Como en Casa | Residencia y Guardería Canina con Piscina | Majadahonda

We have been bringing our little dog here for a year. After a clear decline in the previous center where we used to take her, the change has clearly been for the better. They are always charming, always available, and most importantly, when we take her, the dog gets out happily and heads straight for the boarding facility. We are truly delighted with the treatment we receive. Highly recommended.

Great! My dogs stay happy there. Thanks to Manu and his entire great team

Very professional and pleasant

We have been taking our Border Collie, Archie, to Residencia Canina Como en Casa for 4 months now and we are thrilled. In addition to daycare, we do training sessions and the change in Archie is very noticeable; he is progressing very quickly. The facilities are perfect: plenty of space to run, play, and enjoy. Mario and his entire team are lovely, and Manu as a trainer is a 10 out of 10. Archie walks in happy every morning and leaves sadly... for us, that says it all. Thank you to the whole team for treating our little guy with so much love.

They treat people terribly, they are rude, and they have very little professionalism. If I'm leaving this review it's because you really are like that, just like the rest of the bad reviews you want to ignore.

They treat your furry friend like a king.

My experience was terrible. To start with, the attendant who picked up my dog was very rude, and then they charged me a different and much more expensive price than what they originally told me. I would never take him back there.

I left my dog here for the first time for 13 days in August because this boarding facility was recommended to me, and honestly, the service from the very first moment was incredible. They are very reliable and professional; you can tell they have years of experience and truly care for the dogs. Highly recommended.

They really care about the dogs. They are very well looked after and well cared for.

Honestly, if you are going on a trip, there is no better place. As its name suggests, your dog will feel right at home.

The best place to leave my little companion, super professional staff, and great facilities for the doggies.

We have 4 dogs and ever since we discovered them, they always stay there. You just have to see them walk in, they don't even say goodbye! Mario and Rober in particular are two wonderful people, they love their job and it shows, because the dogs love them back. A 10 out of 10!

A wonderful place to leave my pet. They have several huge enclosures with trees that provide shade for walks, as well as a dog pool where they can cool off. The staff's treatment toward both us and our dog is unbeatable. It is our trusted choice.

Very good treatment. My dog came back very happy. A bit expensive.

Top

My dog loves going there, the caretakers are very friendly

A great space for pets! You definitely know they are in good hands, the place is spectacular, very well set up. Congratulations!

Thank you so much Manu, Mario, Rober, Laura, Lola, and team for the wonderful work you do at the boarding facility every day! My dog Yuki is happy there playing with her 4-legged friends. Thank you Manu for helping Yuki gain self-confidence through your training. Since you started training her, her confidence has grown and she is developing her full potential! Thank you everyone 😀

The name says it all, my dog arrives and comes back very happy. I always repeat, it's just like home!

Excellent place to trust leaving your pet and have them cared for just as if it were you

The care given to our dogs is exceptional. I left mine due to an urgent family issue, and even though he is very attached to me, when I picked him up his behavior with the other dogs was much better. Highly recommended for the great care and peace of mind for the owners. Great flexibility for owners when life gets complicated and we can't always be as attentive as we'd like with our dog friends.

10/10 treatment, I left my puppy at the boarding facility for a few weeks and we are truly delighted with the service :) we are definitely coming back in the summer !!! ☺️

Very nice people

I am very happy, my dogs are super important to me and I was a bit scared to leave them, but I found the "Como en Casa" pet boarding facility and I am delighted! Plus, now I also use their doggy daycare!

We always bring our dogs to this boarding facility! They come back thrilled and the facilities are unbeatable! I recommend it 100%.

The only place where I will leave Lilo again. You can really tell the owners have a passion for animals; they treat your dog as if it were their own. A 10/10 place for dogs.

The best facilities for dogs, with different parks so they can run and play. The care and attention given to the dogs is amazing. After 4 days at the boarding facility, he didn't want to leave!!!

I have been leaving my two dogs here for over a year whenever necessary, and I am very happy with the care. I recommend them, very good service and very responsible.

This is already the fourth time we've left our Labrador here, and I have no complaints at all. It's easy to communicate with them to book a spot, Leone comes back in great shape and calm, they send me videos and messages, and you can tell they know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

I have been leaving my dog with them for years and they have always treated me, but above all him, excellently. I recommend it 100%.

Leaving our dogs with Manuel, Lola, and the wonderful boarding team is like leaving them with your best friend. Thank you for being there when we can't! 😉

Leaving your dogs with Manuel, Lola, and the wonderful team at the boarding kennel is like leaving them with your best friend. Thank you for being there when we cannot.

Very good service and great professionals!!! A complete boarding facility, with very good facilities and caring, personalized treatment.

I love taking my dogs to this boarding facility, they go super happily. They always come back thrilled and really enjoy the play yards they have, it's just like being in the countryside. Great service both at drop-off and pick-up. I don't think there's another dog boarding kennel with these amenities in Madrid. Totally worth it. We will definitely repeat. Thank you for treating my fur babies so well☺️.

Thank you so much for always treating our furry friends so well. It's a joy to see how excited Otto gets when going to the doggy gym or to spend a few days, but it's even more incredible to see how, upon returning from his stay, he even drags his feet to see if he can get away with staying a little longer. Incredible facilities and a wonderful team. 100% recommendable!

It is a perfect boarding facility. The treatment from the owners and the staff with the dogs seems great to me, and they are very kind to the pups. Mine have been there twice, once in October and now in December 2022, and it seemed to me that they came back happy. They are attentive to the dogs and you can tell they love their work and interacting with them, even though my little dogs have their own personality (tee-hee). Friendly and very empathetic people. Thank you.

My dog is always happy staying here, they keep us informed daily, and he is just as well cared for as at home. We place our greatest trust in their hands.

We've been bringing our dogs to them for 15 years and we are still delighted. Wonderful facilities and caregivers who pamper them so wonderfully. Since we can't take them with us, at least they stay in the best hands.

Horrible

They treat the dogs as if they were in their own home. True professionals. A bit expensive.

Great! I've been bringing my dogs here for years. Super professional!

There was no empathy from the owner, who told me when picking up my greyhound that I need to bring him to the boarding facility more often if I want them to take him in again. He is an adopted greyhound. Her brother, a dog trainer and much more empathetic, told me that he is a whiner although his adaptability was improving. They treat the dogs very well, but that is no way to treat a customer. 180 euros, 5 nights, and a bath.

Poor customer service. They do not accept all dogs.

It is our Labradors' second home whenever we go on a trip and they love it. They treat them wonderfully and they play with a lot of dogs. I trust them completely.

Terrible customer service. This morning I called the facility and spoke with a woman who sounded as if I were bothering her. I wrote to the center on Monday to board my dogs over the long weekend, but got no reply. The requirement that new clients must visit a day in advance to see the facility would be "fine" if there were actual customer service, replies to messages, and a call back when they say they will.

The best in Las Rozas

I went to check out the facilities before my Labrador's trial day (he hasn't gone yet), and they are incredible, the service is wonderful, from the very first second you know you're leaving your furry friend in the best hands!

I left my dog over the October long weekend and they took great care of him. Super friendly.

They know the dogs well and take care of them with great professionalism and affection.

Very poor communication, promises to send information and does not follow through, does not answer the phone.

The opposite of professionalism. The dog came back with a wound and a huge bite mark.... Customer service is ridiculous, vulgar, and offensive: a "girl" who speaks to clients with utter disinterest and ghetto slang, they didn't answer on time and only sent videos whenever they remembered to, not live. (Obviously this gives me no reassurance at all; they could just send me a video taken the exact moment they let them out). Considering the level of care given to paying customers, I don't even dare imagine what the dogs went through.

Excellent service and dog care. Truly "just like home"!

We left our 9-month-old puppy for a weekend. It was the first time we had ever left her, so we were hoping for a little empathy. It was quite the opposite; they barely replied, and it was quite difficult to get a photo or video of our puppy, even though they were well aware that we were worried. The dog walked in scared with her tail between her legs, and they didn't take a moment to pet her to reassure her. On top of that, she came back with an injury on her paw that no one ever informed us about at any point. We do not plan on returning, much less recommending them.

This boarding facility clearly doesn't need customers... I called during their business hours and, without even letting me explain the reason for my call, a girl told me she would contact me via WhatsApp; everything was fine up to that point. I haven't heard a single thing, and two days have passed. It makes it very clear to me that I will NOT be interested in this facility for my dog again. I just hope they pay more attention to the pets than they do to the owners...

Customer service is terrible, and if they treat the owners like this, I don't even want to imagine how they treat the pets.

Excellent place to leave the dog for a short time

Very nice people. You can sense the responsibility from the caregivers, and the facilities are good. Creti will definitely come back.

A wonderful place for your pets since it has great facilities and a patio with a shower system for the summer so your pets stay well-hydrated, wonderful facilities, and the owner is a vet, so it's a great place to take your little ones.

ATTENTION!!!!!! They have moved their facilities to the address M-503, Exit 15, Madrid.

Great facilities and Juan is lovely. Our dogs will be very well taken care of!

The best place for your dog.

Family-like treatment

Ever since I arrived in Spain with my dog, I haven't been able to find a place where they truly understand that you leave your dog to be CARED FOR, not just to survive. I think this boarding facility is very nice; it is very clean and they are well organized. They charge well for it, it's a serious business, and the staff are friendly. In my case, there was neglect and a lack of attention toward my dog. I left a thick, brand-new coat with velcro straps for when it got very cold. Since it was winter, they literally left it on him 24/7 for 17 days straight. The velcro straps rubbed his entire belly button area raw, and they didn't even notice. Another thing I didn't like is that as soon as you arrive to pick him up, they don't bring him out to you. They usher you into the office so that you pay first, of course, and only then do you see the dog. Heaven forbid you find him much thinner, with blood on his belly, or terribly constipated like mine, who bled while trying to poop upon returning home. A lot of room for improvement!!!!

Thank you for taking such good care of my little critter Alma. The cleanliness is magnificent and the service is very good. I will continue to bring my furry baby whenever I need to.

The facility is located in the middle of nature, so our pets can enjoy the outdoors. The staff is very attentive and responds to owners' messages when they ask about their furry friends.

I took my furry friend there once and I do not plan on doing it again. There are too many dogs to care for there, and on top of that, if no one is with them 24/7, how do you think it went? ...Well, I imagine he was let out for at most 1 hour and locked in a cage for the rest of the time...

MY DOG, A RATHER CRAZY BORDER COLLIE, WAS THERE FOR 10 DAYS AND THEY RETURNED HIM MUCH MORE SENSIBLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORK

Very good. I feel very at ease leaving him there.

Good references

Our dogs get very happy when we take them there, which makes us think they are very comfortable there. We have left them several times and everything has always gone very well.

A committed and professional dog boarding kennel

100% recommended, hygienic, clean, and very happy with the care given to my dog.

In response to Lola: I find it unbelievable that you bring up that the dog had parvo when he was THREE MONTHS OLD. The fact that Brabus had parvo—from which he recovered in two days—does not mean in the slightest that he was unwell because of that. What's more, I'd like to add that we have to take the dog to the vet today because he can barely move and his nostrils are so full of mucus that he can hardly breathe. I'm not questioning whether you treat them well or badly, but I do want to complain about the state in which you handed him back to me: he now gets very anxious around cars, he has a huge wound on his snout, and on top of that, he won't even move (being a pit bull puppy who is never still). I just hope that what the vet tells me isn't serious. I will send you the photo via WhatsApp right away showing the condition he's in, since unfortunately I can't upload it here. I'm sorry to leave this review, but I believe I have the right to complain, and of course, with all the politeness in the world. We brought our Pitbull puppy, an absolute sweetheart. And when they gave him back to us after five days at the "dream boarding facility" it seemed to be, they returned him COVERED IN CRAP, dirt, and filth that hid two wounds, one of them on his snout with blood. According to them, and after asking twenty times, he didn't interact with other dogs, so I don't know where those came from. Also, they make sure you don't see the area where the dogs are kept when you go pick them up. And they recommended we bring toys, but they didn't even take them out of the bag. The dog wouldn't stop barking at cars on the way out, which is very strange because he hasn't barked once in his 9 months of life. Summary: for being so expensive, it is definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend it if you treat your dog like your own child.
