Highly recommended dog boarding. The furry ones are well cared for, and they really look after them. The owners are very kind and attentive to everything. Our dog is delighted every time we leave her there.

5 stars because I can't give more. I've been bringing my dogs here for years. 10/10 staff; wonderful service. Always taking care of my little ones (and not-so-little ones). My dogs come home thrilled and calm. On top of that, it's a peaceful, well-kept, and VERY clean place. Thanks to the whole team.

I'm leaving this review after booking several stays with them; my dog Cacique loves the place, he goes in and comes out happy, and we haven't had any incidents on any occasion. At one point we even hired them for home pick-up; they have been kind, polite, and my dog is always in good shape when I get him back 💙

I left my German Shepherd here and she couldn't have been better cared for; it's clear that Gema and Luis are great professionals who truly love animals. Lana came home happy, you can tell they gave her lots of love and affection. When Luis brought her home, she peeked out to watch him leave, and she only does that when she grows fond of someone. It brings so much peace of mind knowing she's in a place you can trust.

We left our dog for a week, guided by the reviews, and the truth is that when we arrived he was happy and well, a sign of the good treatment he received. If I had to find a downside, it would be nice if they sent some photos or videos at no extra cost during the stay, as that gives us great peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking care of him!!!!

When picking up my dog, I found a lump on his leg. When I asked the caretaker, he shut down completely, became furious, treated us with contempt, very rudely, and reacted totally out of line. When everything is fine, any place is good, but when something is wrong, that's when they should demonstrate professionalism, and here, towards people, there is none.

I left my 2 dogs with them for the first time. Excellent service from the moment I made the reservation. During my trip, I texted them to check in on them and they responded right away. When I picked them up, they were in perfect shape and happy—naturally with the typical excitement of seeing each other again. Thank you for taking care of them.

Although my experience was short—just two days—I think it did my puppy a lot of good and she was very well taken care of. Even though I don't know their names, I want to thank the three people I was in contact with for their kindness and for taking such good care of the little one. I totally recommend it.

Happier and happier every time, and I just have to say that I have a terrible time whenever I leave our beloved Kora. But seeing how well she leaves and gets into the van so calmly helps so much. The kindness with which they respond to your concerns and the way they speak about her gives me the confidence I need to leave her with greater peace of mind. A thousand thanks.

I think it is fine that they state the deposit is non-refundable. But not even for force majeure, such as our flights being canceled due to the current oil crisis? Honestly, I don't think this is legally valid under any terms. A real shame on your part.
