The Place Pet Hotel

Excellent experience leaving Ronnie this weekend! The facilities were incredible, super clean, and full of toys and spaces designed for the pups to feel comfortable and entertained. Something that gave me a lot of peace of mind was that they were constantly checking in with photos and updates of Ronnie, as well as letting me know about walks and how everything was going throughout the day. They were also very careful from the beginning, asking about his food, how he gets along with other dogs, routines, and any important information for his well-being. The level of care and affection they work with is extremely noticeable. It's a place that conveys trust, and where you feel like you're leaving your pet in very good hands 💛

Excellent. They took care of my dog with lots of love and professionalism. They sent me photos every couple of hours and he looked super comfortable. The facility is modern and very well located.

Super attentive! We loved it!

We couldn't be happier with The Place. From the very beginning, they have given us so much trust and peace of mind, and you can truly see the love, dedication, and professionalism with which they care for the dogs. Eli goes happily, is extremely well cared for, and we have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. Moreover, we love knowing she receives so much pampering and attention, because to us she is not just a dog, she is a member of the family! Thank you for taking such good care of her, for your patience, and for making her feel at home. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place for anyone looking for somewhere that will truly care for their fur babies with love. 🐾

They are very professional and take great care of my dogs. I take them for grooming and they leave them looking gorgeous. Highly recommended

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience with The Place! Michel and her husband took amazing care of our little poodle, Molito. From the very beginning, they were incredibly attentive and caring, and they kept us updated by sending us videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Molito was so happy and clearly had a wonderful time! They also gave him a lovely bath and grooming, and he came back looking absolutely adorable — like a little teddy bear! 🧸🐶❤️ We are so grateful for the care and love they gave him. We highly recommend The Place to anyone looking for a safe, caring and trustworthy place for their pets. We will definitely be coming back! 🐾

We left our dog for a few days; she has trouble socializing with other dogs, and I absolutely loved how great they are with dogs. My dog even went on walks with other dogs without any issues. Additionally, they kept sending me videos and updates that gave me complete peace of mind. When I picked her up, she was super happy and energetic. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much

Very affectionate and very good caretakers. My dog loves going there.

Ever since we discovered this place, we have had great peace of mind leaving Cayetana, knowing she will be cared for with so much love and affection. They always send us photos and videos so we know she is doing well. They give them daily walks and are always very attentive to them. It is a clean, very nice place, and the service is excellent. 100% recommended 💜

On this second occasion, we left our puppy Roke in the best place in Madrid. We were able to go on vacation for a week with the peace of mind knowing that Roke was well taken care of, playing with other furry friends. Michelle and Claudia's affection and attention toward Roke deserve nothing but our words of gratitude. If you need to leave your furry friend in a safe place, do not hesitate to contact them. A thousand thanks, always.❤️

I left my little dog Zara at the hotel for 5 days in August and I couldn't be happier with the experience. ❤️ The team was super welcoming and affectionate with her. Zara is a little dog who is very afraid of everything, so for us it was very important to know that she was doing well and felt calm. They sent us photos and videos every day, both of her and of her daily walks, and we always saw her looking super happy. Additionally, they were very attentive to any change in her behavior and gave us daily feedback, which gave us immense peace of mind. The team is super professional and also helped us out a lot with scheduling flexibility. Without a doubt, we have found the best place to leave Zara whenever we need to. We are sure she will love coming back and, above all, we will be completely relaxed and confident knowing she is in good hands. 🐶❤️

Exceptional place where they take care of your pet as if it were at home. We left our little dog for a week and we are very happy. They send several videos a day so you can see how it is doing. They are super friendly and took great care of Kira. We will definitely come back!

We love it, the daycare is wonderful, the service is excellent, and Polo has a great time; he comes home exhausted from playing so much 😄

The dog was very well cared for during the 5 days, which gave me great peace of mind. They send photos and videos, which is much appreciated. We will repeat.

They took super good care of Popeye during his 12-night hotel stay; they fed him very patiently, he had daily walks, and they kept a close eye on his socialization and safety around other dogs. The grooming service was very good, and my dog came out happy.

My dog stayed for more than a week. We received lots of photos and videos throughout the entire stay. They always kept us informed, and he looked very happy. We will definitely come back whenever we need to. The staff's service is excellent and attentive. The facilities are unbeatable. In addition, we topped off the service with the grooming salon. Just like the hotel, top-notch. Thank you so much for taking care of Scott with so much love.

A 10/10 experience. From day one, they conveyed so much trust and peace of mind. I have left Lola both for daycare and while traveling, and she has always been perfectly cared for. They adapt to each pet's needs, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. Plus, they give you peace of mind knowing your dog is in good hands with daily photos and videos of your dog and the surroundings. Lola always comes back happy, and for me, that is the best sign that she was well taken care of and happy. I will definitely keep relying on them in the future. I completely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to leave their pet.

The experience at The Place canine Hotel couldn't have been better. We left our little dog, who is over 17 years old, and they cared for and pampered her just like we do. They kept us updated at all times on how she was doing, sending us photos and videos, which really helped us stay calm and enjoy our trip. Highly recommended if you need to leave your dog in someone's care. They showed great expertise and affection towards animals. We couldn't be happier or more grateful for how they took care of our little dog and us. Thank you to The Place Hotel team, it was a pleasure meeting and dealing with you. Thank you for everything!!! We will definitely turn to you again if we need to. Warm regards.

Our pet Seiko received very good care; he came out happy and was playing with other dogs. You can tell he received love and attention. Thank you very much

We were very happy and our dog was too. Excellent service and they helped us at all times. We will definitely be back on every visit to Madrid. See you soon 🐾🐾

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't be happier with the experience! We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for how well you took care of Fede during the three days he stayed with you. From the very first moment you gave us so much peace of mind, and when we picked him up it was clear he had been happy, calm, and having a great time. You can really tell the affection, professionalism, and care with which you treat every dog. For us, knowing that Fede was in the best hands was an enormous relief. Without a doubt, it is the best place to leave our pets for as long as we need. We recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a place where their dog will be well cared for and have a blast. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back without hesitation.

Unbeatable care with our little dog!! She happened to get sick right when we had to drop her off at the hotel, and they gave her all the love and attention she needed to get better!! You can truly see their love for animals!! Without a doubt, it has already become our little dog Lupe's go-to hotel!! We already knew them from the grooming salon, where they are also wonderful, and now with the hotel, we have the complete package! Without a doubt, the best place to leave your dog and have peace of mind!!

They took in my dog without an appointment at a time when no one else was accepting walk-ins, they bathed her, gave her a gorgeous haircut, and even gave her a treat! The owners are incredibly kind and friendly. 100% recommend

Our little dog Lúa loves going there, they always leave her looking so pretty, and they do a fantastic job cutting her hair. I highly recommend them because they are also super caring.

Today I brought my little dog Nutella and she turned out so cute 🐶✨ Thank you for following every single one of my instructions, the care, dedication, and love with which you work really shows. I was very pleased with the result. Highly recommended!

Our dog stayed at the hotel for 5 nights; it was his first time, but it turned out to be a great experience. They kept us regularly updated on his activities: walks, meals, games, and we received lots of photos and videos during his stay. Now he is already back home, we picked him up a few hours ago, and he is very calm. Thank you Michel for everything.

Today I took Diana for the first time for a bath and haircut, and she turned out fantastic. When leaving she was calm, and she's much cooler for the summer now. I told both Carlos and Michelle beforehand how I wanted the cut, and it turned out spot on. We will be back ☺️☺️

I’m really happy with Lana’s grooming! This is the second time I’ve had her groomed here, and the results have been fantastic both times. Communication is always excellent, and she’s taken great care. I’ve attached two photos of the results. Highly recommend!

The best place to leave my dog whenever I have to leave Madrid or have a long day at the office. The care is spectacular—I just have to see how happy my dog is when she arrives at daycare.

First time taking our little dog to a hotel and she came out thrilled; now she wants to go in every time we walk past the door.

I have a very elderly 16-year-old dog, and I needed to leave her in the care of someone trustworthy so I could travel. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Throughout her stay, I received messages and photos every day, which gave me immense peace of mind seeing her so well looked after and cared for. When she returned home, my little dog was calm, a sign that she was in very good hands :) You can really tell the love and dedication with which they treat the animals at The Place Hotel. I will definitely trust their services again whenever I need them. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Mole!

We are delighted with Gala's haircut. Excellent service, we will be back!!

Very happy with their service. They assisted me before 8 am and I really appreciate it, as it was impossible for me to wait until they opened. I couldn't be happier. They send you videos often so you can see how your doggy is doing, and that gives great peace of mind. They care and stay on top of everything. I will definitely use them again!! Thank you Michelle!!

Attentive and caring with the doggies. Great service!

Perfect. Clean, pleasant, and wonderful treatment of the dogs. We always leave Kai with my daughter because he is very fearful, and we were worried about how he would react to being around other dogs, but when we picked him up, he was calm and happy. They sent us photos and videos during the two days he was at The Place so we could see he was doing well. In addition, he had a small wound that required care and medication, and they handled it strictly, and we could tell the wound was much better. Thank you very much for offering us a trustworthy place to leave our dogs.

Very good service.

A spectacular place, my little dog was happy and super pleased. Super cozy, smells wonderful, with ambient music and a great temperature. It's an ideal place to bring your little furry friend. And lastly, Michelle the owner and all the other caretakers make you feel right at home. 🩷🩷

Wonderful, I couldn't be happier with how they left my cat.

I was delighted with the treatment and the affection with which they care for the dogs. I am very demanding when it comes to deciding who to leave my Canela with, and with them, I felt completely at ease from the very first moment. Without a doubt, they have become my trusted place and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service 🐶✨ They truly treat the dogs as if they were their own. You can really tell the love, attention, and care they put into every detail of the place. They are always super attentive, reply very quickly on WhatsApp, and make you feel completely at ease leaving your dogs with them. Additionally, the place is impeccably clean, and what I like most is that the dogs get along, play, and socialize with other dogs. They don't keep them locked up in a cage all day 🙏🏼 It feels like a true hotel and home for them. Highly recommended 💛

It was amazing! Everyone was very attentive! I loved it! We will be back more times! ❤️

Fantastic experience, especially since they groomed my dog Bimba on a Sunday! Very convenient, very affectionate! Plus, they have a dog hotel!

I took my Goldendoodle, Casilda, to The Place for the first time for a grooming session with a haircut and bath, and the service was wonderful. Casilda was very happy and not scared at all, which gives me peace of mind about taking her to their daycare and hotel. At the groomer's, they made her look gorgeous with a very lovely and neat cut, and her fur was left silky and fluffy. As of today, Casilda's groomer is at The Place in Ríos Rosas.

We brought our Golden Retriever Chloe and they left her looking like a princess. She is happy.

Terrible experience and an absolute lack of professionalism. From the beginning, I explained exactly how I wanted my dog's haircut; they even trimmed the topknot just as I requested, so they clearly understood the instructions. However, they left the rest of the coat untouched and full of mats, and when I complained, they told me that "the haircut was not included" and that if I wanted a cut I had to pay more. Why, then, did they touch part of the coat but not finish the job? It makes no sense. Furthermore, I have the chat history where I previously asked for the price and they told me 40 euros, implying a bath and cut, as any serious dog grooming salon would. Afterwards, they changed their story and said something else. They contradict themselves and are not reliable people. I had already taken my dog there before and it went badly then too: they didn't follow instructions and left the cut completely uneven. In other words, it is not a one-off mistake; it is a pattern of poor work. The most serious issue: they cut two of my dog's nails improperly, making him bleed profusely. He returned injured, without a bandage, without proper care, and without them taking any responsibility at the time. That is unacceptable negligence. After that, I had to take him to the vet, and instead of covering the expenses or taking responsibility for what happened, they offered for me to go to their own vet to "sort it out," clearly trying to avoid covering the actual costs. Additionally, I found out that the receptionist is the same person who bathes the dog and trims his nails. They do not have qualified professionals. They claim to be trained pet groomers, but honestly, it doesn't show: if they were truly trained, they would know how to properly remove mats, perform a basic haircut, and, above all, they wouldn't hurt a dog while clipping its nails. To top it off, my dog came back dirty, smelling like pee, with dandruff, with unexpressed anal glands, and clearly without a complete bath. They charged me 40 euros for a poorly executed service delivered under very deficient conditions. I messaged them on WhatsApp, sent them photos and videos of everything that happened, and at first they even told me they would refund my money. But then the person answering the chat changed, they stopped taking responsibility, and they simply stopped responding. I have written to them several times since and haven't received any answer. If you love your pets, do not leave them here. My experience was disastrous and I would never return. On Monday, I will seek legal help; if anyone sees this message and has gone through the same thing, please contact me.

Maggie is pretty and very happy!

I have a miniature poodle (toy poodle). When I arrived in Madrid, I was worried about where to leave my dog when I travel. I was lucky to find The Place, a wonderful hotel for pets. And even though my dog doesn't like hotels, she has spent many weeks at The Place, and every time she comes back, she is very happy... They take great care of her there and are always available to answer me and send updates and videos of my dog. I trust them to take loving care of her!

Everything was phenomenal, very friendly, the place was very clean. My dog happily goes to the Place every week

I left Lía at the place hotel for 3 nights. It was her first experience in a hotel. She loved it and I received regular updates, videos. I highly recommend it and I would definitely use it again.

The best place! Pinot, my dog, loves coming to daycare and the hotel! They pamper him all day, play with him, take him on walks, and he is so happy every time he goes ☺️ And I feel very at peace, since they send me photos, videos, and keep in constant communication about his stay! The facilities are incredible, smell great, have very good spaces, modern, and cover all needs so Pinot has a great stay! Thank you for always taking care of him. 🐶🐾

An incredible place. The owners are lovely, super attentive, and provide exceptional service. We took Karim to get his hair cut and they left him looking perfect! We will definitely be back ❤️

I left Luna for 3 nights and everything went super well! Luna loves the place and I will definitely leave her there again. Very good care!

I left my dog Oli over the weekend and she was very happy. They walked her 3 times a day and played with her a lot. Oli came back happy. I highly recommend leaving your pets at this hotel.

Just like home, they come back so happy, you can really tell their love for animals, they treat them great, and the cleanliness, they give so much peace of mind, they are in very good hands.

Our toy poodle, Eddie, isn't a big fan of being away from his parents, but he does enjoy his time at The Place. Everyone takes great care of him and he likes playing with the other dogs. So happy to have a reliable and nice place in the neighborhood!

We left our Maltese Apple to have a shower and a haircut over three weekends ago in perfect health. She left the place coughing very hard and shaking. The following Monday she was taken to the vet and they found pulmonary edema. She spent a week at the veterinary under supervision and her lungs could not dry. She died last week and today we will go to pick up her ashes. The mistake of having trusted this place cost our dog her life.

They are amazing! I recommend this pet hotel for those traveling to Madrid on vacation with their fur babies. Super convenient for our family when we recently visited Madrid and took our Shih-tzu Poodle Bella with us on vacation. We were able to drop Bella off for daycare while we visited the Museo el Prado, and when we went out to a fancy dinner, and she even stayed overnight one night when we went out dancing until late. The staff was very attentive and she was a happy pup playing with other dogs and enjoying the attention!

So happy to have them in the neighborhood! We travel a lot for work and our Maltipoo had an easy and happy time here when we had her in the hotel for a few nights. Multiple walks a day and I could tell she bonded with the other dogs there. She came home relaxed and happy. Thank you!

I took Enzo, my toy poodle puppy, to the Ríos Rosas grooming salon today for the first time. I'm delighted. Michelle is very friendly and you can see the affection she has for dogs. Berni, the groomer, made him look gorgeous. He is a true professional.

I took my little one to a dog hotel for the first time, and it was also the first time I had ever been apart from him. The experience was very good; the place is very well-kept and clean, spacious, and separated by size. The staff was very attentive and affectionate both with my little guy and with me. They sent me updates throughout the night about Josito's adaptation along with some photos. And most importantly, when we picked him up, Josito was happy and I was relieved to see him react so well. Without a doubt, I will bring him back so he can socialize in a safe environment. I am very grateful to the team for the wonderful care we received.

Super friendly, very attentive, and fast. They left our dog looking like new. Thank you so much!

Our dog Lucas urgently needed a wash and they took great care of him. 100% recommended.

Our little dog was super comfortable. We were very calm knowing that he was staying in what is already his second home. There are other dogs, and they play with each other… they don't get bored

I took Balu and the experience couldn't have been better. From the very first moment, the service was super loving and professional. Michelle was the one who assisted us, and you can really tell she loves what she does and treats the dogs with patience and affection. Balu came out happy, well cared for, and looking gorgeous. It gave me great peace of mind to see how they treated him and the level of dedication they put into every detail. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This is the second time my two dogs have stayed at the hotel, and honestly the experience has been very good. They are extremely well looked after and cared for. They kept sending me daily photos, videos, and messages, and the dogs came home happy and clean since on the last day I also asked for them to be bathed and groomed, so it was a complete service. It gives me a lot of confidence and peace of mind leaving them with people who take such good care of them.

Michelle and her team truly are the best! I discovered them a few months ago and since then I go every month.

I loved the place and the customer service. It feels like home and my dog was very happy!

I've found the perfect place to leave my Bella when I go on a trip! It's a top-quality, beautiful, clean place where the dogs are cared for with so much love!!!

Wonderful place, beautiful, well-decorated, and highly recommended! They bathed my two little dogs and they looked gorgeous! Then they stayed in daycare and were wonderfully well taken care of! I've had to leave them a few weekends and they care for them just like they're at home! I leave them there with complete peace of mind!

I took my Roke to this beautiful place that was recommended to me, and I'm thrilled with the result. From the very first moment, Michelle's affection, patience, love, and the care with which she treats our pampered pets are evident. It's a place you can truly trust, because you know your pup is in good hands. Totally recommended for anyone who wants the best for their furry baby 🐶🩷 Thank you Michelle…

The Place did an excellent job taking care of my dog Bella. It was a relief to have somewhere to leave her while I was away. The staff's work was exemplary, leaving Bella looking brand new. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much, The Place.

Looking for a groomer that was open on Saturday, I found this place and it was a total success. I took my Maltese to get bathed and they left her looking incredible. She turned out super soft, smelling delicious, and you could see the care in every detail. The girl who assisted me (I think she was Venezuelan) was lovely, very kind, attentive, and affectionate with my little dog. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and great hospitality. I left my puppy with them for 3 days and they took wonderful care of him. They also have treats and very cool little things for pets.

I left my dog at The Place and had an amazing experience. My dog came back home calm, and I felt very comfortable with how they informed me about what his stay would be like.

In love with this place and the wonderful treatment. Professional and best of all, the very personal care they gave to Turbito. A 10/10.

A truly exceptional place. It's not just a dog hotel and spa, it's a second home. The care, cleanliness, and love with which they treat every dog is felt right from the start. They care for them with patience, dedication, and so much affection. You leave your pet with complete peace of mind, knowing they are in the best hands. I recommend it without hesitation.

Today I went to The Place with my dog, Cooper, and it was a wonderful experience. Both the staff who assisted me and the groomer were super friendly and very professional, and above all, a top-notch job. Cooper looks GORGEOUS, I recommend them 100%.

Very happy with the grooming service. I will definitely be back

We left our little dog Tilda at The Place Ríos Rosas and we couldn't be happier with the experience. It is a dog daycare in the heart of Madrid where the care, affection, and respect for dogs are truly evident. Michelle, the owner, is wonderful: attentive, professional, and very warm. From the very first moment, she conveyed a lot of confidence, which is essential for those of us who leave our dogs in the hands of others. Tilda was calm, well cared for, and happy, and that shows when you pick her up. A totally recommendable spot if you are looking for a place where your dog is cared for just like at home, with personalized attention and lots of love. Without a doubt, we will repeat. 🐶💛

We left Tilda this morning for the first time. She usually finds it hard to socialize... and when we picked her up, she was happy, wagging her tail and super cheerful!!! We will definitely repeat!!!

What a disappointment! I made my first reservation for my poodle and arranged to drop him off today at 2 PM, very punctually. I brought him at that time and, to my surprise, to begin with, the place was closed! I called several times and left WhatsApp messages with no response. I had to find another place at the last minute. Anyway, if this happens just trying to drop him off, I don't even want to imagine their level of responsibility once they actually have the dogs. Very poor and what a disappointment.

Wonderful! After trying a thousand groomers in Madrid, I have finally found the one! Unbeatable service and even better staff. I took my two Chihuahuas and I am thrilled.

Incredible service and attention, attentive to my dog's health issues during the wash. He turned out spotless! I recommend The Place to everyone!

Highly recommended place. Michelle was lovely and helped us with everything we asked for. We will definitely be back. Here are our two dogs relaxing on the hammock at The Place.

Michelle is lovely and you can tell she adores the furry ones!! They had a great time! Highly recommended
