I have already left my cat here at David's boarding facility on two occasions. The first time was for two days over a weekend when I couldn't take him to a family event, and the truth is he was very well cared for and I had no issues whatsoever. The second and most recent time was about 5 days ago, when I had to leave for work and had no one to leave him with. The care is trustworthy, and the food he provides him is appropriate. I really liked the place, plus it is very safe.

Years ago I left 2 cats with them and one of them escaped; they claimed she opened the window, ha... I had to file a police report, but I lost the cat, that says it all. David, you know what I'm talking about. Your actions were just not charging for the stay, and that covers your responsibility, right David? Since you don't remember, let me refresh your memory, David: I reported you to the OCU in Martorell, the cats' names are Luna and Oreo, Luna escaped by opening the window according to you, there is documentation of the complaint, we spent 2 days searching the surroundings and your property. If you don't acknowledge it, you are very unprofessional. It happened in August 2022. This is the photo of the back of the facility where the cats are housed, I'm not lying, I'll send you the photo of the cat privately to refresh your memory.

If you want your dog to see what it's like to be in a pound, this is the closest thing to it: zero affection, zero care, and they will return your dogs skin and bones. As soon as they get home they'll want to sleep for two days straight, and believe me, it won't be because they exercised them. When you go drop off your pet, just smell and analyze, remember this review. And the responses to the review will just be excuses; it won't be the first one they get like this and there's a reason for that, who knows if they don't have fake reviews, because 4.7 stars is impossible.

We left my doggy Coco because we had a trip far away, and as always, they treated him very well. You can tell they love animals and are very professional. They always treat my dog with a lot of affection and it really shows, because when I pick him up he comes back very happy and tired from playing with the other dogs, which is rare for him since he's a bit grumpy haha. They also have everything well set up so they don't lack anything, and they are very careful with everything. What can I say, I will definitely be back, especially knowing that I'll have peace of mind and that my Coco won't lack anything. I recommend it 100%. I'm giving them just 1 star because it's not possible to give zero... I left my dog at this "daycare" for five days and the experience was absolutely horrible. From the very first moment, when dropping him off, I already had very bad feelings: the place is dark, windowless, dirty—very dirty—and the dogs are in pen-like spaces full of feces. Seeing that already broke my heart. But the worst part came when picking him up. I left them several cans of food with clear instructions on how and when he should eat. To my surprise, I found that they hadn't opened a single can in the five days. In other words, they didn't feed him. I found my dog completely malnourished, trembling, in an appalling state. When he saw me, he started crying in a way I had never seen before. It was a very hard and painful scene. I will never leave my dog at this place again. Honestly, I don't consider it a daycare. If you love your pets, don't leave them here. My experience has been tremendously negative and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I'm giving one star because it's not possible to give less. I left my little dog for a weekend and the experience was appalling. To begin with, the photos on their website do not match the reality of where they keep the dogs. In my case, I saw that they were in a barn-like area, separated by walls, in a cold, dirty, and dark space. When I dropped off my dog, they locked her in one of those areas and turned off the light while shouting "shut up!" at the dogs that were there. During my trip, I asked them to send me a photo or tell me how my dog was doing. They didn't reply all day and, finally, only sent a selfie-style photo just to prove she was alive. When I went to pick her up, my dog wouldn't stop crying (something very unusual for her). At that moment, I didn't understand why, but when I got home, I saw that they hadn't even opened the food I had left for her. This makes me believe she probably didn't eat for the three days she was there, which is extremely serious for a 1-year-old dog that weighs only 2 kg. Later, they asked me to leave a review, so here it is: a horrible experience and not at all recommended. Personally, I would never leave my dog there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

This is the fourth or fifth time I've left my two dogs at the boarding facility, and I have complete peace of mind knowing they are well cared for at all times. I would like to highlight that on the day we were supposed to drop off the dogs, an unexpected issue arose and we arrived after closing time. Despite this, I spoke with David, who told me not to worry, and they waited until we arrived so we could drop off the dogs. Even though the kennel is an hour away from home, I know it's a trustworthy place and I can leave with peace of mind knowing my two dogs are in the hands of great professionals.

I took my dog to Tres Llunes and, honestly, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From day one you can tell it's not just any boarding facility; here the dogs are genuinely well cared for, not just "stored away." The place is spacious, clean, and surrounded by nature—no shabby cages or stress. My dog came back happy, calm, and even more balanced, which says a lot. You can tell they take them out, play with them, and give them real attention, not just for show. The team is very approachable and professional; they speak to you clearly, send you photos and videos, and you can rest easy knowing your dog is in good hands. You can really tell they love dogs and aren't just doing it for the money. I'm usually quite mistrustful about these things, and to be honest, I felt completely at ease. For my dog, it was like being at a summer camp, not a kennel. I will definitely use them again and recommend them 100%. If you want your dog to be well, happy, and cared for as they deserve, this is a great place.

Disastrous experience. I have an American Staffordshire Terrier named Kai who spent 5 days at this facility, and he came back extremely thin, listless, sad, barely getting up from his bed. I have left him at other dog boarding facilities on several occasions and he has never, ever come back like this... I contacted them and their response was that my dog is perfectly fine, that he couldn't have lost as much weight as I claim, and that if he did, it's because he was exercising all day—which I don't believe because there were other dogs to care for, and the videos they sent were always the same... They didn't send a single fresh video in 5 days. We brought Kai and his brother Thor, and both came back in the same terrible condition. Their response is stuck on a loop; I can't get anywhere with them, but beware because they say one thing and do another...

I left my dog Libi for six days with David at Tres Llunes and, honestly, I think she traded me in for them. Poor thing had such a terrible time: games, walks, cuddles… absolute drama. When I went to pick her up, she ran out so happy to play that she seemed to be telling me: 'You pack my things and go, I'm living my best life here.' The place is spectacular, the team is a 10/10, and meanwhile I've been demoted to her Plan B with questionable dignity. Thank you, David, and the team for taking such good care of her… and for making it crystal clear that my vacation is no match for hers!! See you soon, family!

There are two types of companies: those concerned with the quality of the service provided and those concerned with profit, which is the case with Tres Llunes. Our cat was well cared for, and that is the positive point. We dropped off the cat at 9 AM on Tuesday, November 18, and picked her up at 9 AM on the 26th. Therefore, 8 days. They insisted on charging for 9 days, claiming that the information about charging for the departure day is available on their website. That's not the issue; it's the lack of fairness. 8 days will never be 9. For this reason, I would not use Tres Llunes' services again.

They are very affectionate with animals and you can tell it's their true calling. When picking him up after our trip, everything also went very well; our furry one was very happy to see us, but at the same time a little sad to leave, and in terms of appearance and health, we found him looking great. We will definitely be back😊🙌

In principle, the cat came back fine. I haven't visited the facilities, but I saw them online and they looked fine. At my age, it's a big inconvenience that it's so far away, because it makes the stay more expensive. I would improve the public relations. Sometimes during conversations... you get the feeling they are overworked.

Nala goes and comes back from there happy. The best dog camp without a doubt. I still think the same as I did years ago. Now I can say they contributed to a happy life. Nala went to heaven with a smile. Thank you to the dog and cat boarding facility 😘

I had never seen my dog in such bad shape, both physically and psychologically. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The dog arrived in perfect condition, having just had a checkup at her vet, with her health card and all vaccinations up to date. We warned them that she is good and obedient, but does not socialize well with other dogs; they were told before dropping her off and upon drop-off. When we picked her up after 10 days, she was very neglected, thinner, and stressed. Moreover, once home, we noticed wounds on her paws and elbows. Even after a month, she still hasn't recovered from the elbow wounds. This isn't her first dog hotel, and she has never had any kind of issue before. We believe they never took her out of her kennel; the wounds and stress are due to confinement/immobility. Regarding food, we left her usual kibble with daily portion measurements, and upon return, we found they hadn't fed her the amount we specified, as there was leftover food. Their excuse was that it was very hot (40°C) and dogs don't eat as much. We live in the south, and 40°C is not an unusual temperature, and my Mastiff doesn't stop eating because of that. Psychologically, she is an obedient dog, but when we picked her up she was restless and stressed. She has now recovered after going on many walks and doing activities with her. We believe they never let her out. Tomorrow we are taking her to the vet for her wounds since they aren't improving. WE WILL NEVER RETURN. BORDERING ON ANIMAL ABUSE. SHAMEFUL.

Disastrous experience. They returned my dog covered in filth, with diarrhea, and starving. And on top of that, according to the pet sitter's response, it's our fault, spouting falsehoods. In previous years we have taken our dog to other sitters and the treatment has been excellent, it's just that this year, due to a last-minute change from a family member, we had to quickly find an alternative. We were completely wrong in our choice. I feel so sorry for what my dog had to go through. For future stays, I urge customers to look for other options in the area that are a thousand times better. Simply despicable.

I left my dog at this hotel two or three times. The first was for a weekend and we had no issues at all; the dog had a training session (I didn't watch it so I don't know how it went, they told me it went well). However, the last time I boarded him was for 14 days. I calculated food for 16 days so there would be plenty, but they ran out a couple of days before pick-up. They asked if I wanted them to open a bag of their own kibble and I said yes, because I obviously wasn't going to leave my dog without food. It turns out that for a day and a half, they charged me for an 18 kg bag of food—€60. They didn't warn me it was that large, and when I complained, the excuse was that he's a big dog and 18 kg is a better value. In the end, they only charged me for one day of food to avoid conflict, but I really didn't appreciate that they ran out of the food I had measured to have leftovers. He also came back with a small wound on his snout; I only noticed it once home, and they didn't send any message informing me of the injury. The first few days after coming home, the dog was startled by sudden movements, ducking or flinching away if you moved your arm quickly, and things like that. He also came back hoarse; granted, my dog barks a lot by nature, but he had never (in 6 years of life) lost his voice. This, combined with the food misunderstanding and the training classes I booked (walking around an open field while the trainer just watches you and occasionally makes a comment—5 sessions and minimal progress), makes me not want to leave my dog there again. I think it might be fine for a weekend, but for a long stay we had too many issues for my liking. P.S. I appreciate your response and concern. However, I left the kibble WITH A SCOOP that I use as a measuring cup. I told the handler that the dog eats two scoops a day. I left the food in a regular supermarket plastic bag, meaning it wasn't in its original packaging, so I don't know how you calculated the portion without knowing the brand. Every kibble has its own unique composition and density, so you can't just assume a 40 kg mastiff eats 300 grams of any random kibble; you can't make that calculation without knowing its nutritional breakdown. The training sessions, as I said, were disappointing because all five were the same: 40 minutes walking my dog and practicing basic obedience like stop-sit, heel, sit-stay, stay, etc. Things my dog already knew how to do, and if I recall correctly, we did one or two private sessions where I didn't feel they were teaching me anything new or useful for my dog's actual issue (reactivity). Regarding the bag of kibble, I understand that if there was an error or lack of communication on the handler's part when relaying my feeding instructions, there was no choice but to open a new bag. What I didn't understand is why it had to be such a huge one when he only had a day and a half left of his stay. Lastly, I want to emphasize again that I was not told the dog had injured himself or how it happened. The wound was very minor and posed no risk to his health, but I also work in the pet industry and it's essential to inform the owner of any injury the animal sustains (including the hoarseness) while in your care. Partly so the client doesn't lose trust, and also so the owner knows whether their dog tried to escape, was stressed, got into a fight with another dog... because right now I don't know if he did it to himself, if it's an allergy, if he got into a fight and I need to work on socialization, or if he was overly anxious and I need to consider his stress levels before boarding him again. Honestly, I'm not at all convinced I would have peace of mind leaving him for that long again. But thank you for your time and response.

From the very first moment we arrived, I noticed the love and professionalism with which they treat every pet. What impressed me the most was the peace of mind knowing that my dog wouldn't be mixed with other dogs, something crucial for him since he is a bit shy. In addition, the facilities are spectacular: spacious, clean, and with an open field where dogs can run and explore freely. Seeing those spaces gave me immense peace of mind because I knew my dog would be enjoying himself and not locked up. The staff took the time to get to know my dog, ask about his specific needs, and follow his daily routines. The best boarding facility to house your pets during your holidays. Unsurpassed, compassionate care toward them and magnificent facilities. Affordable prices and wonderful surroundings. You can also purchase everything from pet food to toys and accessories to make their return home even nicer, if possible. I recommend it without any doubt. The owner is an expert on the subject and will be able to advise you on any matter related to your pets.

Great! First time leaving our cats Marlo and Omar at this boarding facility, and it did not disappoint. Being able to go on vacation with the peace of mind that they are well cared for is priceless. When you talk to them and see the facility, you immediately realize that they are very responsible with pet care. When we went to pick them up, we found them just as they are at home: clean, with all their belongings packed and ready, and most importantly, calm. Communication was very good, and you can discuss anything with them without any problem, as they get back to you as soon as they can. I highly recommend this boarding facility, and we will definitely book again whenever we need a place to leave them. Thank you for looking after them these past few weeks, and see you next time!

The best place to leave our little one! You can tell that at Tres Llunes they love animals and care for them with so much affection! On top of that, add incredible, spotless facilities! We chose the camera option and whenever we logged in (several times a day) everything was super clean and we could see how well Thor was doing, with no shortage of food or water. A FIVE-STAR hotel where you can leave your cat with the peace of mind knowing he will be in great shape, both because of the facilities and the people who look after him! I'm leaving some photos so you can see that Thor was doing just fine!! 😄

I will not take my dog there again. On their website, you can see cubicles with an attached small terrace, and over the phone they made me believe he would stay there. My experience has been worse than negative. I read other reviews where people asked to see their dog and got a video right away. Well, in my case, I asked for one and had to ask again two days later until they finally sent it. After a week, I asked about the dog again and received no response. When I picked him up, the dog had raw, scraped elbows. According to the vet, that's from friction against the pavement and from not being taken out much. I could understand this, thinking they were overwhelmed with work. But what I cannot tolerate is the depression he has. Since we picked him up, I don't recognize my dog. He is 100% listless.

They even sent us videos so we could see that he was happy and thrilled to be there. Hello, the experience was bad. Right from when my husband dropped the dog off, they wouldn't let him take her to the room without a sheet and without stuffed toys. If you ask for a normal photo or video showing that the animal was off-leash and not tied up to relieve herself, I had to chase after him to get photos or videos of the dog, and he wouldn't even answer on the same day; it left me quite worried since it was her first time. Another thing: my husband made it clear how many cups of kibble they had to feed her, and the dog came back with a few extra kilos and doesn't even want to eat at home, plus we had trained her well not to pull on the leash and now she pulls a ton, twice as much, I can barely control her. On top of that, it's a bit pricey, because my dog needs syrup just once at night and they charged me for that too, something other places don't charge for, as I've been asking around. There are set hours to pick up your dog or cat, and if not, there is a 50-euro surcharge, what a joke. Another thing, the day we had to pick her up he spent the whole day asking me when I'd come get her, as if he were in a rush. When you ask for a photo or video he replies that he has a lot of work and that WhatsApp has set hours, otherwise he doesn't reply. At pickup everything was rushed—the dog, her things, and quick, come on—I felt like they were kicking me out. So here is my review; I can't upload photos since he doesn't send anything.

I arrived traumatized from another dog boarding facility, and the calm and dedication David showed me reassured me completely. He showed me around the facilities and explained the work they did every day. I left missing Drako, but not for a single moment was I worried about how he would be there. It rained for several days and I had peace of mind because they have heated indoor facilities, so I knew neither Drako nor his little brother Apolo would get sick. In the videos they sent us, they looked super happy playing, and on pick-up day, they treated David as if they had known him their whole lives. The place is very well kept, with individual rooms, and the cats are well cared for. Being able to watch him on the camera in his room while we were traveling gave us great peace of mind, as did knowing that someone went in to check on him several times a day. They only think about money. Everything revolves around the €. They promise and say things that they don't follow through on later. Very dissatisfied, especially with the manager's attitude. REPLY TO YOUR FEEDBACK/YOUR RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW (Mr. David): Since you write the same message here that you send via WhatsApp, I will also copy my response to your "message": Hello, I will go point by point so I don't leave anything out. 1. It would be the absolute minimum for pets' safety to be your priority; that goes without saying. If we leave Freud and ask if he will be let off-leash, and we are told THAT THEY ARE LET OUT EVERY DAY (males with females, which makes sense), and we accept the terms, don't try to sell me now that it's an exception, because it's one of the services you said you offered. 2. Regarding the rates, I won't say whether they are fair or not, but given how much it costs, plus aaaaall the extra fees you charge, the least you could do is keep us updated (with videos and photos) without us having to ask (we understand not every day, but getting 0 updates in 9 days unless asked seems deplorable to me). I'll also tell you that I know the prices of other places, we have been to other places, and in NONE of them do they charge to send 2 videos (don't kid yourself). 3. I mean that you don't keep your word to US. If I insist that you send me videos of him playing off-leash, and you stall and make excuses (sheep, weather, that he can't be put with males, that they don't come here to socialize, etc., etc., etc.), understand that your word is not enough for me; the videos YOU SENT ON THE LAST DAY are what counts. If you had sent the videos when you were supposed to as promised, we probably wouldn't have had any issue in this regard. 4. You are trying to "sell" me that Freud received special treatment, and that was NOT the case at any point. Keep in mind we know people who have taken their pets there, and at no point did WE or FREUD receive special treatment, nor did we want it; we simply wanted the treatment we were promised. And finally, from our point of view, when we first started with Freud, you were very warm and family-oriented, and now we have seen a huge change in that regard. An example: when we picked up Freud he had a wound on his nose; that's totally normal when they are playing rough, but the least you could do is inform us about how it happened. And NOT tell us that if we buy ANOTHER bag of dog food we'll get a 20% discount. What I'm telling you is an impression shared by many people too. Therefore, I will not reconsider my review under any circumstances; I think you should reflect on it. Oh, right, and regarding what you told us on WhatsApp about reconsidering our review... HOW TACKY IT IS NOT TO ACCEPT CRITICISM, BUDDY.

David is very attentive. It was the first time we left our dog at a boarding facility and they gave us a lot of confidence. When we picked him up, he looked happy and well cared for.

Yet another year our cat Bepe had a luxurious 9-day stay. Cool facilities, with views and everything needed to meet his needs. A 10/10 in cleanliness and service. When we picked him up, he looked very calm. 100% recommended.

A wonderful dog and cat boarding facility. I left my cat for a few days, and when we went to pick her up, she was very calm. In other places where I've left her, she would come out stressed and having lost weight. The owners of this facility are very attentive and helpful. I recommend them 100%.

Well, I have to admit it has not been terrible, but it did not match what I expected, they are not capable of exception handling

What a wonderful place Jordi, Rosa, David, thank you for taking such good care of Cooper, we will definitely be back, 100% recommendable. It was our first time and we were worried, but they keep you informed at all times. A great place and unbeatable treatment towards the furry ones; seeing the dog's happiness, no words are needed.

We left our cat Boris for almost two weeks in July for the first time. I recommend this cat boarding facility 100% because they are true professionals who are deeply committed to caring for our pets. You can go on vacation with complete peace of mind knowing that your cat is in a very, very clean, safe place where they lack nothing (from the climate-controlled space to the affection they provide every day). They take care of everything and always reply to messages, also sending you videos of your cat. We will definitely be back! Now we have our trusted place for our cat! Thank you!!

An excellent experience! I left my cat at the boarding facility for a week. The care and service were perfect. The best part is that they keep you informed at all times, and the peace of mind knowing your cat is in good hands and well looked after is priceless. I will definitely repeat in the future without any doubt.

After searching for a long time, I found Residencia Canina y Felina Tres Llunes and it was love at first sight; no other place seemed good enough to leave my Apolo (American Bully). Even though it was an ideal place, I left him there for 18 days with a heavy heart, worried that he wouldn't adapt or would be sad... The truth is that I am enormously grateful to the boarding facility for the care they gave my dog and for keeping me informed about everything. Every 2 to 4 days I received updates about my dog (messages, videos, photos...), which really helped me have peace of mind and start enjoying my vacation. Seeing my dog so happy and content, I knew the long search for a boarding facility had been worth it. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to board their pets.

We now have Bruno's second home. After two years of not being able to go anywhere, we finally found it! The perfect place to leave your fur baby. David gives you the confidence to leave with peace of mind, knowing that your pet is in the hands of someone who understands and knows what to do. Thank you so much, really, and see you in September. Warm regards.

I have been leaving my dog with David for many years, and I am absolutely delighted with the care they give our pets. This year it was my cat's turn, and I have to give another 10/10 to the cat boarding facility. Congratulations David on the facilities and the work you all do. And what can I say about the pet food: I couldn't find any that didn't trigger my dog's allergies, and ever since I've been feeding him Golden22k, zero allergies and a super shiny coat! I recommend it 100%.

Thank you very much for the service you offer with such dedication and affection. I will count on you for the next vacation. :) ♡♡

I left my dog there for San Juan and honestly, it went super well. He was calm without the hustle and bustle of the city and the anxiety he experiences being here. He was extremely well cared for in the middle of nature. Big thanks to David for everything and to his mother, who despite the distance came to pick him up and bring him back. They are lovely.

I had always been reluctant to leave my Liia at boarding kennels, until I found this hotel—it's a resort! From the owner's treatment to the facilities for our pets. Right from the initial phone call for information, they won me over. Upon arriving to leave Lia there for a week, I was able to see that everything he told me was true. They sent me videos of the walks they took with her. Magnificent; when I went to pick her up, she was waiting for me with them, totally relaxed, just like one of the family. Thank you for being there and creating this magnificent place. I will be back 👏👏👏👏

Excellent! It is never easy to be away from your pet, but sometimes there is no other choice. That is why it is super important that the place is completely trustworthy. I wouldn't leave Suki anywhere else other than this boarding facility; complete trust in them. Very happy with the treatment received and the care they gave our little one. Additionally, she had the opportunity to play and socialize with other dogs. Thank you to David and Rosa for taking care of Suki. We will definitely be back. Totally recommended!

David and Rosa are some of the best and kindest people I have ever met in my life, and all the affection they carry inside they share with their extended family of puppies!!!! Besides that, they are incredible professionals at what they do, they are always up to date with any kind of information they can provide to the client (medical, dietary, behavioral, etc.), and they care for all their animals with extreme attention. In my opinion, the best in their field! Chiara

Repetirem!
