I have been bringing my little dog to Mascohotel for many years, and I want to thank them for all the love and care they give her. My little dog died under their care. Trufa was a perfectly healthy Yorkshire terrier, barely 4 years old. The death of a pet under the responsibility of a boarding service should NOT simply be considered an accident. Especially when it is a business, the supervision and handling of the animals must be thorough. Only they know what really happened, as there is no evidence of any kind. The pain they have caused us is immeasurable. They took away the chance to share many more years of life with my dog.

For quite some time now, they have been taking care of our three cats during our trips. The attention they give them reaffirms the trust they have earned. A great choice for the well-being of our kitties.

It's the first time I've left Odín at this facility and honestly, it went very well. They have a €10 supplement and send you photos and videos throughout the day, which gives you great peace of mind. I would 100% recommend it.

We have left Rolo at Mascohotel several times over the past three years and, despite the sadness of parting, we always have the peace of mind knowing how well cared for and looked after he is. We will continue to trust them in the future.

We are delighted with Mascohotel. When my dog sees them coming to pick him up, he goes crazy with joy, and to me that is the best sign. The facilities, the price, and the conveniences they provide are excellent.

They are certainly wonderful and take great care of pets. You only have to see how happy my dog Drako was there and how much he loved his caretakers, which is a sign that they treat him wonderfully. The peace of mind this place gives me is priceless, which is why I wouldn't take Drako anywhere else for cleanliness, care, professionalism, and affection. Believe me, I've been to other places where Drako was neither happy nor came out the same way at the end of his stay, so thank you a thousand times for being there!!!!

We have just picked up our dog after 10 days. She looks great, happy, and clean since we asked for her to be bathed before picking her up. It was our first time, but we will definitely be back

I have sent my dog here many times before, but recently I had the opportunity to personally visit the "holiday home" of my dog-son and it didn't disappoint. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the highway exit, about an hour from Madrid, this property is nonetheless in a countryside setting. Each kennel has an inside and outside area, the environment looked tidy and clean, and each pet has his own storage area for food, toys, etc. Most encouragingly, my son had no hesitation entering and freely exploring the area, showing that he clearly enjoyed being there! Having visited Mascotel, I am happy to continue sending my son here for boarding when I need to.

Excellent service, very good communication always sending us photos and videos, top-notch care, couldn't be better.

We always leave our dog there and he has a blast.
