I left my 4 dogs here for the first time: Platón, Bamba, Mía, and Frosti, the last one being an old fellow of 13 years. They all came out super happy. You can tell that the staff looking after them treats them with love. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It's a shame you can't leave a review every time the dogs stay there. I left all 4 of them again for a week's vacation, and they came back happy. You can really tell the good care and affection they receive.

This dog boarding kennel is wonderful. I have a potentially dangerous dog (PPP) and a reactive female dog, and nowhere else did they spend enough time with them, so I was always worried. Here, they play with them, send you photos... It's wonderful.

I always try to book a spot in advance. It is the only place where my dogs stay happy.

Great, spacious facilities where dogs can stay for a few days playing with other dogs

It is the third time I have boarded my Dalmatian, Otto, and the service is always spectacular. In fact, today I went to pick him up and they did me the favor of letting me in at 2:10, even though the morning pickup shift ends at two and it doesn't reopen until four.

They don't let you see the facilities, and my dog once came back with an injured snout and they couldn't explain to me when or how it happened... nor did they say he had been taken to the vet; they simply said they hadn't noticed, but the wound was large and half-dry... it definitely didn't happen right before pick-up. After taking him to another kennel, I noticed the difference in his behavior when dropping him off. And be careful with their response... they lie more than they speak. A kennel doesn't accept dogs without their paperwork in order... or at least they shouldn't.

I left Asha at Happycan and my experience was excellent—no, even better than that. He is a very old dog and, during his stay, he got sick due to an issue unrelated to the boarding facility. I was outside of Spain, and even though it was a Sunday, they immediately took him to the emergency vet and kept a close eye on him at all times. For me, it brought enormous peace of mind knowing that, being so far away, Asha was cared for and that they didn't hesitate to act quickly when faced with a health problem. I also want to highlight the treatment and care he received throughout his stay. When you leave a senior dog, especially while out of the country, you need to trust the people in charge of him, and in my case, that trust was completely justified. I am deeply grateful for how you took care of Asha and, especially, for being there when he truly needed it. He sends you a big lick—from his bed, of course!

I've been taking Thor to this boarding facility for over 11 years, both for short stays and longer periods, and I can only express my gratitude for the care and affection with which they have always treated him. For me, the most important thing is seeing him leave happy and come back just as content, and after so many years, I still have the peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands. The staff's service has always been wonderful: kind, attentive, and ready to update us whenever we've called to ask about him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my dog over all these years and for continuing to do so. ❤️🐾

My dog stayed at the boarding facility for a week and I couldn't be happier. Momo came out very happy; you can tell he had a great time and enjoyed it a lot. Special mention to his caretakers and all the staff in general for the care given both to our furry friends and to us, the owners. Without a doubt, I will trust you again. You are great.

I understand that dogs run, play, and jump, and that it's impossible for them to never get a small scrape, but I think that is where facilities set themselves apart: when they pay attention, follow up, and discuss it with the owners. Our dog came out thinner and with wounds on her paws and mouth, as well as swollen gums and very dirty teeth. It is nothing extremely serious, but it is not pleasant either. Again, I understand it is not easy to keep a comprehensive track of every dog and what happens to them, but that is what distinguishes a quality place from an ordinary one. On the other hand, so much secrecy about not knowing what goes on inside, what the facilities are like, and having to beg for a photo generates quite a bit of distrust. I know they are not photographers and the staff shouldn't have to be doing photo shoots, but I think they also need to understand that those of us who have to leave our pets in dog boarding facilities are worried about them and like to be kept informed about whether they are adjusting well and having fun. I feel it is not too much to ask. As for the positive aspects, they administered her medication correctly and returned her belongings in good condition, which is appreciated.

My boyfriend's dog is a mixed breed; he picked him up with a wound on his nose and it was swollen. We didn't make much of it at first, and it's true that upon picking up the dog we signed that everything was OK, but if you stop and think about it... Why don't they show their facilities to the dog owners? Why does a dog leave that boarding facility with an injury and they don't give any warning or notification? Unfortunately, dogs don't have a voice, and it seems to me that between the bad reviews and the poor customer service regarding notifying owners about their pets... This place leaves a lot to be desired... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT...

An exceptional dog boarding kennel, not only for the magnificent facilities, where the dogs are in open fenced areas, but also for the affection the staff shows the dogs. A reasonable price and a highly recommended service.

We've been taking our little black dog there for a few months now, and we always leave him with the peace of mind that he will be well looked after, cared for, and entertained. If you ask, they send you photos as soon as they can. Yako always comes back happy, and very tired from being at the park all day☺️.

It is an ideal place to leave my dogs on different occasions. They place them depending on each dog's temperament. You can tell they adore animals. Mine come out happy, and whenever they have returned, they are thrilled to stay. I will keep choosing this "super hotel".

It was the first time we left Lilo, an 8-month-old puppy, at a daycare/boarding facility. She stayed for ten days and everything went great. I called several times to check on her and they even sent me a few photos. The customer service was fabulous and, above all, the care given to my puppy was very good—though now she needs to rest from playing so much with her new friends. Without a doubt, we will be back, thank you team!
