Our experience at this dog boarding facility was quite disappointing. The space designated for the dogs seemed very small for the number of animals there, giving the impression that it is difficult to offer individualized attention and personal care to each one. Additionally, they did not ask us about basic aspects of his routine, such as when he eats or what portion sizes he needs, which we consider essential to guarantee his well-being during his stay. What struck us the most was that when we picked him up in the afternoon, his bed was still not set up in the rest area. This detail conveyed a lack of attention and concern for his comfort. We were also surprised that upon our arrival, the staff didn't even greet the dog, a gesture we consider important to give him reassurance and confidence. When you leave your dog at a boarding kennel, you expect him not only to be looked after, but also to feel accompanied, cared for, and considered. In our case, the experience did not give us that trust or warmth that we consider essential to leave our dog with peace of mind for several days. I believe there are important areas for improvement regarding individualized attention, attention to detail, and the treatment of the animals.

Very happy with the stay of our two dogs at Kiwi i Flor. They have been very well cared for and we received very friendly and professional treatment. In addition, they sent us photos and videos during their stay, which gave us great peace of mind. Without a doubt, we will repeat. Thank you so much for everything! 🐶🐶

We left our dog Odín for 4 days and we are very happy with the care he received and the daily contact with us; they sent us photos and kept us updated on how he was doing. It was the second time we had left him at a boarding facility, and we didn't have a very good experience the first time, but here at La Sentiu, Odín looked happier and more cheerful. They took him for walks in the mountains and he loved it. The staff are very kind and affectionate with the dogs, and the place looks very well cared for.

We left our dog for a weekend and when pick-up day arrived, due to several setbacks, we were going to be 20 minutes late past "closing" time. We gave them notice that we had had a setback and asked them to please wait for us, and the response was very unfortunate. They didn't make the slightest effort, telling us that he wouldn't hand him over, that there was no one there. Some friends had to rush over. Do they leave the dogs completely alone from 7:00 PM until the next day? We were leaving on vacation the next day and he wanted us to show him some proof. Ridiculous treatment... Luckily the dog was fine and the girls seemed nice, but the response we received from the gentleman made us never want to return again.
