DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS IT IS HORRIBLE. They don't work anymore, the place is abandoned. Please do not give him any money; he asks for money in advance from everyone who goes and then doesn't return it. It's such a shame that all these people writing don't read the reviews.

I am modifying my review: we had been taking our dog to rehabilitation every Tuesday for more than a year and a half. Ever since the children inherited the facility, everything went downhill. The poor city council dogs kept there have a terrible time; it is a disgrace that they charge just to feed them, they clean their poop every two or three days, and they never take them out, even though they have space for the dogs to at least stretch their legs outside the kennels. I am not reporting them because I don't have any proof of this, but it really is shameful that in a facility like this they treat the poor dogs this way, especially when they earn a living thanks to them. On top of that, I used to buy 5-session packages; they closed the rehabilitation service two months ago, they refuse to refund the money for the unused sessions, and they no longer answer messages or phone calls. I wouldn't take any pet to that place.

The dog trainer Ruben Arias dedicates himself to making fun of people's physical appearance on social media; if I were you, I wouldn't support this business :)

Horrible. We left our dog there because a few years ago we used to leave our female dog and were happy with the service. But the owners must have changed and the experience was very bad. The place is extremely neglected, and when we picked him up—and he was only there for 2 days—his behavior showed total fear. He was peeing everywhere; if we left him alone for 10 minutes, when we came back he would cry and act as if we were going to hit him... I don't know, honestly, we will never leave our dog there again. Not to mention that a few days later, I received a message at 3 in the morning from the owner asking me for money, supposedly to "treat a dog injured in the fires." Needless to say, I don't know this man at all. Everything was very strange, honestly...

Don't even think about taking your pet there. Our experience was DISASTROUS. We left our dog there for 3 days and explained very clearly what he ate, bringing his little bed so he'd have his own space. When we arrived to pick him up, his food was still in the same bag hanging from a cage!!!! (without water and with scuffed/scraped elbows), and they had removed his bed and didn't even know where they had put it... The dog was very scared when we picked him up and came back sick with diarrhea. They assured us they would send photos and videos and never sent them. Be warned before taking your dog there: they will NOT take care of your pet. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!.

A few years ago, I rehabilitated my two female dogs with Susana, a wonderful professional. The last time I went, she was no longer there and everything seemed abandoned. The cages and facilities were very dirty, and when I spoke with the rehabilitator, I even doubted whether she had a degree at all; I didn't like it one bit. A lot of neglect. I no longer recommend it.

I am selling 9 out of 10 sessions for €300 since unfortunately we won't be able to keep using them. The hydrotherapy care is, in my opinion, quite good. The management of the place leaves a bit to be desired, and the outside of the facility is quite run-down, but well, the important thing was the hydrotherapy and laser for the dog's mobility, and I have no complaints about that.

I'm not giving them a 0 because it's not an option... I paid €900 for registration, the first month, and materials to start the dog training certification. Not only have they not informed me about absolutely anything and just gave me the runaround regarding the course, but I also requested a refund of the registration fee and have been waiting over a month for it. They just keep stalling, and they don't return calls or answer on WhatsApp...

I do not recommend taking your pets there; the treatment of the animals is terrible and degrading. They returned mine without having eaten, covered in pee and poop, and shivering with cold. I'm never leaving him there again.

You want information and they never answer the phone. Don't even think about giving them a penny in advance. We called a number found on Facebook and a woman from the facility answered, but she wouldn't stop asking us how we had found that phone number. The whole thing was a bit strange.

It pains me greatly to say that the service has gone downhill a lot since we went to train our dog. They don't answer the phone, and there is no way to contact them. I ordered a leash, and it must be said that they are the best I have ever seen. They asked for money upfront, and now I can't even get a response from them to know when to pick it up. It has been over a month now and they don't reply to WhatsApp messages or answer the phone. I don't know what happened to them; they weren't like this before.

Well, my experience isn't just bad, it's the worst. Basically, in the end, I decided not to have anyone train my dog. And I've been waiting since December for them to refund the money I paid for training my dog—who wasn't even trained because I backed out. They blocked me, they don't answer the phone, and that's €446 they took for nothing. I've been demanding my money back since December. They are a bunch of scammers.
