For us, WagWag is like family; we've been with them since the very beginning of WagWag!!! And we've had plenty of temptations to switch to new daycares, special offers, closer locations, etc., but… we stay and bet on WagWag Berlin!!! Our Aaron has been happily going since he came into our lives as a puppy, and he's already 5 years old!!! He feels right at home, and the caregivers… YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😘😘😘 Videos, photos, and the love you give them… that is priceless!!!

We have been taking my dog to this groomer our whole lives, and today they decided not to take her, "justifying it by saying she is already too old." It is an absolute disgrace and a complete lack of professionalism... We love dogs, but once they get old and become an inconvenience to you, it's better if they don't even come near. Shameful!! I hope this review reaches a lot of people so they know what kind of people they are leaving their pet with.

As a daycare it might be great, but I have a 15-year-old senior dog; they have been bathing her since they opened, but now they are making excuses. They refused to take her even though she had a booked appointment because the dog is old and gets very stressed. The merit of a good dog caregiver is knowing how to treat a senior dog with affection to help reduce their stress. I found it to be a complete lack of professionalism, but of course, an old dog is no longer profitable. Very good marketing, very poor professionalism.

So happy with WagWag! My dogs rush in like crazy; they scratch at the door and run in wagging their tails every day, and that means everything to me. I've been trusting them for over 4 years, and what completely won me over was seeing the care they take on walks—they go out in safety harnesses, and their handlers are super attentive to them. You can really tell there is a lot of love and dedication behind what they do. If you're looking for a trustworthy place around El Retiro, I 100% recommend it!

It is without a doubt the best dog daycare my dog Leela has ever been to, and the only one where she feels comfortable! My dog is very skittish and afraid of being around other dogs... But that's not the case here, since they don't accept aggressive dogs, so my dog feels happy, comfortable, and 100% SAFE, and that gives me so much peace of mind!! In fact, when I went to pick her up, she didn't even want to leave with me because she was so happy!! And that's the first time that has ever happened to me!! Thank you WAG WAG for being so wonderful and giving so much LOVE to our little animals!! FINALLY A DAYCARE WHERE MY DOG IS SAFE!! I see the unfair reviews giving you 1 star, and they are ALL because their dogs are aggressive and disruptive. I thank you 🙏 for not accepting them, otherwise my dog would have died of a heart attack from fear or from a bite she would have gotten!!! Those types of dogs need to go somewhere else to manage their aggression, and I don't understand why they get angry with you when it is completely understandable to maintain the balance and SAFETY of the rest of the group. If I could, I'd give you 10 stars!

I fully recommend Wag Wag. Our Golden, Sira, is now 7 months old, and she has been going to daycare since she was 4 months old whenever we aren't at home due to work. The experience couldn't be better: every time she arrives, she walks in happily or gets excited at the door, eager to go inside as soon as possible. Without a doubt, it has been a total success. I've been taking my female dogs for a month and a half while I work, and I couldn't spend my money any better: their behavior with other dogs is improving, they have space to play and run around a bit, they take them out for walks, and (the best part for me) they send you photos and videos during the day so you can see how they're doing. Plus, when they come home, they're exhausted from all the activity they've had. Highly recommended 👌

Without a doubt it was the best decision, especially because of the place: WagWag is like a second home to him. The way they treat the dogs, how much fun they have, how they care for and pamper them... and keeping you updated on how much fun he is having with the photos and videos they send while with them, they manage to bring a smile to your face and more than a few laughs. Wag Wag has been a total success for our dog Clayton. We leave him with his super teachers with complete peace of mind because we know he will be very well cared for and treated just as he needs, since he is a sensitive and shy dog adopted not long ago. Thanks to Wag Wag, his attitude toward other dogs has also greatly improved, and he has gained a lot of self-confidence and lost the fears he used to have. Wagwag is a place that really helps out when you don't want to leave your dog home alone for so many hours. Although it doesn't have open-air facilities or very large spaces for the dogs, the truth is that they do a great job taking care of your furry friend with what they have. They send you lots of photos and videos so you can see them and have peace of mind the whole time knowing your dog is safe. They take very good care of them, play with them, and treat them with a lot of affection. The girls who work there are all wonderful and very kind. My dog Atila always goes there, and even though changes are very, very hard for her, the girls at Wagwag have been patient with her adaptation process. Atila loves them very much, which I can tell by how she greets them and looks at them; that's proof of the good treatment dogs receive when we are not around. It is true that I think Wagwag could be a source of stress for some dogs due to the high number of dogs in such a small space, but that is what they offer and you have to determine whether it is suitable for your dog or not. It has worked for me, and I will continue bringing my Atila in 2023!!

I was a bit scared because my little dog has special needs; she has a lot of fears and separation anxiety, but she is very friendly with other furry friends and the trainer thought it could be good for her. They kept me updated on how she was doing the entire time and sent me photos, which really put me at ease. The place is very bright, smells good, is spacious, etc. Now in September (when the school year starts 😝), she will go back one day a week to build up a routine and gain confidence.

Fantastic daycare, you can really tell the care and love they have for the dogs. We took our Clara there on her trainer's recommendation and it truly worked out great for us. The best part is that throughout the entire day your pet is with them, they keep you updated on how they are adapting and how their day is going. Totally recommended, and we hope to return soon!

If you have a dog, take them to WagWag, without a second thought. My dog goes happily, has a great time, spends the eeeeentire day playing, and comes back so tired that at night she even forgets to cry about being left alone. Plus, they send photos and videos every little while so you can see how the little creature is doing... A very good option to leave your dog if you don't want them to stay home alone :)

My dog Charlie has been going to WagWag since he was 4 months old, and I couldn't be happier. Highlights for me: - The team's professionalism and affection. - The fact that some of the staff members are veterinarians, so they can help with questions, etc. - Charlie is more sociable with other dogs thanks to daycare. - He comes home exhausted and ready to relax and sleep. - They send videos/photos throughout the day, and you can stay in constant contact with them to check on how your dog is doing. - Most importantly to me, Charlie loves his daycare and is happy every morning when we arrive.

Mafalda is our little furry girl, an adopted dog with her own fears and insecurities. We were terrified of leaving her with anyone, and in the six years she has been with us, we never had. Today she had her daycare trial at WagWag, and the experience couldn't have been better. The affection they show the dogs is incredible. Their professionalism is absolute—not a single detail escapes them, and they offer a level of reassurance that, in my case, I couldn't have expected from anyone other than myself. A truly positive experience. Throughout the day, they sent us photos and a few videos, and our jaws dropped seeing our little one surrounded by other dogs in such a joyful, playful environment. Personally, I give them a 10/10, and I'm really sad I didn't discover them much sooner. I'm moving away from the area now, but if I ever have to come back and need someone to look after Mafy, I won't hesitate to leave her with them.

WagWag has been a lifesaver for us. When we adopted our greyhound, he had severe separation anxiety, and WagWag was a place where we could leave him well cared for while we worked. It has helped him socialize with other dogs, play all day, come home tired, and gradually improve his anxiety. The staff is wonderful; we cannot say a single negative thing about them. They keep us updated all day with photos and videos of what our furry friend is up to, giving us immense peace of mind knowing how he spends his day. We are absolutely certain that even when he finally overcomes his anxiety, we will keep bringing him at least one day a week because he enjoys it so much. Highly, highly recommend this daycare.

We have been taking our dog Pizca to WagWag since she was 3 months old, and it is the best decision we could have made. Whenever we get the chance, we recommend it to our friends. Pizca adores all the caregivers, who have a special touch; she has a great time, comes home exhausted, and learns to socialize with all kinds of dogs. We believe all of this helps the dog develop and maintain a good temperament. Throughout the day, we receive photos and videos of the dogs playing, which always make us laugh. We can't find a single downside to WagWag! 100% RECOMMENDED.

Wagwag are the best! My dog started there as a tiny puppy in August and can not control her excitement every time she gets to go. She is normally very anxious around strangers (loves other dogs) but she absolutely adores everyone there. The girls are loving and playful and take care of the dogs as if they were their own. And you can tell how much the dogs love them too! Professional and super nice, the founders are also vets which is a big plus! They send you photos and videos throughout the day and it puts a smile on my face (and my colleagues) pure entertainment during our working day :) I couldn't recommend them enough. Because I can't give them minus 30 stars. I took my dog to get a haircut and they made a massacre of shaving his private parts, I went to talk to them and they practically kicked me out. An ideal place where your dog can be well cared for all day long and in the company of other dogs. They separate some dogs by size and walk them in groups. I've left Odie there several times and, WITHOUT a doubt, I trust them 100%. If your dog has allergies, they take good care regarding their food, making sure to give them their own specific diet. On the first day, they do a free "trial" of about 4 hours to see how your dog and the rest react to each other. During the pup's stay at the facilities, they send super funny photos of them where you can even see how happy everyone looks. If the dog shows any symptoms, they notify you immediately if it's serious, or let you know at pick-up if it's something minor. A 10/10 from me and my pup to everyone there 🙂🐶

Terrible service and expensive on top of that; if your dog is like a cushion, this is the place for it. I reaffirm other reviews: they don't want active dogs that want to play, only submissive dogs that don't give them any work. Our case was proof of this. Our dog (according to them, because you just have to take their word for it) was barking and growling at another dog, so the solution these “ethologists” chose was to EXPEL HER INDEFINITELY and suggest that we take her to an ethologist. We came away with two conclusions: 1- They advertise as ethologists purely as a marketing strategy. 2- If your dog doesn't get along with another and the other dog pays to stay longer at the daycare, say goodbye. Business must be going very well for them to dismiss clients at the drop of a hat; they have plenty of dogs, but lack effort and commitment to the customer. One star is being generous.

At first, since the place smells like a grooming salon, Pato was hesitant... but once she spent her first day there and saw that there was nothing to fear... she walks in super happy and leaves super happy! The staff are incredibly friendly and treat all the dogs with so much love, proof being that my dog gets excited every time she goes. It's a highly recommended place. On another note, I was asking around and they always note everything down, like what time the dog arrives and what time they leave (so there are no issues with the hourly payment), and they keep you up to date on vaccine expiration dates, whether the dog socializes or has anxiety... etc. Lastly, I should mention they do not allow unneutered dogs, which reassures me because they tend to harass females, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my dog won't feel uncomfortable around other dogs. That's all :)

I was very happy with this daycare; in fact, I've been taking Arya there for two years whenever I have errands in Madrid (I live in Alcalá de Henares). A little over a month ago, we adopted Eira and I've taken her twice so she could play with other dogs, and it was great. Today I called to see if I could drop them off, and they told me no because “lately Arya has been a bit off with the dogs.” The real reason is that last week when I dropped her off, as soon as she arrived, she peed with a bit of blood, so she must have been uncomfortable. At no point did they tell me to come pick her up early because they saw it might be an issue. They charged me for the day and were happy as can be, but today I'm hit with this surprise over just one day where Arya misbehaved slightly (the time before that, they told me she had behaved just like always, and she's been there countless times). It's a huge disappointment, especially considering how many people I've recommended this place to... I'll just find one in Alcalá de Henares and that's it.
