We boarded our dog for 4 nights and the experience was very disappointing. We had to insist just to find out how he was doing, and it wasn't until the third day that they sent us a single video where you could barely see him. When we complained about the lack of attention, they replied that we were the ones who had to ask for updates because they had other dogs. At other boarding places we've used, they sent daily videos without us even having to ask. To make matters worse, after we transferred the payment, they didn't even bother to say thank you. We had very good references, but we will not be taking him back. What a shame.

We've been taking our dog Balú to this facility for about a year now, both for boarding and daycare, and we couldn't be happier. The facilities are fantastic and, above all, the affection and great care the dogs receive is very noticeable. Every time we arrive, Balú goes crazy with excitement to go in! For us, that is the best sign that he is happy and well cared for. Furthermore, the entire team is lovely and always treats him with so much affection. Handling our Balú, who is a complete whirlwind, requires a good dose of patience 😂 Without a doubt, we recommend them 100% and hope to continue bringing him for many years to come. Thank you for taking such good care of him! ❤️

Everything was perfect. We left our dog for a week and they are very nice and professional.

I took my dog there a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, they leave all the dogs together without understanding that each one has its own personality. We picked her up with several bites. After a significant veterinary expense, luckily she has recovered well. We will not be back.

I took my cat to Gufy and I am delighted with the experience. From the very first moment, they gave me so much confidence, and you can truly see the love and care with which they treat the animals. I loved the exclusive cat area: it's beautiful, very well-kept, well-equipped, and designed for them to be comfortable and calm. You can tell they took care of every single detail. The entire team was lovely, attentive, and professional, and I had complete peace of mind knowing my cat was in good hands. I leave feeling very grateful for the care received and I will definitely rely on them again.

Sylph, my kitten, spent two weeks at the boarding facility this summer and came back perfect: happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. Thanks to Silvia and the caregiving team, the three "S's", your attention, affection, and patience really show in how he has returned. For us, this facility is now our trusted place. Thank you for treating Sylph as if he were your own.

Bad experience. They came back malnourished. I was told they would be let out on the grass for a while each day, but the three of them were locked in a cell day and night. They came back terrified and scared, and on top of that, they kept the 4kg bag of food. They only provided one small food bowl and water bowl for the three of them. At home, I use one for each. I will not leave them there ever again.

Dog and cat boarding, with a large meadow for dogs to go for walks. The facilities are indoors and climate-controlled.

Absolutely recommended! I travel a lot for work and leave 'my 2 boys' there, also some days for doggy daycare, and the service and facilities are exceptional!
