, four months later and after repeatedly requesting it through every possible channel, WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VOUCHER REFUND. A very disappointing experience and completely unprofessional management. They do not care about animals at all, nor do they know how to take care of them.

It was the first time I had left my dog at a daycare. Without a doubt, I would leave them with them again. Very attentive care, open from Monday to Sunday, which in my case was a plus, and they send you direct links to see live how your dog is doing. A very good experience 👌

Wonderful experience. They couldn't be more loving with the dogs. Thank you from Cholo

I have a very large dog who usually doesn't get along well with other dogs, but whenever we leave her at VivePets we see that she is wonderfully cared for and making little friends :). We always have great peace of mind, and being able to check on her on the camera during the day helps a lot too. We will definitely be back!

We are still waiting for the payments to arrive while the owner of these premises spends it on getting breast implants.

Wonderful treatment from all the staff! I will definitely leave him there again whenever I need to. Thank you so much for taking such good care of little Lucca!

They take care of your pet as if it were you. They keep you updated daily with live videos and pictures. Highly recommended.

So far, very good. You can tell they treat the dogs with affection and that they truly care. It's a lifesaver for me so I can go to work 2 days a week. I will keep using it. Update (January 22, 2025): It's my go-to place to leave my German Shepherd, completely trustworthy, with a special mention for Yolanda who has a wonderful touch. I know he is well cared for and loved.

Horrible! 50 euros a night just for her to come home with an injury. In December we had to board my dog twice. The first time, when she got home, she couldn't stop eating and drinking, as if they hadn't fed her the food I left or given her enough water. The second time was even worse, because in addition to the food and water issue, she had a wound on her snout. She spent two days sleeping nonstop the entire time, as if she hadn't been able to rest at all while she was there. It keeps getting worse and it's a shame, because years ago it was much better. Needless to say, seeing how they treat the dogs and that I'm not the only one leaving a bad review, I will not be returning, and of course, I won't recommend it to anyone who asks me.

Good service. Good hours and willingness to help.

A complete nightmare!! On the cameras, I saw how, for a whole hour (literally), another dog tried to mount mine while my dog was defending itself, and nobody there did a thing. During that hour, I kept calling and texting via WhatsApp, and no one answered (during their supposed open hours and customer service time). People from the hotel of the same chain in San Sebastián de los Reyes helped me and contacted them to separate the dogs. What they did was take mine away and lock him up alone for the rest of his stay; they didn't even take him out to the garden to relieve himself, leaving him there to avoid further issues and forcing him to live among his own pee and poop. Of course, they haven't given me even half an explanation. When we picked him up, my dog came out with extreme anxiety, and now he barks and gets defensive around every dog he crosses paths with. They do not watch or supervise the dogs; they just have lots packed with dogs and collect the cash! From what I see, these are recurring behaviors in many reviews... it's not just that it's not recommended, it's a place where they don't care for the animals, and they are neither safe nor in a clean environment!!!

Disastrous! It's a pound at exorbitant prices. Do not take your dogs there!!

Unfortunately, I have to edit my review from over a year ago, and from what I read, I'm not the only one who has noticed this over recent months. It is such a shame to see the negative turn Vive Pet has taken this past year. Originally, it was a great place, with good facilities, good handlers, and a staff that paid attention to the smallest details. They always sent you webcam links so you could watch your dog, sent a daily video of the handlers playing with them, etc. Sadly, all of that has changed... first came a price increase (which, honestly, is the least of it); the real issue is that the price hike came with a steady decline in services. They stopped sending the webcam links—if you kept insisting, maybe you eventually got them (or maybe not)—the videos with the staff disappeared, and the final straw was the change to the boarding schedule policy. They must think a dog hotel is just like a standard human hotel rather than an extended daycare service (which is what it should be), with "check-in" starting at 3:00 PM and "check-out" from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Previously, you could drop off your pup starting at 9:30-10:00 AM and pick them up as late as 7:30 PM the following day. Not anymore, which makes this service completely useless for those of us who relied on it. In short, you now pay more money to leave your dog for almost half the hours, all while the quality of service is in clear decline. The loss of trust in our case has been huge, leaving us no choice but to find a new daycare, which we are very happy with. It's a real shame, and I hope they can get back to what they once were someday. Unfortunately, I don't see us bringing our dog back there, at least for now.

Our experience with the grooming service is a 10 out of 10 every single time. Paloma is always very affectionate, and you can tell because the dog is delighted to go with her. The dog comes out looking gorgeous and happy, which gives us peace of mind knowing he is happy during his bath and feels safe in her hands. Thank you very much, Paloma, for how well you treat Togo.

It is no longer like it was a couple of years ago; the service has declined a lot, whereas before it was friendlier and more personalized. Add to that the fact that prices have increased disproportionately. I won't be leaving my dogs there again; I will try other places!

My wife dropped our dog off in July, and it was an awful experience. They assured us that he would receive personalized care and attention, as we explained he was an unsocialized puppy, and they promised they would be careful, keep an eye on him, and help him integrate into the group. However, watching through the cameras, we realized they had completely forgotten about him; additionally, the dogs were enclosed most of the time in a filthy area covered in urine, in truly deplorable conditions. Because of this, after just three days, I had to arrange for someone to pick up my dog early, despite having already paid for the entire stay in advance (as they required). This was extremely upsetting and made things very complicated since we were traveling; fortunately, we found someone who could take him in as an emergency until we returned. We filed a complaint and they assured us by email that they would refund part of the money for the nights my dog did not stay there, but we haven't received anything at all yet. After 6 months and numerous emails, we are still waiting for our money from these scammers!!!

Seriously? €45/night for a dog? I'm shocked.

Excellent boarding facility, pleasant place to spend time with your furry friends, very well attended by the staff, and good facilities.

Paloma left Teo and Luna looking very handsome.

Very good grooming service, we are thrilled!

I was reluctant to write this review because it's true that I have never picked up my dog in bad condition. However, for some time now, there has been a noticeable decline in the service. First of all, the way the caretakers treat you when dropping off the dog leaves a lot to be desired. Unmotivated staff, dirty looks, huffing, negative comments, as if they didn't want to be there… All in front of the customer. It feels like they're doing you a favor by helping you; it makes a very bad impression. The interaction with reception was fine. They have now moved the reception to a different building, and not knowing this, we went straight to where it used to be since the door was open (the area that leads to where the animals are kept) and there were no other signs. We could have walked all the way to the back of the facilities, and nobody noticed we had been there for 10 minutes, despite there being cameras. We finally called by phone and they clarified the new location of the reception. This leaves me uneasy knowing that anyone from the street could access where the animals are kept. At the end of the stay, they hand over your dog with a simple 'he was fine' and goodbye. Previously, you could really tell how much attention was paid to the animals during their stay. None of the service that made this boarding facility stand out as one of the best remains the same; ever since the managers Ana and Patri (an absolute delight) and the rest of the caretakers left, it has gone downhill. Honestly, I will look for another place with better service that matches the price.

My Toby's experience at the hotel has been excellent, from the round-trip transportation to the spa, very grateful, my Toby will return

Impressive. They took super good care of her!! A very clean place... with incredible treatment of the animals. I was able to see my dog live every day on their YouTube channel. They truly care and send updates on how she is doing. And if anything is wrong, they have the vet check her out!!!! Very grateful for their great work!

They processed Lolo's adoption super quickly, take super good care of the dogs, and are wonderful.

Very good. The staff is very, very friendly

I want to express my gratitude for the care my pet received in every aspect, whom I had to drop off quickly because I had to take care of myself. As always: thank you very much.

Very good experience with Carolina's treatment and work with our dog. Without a doubt, we will return to bathe our dog.

We are very happy with Vive Pets; Kira was calm and very well cared for. This isn't the first time I've left her there, it's been more than 5 times, and we are super satisfied because I feel confident and have peace of mind since they keep us updated on how my dog Kira is doing through videos, messages, photos, etc. A 10/10!!

Whenever I travel, I take my furry ones there. My dogs have been delighted and my kitties extremely well cared for, thrilled to be able to go out to the solarium and enjoy a bit of fresh air, which they can't do at home. In fact, whenever my cat comes back home, he is even mad about having to return, hahaha!

A cozy place, with loving and very willing staff.

It is super nice, very centrally located, and you can see the quality of care for the animals and facilities. In the pool, the dogs look entertained and happy; we like it very much.

Always a pleasure whenever Canela visits the pet hotel. Affectionate and very professional with the animals. Great to be able to see your pet all day long on video.

Unbeatable service, we were away for two weeks and our dog received love and lots of attention. The day we went to pick her up, she wanted to stay with Sara, her caregiver at Vivepet Las Rozas. We are very grateful for so much dedication.

Super attentive to the doggies, and they keep us humans updated on everything. The pups play non-stop and come home happy ❤️

It is the first time Teo has been treated so well. Paloma has been wonderful.

For what it costs, given how high the price is compared to other places, it is not worth it. All the dogs are in one room separated by crates; they can see each other, the crates are right next to each other, and they aren't very big. The only outdoor access they get is when staff take them out to the dog runs, those fenced yards where they spend all day. My dog isn't meant to be out there for that long at all; she needs to rest and relax, and she was super stressed when we picked her up. It's not about the money—I would have paid whatever was necessary for her to be calm—but here you pay premium prices and get something super basic. It's my fault for assuming that, for that price, the dogs would be in separate rooms, not crates stacked side by side. I only saw the inside when I went to pick her up, but I can tell you that if I had seen it beforehand, I wouldn't have left her there. My dog is friendly but shy, and it took her 3 days to unwind from the stress of being cooped up in there. I've boarded her at other places before and she never experienced as much stress as she did here. I mentioned it to the girl at pickup, and she told me dogs suffer more when separated; honestly, assuming all dogs are the same and have the exact same needs seems like a very poor assessment, to say the least. The staff member who assisted me and showed me the facilities was great, no complaints there. Although I asked them not to feed my dog the day I picked her up and they forgot to write it down, we were talking about many things and I understand an oversight. Still, paying that much money for a place like this? I will not be coming back. There are places where dogs have their own room and a little patio to go in and out, in addition to their walks. Plus, at this place they don't really do walks as such; they just let them out into fenced-in enclosures in the yard, but they aren't walks where they take them out on a half-hour stroll. They just leave them in the outdoor area and that's it. Basically like being in a dog run. Not to mention the cameras, where you can barely see anything. You only see the 3 dogs that are outside in the "larger" area closest to the camera, but nothing else; you can't see anything in the back areas. I didn't see my dog even once. I do not recommend it at all. I wish I had read the warning reviews before leaving her there. ======== EDIT TO REPLY TO VIVE PETS Among the options offered to me when booking the stay, you stated in a WhatsApp message: "🐾Individual rooms: they eat and sleep individually. If there are two siblings, they sleep together." They are not in individual rooms; they are in individual crates in a room with many other dogs. I think there is a huge difference between what you imply and what you actually have. Regarding doing a trial stay, in my case that was not possible because we live in Valencia and, due to work, I had to be in Madrid for a few days before heading to another city. I couldn't travel from Valencia just to view the facilities beforehand, which is why I trusted what your messages said without suspecting anything shady. Now it is clear why you don't have a single photo of the interior on your website or social media. The staff who assisted me were lovely. It is the facilities and your misleading marketing that make the experience such a disappointment.

Please, research very thoroughly. They make it look very nice, yes, that's true. I took my dog for a week in the summer, and when we went to pick him up, he had lost weight, was sad, and it turned out he was sick. We took him straight to the vet. Luckily, we were advised to vaccinate him against kennel cough beforehand. I spent practically more than a month and a half dealing with vet checkups, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and eye drops for his eyes, which were also infected. I called them and told them. Yes, my dog is very cute, but the care was deplorable. I don't know if it's because he's small or if that's just how they operate. They put on a front that isn't real. I had a really bad time and I never took him back again. The video they send you—sure, they'll try to show him outside with other dogs, but little else. Deplorable based on our experience. Lucky are those who comment that your dogs had a good time. Our experience was very deplorable, until my dog finally recovered from how sick he was when he left there. DEPLORABLE!!!!!!! I WOULDN'T BRING HIM BACK EVEN FOR FREE. SUPPOSEDLY THEY HAVE ALL THE SERVICES, INCLUDING A VET, YET THEY DIDN'T NOTICE HE WAS SICK, THAT HE WASN'T EATING, AND SO ON. SHAMEFUL. WE HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE TIME UNTIL HE RECOVERED.

We just picked up our little dog from Vive Pet Resort, although the word 'resort' is a joke to me. First of all, they don't inform you that your dog will be stuck in a dog run/play yard all morning, with everything that entails. All kinds of dogs mixed together, completely unattended, some rougher or more bothersome than others. Watching through the cameras, I could see my dog pacing in circles from pure STRESS and overarousal, not playing with any dog, not lying down, panting, tail tucked between her legs… completely unacceptable. Just so others don't go through the same thing: we've taken our dog to a trainer since she was a puppy, and we were always advised that dog parks/runs aren't the best place because, even if it's an open area, every dog has a different temperament and can react unpredictably. Dogs need to rest, not spend hours and hours in a pen under the assumption that they are 'socializing'—if they glanced at the cameras even briefly, they would see that's not the case at all. Anyone knowledgeable about dog training knows it's not healthy for a dog to be locked behind fences for hours on end thinking they're socializing. Maybe it works for a few, but in my experience, not for most. Dogs need REST after a walk, but let's be honest, there are no walks here whatsoever. Furthermore, the very first thing my dog did when we got home was dash to her water bowl; she was completely parched. She's very smart, and if she came home that thirsty, it's because they didn't provide water while they were kept in that awful pen. I only brought my dog here because our trusted boarding facility was closed for a few days for vacation, but never again. Just as I gave my regular daycare a five-star review after leaving her for 18 days during a long trip, I am posting this review so nobody experiences what I did: if you love your dog, do not bring them here. On top of that, we had to be the ones asking for the webcam link, when they should proactively provide all the information given the small fortune you pay. Of course, I will not return and I do not recommend it, at least not if you care about your furry friend.

The best second home for your "little ones". They are lovely, professional, love their job, and pamper and take care of our doggies as if they were their own. There is no better place that gives you more trust than VIVE. Thank you.

They have gone downhill 100%. My dog's first stay with them was in Sanse, and I was genuinely very happy with everything. Due to various factors, once the Sanse package ran out, I took him to Las Rozas... and every stay was worse than the last. I left him for 3 weeks in the summer, and suddenly the front desk staff told me there had been changes: they no longer send daily videos, and if I want them, it's €15 (FIFTEEN) PER DAY for a generic video that they easily forward to 10 other people. They have returned entire bags of food to me, even though I send 1 or 2 extra portions specifically to monitor what he eats and what he doesn't. During another stay, they messaged me saying he had run out of food, only to find out they had lost one of the bags I had brought. They've had countless issues with the cameras: I write because login doesn't work, because they don't grant access to the right cameras, streams don't work—always a different problem. I text the daycare WhatsApp asking them to please tell reception to answer me because they have no other way of contact besides WhatsApp, and it is very hard to communicate with them even though we are existing clients with dogs currently staying there. On top of that, there's constant staff turnover and last-minute policy changes without ANY prior notice, forcing you to ask or find out about the changes on the fly. From one day to the next, pick-up on Sunday is restricted to only 1 hour in the afternoon, after you've already organized a trip and planned when to pick up your dog. They change packages, discounts, videos... anyway. The business has completely gone to their heads. I doubt they love animals as much as they claim; what they definitely love is money. Never again. They sell one image on social media, TV, and the media in general, but behind closed doors it's a completely different world. Edit based on the reply: Thank you, but I'm no longer interested in discussing it. You already clarified things when I raised each of my complaints, and the responses only got worse each time. Good luck with your new business model; I certainly don't agree with it.

A regrettable experience. Pure marketing. The dogs are kept in kennels. They barely go out for 1-2 hours to the outdoor facilities, which are much smaller than they appear on social media. They are dirty. There is no natural grass and no control over the dogs. Curiously, the cameras rarely work, neither in the kennels nor in the outdoor areas. The dogs don't go for walks; they barely have room to run. Very sad. Not recommended at all.

We left our dogs at the daycare/boarding facility and came away with a very bad feeling. The kennels were dirty, just like a dog pound. They hardly take them out to what they call "gardens," which are actually just dirty, small patches of green carpet simulating grass. Real grass is actually easier to maintain. On top of that, the dogs were extremely anxious, even though it's low season. Our dogs interact well with others, but we felt that the care was inadequate and the quality of the facilities wasn't good enough for the service they advertise. Pure marketing. What a shame. Highly dissatisfied.

It has been a week since we picked up our dog, and I have been thinking about what to write in my review. This was the third time our dog stayed at the hotel while we were on vacation, and it will also be the last. First of all, I want to mention that the caretakers are loving, and you can tell they care about the dogs. Second, during her stay, they sent me daily videos of her, in which you can see the terrible condition of the yard where the dogs spend most of the day. The artificial turf is practically nonexistent—it is just dirt—so it should come as no surprise that my dog came home with conjunctivitis the day we picked her up; with so much dirt, it is completely normal that she got an eye infection. Third and most importantly, 5 days before picking her up, I saw my dog limping in one of the videos they sent me, so I immediately asked if she was limping on her front left paw. They told me she was, but that it seemed minor and they would keep an eye on her. Two days later, I asked again how she was doing, and this time they told me she was limping on both her left and right front legs and that it seemed she had a hip issue??? I panicked, of course, called them, and the groomer who had trimmed her nails the day before at the hotel told me that she might have a ligament problem in her back leg?? I asked for the veterinarian, who is supposedly on-site 24 hours a day, to check her, but they told me the vet only visits on Friday afternoons, and that if I wanted, they could take her to another vet, but that I would obviously cover the costs. Long story short, we picked up our dog on Friday, and they told us the hip issue "had been a misunderstanding and they made a mistake by telling me that"... while for days, I was sick with anxiety thousands of kilometers away from Madrid, worried that my dog was injured. I find the hotel's management and communication regarding my dog's health to be very poor, especially charging €50 per night. It's a shame because our dog used to have fun there, but between the rundown facilities and the poor management, we will not be taking her back. I hope they take steps to improve. I wish them the best.

Perfect facilities, friendly staff, and an environment 100% designed for dogs. It is the best dog pool we have tried: safe, clean, and fun. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, I've been leaving my dog there for 3 years, everything is perfect. They have cameras so you can see them, they take them out for walks with a video and the route on Maps, you can tell they love animals. The girls at the front desk are very kind and tell you how your dog's stay went. I recommend it because they make you feel at ease when you leave your dog there. They truly care for them; when you pick them up, they are happy and they don't deceive you.

We are delighted with Vive. We had a canine ethology session with Mark, who wonderfully explained how to get our dog to stop barking hysterically every time she sees another dog. It seems incredible, but we have seen results since the very first session. Mark is a fantastic professional; you can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and handles dogs phenomenally well. We already had very positive experiences with Vive before, as they also look after our cat whenever we need them to, so honestly, we are very happy with all their services.

I left my dog, an 11-month-old puppy, for 2 days. I was a bit worried because I had never left him at any boarding facility before. I am thrilled. They sent me a daily video so I could see how he was doing. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this facility. Every time I travel, I will take him there. Congratulations!

I left my 3-year-old dog for just one day in early August due to a commitment and to try out the facility, as it was close to my house. When I went to pick her up, I walked into the reception area and the noise of barking was deafening and non-stop. They brought my dog out hoarse, covered in dirt with mud caked on her paws and belly, and in a state of agitation that I had never seen before when leaving her at other boarding kennels. So, between this and the €50 they charge per day, no matter how close it is to my house, I would never take her back.

Everything was very good. Exceptional.

Terrible experience. I will not leave my dog at that place again. The cameras don't work, and there is too little staff for the number of animals there.

During my pet's stay, regarding the cameras, I never got to see my dog—it was always the same dogs showing up. I didn't receive any video to verify that my dog didn't want to get into the pool (even though they had promised to send it to me). Additionally, I dropped him off with a flea collar, and when I picked him up they just handed the collar back with his things. I booked a grooming/bath service for pick-up day, and it turns out they had already bathed him the day before, without even letting me know; I was the one who had to ask.

We were thinking of leaving our dog there. I have been a professional in the dog world for years, and after asking several colleagues in the profession, I wouldn't leave my dog there even for free.

We went with children and two dogs, and everyone had an absolute blast!!!! We will repeat, highly recommended for cooling off in summer with the doggies!!!

Today we were here with our little dog and we loved it! We will definitely come back whenever we can!

My experience with this "hotel," if you can even call it that, was terrible. I left my dogs there for 15 days, and they came back hoarse from barking so much, extremely thin from not eating, one of them with a paw injury that no one mentioned to me, and the other one traumatized. The webcam situation is a joke. They're supposed to have them so they can monitor the dogs and you can watch them and have peace of mind. I spent my entire trip warning them about an aggressive dog in the group that kept mounting all the females. On the third day, they replied that they would "keep an eye out." I had to record videos and send them over so that, days later, they would finally listen to me and separate it. I think for what they charge per dog, they should show some genuine care and special attention. They keep them locked up in enclosures by group, and the staff only comes by to clean up pee and poop and send you the exact same 1-minute video saying: "the doggies are fine..." The crates or cages where they sleep don't even have a mat or pad. They don't walk them unless you pay extra. Their big selling point is the pool, which costs extra and is only for day visitors. The only good thing they did was refund our money. But honestly, that doesn't make up at all for the distress and potential psychological trauma caused to my dogs.

We had a great time. Early on we were alone, and later it didn't get too crowded either. In my opinion, the capacity is adequate and the facilities are clean. We will be back.

After a bad experience at another boarding facility, we were quite hesitant to leave our furry girls in someone else's hands again. Fortunately, this time was completely different. From the very first moment, the service was professional, warm, and full of affection. They sent us daily videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind, and we could also check on them in real time through the cameras. They looked happy, relaxed, and well-cared for. When we picked them up, they were joyful, without any signs of stress. It is a relief to know that there are places that genuinely care about the emotional well-being of animals. Without a doubt, we will be back (in fact, they have already stayed again). Thank you Vive Las Rozas for taking care of Eira and Morgana as if they were part of your own family.

Family-like attention, an excellent team where my little dog Nemo felt loved and cared for. Totally recommended. Nemo stayed for 8 days and it's the first time he's been separated from the family; he came back home calm, without any kind of stress. Thank you so much to the whole team. 😘

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE, THEY END UP WITH INJURIES, THEY DO NOT SEND DAILY VIDEOS AS PROMISED AND IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEM DURING THE STAY TO ASK WHAT IS GOING ON. THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA IS A SCAM

Everything was good, the staff's service, the facilities, the crowd...

The dogs have a great time, but customer service was completely nonexistent. When we arrived at the venue, there was no one at the check-in/bar area, and after waiting for a good while, we decided to just walk in. Nobody showed up all morning, except when a TV crew arrived to film and conduct their interview. Once that crew left, the staff completely disappeared again. Of course, there are signs everywhere stating that no outside food or drinks are allowed, meaning that at 38°C (100°F), nobody was able to drink anything. Luckily, we brought water with us to survive the sweltering heat. In short: great for the dogs, not so much for the humans.
