5 stars because I can't give more. I've been bringing my dogs here for years. 10/10 staff; wonderful service. Always taking care of my little ones (and not-so-little ones). My dogs come home thrilled and calm. On top of that, it's a peaceful, well-kept, and VERY clean place. Thanks to the whole team.

I'm leaving this review after booking several stays with them; my dog Cacique loves the place, he goes in and comes out happy, and we haven't had any incidents on any occasion. At one point we even hired them for home pick-up; they have been kind, polite, and my dog is always in good shape when I get him back 💙

I left my German Shepherd here and she couldn't have been better cared for; it's clear that Gema and Luis are great professionals who truly love animals. Lana came home happy, you can tell they gave her lots of love and affection. When Luis brought her home, she peeked out to watch him leave, and she only does that when she grows fond of someone. It brings so much peace of mind knowing she's in a place you can trust.

We left our dog for a week, guided by the reviews, and the truth is that when we arrived he was happy and well, a sign of the good treatment he received. If I had to find a downside, it would be nice if they sent some photos or videos at no extra cost during the stay, as that gives us great peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking care of him!!!!

When picking up my dog, I found a lump on his leg. When I asked the caretaker, he shut down completely, became furious, treated us with contempt, very rudely, and reacted totally out of line. When everything is fine, any place is good, but when something is wrong, that's when they should demonstrate professionalism, and here, towards people, there is none.

I left my 2 dogs with them for the first time. Excellent service from the moment I made the reservation. During my trip, I texted them to check in on them and they responded right away. When I picked them up, they were in perfect shape and happy—naturally with the typical excitement of seeing each other again. Thank you for taking care of them.

Happier and happier every time, and I just have to say that I have a terrible time whenever I leave our beloved Kora. But seeing how well she leaves and gets into the van so calmly helps so much. The kindness with which they respond to your concerns and the way they speak about her gives me the confidence I need to leave her with greater peace of mind. A thousand thanks.

We are delighted with this dog boarding facility. From the very beginning, the treatment towards us was warm, professional, and very transparent, which is something we value greatly when leaving our greyhound. We especially want to highlight the care given to our dog: you can tell they truly love animals and take care of every single detail so they are comfortable, calm, and well looked after. Our greyhound was very well cared for, and upon picking him up, he was relaxed and happy, which gives us immense confidence. Without a doubt, we will be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to leave their dog. Thanks to the whole wonderful team

I am not satisfied at all with Brownie's stay. He was there from Thursday to Monday, and when I picked him up, he had 2 large wounds on his nose and cheek. I didn't think to check him further at the time, but once home I realized his ears were also injured. The dog arrived home running straight to the water bowl; the drive home is only 8 minutes, and I don't think he would be that thirsty in that time—I believe they hadn't given him his water bowl. The place had been recommended to me, but the truth is I feel very disappointed with the outcome. Tomorrow we are taking him to the vet because the wound on his cheek looks infected and green.

But Gema answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to always leave my little one there. Whenever I come back to pick him up, he doesn't want to leave; he wants to stay with Gema and Luis. After looking at several places that call themselves boarding kennels, we found Malilupus. We went to visit them with almost no notice; it took us about 15 minutes to arrive after hanging up the phone to ask if we could come see the place. That gives you confidence, because they don't prepare just for the visit. Gema treated us wonderfully even though it was almost closing time. She showed us the facilities, which were very well-equipped and clean, spotless. We hired a training service to learn how to handle our puppy, and we also booked a room with them for August. Luis taught us how to handle Bongo, and we left him with them for 28 days. My dog is truly a different dog; he came back with a much better temperament, obedient, and having gained weight, which he needed since he barely ate at home. I couldn't be more grateful. Gema, Luis, thank you so much for your care and passion for animals, you are amazing. We will always count on you. If you need a trustworthy place, this is undoubtedly the one.

Our experience is regarding the dog boarding facility. The facilities are great: there are climate-controlled kennels and outdoor ones, with insulated sandwich panel roofs that block the heat—in the middle of June it wasn't hot at all inside the outdoor ones. There are large and small ones (and the small ones aren't really that small), and they provide beds, walks, leashes, food, and they don't use muzzles... They are professional trainers, so you leave your dog in good hands. Our dog Kima stayed for 9 nights; she is balanced, but very dominant, an imposing Spanish Alano who can be a bit of a bully with small dogs (especially those that bark a lot). However, she did amazingly well, wasn't aggressive toward any dog at any point (from what they told us), and was even able to share playtime with another dog without any issues. We are THRILLED with the care received. We will definitely be back. It's such a relief to know that if we have no choice but to leave her in someone's care, she will be fantastic, taken for walks, able to interact with other dogs, kept cool... 100% recommended.

After five years, we continue taking Morritos to Malilupus. He spent three weeks there and came back happy, active, and saying goodbye to his caregivers with little kisses. It's a very popular place, so you have to book well in advance so you don't miss out on a spot.

Very happy with Cleo and Khaos's stay. The dogs were very comfortable and the staff seem like true professionals; plus, they are trained in dog education, which surely helps with how they handle them. The double rooms are amazingly spacious, featuring a fenced outdoor area and an indoor area with their beds for sleeping. They walk them about three times a day for a good while, and they also have play areas where they go out to play. It's a shame we haven't been able to book again because they were fully booked.

I left my Labrador there for the Easter holidays. The day after dropping him off, my mother was admitted to the hospital, so I called and texted them to say we had to pick up the dog because we had an urgent emergency. It was 9:00 AM; they didn't answer the phone or reply to WhatsApp, so we decided to just go get him. The owner opened the door and, very rudely, told us they didn't open to the public until 10:00 and couldn't give him to us. We pleaded with him, explaining it was an emergency, and he just walked away, cutting us off mid-sentence. Completely shameless and with zero manners. They kept us waiting at the door until 10:00 AM. My dog came out extremely nervous and frightened; I don't think they treated him very well. Honestly, when I dropped him off I left feeling very worried because I saw very small cages and an extremely tiny box with a latch where they claim the dogs sleep, so I imagine they lock them in at night. In the outdoor area where they say they let the dogs out, the most we ever saw was a single dog alone, so I don't think they take the dogs out for very long. I didn't see much love for dogs from the owner or a woman working there. I will never board my dog there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

We are delighted with the experience we've had. We have a Dogo Argentino who is very dominant, doesn't get along with other dogs, and tends to be wary of people he doesn't know, which is why we had never dared to take him anywhere before; plus, other boarding kennels wouldn't even accept him. This was our first time, and thanks to Gema and Luis we know he will always return to Malilupus. The service was excellent. I left my 7-month-old puppy, Lulú, with a bit of worry since we had never been apart and she is always with me. When I went to pick her up, she was happy and as active as ever. Despite the setback we had—she went into heat that very same day—the care she received was impressive. What peace of mind it gives when you find a place where they care for her just like at home! Of course I will turn to them again whenever I need it! Thank you, guys!

Gema, Luis, and the entire team are true professionals, as well as caring and attentive to all the pups. We left Owen and Shira, a Malinois and a Border Collie, for 6 days in June, and they couldn't have been better cared for. The boarding facility has very good, clean amenities, and they even showed them to us a few days prior, being super friendly. The dogs were very happy; we asked for a video and were truly thrilled to see them playing and running around. We will definitely be back and recommend it 100%. Thank you, Gema and Luis, for taking such great care of them and for the wonderful service.

It was the first time we left our almost 9-year-old English bulldog at a dog boarding facility. Since he needs certain care, he is a dog that tends to get quite stressed, which shows on his skin—he gets bald spots, etc. I must say they cared for him as well as or even better than we do; they followed the eye drop treatment he had for his eyes. He stayed for 9 days and when they brought him back to us, honestly, he came back great and we saw he was doing super well. If we ever need to board him again, without a doubt, we will repeat with Malilupus :)

It's the summer home for my dog, Paco. Since he was a bit of a troublemaker, he completely charmed everyone. He's a mutt, but he has such a charming face that he even wins over the caretakers. If you want quality care for your pet, book a spot for them. Today he turned 14 and is still just as crazy as when he was six. He sends you a bark as a greeting!

A friend from Alcorcón had recommended Malilupus to me, as he had trained his dogs there, and it certainly did not disappoint us at all. It is worth every kilometer from Aranjuez just to see how well they came back. In addition, the facilities are beautiful and super clean, with a grassy park and thousands of balls where the furry ones can enjoy themselves. The staff is super nice and attentive. I discovered this boarding facility and started leaving my dog there occasionally; the service was fine. Later on, I trusted them to train a foster dog I had, which had aggression issues toward people and other dogs. Luis Olmos gave us 10 sessions, assuring us that there was nothing wrong with the dog, that he was healthy, and that we were just insecure. One day, it took three of them an entire morning to groom a 7kg Yorkie/Terrier mix because he wouldn't stay still and was attacking them. In the sessions, he encouraged us to hit the dog if he didn't obey and to use a choke collar, things I refused to do. After assuring us in the last session that the dog was fine, four days ago that dog killed another 12-year-old family dog who couldn't defend herself, whom he already knew and had lived with on multiple occasions.

Unbelievable treatment from one of the managers at the boarding facility. My parents usually take our pet there, and every time they've left him, they simply mentioned if the kennel could possibly have shade, caring for their animal who is like another member of the family, especially since temperatures were nearly 40 degrees these days. Apparently, the person in charge there didn't like this comment at all; he grabbed the animal, took him to the exit, and told my father he wouldn't take him. My father repeated that they were leaving on a trip and needed to board the pet there, but the manager insisted more than once that he leave. Just then, a woman came out—who must also be a manager there—and told my father there was no problem. The animal stayed, but the manager told him never to bring him back again. It's a shame I wasn't there in person to file a proper official complaint against you.

Phenomenal place very close to Madrid that treats dogs very well. My dog Luffy had a great time; it was a very good experience because it was the first time we had been apart from him even for a single night, and he stayed there for 8 days. After two days he was already his usual self, which means they treated him perfectly. The reason it's not five stars: I sincerely believe the check-in procedure is poorly handled. We were very nervous about leaving our dog for the first time, and in less than 30 seconds he was already in his kennel while we were in the office filling out paperwork without seeing him. It might be the best approach for the other dogs, or even for the dog himself so he settles in quickly, but it felt very rushed to me, and I left with an odd feeling. Still, four stars—if I could give 4.5 I would, because my dog was thrilled.

Horrible! I left my dog for 3 nights, paying for pick-up, drop-off, and the €22 indoor room. The facilities are fine for dogs; they have plenty of open field to run and enjoy themselves. The problem was that once they put him in the room, my dog became nervous and started hitting the fence with his front paws, causing himself major wounds. The staff responsible for watching the dog saw what was happening and did nothing. The most logical thing would have been to take him out for a while so he could calm down, and to treat his wounds. On Monday afternoon, they dropped him off at the scheduled time and never once mentioned the wounds he had; I had to call them myself to demand an explanation as to why my dog Raymon had those injuries. I took him to the vet (who was shocked by the wounds) so he could be treated. They ended up prescribing antibiotics and various pills because the wounds were infected and in very bad shape due to the neglect he suffered. I do not recommend this place at all. If you truly care about your pet, do not bring them here.

In the summer of 2014, just 3 days before leaving for vacation and having already booked at their boarding facility, they called me to say they couldn't take my dog because the person he usually stayed with wouldn't be there on those dates. They ruined half of my vacation, causing me to lose my hotel reservation. Prior to this, I had left my dog there on a few other occasions; often he came back with an upset stomach, and on one occasion, covered in ticks. The interaction with the staff, despite them emailing photos and videos of your pet, was often distant and occasionally unpleasant. The price is average for a dog boarding facility, but there are much better options for the same price. When visiting a facility, don't just look at the facilities; the care and treatment are even more important—that's where your beloved pet will be staying. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

If you want peace of mind on your vacation, you are on the wrong track if you plan to leave your pet here, since my dog came out with gastroenteritis and conjunctivitis, not to mention that the staff are very rude. Besides, they promised me a video to check on my dog's condition, and when they were supposed to send it, they told me they were not obligated to do such a thing. Once you leave your dog there, they don't give you updates on how it's doing, speaking to you rudely and without any manners. When we went to pick up the dog, both the owner and the employee started ranting nonsense for no reason at all and ended up insulting us, which I don't understand. They even threatened me, saying that if I posted a negative review they would take legal action—another absurdity on their part, since everyone writes based on their own experience; in short, complete scoundrels. I hope people think twice before bringing their dog to this place.

Terrible, they mistreat the dogs. They told some friends that if they didn't come pick up the dog, they would abandon it on the street... I think that's awful of them.

Terrible service, you leave your dog and they don't give you any updates at all, they respond rudely and if they don't like something over the phone they hang up on you.

I picked up my dog much thinner and with a sore on his elbow, possibly from sleeping on the floor even though I had brought his bed—a bed that was returned to me completely hairless, exactly as I had left it. Additionally, it was eleven in the morning and he was panting and overheated as if it were four in the afternoon and he had been running in the sun. I arrived without giving advance notice of my pickup time, and they wouldn't let me go get him from his kennel. The staff was extremely stressed, both at drop-off and pickup. Bite off more than you can chew... The bed hadn't been washed; it was exactly as I had left it. I know my dog's personality and behavior better than anyone, and I know for a fact that he uses his bed even on hot days. The dog was happy, I haven't said otherwise, but he was completely overheated. I'm not going to badmouth the staff because it's not my intention to harm them, but I can assure you they were extremely stressed at both drop-off and pickup. The dog has an illness because he has leishmaniasis, which is very well controlled; he arrived with it and left with it. But his elbows were in perfect condition when I left him, precisely because he is sick and there is strict monitoring for any type of wound that could cause an infection. I don't know if you gave him his medication; I was counting on it and that's why I left him with you. You only gave me updates on my dog twice. I asked for a video and you sent it; the dog looked happy playing in the outdoor area you have, and I never said my dog looked sad. We can't watch our pets 24 hours a day, I agree with that. I am not accusing you of anything because I didn't see anything; I have solely and exclusively seen my dog's physical appearance, and my feeling is not good, that is all.

I haven't boarded my dogs there because I went to check out the facilities and the treatment I received wasn't very pleasant. You go so they can show you the place and every question you ask seems to bother them; they didn't explain anything. It didn't give me much confidence—I figure if they don't pay attention to me, then to the dogs... But again, I haven't left them there, maybe I'm wrong, but I didn't like what I saw.

Terrible experience. If you love your pet, do not leave them in the hands of these irresponsible people who only use pets as a cash cow. When I picked up my dog, they had left him out in the sun for 5 days, even though I warned them that being white and short-haired, he gets sunburned extremely easily. The dog had burned eyes, as well as his entire head, ears, and snout, so we had to treat him for more than 5 days. He lost over half a kilo and caught kennel cough (we vaccinated him just the day before, our fault). Their response was that they had told us there were enclosed kennels (a lie). Even so, they saw that our dog got burned from day one and had the nerve to leave him there for 4 more days without moving him to another room and without informing us at all. It cost 60 euros between the vet and medications, and my dog had severe heatstroke and bloodshot eyes; for two days afterward, he couldn't move and felt awful. An absolute disgrace. I will never go back and do not recommend it at all. (This was the second time; the first time we left him for just 1 day, and when we picked him up he had a bite mark on his snout). They don't look after your pets, they just collect your money.

We picked up our little dog yesterday after leaving her for the entire May long weekend, and she must have been so comfortable that she didn't even want to go home. The facilities are very clean and the kennels are very spacious, with a covered area and an outdoor section. They have a green area where they let them run and play with other dogs of a similar temperament. It was the first time I had left my dog at a boarding facility, and it was truly the right choice. You can tell they are professionals. And very good value for money. Thank you for taking care of Lua. We will definitely be back!!!

Dogs are extremely well cared for and pampered here; they treat them with a lot of affection. I am very happy because when I leave William, he greets them with great joy and stays happily. That way, as owners, we don't have a hard time knowing they are delighted to stay, and that is truly appreciated.

I will not leave my dog there again, luckily it was only for 4 days. They told me there was no need to bring his bed, and the day I picked him up, the kennel only had a wooden doghouse. On the day of arrival, I told the staff member who assisted me that he could only eat once a day, in the evening, per my vet's instructions. Four days later, when I picked him up, the person handing him over told me he had just eaten (at 10:00 AM). I asked why, and he answered that they feed the dogs twice a day. On top of that, we arrived to pick him up and the kennel was damp, and the dog had wet paws and chest in 9°C weather. In summary, it didn't seem to me like they have much dedication to the work they do.

We left our dog for 4 days; they told us they would have a bed mat and not to bring one, and we found out that was a lie. We told them that he eats once a day per veterinary recommendation, and when we picked him up in the morning, they told us they had just fed him and that he had been eating twice a day. They have zero empathy for animals, neither at drop-off nor at pick-up. I would not recommend them, and of course, I would never leave him there again.

Arya, our little dog, stayed for two weeks in July at the Malilupus dog boarding facility. They have a wonderful field for the dogs where she plays with Luis Olmos, whom she loves very much. The rooms they give them are spacious and kept very clean. They returned Arya to us happy and in great shape. You can tell she has been well cared for. I certainly can't think of any better place to leave her.

Good facilities. Competitive prices and exceptional, almost personalized care for your pet... they have individual rooms, with the option of grass and/or heating, they take the dogs out twice a day to run in grass and/or dirt runs, accompanied by at most one other dog to avoid overcrowding and conflicts. They also offer training and grooming services.

I never thought I'd be so grateful to that neighbor who, during a short shared elevator ride, instead of making small talk about the weather like everyone else, turned to my dog Byron and me to ask: 'Is this the dog that barks so much?' Yes. Truth is, Byron barked. He barked whenever the intercom buzzed, the microwave chimed, or the front doorbell rang. He also sabotaged our conversations (with barking) if we entered a room where he was already resting, and he wouldn't let us near his food bowl—we had to take it away while he was out on walks. Byron would bite if something fell to the floor and we tried to pick it up (napkins, bottle caps, a cell phone)... and if it happened to be food, you could kiss it, or your hand, goodbye. But we didn't give up; we tolerated all his quirks, just like you would with a short-tempered relative, because when he's in a good mood he's a very affectionate dog with some truly hilarious eccentricities. However, we realized we had to do something, because it was essentially like living with an uncontrollable, unmanageable little seven-year-old Pinscher dictator, and that's how we ended up sharing our situation with the professionals at Malilupus. The option we chose was for Luis to come to our home to train all five of us—Byron and the four of us—over the course of ten sessions scheduled twice a week. There are no long lectures here, no one rambling on with endless theoretical stories about dog behavior. It is sixty full minutes of hands-on practice and repetition focused on specific issues. Luis teaches you how to correct your own behavior when communicating with your dog, and honestly, if you follow his advice, you see results from day one. On top of that, we had a great time; beyond being a fantastic professional, Luis is extremely polite, fun, and has great sensitivity and an effortless way of connecting with his clients, both human and canine. I can confidently say that all six of us are much happier now: Byron, the four of us, and my downstairs neighbor. Thank you so much, Luis!
