Honestly, the best place to leave our dog! 🥰🐶 Our Bosco has always been a shy and fearful dog, both with other dogs and with strangers. But every time he goes to Updog Goya, he completely transforms! He turns into a playful, affectionate, cheerful, and super happy dog. In fact, I think he gets more excited when he goes to daycare than when he sees us. 🤣❤️ I 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to leave their furry friends in good hands, whether for work, travel, or just for them to have fun and socialize. It gives so much peace of mind knowing that Bosco is so well cared for and, above all, that he has such a great time. A thousand thanks to the whole team for taking care of our little one with so much love! 🫶🏼🐾

I am delighted with the treatment and the dog grooming service. The girls were lovely and the whole process was super easy, from booking the appointment to picking up the doggies. They look gorgeous!

We've been bringing our little dog Mico since the beginning, encouraged by the great reviews and because we live nearby and could see for ourselves how well they care for the dogs. And we certainly weren't wrong! We couldn't be happier. ❤️ Mico is so happy there; so much so that when we walk past during our walks, he thinks he's staying and it's hard to pull him away from the door! I think that says it all. The whole team is wonderful, the groomers are lovely and leave the furry ones looking gorgeous. Plus, they give you advice on anything you need and are always ready to help, with an attentiveness and warmth that is truly appreciated. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to leave your furry companions, or just want them to socialize and have a great time, don't hesitate: there is no better place! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such good care of our Mico and making him feel right at home! 🐶❤️

Every day when I walk my dog, I see the girl who cares for and walks the dogs from this place. She walks them with utter reluctance, doesn't let them sniff or stop to do anything, and if they don't listen to her, she loses her temper very quickly. When she gets to the park next to the tracks, she stays just long enough to take a photo of them as proof that they were walked, but the dogs don't even have time to do anything; on top of that, she gets angry with them and loses her patience because they won't hold still for the blasted photo. She is always in a bad mood. As soon as she gets the photo, she leaves. A complete sham. I would never leave my dog with that person.

The dog haircut is great; it really turned out very well. The reason I am leaving this review is that my dog arrived in perfect condition for his grooming, and after 3 and a half hours (over an hour late compared to the agreed time), he was returned to me with very red eyes and very agitated. Hours later, we had to take him to the vet because he couldn't open his eyes. Vet's report: An ulcer in each eye caused by an injurious or abrasive element. So, factoring this in along with the total cost of grooming (€60) and the vet bill (€70), that is why I am writing this review. I must say the groomers were concerned about the dog's condition when we told them, but understandably, nothing makes up for the dog being on treatment for several days and barely able to open his eyes.

This place is a lifesaver! My dog is thrilled every time I need daycare, and I have complete peace of mind knowing how well he is taken care of!

Excellent professionals, both my pet (Blas) and I are delighted, and above all Blas, who stays super happy, and I feel very at ease because they take care of him with so much love. In addition to the daycare, the grooming service is excellent.

The groomer is a good professional, she treated my dogs very well, and I am happy with the result. However, I feel the customer service was not as polite as it should have been. I arrived 8 minutes before my appointment, and they told me that since the groomer wasn't there yet, I had to wait outside on the street. It was starting to rain, and I politely asked if I could stay in a corner (which has a sofa set up as a waiting area) or inside the salon (there was absolutely no one and no other dog). They told me no, that I would be in the way. So I had to wait in the street. I think this is poor customer service, especially considering the price you pay.

To be honest, I left quite upset. The person who assisted me was very curt and rather arrogant, speaking to me the entire time as if I were clueless and didn't know my own dog. While talking to me, she repeatedly started barking orders at her coworkers for things that could easily have waited until she finished helping me. I found the way she treated them quite unpleasant, as well as the feeling of someone talking to you while distracted trying to boss everyone else around. Then she told me that my dog's mats couldn't be removed and that he definitely had to be shaved down. I explained multiple times that at another groomer they have dematted him without shaving and that the dog handles it perfectly well—in fact, he is thrilled to go there—but it seemed like it didn't matter what I said. She kept insisting that the dog wouldn't tolerate it for that long and that he had to be shaved. I also told her several times that I didn't mind paying more if it took more work, because I prefer that over shaving him, but still no luck. The feeling was that she practically wanted to force me to accept shaving him or nothing at all. In the end, I left without booking an appointment because she didn't inspire any confidence in me. I don't know if that's her usual way of treating people, but with me she was very blunt, uncommunicative, and quite haughty. Needless to say, after the way she treated me, I wouldn't leave my dog there.
