From the very first moment, they have treated Stanley with incredible affection and patience. And it really shows. He gets so excited every time we arrive at daycare... and if we walk anywhere near it, he pulls straight toward it. He loves his caretakers (Verónica, Raúl, and Patricia), but I have to say that Verónica is, without exaggeration, one of his favorite people in the universe. He adores her. Plus, he has canine best friends. Stanley has his quirks (he's a rescue dog and that leaves a mark), and here he has not only managed to adapt, but they have known how to understand him and care for him just as he needs.

HORRIBLE. Before the summer, the staff was lovely, but upon returning, they had changed all the caretakers and there was complete disorganization. For two days, we returned without her food container and without knowing whether they had fed her or not. One day we found her isolated in an enclosure at the entrance "because she had gotten aggressive," and another day, for the same reason, LOCKED IN HER CARRIER (without knowing how long she had been there). Regarding their response to our complaints, I will only say that they didn't even know she was a female instead of a male dog, and they replied that the animal had "asked" to go into her carrier (you pay 20 euros a day for her to socialize and not be bored at home, only to find her locked in a carrier... those are no conditions to care for a dog). In short, there are many daycares in Madrid, and at the one we are using now, it turns out the dog is not aggressive at all... Furthermore, they still haven't refunded the package pass we paid for and obviously won't be using, so we are considering taking legal action if they don't do it soon. UPDATE: THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND THE UNUSED PASS DESPITE OUR COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER PROTECTION. WE ARE CONSIDERING TAKING LEGAL ACTION. UNBELIEVABLE.
