I left my 4 dogs here for the first time: Platón, Bamba, Mía, and Frosti, the last one being an old fellow of 13 years. They all came out super happy. You can tell that the staff looking after them treats them with love. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It's a shame you can't leave a review every time the dogs stay there. I left all 4 of them again for a week's vacation, and they came back happy. You can really tell the good care and affection they receive.

They don't let you see the facilities, and my dog once came back with an injured snout and they couldn't explain to me when or how it happened... nor did they say he had been taken to the vet; they simply said they hadn't noticed, but the wound was large and half-dry... it definitely didn't happen right before pick-up. After taking him to another kennel, I noticed the difference in his behavior when dropping him off. And be careful with their response... they lie more than they speak. A kennel doesn't accept dogs without their paperwork in order... or at least they shouldn't.

I left Asha at Happycan and my experience was excellent—no, even better than that. He is a very old dog and, during his stay, he got sick due to an issue unrelated to the boarding facility. I was outside of Spain, and even though it was a Sunday, they immediately took him to the emergency vet and kept a close eye on him at all times. For me, it brought enormous peace of mind knowing that, being so far away, Asha was cared for and that they didn't hesitate to act quickly when faced with a health problem. I also want to highlight the treatment and care he received throughout his stay. When you leave a senior dog, especially while out of the country, you need to trust the people in charge of him, and in my case, that trust was completely justified. I am deeply grateful for how you took care of Asha and, especially, for being there when he truly needed it. He sends you a big lick—from his bed, of course!

I've been taking Thor to this boarding facility for over 11 years, both for short stays and longer periods, and I can only express my gratitude for the care and affection with which they have always treated him. For me, the most important thing is seeing him leave happy and come back just as content, and after so many years, I still have the peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands. The staff's service has always been wonderful: kind, attentive, and ready to update us whenever we've called to ask about him. I understand that dogs run, play, and jump, and that it's impossible for them to never get a small scrape, but I think that is where facilities set themselves apart: when they pay attention, follow up, and discuss it with the owners. Our dog came out thinner and with wounds on her paws and mouth, as well as swollen gums and very dirty teeth. It is nothing extremely serious, but it is not pleasant either. Again, I understand it is not easy to keep a comprehensive track of every dog and what happens to them, but that is what distinguishes a quality place from an ordinary one. On the other hand, so much secrecy about not knowing what goes on inside, what the facilities are like, and having to beg for a photo generates quite a bit of distrust. I know they are not photographers and the staff shouldn't have to be doing photo shoots, but I think they also need to understand that those of us who have to leave our pets in dog boarding facilities are worried about them and like to be kept informed about whether they are adjusting well and having fun. I feel it is not too much to ask. As for the positive aspects, they administered her medication correctly and returned her belongings in good condition, which is appreciated.

My boyfriend's dog is a mixed breed; he picked him up with a wound on his nose and it was swollen. We didn't make much of it at first, and it's true that upon picking up the dog we signed that everything was OK, but if you stop and think about it... Why don't they show their facilities to the dog owners? Why does a dog leave that boarding facility with an injury and they don't give any warning or notification? Unfortunately, dogs don't have a voice, and it seems to me that between the bad reviews and the poor customer service regarding notifying owners about their pets... This place leaves a lot to be desired... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT...

It was the first time we left Lilo, an 8-month-old puppy, at a daycare/boarding facility. She stayed for ten days and everything went great. I left a dog at this boarding facility for 10 days, and dropping him off left me with a very bad feeling. First of all, upon arriving to drop off the dog, a man approaches who, without even saying good morning or asking for the pet's name, tries to leash him as if it were an American rodeo. It was not a good feeling at all for the animal, who was already wary of that person. They do not allow customers to see the facilities where the dogs stay, nor which other dogs they will be kept with. Throughout the stay, we did not receive updates about the animal at any point. When you go to pick him up, they make you call him by shouting from reception as if you were herding a flock of sheep, not even knowing where he will come out from. When the animal finally manages to hear you amidst all the barking—disoriented because he doesn't even know where he is—he comes over to where we are. And the final issue is that even though we provided our own kibble (since it's a special food with specific measuring scoops so they know how much the dog should eat), they must have used a different scoop and did not give him the requested amounts, because they told us our scoop had been lost. A total disappointment of a place. Think twice before leaving your dog there. He came out fearful and distrustful, something that had never happened to us at any other facility where he has stayed.

My dogs have been spending their vacations at HappyCan for years and I wouldn't trust any other place to leave them. They go happily (if I'm not paying attention, they don't even say goodbye to me because they're so eager to run down and play in the mini park) and when I pick them up, they're happy to see me and greet me enthusiastically, but if I don't leash them quickly, they try to head back down to the mini park 😂😂😂 All the staff members are lovely. You can tell they genuinely love dogs and treat them with so much affection. It gives me peace of mind when I travel to know that my dogs are so well cared for and having a wonderful time at HappyCan. I would definitely recommend it: if you don't know where to leave your furry friend while traveling, this is the great place.

This year we returned to Happycan to board our little dog during our vacation. The receptionist who received us at drop-off was very curt in her treatment at all times. I asked her if they sent any photos or videos, and her reply was, "on social media if you're lucky enough for her to appear." I would like to express that we missed having information and photos; I believe there is a lack of empathy and communication with pet parents. Are those beautiful pictures on the website real? Very large spaces appear, but this year I was told that they don't leave their play yard, so what does "if you're lucky enough for her to appear" mean? My dog was in the same play yard all week without leaving. It creates a bit of distrust not knowing where my dog is. I understand that we cannot go inside for the wellbeing of the other dogs, but I think it would be an added value and build trust in the center to send photos or short videos to the owners to provide peace of mind that she is fine and to know where she is. Nowadays everyone carries a cell phone, and surely the caretakers inside who are supposed to attend to them could take a photo. And a question: if I can book an appointment to see the facilities, what do you show me? Because I asked there and they told me they cannot be seen. This year I noticed too much guardedness, little transparency, and few—if not almost no—social media posts. On a positive note, I must say that the person who assisted us at pick-up was very kind; she let us see where she was coming from, and my dog didn't even want to leave her play yard 😅. Another positive is that whenever I wrote on WhatsApp they replied, although the information seemed scarce to me. Thank you. Thank you very much for the response. I did ask for photos from the person who received Brisa at drop-off, but she never mentioned that they could be requested via WhatsApp; she told me they weren't taken, "only for social media, and if you're lucky, your dog appears." I understand we cannot enter, but I ask again that you consider recording short videos and taking photos so owners can see where and how they are. It would be a big plus in your favor to provide peace of mind. Thank you, best regards.

Update from June 21, 2026: Yesterday I had to say goodbye to Simon, my Weimaraner. He was thirteen years old. Since then, I haven't been able to stop thinking about all the people who, in one way or another, made his life a little easier during the time he was with me. And among them is the Happy Can team. Simon stayed here several times over the years and, for both him and us, it ended up becoming a second home. There are places where you leave your dog because you have no alternative, and there are places where you leave him because you trust them. This was one of the latter. Beyond the facilities or the organization, what I always found here was humanity. Warmth. People who understood that they weren't just caring for an animal, but for a member of a family. And that difference truly shows. It was also noticeable in Simon. Over time, he learned exactly where he was going. As we approached the driveway slope, well before arriving, it was not unusual to see him get all worked up with pure joy. What seemed like a simple anecdote back then feels today like the best review that could ever be written for a place like this. Every time we left him here, we walked away with the peace of mind of knowing he was in good hands. And every time we returned to pick him up, he was still himself: calm, well-cared for, and loved. Now that he is no longer here, I realize that a part of his story also unfolded in this place and with the people who accompanied him during those days. That's why I wanted to thank you. Thank you for your professionalism, but above all for your closeness, your affection, and the trust you gave us for so many years. When you lose a life companion like Simon, you also remember those who helped him live a better life. And I didn't want to fail to remember you. Thank you with all my heart. I don't remember the first time I brought my dog to Happy Can, as a lot of water has passed under the bridge since then; but what I do know is that now I couldn't take him anywhere else. It is synonymous with safety and peace of mind, and when it comes to caring for our best friend, for me that is the most important thing. I have a 9-year-old Weimaraner, and every time I turn onto the slope leading directly to the boarding kennel, he starts whining and whimpering with joy, knowing what awaits him. Relatively recently, my dog had a very nasty injury in the testicular area, along with all the treatment and healing process that entailed. We had to leave him at the kennel for a few days due to work, and you can imagine my worry, as he needed very close monitoring and a strict treatment regimen. When I came back to pick him up, he was much better. The attention and love received at this center is unbeatable, and I assure you that the peace of mind knowing your dog is in good hands is priceless. Thank you to the entire Happy Can team.

Update 05/29: Yeah, sure, I'm the one lying. Everyone can draw their own conclusions: my dog spends 24 hours there and supposedly gets dehydrated in a 30-minute car ride with the AC on full blast at 10:15 AM (it wasn't hot, 20ºC according to AEMET; I specifically went to pick up my dog even before you opened to avoid the hottest hours)... keep it up, champions, but give water to the dogs. As for me, I'll just tell anyone willing to listen: do not bring your dog here. My big mistake was taking my dog home knowing he wasn't completely fine and assuming it was just tiredness (these people are experts at clinging to any excuse to avoid admitting anything). Another standard practice of theirs is taking your dog using a short choke leash. I left my dog Haru for one night and picked him up on 05/24/2026 at 10:16 AM. Right away, I noticed he seemed quite off. Less than an hour later at home, he started drinking water compulsively. We ended up at the emergency vet that same day diagnosed with severe dehydration and serious blood work abnormalities (hypernatremia, hemoconcentration, leukocytosis). The facility insinuated it could have been the car ride with the AC running. The vet ruled that out: this clinical condition requires hours of exposure, not minutes. UPDATE: Thank you for your reply, but there are several points that don't match what actually happened and need clarification. First, regarding the distance and time: my town is 50 km away, not 74 km as you stated. Please double-check that detail. Second, and most importantly: when I picked Haru up at 10:15, I already had to physically lift him into the car. He didn't get in on his own; I chalked it up to being tired from not sleeping well—I'm not a vet. UPDATE 2: I insist, you have received an email with delivery confirmation since Sunday and another email requesting a copy of the invoice, but I haven't received any response through that channel. When I picked up the dog, I noticed he was lethargic, but I never imagined it could be dehydration. Based on what happened, everything points to a serious hydration issue during his stay; I realized this once he got home and couldn't stop drinking compulsively and continuously. After what happened, I would never leave my dog here again. Judging by how they respond to negative reviews, it is alarming how they try to justify what occurred by insinuating that the dog became dehydrated in a 30-minute car ride with the AC on. The explanation you give makes no sense and causes even greater concern. It's true that I took the dog home thinking he was just tired, not sick. But that doesn't change the fact that the dog left the boarding facility in poor condition. I was in contact with the facility's vet the entire time and followed her instructions. That's why it is particularly worrying that you are now trying to shift blame elsewhere, when the symptoms were already evident at pickup. The dog is still improving, though slowly.

I take my husky Shatka to Happy Can every time I have to travel, and it has already become "her place." As soon as we arrive, she gets happy, wags her tail, and wants to run right in, and to me, that says it all. What I like most is that they spend a lot of time outdoors and in groups; she isn't locked up all day. When I pick her up, she comes home tired from playing, but calm—neither stressed nor nervous. You can tell they treat her with affection and know how to handle dogs of different sizes and temperaments. The customer service with us is also very good: they are friendly, clear, explain how they work, and leave you with the feeling that they genuinely care about each dog—it's not just "another daycare." A 10/10 experience to repeat a thousand times over; my only complaint is that when I go pick up my dogs, they don't want to come back with me and run back to their caretakers ☺️ (that shows me how much love they give them). I scheduled a visit to see the facilities (which, it is worth emphasizing, are huuuuuge), and the staff was super friendly and attentive to all my questions. One thing to highlight is knowing they take it very seriously that the dogs have all their vaccinations so that it's a safe space for everyone, and that left me quite relieved. During their stay, I contacted them to check on how they were doing and to see if I could get a few pictures of them, and they had no problem at all (I've attached the photos). I'm not going anywhere else. We will definitely be back!

We didn't even leave our dog for 48 hours, and when we went to pick him up, he was walking very slowly and his mouth seemed dry. My husband took him thinking that maybe he just hadn't rested well, even though he's a dog that doesn't get homesick when he stays at his kennel (his usual, good one, not this place that can't even be called a boarding kennel). It's 10:00 in the morning, it's not hot, it's in the mountains; he puts him in the car for a drive of less than half an hour, and when they get home he gives the dog water, who drinks non-stop as if he hadn't had anything to drink for hours. In the end, seeing the dog's weakness as he could barely move, he took him to the emergency vet, where they told us his symptoms were consistent with heatstroke and severe dehydration. Happycan hides behind that car ride, even though he had been there for almost 24 hours, who knows under what conditions. I don't care that they won't take responsibility (even though it's shameful), because thank God my dog has recovered. I am only writing this so that, please, you never leave your pet here, since they are not even capable of noticing when an animal is unwell. If we had left him until the afternoon, I don't know what would have happened.

Update: the treatment of the dog is very good, but we had issues with customer service. // We brought our dog for the weekend. On Friday, nobody tells us that if we pick him up ourselves, it has to be before 7:00 PM. We are stuck in a traffic jam, so I call to let them know we'll arrive at 7:30 PM, and they tell us they won't release the dog due to office hours. That he has to stay an extra night. We begged them, offering to pay extra because we wanted to take our dog since we had a trip the next day, but they refused to give him back. They made no exceptions and showed zero empathy for an extraordinary situation. Finally, upon writing this negative review, the manager calls me and says that while she was planning to open at 9:00 AM to help us pick up the dog so we could take our trip, now she wouldn't. In a way, she 'took revenge' by delaying the opening time by an hour, causing us to miss our trip. In my opinion, these things do not encourage a customer to return, and they are saddening. It's a shame because the facility is extraordinary and my dog came back happy. It was simply the attitude of those people at the front desk and management, who, instead of reassuring us and trying to find a solution, preferred an outright 'no' from the start.

I had never left my dogs in anyone's care until my experience with Happican. Now with my Boxer, Mateo, this is already the third time, and despite how attached he is to us, Mateo was happy there. I cannot thank you enough for taking care of Mateo without notice during such a difficult and sudden situation as the passing of my mother. You took him in so that we could go through that painful moment without the added worry of what to do with Mateo, especially having to travel. I will never be able to thank you enough. It is very hard for Mateo to detach from us, but he loves the countryside, the sun, and sticks. He is not an easy dog because he is very much an alpha male, but he melts with joy at any human affection and care. I know he was happy there, and when we picked him up this Easter he was exhausted; he slept so deeply that his snoring kept us company all night, hahaha. This time I booked the bath before leaving because last time he must have enjoyed himself so much that he was filthy from head to toe. It's like picking up a kid from school completely spotless and with every hair in place—that would worry me; when a kid comes home a mess from school and you have to put him straight into the bathtub, it means he played and had a great time. I have taken my little dog Aika several times and I am delighted with how they treat her. She goes in and comes out of HappyCan very happy, which gives me complete peace of mind and confidence leaving her there because I know she is in very good hands. HAPPYCAN HAHAHA I went on vacation for 5 days and took my dachshund to this place because I trusted the good reviews. During those days, we were texting them because we hadn't heard anything about him. They don't tell you how he is doing, not a single photo or anything. We would message them and they would tell us everything was fine, that the dog was doing well. To my surprise, when I went to pick him up, I found him completely skeletal and with a huge wound on his nose. My dog is calm, affectionate, and sociable, and this isn't the first time I've left him somewhere for a few days to be looked after. You didn't even have the decency to contact us to let us know that the dog was having a bad time so someone from my circle could pick him up. All you cared about was continuing to get paid, not the animal's well-being. As soon as we left there, we went straight to the vet to have him examined. A few more days and I probably wouldn't have a dog anymore. I have proof of all this: the WhatsApp conversations where they told us the dog was doing "great", photos of his condition when we picked him up, and the vet's report. Let's see what excuse you give me, just like you've done with other negative reviews. I hope you have the decency to refund my money. Otherwise, I will proceed to take formal legal action through the appropriate channels. UPDATE: YES, they do have the veterinary report since mid-February. Take responsibility.

We boarded our two dogs for a three-week stay. It wasn't the first time we had used their services for short stays, and everything had previously gone well, but this last experience was truly terrible. Our Labrador came back with his ear completely wrecked. From the moment they handed him over to us, he looked off, so we took him to the vet. There, they discovered that he had a foxtail/burr lodged very deep in his ear, which caused a severe infection. The vet confirmed that, based on the discharge and the severity of the infection, he had been like that for several days. Throughout the entire stay, no one noticed he was sick. As soon as he got home he had a fever… we don't know how many days he spent like that without medical attention. The plant burr perforated his eardrum, and although he is under treatment, he still suffers from aftereffects and issues in his ear due to this situation. It is very sad and alarming that no one noticed something was wrong. Additionally, our other dog came back with bloody diarrhea. When we took her to the vet, they found parasites, so she had to receive treatment as well. On top of that, when I contacted them to cancel a reservation we had for December—since after this experience we do not plan to ever leave our dogs there again—the customer service was awful. Both the receptionist and the veterinarian who called me afterward were extremely unpleasant. One of them even threatened to sue me for leaving this review, which struck me as a very unprofessional reaction, especially after handing our dogs back to us in that condition. Although she later apologized and claimed they had taken good care of them, I find it important to share what happened so they can genuinely improve their services. This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I consider it important to do so for the well-being of other dogs and their owners, because no one should have to go through a situation like this. Happy Can needs to improve both their customer service and, above all, the actual care of the little animals we entrust to them, as they are extremely important to us. Update: It is astonishing how unethical they are, judging by their response to my review. I am in contact with my vet, and he never received any communication from Happy Can, even though I shared his contact details so they could reach out. I will not take down my review based on threats (as they have already done) or because they try to make it look fake. As I said, I hope this helps readers who are considering bringing their dogs here.

We left our two little dogs for three days. They kept us updated on how they were doing, answering the questions we sent via WhatsApp and sending us photos whenever they could. Honestly, we left them with a bit of apprehension since it was a new place for them, even though we had good recommendations from our neighbors. We are thrilled with the care they received. Although we didn't go inside all the facilities when dropping them off, from the outside they look spectacular and very spacious. Plus, when you pick them up, they let you come inside to greet them, which is appreciated considering that in other places you have to wait at the door. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We will leave them there again if needed.

I appreciate your response, although I am honestly surprised by the tone and the approach, just as I appreciate the labor law lesson, even though in this case I didn't ask for it, nor did I ask anyone to work overtime, but rather a little common sense and flexibility. I am glad to know that you comply with the law; however, I believe that complying with it should not be at odds with being kind and understanding. It is curious that you know the Workers' Statute so well, but not the concept of customer service or basic empathy (which you should review). Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with this hotel and its owner, Agustín Cocca. They accepted our puppy who was in the process of being adopted. We explained that there had been a close-contact situation at the foster home where she was staying due to another puppy that had died of parvovirus, and that the vet recommended removing her from the shared space. We explained the entire situation in detail to see if they could take her in; Agustín agreed, and we asked him to take her to the vet at the first sign of any symptom—since our puppy wasn't showing any symptoms yet—promising we would cover the costs, but asking if he could transport her since the facility is far away. At the time, the owner had no issue with this and asked us for the bank transfer. Agustín later notified us that she had diarrhea, and knowing the background, he negligently waited 24 hours to take her to the vet, and only did so because we insisted (it's worth mentioning that all arrangements were handled from the European Union, as her owners were traveling from abroad to adopt the puppy). At the vet clinic, Agustín treated it as a joke how 'obvious it was that the puppy was infected,' saying, 'excuse me for laughing, but...'. We had paid for 12 nights, of which our puppy only stayed 2. Agustín DID NOT return any of our puppy's belongings, only the bag of dog food, which was missing half of what we had provided (impossible for that much food to be consumed in two days). In response to our complaints, Agustín simply said he would not refund the money, and that if he did, it would only be 33,000 out of the 180,000 paid, deducting money for things that were never discussed beforehand, even though he was fully aware of everything. He never provided the document to submit our puppy's vaccination records as he said he would; he didn't even provide an invoice or contract (which we will report to the IRS/SII). He stopped answering our calls after reporting her symptoms (he even sent a photo of the diarrhea and then deleted it), mocked the situation while our puppy was hospitalized, and kept her food and our money for the 10 days she wasn't there (which would have really helped us cover her hospitalization costs). Honestly, he is a dishonest person. He was disrespectful and acted completely oblivious to everything, as if we hadn't explained it all clearly from the start. The guy even mentioned that he wasn't aware of how serious parvovirus is (CONSIDERING HE RUNS A DOG HOTEL!). A terrible experience.

The service mentioned that you could call and ask whenever you wanted, but I think they are short-staffed for that kind of management. My dog has stayed there on several previous occasions, and for some reason it's now been 2 consecutive years that when I call to book a date they tell me yes and supposedly save everything, but when I call close to the date to confirm, there is no reservation, no one knows what happened, and I find it completely unprofessional that this is already the second time; I don't know what's going on. But I definitely won't trust this place again. Additionally, on previous occasions my dog always came home with a cold and skinny; supposedly that's normal, but at another place I finally found, that never happened to her.

This is a review meant for constructive feedback🙏🏻. I believe it's always super rewarding and necessary to hear the good things, especially when they are well-deserved 😊. I've been taking my dogs to Happycan for many years; it's a place in an incredible setting and my dogs have always been happy to stay there and well cared for. In the end, that's what truly matters. But for many of us, they are our children, and there are some details that spoil the experience. Undoubtedly, it's what happens in many businesses: when the workload increases, the quality of service decreases. By the way, this is never the employees' fault. The photos and the update messages about how our dogs are doing cannot be forgotten. Knowing whether they are male or female when you talk to us about them, spelling their names correctly... They might seem like silly little things, but to us, they mean the world. Being away from them and thinking that the people taking care of them don't even know their names... it breaks your heart. And that never used to happen before. Obviously, it's not feasible to send daily reports for every single dog; that's understandable. But please don't stop doing it altogether. Very bad experience! As soon as we arrived, they told us that the dogs had ticks and fleas... which wasn't true since they had had their Bravecto administered both internally and externally just a month ago... vaccinated and with their leishmaniasis shot, yet they told us that vaccine isn't effective, only the one they carry... We applied the spot-on pipettes they provided us, and to top it all off, when we went to pick them up, they hadn't been let out at all, since as soon as we got them, they pooped and peed on the street. We will not leave them at this place again. It was our second time, and we weren't happy the first time either; after everything they charged, I still had to pay €26 just for them to administer a pill to one dog that I provided myself. I get the impression that they don't care about the dogs' well-being, they only care about making money.

I've been taking my crazy little girl, Perla, for a few years now, and both she and I are delighted—her even more than me, since she's the one enjoying it! Usually I leave her for a couple of days, and every time I pick her up she doesn't want to come back home because she's so happy there. My dog has sooooo much energy, and every time she comes home she's completely wiped out hahaha. The staff and the care I've received are always wonderful; I've never had any issues with them, and neither has Perla. The facilities are incredible, and just seeing the place she's at gives me total peace of mind. I called twice before going, and on both occasions, I mentioned that I had a dog that was a bit grumpy and reactive, but that it would be enough for him to be kept separate with his brother. On both calls, they told me it wouldn't be a problem. However, upon arrival—after driving for over an hour and a half and with a trip scheduled for the next day—they informed me they couldn't take him. This caused me to miss my flight and my trip. I think it would be important to provide clearer, more specific information when answering calls and state the boarding conditions from the very beginning. I understand their hotel concept, which became clear once I saw the facilities, but I believe the information over the phone needs to be much more specific, clearly detailing the requirements for a dog to stay. I am both satisfied and dissatisfied. I've already boarded my little dog about 6 or 7 times due to trips, so I know the place somewhat. You arrive, and from the outside you see a lot of open land, but then mine, who is a beagle under 2 years old and needs a lot of activity... they put her in a 'mini park' that they don't show you... and it is undoubtedly a mini park because when I pick her up she is desperate to run, play, and have a bit of freedom... Additionally, they feed her food that makes them gain weight, as they themselves admitted, and she comes back fatter. Their drawback is that if you pick her up in the afternoon, they charge you for a full day, even when you're traveling from far away because you trust the place. They change staff constantly, and you never know who is looking after your dog. I've only seen one permanent girl who, on top of that, is unpleasant and defensive at times, while the rest are nice, but you never know who is who, nor, of course, do they remember your dog. They sent me one or two photos once and never again. When I ask about my dog, they send a standard message saying she's fine and that's it. I have no idea where she sleeps or if she has actually been socializing with other dogs. The very positive part is that she returns in good health, never worse than when she arrived, and she hasn't been bitten, which is something to appreciate considering how some boarding facilities are... That must be highlighted. She comes back in good health.

It has good reviews and they explain everything wonderfully over the phone, but their intention is for you to book without seeing the facilities. When you ask when you can go visit, they tell you Monday to Friday from 10 to 12 in the morning; they don't provide any other hours, and of course for that reason I am not taking them there. Regarding the response they gave me, it's completely false. At no point was I told I could go in the afternoon; in fact, I asked if I could go in the afternoon and they said no. My 4 dogs will not set foot there, and my family members' dogs even less so. As for not asking for a deposit, Almacan doesn't either, and they adapt to your needs and your pet's.

I dropped off my dogs on a Thursday at 6:00 PM and picked them up on Monday at 5:00 PM. Instead of paying for 4 days, I was charged for 5 because I should have picked them up before 2:00 PM. I suppose the dogs were fine. I didn't see where they slept, where they ate, or where they spent the day. The staff is very friendly. I asked them to send me a photo and they did. I asked every day how the dogs were doing and they always answered.

We left my dog with a lot of fear due to bad experiences at other places. He came back happy, they gave him the medication he needed, and he looked joyful. It's worth noting that Paco is very special; he is super spoiled and that's why he suffers whenever we leave him anywhere. Tremendously disappointed with this service. When picking up my dog today at 4:00 PM, I was informed that, because I hadn't picked her up by 2:00 PM, I had to pay for an entire extra day. This policy was never communicated to me at any point, neither when dropping her off nor during the process. It's a shame that for €21 they lose a client's trust. Of course, I will not leave my dog at this place again, which is a pity because she seems to have been well taken care of.

Well, this is the third time I've left my dog BLACKY here and I realized I hadn't left any reviews. Very happy, as always (just like the previous two times). And my dog comes back happy, which I especially notice because she greets me and is just as crazy happy with the caretakers... a sign that they treat her well. Just to give an idea, I would add a paid webcam option in some of the kennels (I would pay for it). Just putting it out there, hehehe. So all good. We'll be back because the important thing is that you can tell the dog is doing well.

They ruined our dog!! We left him for a week and when we went to pick him up, we found Koda with his hind legs and abdomen raw and hairless. Nobody noticed until we went to get him and saw him. He is a living being and nobody cared about him. A huge disappointment. If you love your pets, this is not a good place for them.

It is the first time I have left my "baby" at a dog boarding facility, and I think the place is great because they spend all their time outdoors in a huge field with dogs of similar characteristics and size; they are not kept in cages. The only drawback is that they don't show you where they sleep, and their rooms aren't shown on the website. There is someone who explains things a bit more, but since dogs can't talk, you never really know if they cried, ate, or how they were doing; I hope everything went well, but you never truly know. My dog has a hoarse bark; I don't know if it's from barking so much or because he was sad. Still, I recommend it, especially for the space they have and for being out in nature all day, except when they sleep. They should also send some photos or videos when the dogs are playing and provide more information about when they eat, their meal times, and when they sleep. However, if I ever need boarding again, I would definitely not hesitate to choose Happycan.

I left my dog Skadi at HappyCan for the second time, and the experience was just as good as the first; she came back happy, in perfect health, and quite tired, which is a sign she played and ran a lot. The pick-up and drop-off service works wonderfully, and the person handling it (different people on both occasions) is friendly and treats the animal very well; my dog was even giving Javier little kisses when getting out of the van this morning. We picked up our dog a few days ago and left rather dissatisfied because of a wound on his paw. After posting the review mentioning this, they called us right away to check on the dog and provide detailed information about his stay there. The wound was in a barely visible spot, so it is a mistake that could happen to anyone. Virginia has been very attentive and even offered to come to our home to treat it. While my first impression was that there is little communication with the facility, my current impression is that they truly care about the dogs' well-being.

I left my dog at HappyCan for 7 days, and my experience was not good. My dog returned from HappyCan with all her paws injured and her back paw pads burned. When we went to pick her up, they pointed out that the wounds on her front paws were due to "dehydration," which is already a rather shocking argument because the first thing you think is that the dog didn't have enough water available... and they told us to apply Bepanthen and she would be fine in a few days. On Monday, we took her to the vet, and they informed us that the dog had burns on her paws. I don't know where my dog slept because I haven't seen her kennel; HappyCan doesn't give you the option to see it. I would like to note that the little I could see of their facilities bears no resemblance to their website; there is no pond, and the green area is more like a wasteland. In short, I cannot recommend a place where my dog was returned to me after 7 days with all her paws injured, back paw pads burned, dirty, foul-smelling, and thinner... all in all, an awful experience for the animal and for us. Hard to forget.

Hello, if you love your dogs, don't even think about leaving them at this boarding facility. I left my dog for 3 days, and when I went back to pick him up, he was emaciated and didn't even recognize me. He must have taken a blow to the eye because he had it closed and swollen, and on his neck he had a strange, very thin and long wart that had to be cut off at the vet's. Besides that, they must have had him sedated with some medication because he didn't even recognize me. The photos of the facility must be from when it was built because there was no lake there, nor did they let me in to see the cages where my dog was going to stay. That already made me suspicious, but of course, I had already paid, and backing out when my flight left in 3 hours was not possible. I see you are saying my review is fake; don't worry, I am going to find the invoice and the sticker you put on the dog's paperwork, take photos of them, and attach them. I would like to add, so people know the kind of people they are dealing with, that you threaten to sue when you get a negative review. My wife is a lawyer, so be careful or you might end up on the losing side. Regards.

I left my dog at Happycan for 10 days this summer, warning them that she could only eat her own food due to allergies. My experience was not good because when I picked her up she had a skin allergy flare-up and nobody had noticed; her whole body was covered in bumps. I wrote several times during her stay there to see how she was doing and they told me she was fine, although I didn't receive any photos. I took her to the vet right after picking her up and with medication she has recovered well, but it was not pleasant at all. I would not leave her at Happycan again.

They are very friendly, and I think they treat the dogs well. Ours was happy. I didn't like that you can't see the condition of where they stay; they say it's so as not to disturb the dogs that are there. Without a doubt the best place for your dog. Mine has already stayed three times, and if there's space this August I'll leave him there again. My dog KOKE is a border collie with idiopathic epilepsy, he takes daily medication, and the girls treated him wonderfully. I have never seen my dog come out so happy, and when I drop him off he goes with the girl without hesitation; he already remembers previous times and goes happily. I had recommendations from other friends from the park who suggested it to me, and it is definitely even better than what they told me. For me—and I've tried several places—the best in Madrid without a doubt.

I take my 4 dogs to Happycan very often and they are happy and pleased whenever they stay there. Two of them are already 10 years old and have been staying there for 8 years. They play and have a wonderful time. They always greet everyone who works there with lots of affection, and for me it's complete peace of mind because I know they are very well cared for and loved. All the staff are fantastic and great professionals who guide you at all times and give all their love to my mastiff Nera, Bambú, Kala, and Lobo. We left my dog for 24 hours as a trial. They told us he wouldn't be around other dogs. When we picked him up at 12 in the morning, he hadn't had breakfast. In the car, he had an anxiety attack like he had never had before. 20 minutes later we took him out in the field. He peed continuously for more than two minutes and pooped twice. He came back starving and dying of thirst. Of course, we will not be back.

They group the dogs in trios, pairs, or they can even be alone if desired, depending on their compatibility. They stay in generously sized yards so they can run and play. They have their own individual kennel for sleeping. I also highlight that it is a natural setting. In 6 years, I have never had the slightest problem.
