We couldn't be happier. From day one, Edu inspired a lot of confidence in us and taught us to better understand our dog, always with respect and explaining the reason behind everything. The changes have been very noticeable, and in addition to improving our dog's behavior, we have also learned how to communicate with him. He is a great professional, approachable, patient, and very dedicated. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a dog trainer who works ethically and effectively. Thank you so much for everything!

Highly recommended training place!! I took my German Shepherd because walks with him were pure torture; he would lunge at people, bikes, and motorcycles. Adri did a great job, now going for a walk with him is a wonder. You did a great job, Adri, you're a genius!!!! And he also makes the classes very fun and enjoyable!!! What a great choice!!!

We are taking our puppy to training with Adri and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one, the treatment was excellent, both toward us and our fur baby. Adri the trainer is simply wonderful, loving, patient, and very professional. You can tell he loves what he does and has a special gift for connecting with animals. Thanks to his dedication, we saw rapid progress and, most importantly, our pup enjoys every session, and so do we. Adri not only teaches the dogs, but also guides the owners with great kindness and respect. He is an incredible trainer, but above all, a wonderful person who treats every furry friend as if it were his own. My puppy adores him and so do we. Every class is a mix of learning, play, and affection. You can tell Adri loves what he does, and that makes all the difference. Thank you for teaching us so much, for your sweetness, and for making every step of this process special. If you are looking for a place where your dog is treated with genuine love and learns with joy, don't think twice. With Adri you'll be in the best hands! A place 100% recommended if you're looking for effective and affectionate training! So happy to have chosen him😍😍

We want to thank ROLKE for the great service and the work they do. We took our Border Collie puppy (OSLO), did 10 puppy classes, and then took 10 extra classes with trainer ADRI. A real rockstar; great treatment, friendly, kind, very patient, and super professional. He has left OSLO, who is now 10 months old, with a super balanced temperament, obedient, fearless, and sociable with children, dogs, etc. He looks like a therapy dog. He has already started canine sports, has no fear of fireworks, storms, or shopping malls—a true all-terrain dog. He allows us to go everywhere. He loves the sea and already rides the paddleboard and goes on trails with me. Needless to say, we are thrilled and super grateful. ADRI, thank you so much! We consider you family, and OSLO even more so. Never change. We will keep doing activities with you.🤪

My 5-year-old dog Bru has always been terrified of the street, noises, and people. We have already had several sessions with Adrià. Step by step, the change is remarkable. Now we can go out into the street without fear of the dog reacting badly, running away, etc... And we have even more room to maneuver. Highly recommended for people with fearful dogs who want to invest in improving the quality of life for their dog and also for the family.

We left the dogs for 3 nights and they came back thinner, dirty with an unbearable smell, and dying of thirst upon arriving home. Afterward, we wanted to bathe them because of the unpleasant smell, and both had an intense fear of water when they used to have no fear at all; on the contrary, they loved water before all this. We will not be returning.

As of today, Byron (my potentially dangerous dog breed) and I have had 9 training sessions at Rolke with Adri. In this month and a bit, we've been able to notice changes in Byron's attitude and behavior from day one. I arrived there with a dog I didn't even feel like taking out for walks; it was an overwhelming ordeal having to constantly pull him, avoiding other dogs, bikes, scooters, and anything that passed in front of us. Today, I have to say that thanks to them, I enjoy these walks more and more. It's work that takes time, dedication, a good trainer, and above all an owner who gets involved, because you have to keep following the guidelines outside the center, and people often forget that. My dog is now 3 and a half years old, and I wish I had brought him so much sooner. I'm super happy with you guys! 100% recommended!

Delighted with them. In 2017, we took our German Shepherd, Leia, to a 3-week intensive training program because the situation was getting completely out of hand for us... well, it is now 2021 and she still obeys all commands and is totally balanced. It must be said that she has always been a very affectionate dog; our main problem was during walks, which were pure hell with her... after going to Rolke, they became a pleasure. It is not cheap, but personally I think it has been the best money ever spent. It is true that afterwards you have to follow the trainer's instructions, but that is completely logical; in the end, it is a living being that you must continue educating throughout its life. After those 3 weeks, we only went back 2 more times to practice and they did not charge us any extra.

Hello, I am going to share our terrible experience at this kennel: 1- We asked for photos of the animal, which they never sent, making us suspicious. 2- The day we went so they could let us choose/explain things about this dog breed, they told us that the dog we were planning to acquire "DIED." They didn't give us any proof or paperwork certifying the dog's death; we just had to swallow cheap excuses. 3- We went to pick up the dog we ultimately chose; that day was fine. 4- Our dog had and still has improper behavior, so we went back to Rolke to ask for advice and explanations. After a while, things got heated; the owner confronted us and started speaking to us rudely, using bad language and yelling. You are NOBODY to treat customers like that. Some time later, since we didn't like this breeder, we went to get another German Shepherd from a different kennel. Everything was perfect with that other breeder, and with good reason, they told us they didn't even want to negotiate or COLLABORATE with ROLKE—completely justified. IN SUMMARY: DO NOT GO TO THIS BREEDER TO ACQUIRE ANY DOG, AS YOU COULD BE SCAMMED/TRICKED. THAT IS ALL.

In my case, since I travel quite a bit for work, I have peace of mind knowing that I'm leaving him in a place where a team of professionals who love animals will care for my dog as if he were their own. Furthermore, when he was a puppy, I took him for a few weeks to a basic training course so he could learn to socialize and behave (he made friends and so did we). They also offer more specific training services for particular breeds. A 10/10 for me in care and professionalism. Thank you, Mónica and Raúl!

I did not leave very happy from my first and only contact with Mr. Manuel Torres; he didn't seem very confident in his explanations. He has a price of €900 listed on his website, but he increased it by €300 more because, according to him, that price is for calm dogs and mine was not. Furthermore, he rambled a lot regarding the type of training and heavily pushed for board-and-train at his facility, hinting that if we opted to bring the dog twice a week, the training wouldn't be as effective. Note that the boarding program cost €1200. In short, I cannot comment on his skill as a trainer, because I decided against taking my dog there.

Hello, good afternoon. I'm Manuel from Castelldefels. I have a pinscher and an American Stanford PPP (potentially dangerous dog). In a few months my son will come of age and get his PPP permit. Then, recommended by several friends, I will go to ROLKEFELS to get the dog of my dreams. Kisses, hugs, and good health to everyone!! NO TO ANIMAL ABUSE 🙏

Few words can describe the experience: Beyond the worst, terrible service, our dog "was stolen from them" the day after dropping her off, they did NOT help us AT ALL, IT IS NOT TRUE THAT THEY HAVE A CLOSED-CIRCUIT SYSTEM, BECAUSE IF THEY DID, THEY WOULD HAVE LET US OR THE MOSSOS SEE WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT, thanks to the Guardia Urbana of Montserrat (she turned up there from Castelldefels) in very bad shape, and they haven't taken responsibility for anything, I'm still waiting for them to call, they delete our reviews, but we do not forget.

Because I can't give a 0. I left my dog last year for 3 days and they returned him with mange... I thought that could happen anywhere and let it slide.. But this year he was there for 10 days, and after leaving him at 40 kilos (he is a 1.5-year-old German Shepherd), they returned him 5 kilos lighter and that night we had to perform life-or-death surgery on him for gastric torsion. Luckily, after two days hospitalized, he is already home and we hope there are no major lasting effects. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! and the worst part is Rolke's response: "he was very happy here"... anyway, pathetic...

Unfortunately, our experience with the Rolke boarding facility was not good. After three nights, my dog came home very nervous, with a bloated belly, and with his harness put on completely backward and too tight. I only asked them for a simple favor, to feed my dog the food I put in his bag, but they didn't do it. My dog's bed was returned very dirty and smelled awful; it was covered in hair from many other dogs. Communication with Monica was fine—she replies quickly, is very friendly, and recommended a good pet transport service. But in the end, she isn't the one caring for and watching over the dogs.

Very good service and animal-loving people, where you can leave your dog with total peace of mind. It has a spacious area for dogs to go out and run around, with trees and grass. When we go on a trip, we leave our dog there with confidence, knowing they will take very good care of her.

On October 27, 2017, we bought a German Shepherd puppy from ROLKE, and after many emails, patience, and waiting, we can say that our experience with them has been really bad. Mainly for two reasons: - After buying the puppy, whom we decided to name Yuko, they promised to send us the Original Registration Receipt from the Real C.E.P.P.A. Breeding Studbook as soon as possible. As of today, over a year has passed and we are still waiting, both for the document and for an explanation as to why it hasn't been sent. - Yuko had quite a few health issues shortly after coming home, even becoming critically ill with a risk of dying. When we called ROLKE to see what could be done and to ask if they had a veterinary service that could treat Yuko, their response was that we should bring the puppy back to the kennel/boarding facility and they would give us a different puppy… In our view, this is not the right way to handle things for several reasons. We chose Yuko for a reason, and even though he had only been home for a few weeks, he was already part of the family. As animal lovers, returning a puppy like a broken coffee maker and getting a "new" puppy didn't sit right with us. In the end, we decided to take responsibility ourselves and find a veterinary clinic that could heal him. Today, Yuko is still with us and healthier than ever :) We have tried to communicate with ROLKE by emails, registered faxes (burofax)... to get them to send the Registration Receipt. We have received no response at all, neither regarding the document nor asking about the health of the puppy we purchased. We have taken whatever steps we could to report this behavior through the Real CEPPA in both Catalonia and Madrid, as well as the WUSV in Germany, because we wouldn't wish such an unsatisfactory experience on any other pet owner. Any information about a better platform where we can leave a review or critique of this boarding kennel is also welcome! Best regards, Silvia
