Jara and Bijou stayed at the boarding facility for a week, and I was so relieved to see how much fun they were having thanks to the videos they sent me. This was their second time staying there because of how happy I am with the care, their responsibility (giving Jara her daily medication), and how well I find them afterwards. I recommend this facility without any doubt. The staff are not only great professionals, but also wonderful caregivers; you can truly see how much they love the animals. We are coming back very soon to repeat the experience since, as a friend told me, it looks like they are on vacation! A big hug to the entire team at the facility.

The dog came back with a wound on his neck from rubbing against the grate where he ate or drank. On top of being sad, he returned weak and sick with a cough, and he lost weight. And not even a single photo, status update, or video in a whole week. A terrible experience.

Many thanks to the entire team at El Parque for looking after our little dog for a week. She is an 8-month-old Podenco puppy with a fear of people and other dogs. Moises and Mado, as well as the rest of the team, helped our puppy socialize, play with other dogs, and even let Mado pet her after spending hours giving her attention. The pick-up and drop-off transport is efficient, very safe, and punctual. The videos were extensive and very informative, which gave us peace of mind knowing she was happy with them. We will return to the boarding facility and sign up for courses. Excellent place. Patricia and Ian.

Thank you very much to the team at Hotel Canino EL PARQUE! My dog-daughter stayed at their facilities for 6 days and apparently had a great time. 🐾 When I picked her up, she didn't want to stay with me; unequivocal proof that Tula had the time of her life there! And having the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service made things much easier for me since I don't have my own vehicle to transport her from one place to another. Great job, guys. 💪 100% recommended!

I used the El Parque canine hotel for my pet again and, as always, I was delighted to do so. I want to give a special mention to Mado: I booked 7 nights, but once I was traveling, the opportunity came up to stay away two more days and extend my trip. I knew it was hard to find availability on those dates, but all I had to do was call her and she sorted out those extra two days for me. Delighted as always, and my dog always leaves happy and content. Thank you for everything, 100% recommended.

My experience was one of mistrust. I arrived with my dog at 5:50 PM, and in a huge rush, they took my dog away without even letting me say goodbye to him for five days. There was a girl who was in a huge hurry to leave, and the information she gave me was that she had been there since 7:00 AM and her workday was already over. I booked a premium room, supposedly 40 m², so I asked to see it, but she refused and promised she would send me a video later so I could see it. I spent the entire afternoon waiting without receiving any video. I kept messaging her, and she said she was sorry and would send me a video at 8:00 AM. I waited without receiving anything. The next day, I changed my vacation plans and went back to pick up my dog, very outraged, and even then, there was another guy who also wouldn't let me in to see the facilities—which I had paid for to give him the best quality vacation. I question the trustworthiness of leaving my beloved pet there; I altered my vacation and took him back with me. The guy who was there the next day kept his word, brought out my dog, and refunded my money. I think that, after all, it was the fairest thing to do. After spending the night reading reviews, I believe they are hiding something.

We boarded our two dogs for the first time at a pet hotel, and once we had already paid and went to drop them off, they told us that dropping them off in the morning costs an extra €10. Since we were already there, we had to pay it. We asked them to send us a picture, and they told us they charged an extra €4 per photo. They didn't tell us to bring their bed, they "forgot" one of their meals, and when we left, they didn't return our feeding bowls. The dogs were extremely stressed and suffering from the heat. A disaster, way too expensive for the treatment received.

Every time you host a free event, you coerce us into leaving 5-star reviews. YOU INSIST A LOT, but you don't fool me—you're selling smoke, or in previous bad reviews you claim you weren't there, always dodging responsibility. Here is my story: I dropped off my dog on a Friday and he never came back; he was killed. According to you it was a small dog, but his neck was torn apart and he died within hours! Your response: "Don't worry, I have insurance"! DO YOU THINK I CARE ABOUT YOUR INSURANCE? MY dog was family, over 15 years with us. I hope my story serves some purpose.

I don't understand the good reviews. I left my Golden Retriever there twice; the first time was just for a few days and it was fine, but the second time, when I left him for 2 weeks in the summer, the dog came out completely stressed, he clearly had a terrible time, and he was soaked in urine—it was obvious they hadn't cleaned the kennel properly. I had to take him to the vet because his entire chest was irritated and had sores from the dampness; they had to shave him and then I had to bathe him thoroughly to get rid of the urine smell. There's no way I'd ever take him back there, the worst place by far. Plus, when I complained, they played dumb. Terrible service!!!

I am writing this post to WARN!!! anyone thinking about leaving their dog at this boarding facility. On Friday night we dropped off my dog at the kennel, a Yorkshire terrier weighing around 3 kg and 15 years old; however, on Sunday morning they called to notify us that he had allegedly been attacked by two 1-year-old dachshunds under the supervision of Moisés (according to the information provided by him). My poor dog arrived at the vet with multiple bite wounds, bruising to his stomach and lungs, and in a state of shock and hypothermia. Sadly, I am writing this because my little angel, the dog who was my whole life, passed away 24 hours later due to everything mentioned above. Nothing can bring him back to me, but from the bottom of my heart, I truly hope this never happens to anyone else.

But from the very first moment, we were THRILLED. We saw the warmth and affection with which Elena treated our little fur baby, and that gave us so much peace of mind. On top of that, the next day they gave us feedback on how he was doing, and we could see how much fun he was having. It was a complete success, and we will definitely REPEAT. We left a little dog over Easter. The way the gentleman treated my partner was deplorable, even making out-of-context derogatory comments when asked about the pet, his response being that we should just go and take the dog then, even going so far as to voice an opinion on our relationship, which is none of his business, just as I don't care what he does with his life. And to top it off, he was paid for the services including VAT and we are still waiting for the invoice. The conclusion you can draw is simple: if you treat clients like this, I don't even want to imagine how you treat the animals.

My sister called in mid-January asking for a spot for the week of Fallas and wanting to visit their facilities. They told us there was no problem. We couldn't agree on a time, either on their end or ours. Then they told us there were no Junior or Superior rooms left, that it had to be Deluxe; we had no issue with that, whatever it takes for our dog. Finally, on Saturday the 17th, they asked if we could come on Sunday, saying they would make an exception so we wouldn't lose the spot, and that they had 9 rooms left. We said YES!!!! On Sunday they wrote to tell us they had flown out... and not a single one was left. All nine??? In less than 24 hours? We found it strange, so we checked the website and saw that there WERE Deluxe rooms available to book. Today, Monday, I wrote asking if they had room for my dog during Fallas, and they said YES, they have accommodations available... I asked them: then why did you tell my sister yesterday that there weren't any? Their response: because someone just canceled. I don't understand this attitude, I don't buy it; they haven't been honest or sincere with us. I don't know why they didn't want to take our dachshund, because he's an absolute sweetheart of a dog—affectionate, sociable, and only knows how to give and receive love. Their loss. We will find another place where they won't give us the runaround or make us feel rejected, and I repeat, I don't know the reason because we have always been polite and respectful.

I find it very curious that I asked to see the kennels and they made up excuses not to show them to us. To me, that only means one thing: you have something to hide and it's nothing good. Then, they told us that the dog had eaten all the food we brought. And yet, in 5 days the big dog lost 1.5 kg, and when she got home she ate very anxiously, which makes me think about how hungry she must have been during those days.

We spoke with Moisés thinking he would just be one more of the 5 trainers we had already gone through, but he said something that made us realize he truly cared deeply about our dog's well-being, so we decided not to throw in the towel and try one more time. We couldn't be more grateful to life for having found him. Sherlock is a very reactive dog with people and other dogs, very insecure, and from the very first session we noticed changes in him, something that hadn't happened with the others. In addition to teaching us how to understand him, his work with Sherlock has allowed him to start overcoming his fears and insecurities; even though there is still a way to go, we have no doubt that Moisés is the person we want to do it with. His methods and skills go far beyond the rigid, narrow-minded knowledge of trainers who use outdated and ineffective practices. For him, every dog is different, and he personalizes the process so that the love and respect we humans have for our animals is never set aside. In a friendly environment surrounded by nature, the dogs find a second home where they play, learn, and free themselves from the stress around them. It is a real shame we didn't find him sooner. SO YES, we highly recommend him.

I left my dog for the first time for 3 nights. When we got home after picking him up, he ate like he had never eaten before and slept for so many hours that I was even scared. In addition to that, he came home with a fever that day; I can only think that since it was his first time away from home he wasn't eating and all the rain might have hurt him and caused the fever. Even though I asked the girl over the long weekend if he was eating well, she never gave me an answer. But well, what can I say? He wasn't eating and didn't sleep well those nights he wasn't with us; being his first time away from home he felt bad. I'm just left with a bad taste wondering how my dog was doing there. I know they have good reviews, but this was my experience. Personally, I would not leave him there again; I feel that the care was not good enough for my dog to be comfortable. I will highlight the friendliness of the girl who answers the phone, she is very kind.

I just picked up my dog and I will never, ever go back there. You can reply to me however you like now, but tomorrow the dog is going to the vet and then, with the report, I'm filing the corresponding complaint. I counted 24 bite marks on the dog. I can understand that animals—hey, look, he got into a fight—but 24 times? The dog weighs 20 kg, who did you put him with, a lion? Is that how professional you are? Trainers of what? Not a single phone call? If I had been 2 days later, what would I have picked up? Yes, I'm quite angry, but the best part is that there wasn't even an explanation. Is that how you care for animals? But since there are none so blind as those who will not see, I'm leaving the photos so people can judge for themselves and know where they're taking their pet.

I left my two dogs at this boarding facility for a few days. The staff is very friendly, and the dogs have everything they need. They have a small pool and different kennel sizes. My dogs have never been away from me, so their adaptation was slow, but not because of the care at the facility, but because they felt a bit lost since they had never been separated from me. The girls did everything possible so my dogs wouldn't be sad, and they were very well taken care of. Thank you so much for everything❤️ from Ramona and Piluca 🌹

I neither recommend it nor would I ever go back in my life. I had the worst experience of my life. First of all, it was the first time I had ever taken her there, but I chose this place based on recommendations from family members who had used it. We left our 1.5-year-old female Labrador for 3 nights at the daycare/kennel, specifically from April 22 to 26, 2022. While finalizing details via WhatsApp in the days prior to dropping her off (I still have the chat logs for anyone who tries to deny this), I asked if the dogs sleep alone at night since the caretakers work split shifts, and they answered no, that the owner of the facility sleeps there. I mentioned that I wanted my dog to socialize with other dogs, and they told me it wouldn't be a problem, that she would be grouped with the owner's dogs. When drop-off day arrived, we wanted to pay the extra fee for photos, but they refused to charge us, claiming they would send photos whenever possible. We asked them to show us the facilities and they refused (claiming we would stress the dogs out), and looking back, there was clearly a reason they didn't want to show them to us.... On Saturday, I texted the facility's phone number on WhatsApp asking how my dog was doing and for photos. They replied 3 hours later (having read it earlier) saying she was fine, but didn't send any photos, saying they'd send them when they could. I texted at 8:00 PM asking for the photos, and they told me they hadn't been able to and would do it the next day. On Sunday morning I texted and got no answer, I texted in the afternoon and still no answer, I called and they didn't pick up, and at 7:00 PM I got serious and sent a very angry message. Within 5 minutes they immediately replied saying she was fine and that they had been swamped with work, and that they would send photos the next day to make up for the inconvenience. On Monday I heard nothing all day, so at 6:00 PM I got upset and called them; to my surprise, they didn't answer. At 7:00 PM they replied with a voice note and sent a 10-second video of my dog running right by the door of the kennels where they sleep. Seeing that video, it was obvious to me that THEY HAD NOT SOCIALIZED HER WITH ANY DOG NOR HAD THEY TAKEN HER OUT TO THE GREEN FIELD THEY HAVE, BECAUSE THE DOG WAS OVERLY HYPERACTIVE. I was furious and told them I was coming to pick her up, and precisely that day THE OWNER WAS NOT AT THE FACILITY, meaning all the dogs that slept there that night—and God knows how many other nights—slept completely alone in the middle of agricultural fields. I got extremely angry and told them I would pick her up on the 26th at 9:00 AM. At 9:00 AM the next day, I went, picked her up, paid the 77 euros, and didn't say a peep. The dog was fine, but very restless, and I took her home with leftover food, which didn't make sense since my dog eats a lot. That same day, the owner of the kennel, Moisés, called me to address what had happened as the business owner. We talked over the phone and he admitted that the outdoor yard is currently under renovation and the dogs DO NOT GO OUT TO THAT YARD, ONLY TO THE FRONT ONES, which are tiny and done one dog at a time. To all pet parents: right now, your dogs are not being placed in those gorgeous yards shown on their website or Facebook. The most shocking part of all is that he told me, and I quote verbatim: WE ARE SHORT-STAFFED AND WE WERE DROWNING IN WORK, SO WE HAVEN'T LET THE DOGS INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER. Boom! Another lie exposed. He told me that if I had brought her on another day when they weren't so busy, they would have, but with so many dogs they couldn't manage. And why lie to me, I asked him? Why not just say: 'We can't take any more dogs' and that's it? Bottom line: do not take your dogs there during long weekends or busy holiday periods. Or better yet, don't ever take them at all…

Dog boarding facility with well-kept, spacious facilities in the municipality of Puçol, in the marsh area, run by Patricia, a trainer, therapist, and dog lover; convenient and nearby location a few kilometers from the bypass; in my case, I went with my beagle for potential behavioral reconditioning and better obedience; Patricia and her assistants showed great professionalism, expertise... and a love for dogs that is hard to beat; they offer boarding, training, and rehabilitation services, both at their facilities and at home by traveling to you; absolutely recommended, with competitive prices and an affection for all pets that is hard to find; I will definitely return.

I've taken my fur babies to this boarding facility several times now, and we couldn't be happier. Ever since I got them, they had never been away from me, so I was a bit scared, but you can tell they do things right. My dogs are very friendly with people, but one of them can be a bit standoffish with other dogs at times; they have handled this situation very well, and if they see there might be an issue with other dogs, they take him out on his own to avoid any trouble. Sometimes when I've gone to pick them up, they hardly even wanted to come with me! You can clearly tell they are comfortable there and that they are treated with love. They will keep going back; every now and then a little break from the dogs is great, and I know they are happy there. They are great and have always treated us so kindly.

Great!! Yesterday, Sunday, we picked up the little ones from the boarding facility and they were super happy. It's the second year we've left them there and it's great, totally worth it. The staff's care is very close and attentive, and it shows, as Tercio, one of my little ones, is very distrustful, and when picking him up I noticed that when the staff member called him, he "kind of" approached her, and that is quite an achievement. Next year, more and even better.

Very happy, especially Lara and Ares, our Golden Retrievers. They stayed for a day in doggy daycare and, when we picked them up, you could tell how much fun they had. The service from booking, arrival, and pickup was great. The facilities are very well maintained with plenty of space for them to play, especially the pool, which I know Ares didn't want to get out of. A fantastic experience that we will definitely repeat on our trips to Valencia, so they can enjoy playing with other dogs and not suffer from the heat in summer when we visit the city. Thank you so much for taking care of them!

I am going to explain how I feel after leaving my dogs for almost 2 months at this dog boarding facility. I dropped my dogs off urgently on 04/16/2024 because at the place where I had them (a country house), they had escaped three times in two days. Searching the internet, I found this facility which seemed great based on reviews and photos, even though it was the furthest from my home. A big plus for them was allowing me to leave my dogs without presenting their vaccination records, as I didn't know where they were in the rush. By the way, another plus for the facility is that they charged me the Junior apartment rate but kept them in a Deluxe apartment (they do this for all dogs as long as there is availability, which makes sense for the animals' well-being; it's another story if they are fully booked and have to be in the small one because that's what the owner paid for). A week went by, then another week, and it bothered me a bit that whenever I paid, they used the website as an excuse, saying it didn't allow selecting the entire stay and that they had to do it manually. In the end, there was always a discrepancy between the cash I brought to pay and what they told me it cost. I think it's simpler to just say: "Rafa, it's €22 a night, how many days do you want to pay for? 6, 7, 8?" Instead, it was always the excuse about the website and not knowing whether they could give me the cheap rate or if they were trying to shoehorn me into the premium rate. Once the month passed, they applied the 10% long-stay discount (more than 30 days), and when paying, I saw €396 for 18 nights = €22/night. The same as what I paid the first week: €137.94 for 6 nights = €22.99/night. They took off one euro when 10% should have been €2.20, meaning the night should have cost me €20.79 (over months, that's a lot of money they aren't discounting). I had planned to leave them until May (a month and a half), but due to complications with the construction where I was going to live, permits were delayed and I had to book June. So I explained my situation and proposed that for the €946 total for the month (high season and rate increases were starting)—which with the long-stay discount would be €851—they do it under the table without an invoice to make it cheaper, because with my salary and monthly expenses I couldn't afford that amount while waiting for the new house. They told me they couldn't do that, but they didn't offer me a discount either despite the many weeks my dogs had been staying there. The solution was basically goodbye. Because I can't afford that much, tomorrow I'm taking them back to the country house "at the risk of them escaping again" because an understanding couldn't be reached between customer and business. In the end, it's like going to a restaurant with family, paying for 8 people, the bill coming out to €250, and seeing that they charged you €1 for the after-dinner shots on the receipt (you feel like they don't look out for the customer and pinch every euro, whether you stay one day or a hundred days). And my great question would be... Are they people who love animals and care about their customers, or do they prioritize letting a customer slip away because they don't see a solution for them? Generally speaking, the quality of the facility is perfect for leaving them a few days if you know the price from day one. The staff girls' care of the animals is ideal; they take great care of them and the dogs will be great, but don't run into an unexpected situation because you can't count on their help. By the way, the guy working there is wonderful, very attentive to the animals and an animal lover. Athair and Missier (my dogs) have been very happy, but having to take them back to the country house because they wouldn't do the month without an invoice speaks poorly of the quality and service they offer to customers. There are a thousand places where, in situations like this, out of the almost €1,500 I was going to pay, they'd take a little off and everyone is happy: the customer gets some breathing room and the business is satisfied by bringing in revenue and continuing to grow financially. Excuse my words, but that's how I feel. Regards and thank you.

Not only do they take care of our little ones, but they also provide a peace of mind when leaving a family member there that is truly priceless. Random will undoubtedly return; she made canine friends during the months she had to stay there, not to mention the affection she has for the entire team who cared for her and made her return home possible. There's nothing like taking my life companions 🐶🐶🐶 to boarding and knowing they're in Sandra's hands! The peace of mind it gives me is absolute; when you see how they're treated (as particular as they are, plus being on chronic medication...), I have no doubt they're in good hands. As soon as we arrive, they want to run right in. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Sandra!

The walls are decorated with little house facades. It pretends to be something it's not... A prison. Yes. Isolation for them. A piece of sheet metal for shade, and they don't let them out as much as they claim. Even the doorbell doesn't work properly.

My dog stayed here for one night and they treated him great. In case it helps, I paid €41 for a Deluxe room; those €41 include €10 for a schedule change when dropping off my dog. I took off one star for two reasons: - It's a bit out of the way and the road to get there isn't the best. - They don't let you see the space where the dog will be staying; I asked and they told me it's for the dogs' peace and quiet, etc... Something that doesn't convince me, since if I'm paying for a space, I'd like to see what I'm paying for.

€80 (they charged us for two nights) for leaving him from Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. He wasn't even there for 24 hours. We paid for a deluxe room and he could have been locked in a carrier for all we know, because they don't let you see the room... Our dog came back with a wound on his head and very, very agitated and scared. They didn't return our food dispenser. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to our worst enemy. It's a scam.

The people running this business are people who only lie. The animals are not kept where they claim on their website. They say they have rooms for them to sleep in, and that is completely false; they never leave those pens they have. All you have to do is check their website to see they display fewer spots than what they actually sell when booking. Even though they may have removed it now—because they know some of us have noticed—whenever it suits them, they add more slots. We know they also use the cat enclosures to keep dogs. Anything goes just to make money. So look for other options, because we wouldn't leave our dogs there again for anything in the world. The reality is very different from what they sell. Everything they sell is hot air. Nothing is true.

Be careful where you leave your pets. A week ago my father called and a girl told us that they had no more Junior suites available. And now on the website, more have suddenly appeared. From the 9 they show on the floor plan, now what a coincidence that Fallas is coming up and there are 25. Who knows where they will be keeping the poor little animals. So I do not recommend them at all, they are a bunch of liars. All they do is crowd dogs together just to make money.

Spanish proverbs are very broad and wise. "Foolish words fall on deaf ears." And words written out of spite only harm the spiteful person. What I mean by this is pay no attention to the two baseless reviews I read here today. I have been your client for a long time, you do a great job. When I take my pets to your boarding facility, I leave them at the door and they run inside all by themselves, jumping for joy looking for Sandra, and that says it all. So as far as I'm concerned, keep it up.

When I picked up my dog, I noticed he seemed off. They handed him over with his front paws covered in blood from scratching at the cage, which they brushed off, claiming it was from running around... At home, checking the dog thoroughly, his teeth were also covered in green paint from the cage bars. The dog was acting very strange, walking as if he were dizzy... he drank a ton of water that day, it seemed like he was under the influence of some sleeping pill or sedative. We left warm clothes, blankets, bones, and food, and they didn't even open the bag... They didn't send me a single photo of the dog during his week-long stay. To top it off, after paying a high price, they scolded me for waking him from a nap to pick up the dog... and they charged me an extra fee. UNBELIEVABLE.....

I'm giving one star because Google won't let me give less. A horrible place where you better NOT leave your furry family. They are liars; they don't show you the boarding facility and, on top of that, they sell you something on their website that doesn't exist. The website is full of photos of 'deluxe apartments' (we booked a 'deluxe' room for our 3 dogs). However, they keep them in a cage, which we could see from the photos they sent us (for an extra fee). By the way, we paid for daily photos, and on several occasions, they sent us the next day's photos 'in advance' because 'she was very busy' (verbatim words from the lady who runs the place). Our dogs are used to other facilities like Ecocan where they are free all day and interact with others. Here, in the photos, they looked stressed from being locked up... We had just as bad of a time as our furry ones; a week that was supposed to be a vacation turned into a LIVING HELL. A disgrace and a scam. AVOID.

I am editing my review, because the owners' comment is unbelievable: We are free to share our opinion, I'd say. (Not out of ignorance, as you wrote). My review is just as respectable as the others. We didn't know you, we saw you on social media, and we decided to leave our dog there. To us, the place looks nothing like what is on your website. Regarding the staff, well, I'm just saying what we saw: the girls were quite inexperienced, and the boys were foreigners—that doesn't make me racist. And as for the prices, well, they seem expensive to us. Now go ahead and say that you don't know me and all that, which I've already seen is what you post whenever something doesn't suit you. The day we went, they refused to show us around the place. And the guy who assisted us was arrogant and rude. Quite the opposite at Residencia Ecocan, nothing like this. They have no issue showing you around and are super pleasant. So I recommend looking carefully before deciding. A place that leaves a lot to be desired. They sell facilities that do not exist. Ask them to show you where your babies/pets will stay; it has nothing to do with what they describe on the website. Furthermore, the staff is completely untrained—foreigners and young girls. They are among the most expensive and also liars.

Our experience at the boarding kennel was 10/10. We looked at so many places since it was our furry friends' first time and we wanted them to feel at home. We came across El Parque, spoke with them by phone, checked out their website, and read about their approach to working with dogs; we thought it was great and booked. Check-in day went really smoothly and well, and during the days they stayed there, we felt completely at ease: they replied on WhatsApp whenever I asked anything, sent photos, and to my surprise, my dog Aslan even overcame his fear of water! Pick-up time was very calm and special; there was a bit of a queue, but we went in little by little so everyone could fully enjoy that special moment of reuniting with our fur babies, unhurried and taking proper time for everything. My dogs came back completely calm; I take it for granted that it was a vacation for them too. In summary: attentive at all times, caring for the dogs as if they were their own, empathetic, kind, great professionals, proactive, transparent, super clean facilities... Moisés, the owner, attended to all our requests at all times. All that's left is to say thank you! We can truly say that Aslan and Oda now have their trusted boarding place!

Hello, Manuel, I disagree with your comment. It is a place that I recommend, and you can see the facilities upon entering; however, you can also make an appointment to view it beforehand. Regarding what you say about the staff, I understand that Sandra is a veterinary assistant, meaning she has knowledge on the subject. As for the foreign workers, it seems a bit racist to me, because they might be more qualified than you are to care for other people's children, and I think your comment about the workers is out of line. If you took your child there, shame on you for not having requested an appointment beforehand to see where you were leaving your child, meaning you are a bad father. Best regards.

My dog saw me, jumped towards me, and fell very hard onto the asphalt from human height. I experienced the worst emotions of my life. They did not provide any first aid and sent us home. Nobody asked how the dog was, even though the fall was terrible and it was the receptionist's fault. It hurts me deeply that this has once and for all ruined any desire to ever leave my dog anywhere.

I tried to get them to show me the facilities and they gave me the runaround several times. First they said their schedule was closed and there was no availability, and when I changed the date, they made the excuse that they were in high season and couldn't, having told me 2 days before that I had to book an appointment for visits. Last year they didn't want to show me the facilities either; they only sent me a photo of the dog and he came back hoarse. I don't understand how they operate if they don't make it easy to leave our pets and see what conditions they are kept in, since you don't get to see the facilities. The funniest thing is that on the website they offer several apartments to choose from with different sizes and prices, and nobody knows if they are charging you for a deluxe one while keeping him in a standard one. If it's an inconvenience for you to show the facilities where my dog is going to stay, it's because something is wrong. I'm also glad my dog isn't going to your boarding kennel.

It was the first time I had left my little girl away from home and I was a bit nervous because I didn't know if Gin would be okay, if she would adapt or if she would miss us a lot... as for the latter, not at all, the little dog felt right at home with Ana and Sandra. You could tell she was happy in every video they sent us and when we went to pick her up. Thank you so much Ana for reassuring me every day and for giving Gin so much love, I will bring her to see you very soon. ♥️

We have been bringing our dogs here for years and they feel right at home; they treat them wonderfully and the dogs always come back thrilled. In addition, we did a theoretical and practical training session with Moisés to improve the dogs' behavior, and it was super helpful. We saw improvements from day one, and now they seem like completely different dogs. We had tried other trainers before, but it hadn't been this effective. Moisés makes it very easy and provides very practical tips. Thank you, Moisés and Ana! ☺️🐶🐶💚🤎

Incredible! I can finally go for a walk with Jack peacefully without leash pulling; I can tell him "stay" and he stays, I tell him "place" and he stays in his spot. Just a week ago, it was unthinkable for us that he would do all this, and in just 3 days Moisés managed to get Jack to do it all and obey us. We are very happy. Thank you so much for everything. Both Moisés and Ana, you are lovely 😘😘

We left our two babies at the el PARQUE boarding facility for the first time this weekend. They had a wonderful time and enjoyed it so much. The service from Ana and Moisés is excellent. They managed to win over my two dogs right away. They made my two babies' stay feel as homey as possible. They are very attentive and true professionals. They send photos and videos. I personally was exchanging voice notes with Ana, and she kept me updated on how well my babies were doing. When we went to pick them up, we saw them walk out into the yard super calm and trusting them—our dogs didn't know we were watching them, and when they saw us, they obviously went crazy with joy, hehe. We saw with our own eyes our babies' blind trust in them, and that is priceless. Thank you to Ana and Moisés for taking such good care of our babies ♥️. A big lick from Coque and Vela ♥️

Hello, I just wanted to say that I had a good experience with the staff; my furry friend didn't even want to come with me, he was delighted with Sandra, you can tell she loves animals. On the other hand, I won't leave him there again because the owner doesn't inspire any trust in me; I can see he cares very little about the animals and it's not a passion for him like it is for the staff, he's only interested in the money and doesn't care whether they are well or not. In fact, just seeing how arrogant he looks says it all, and I'm a person whose first impression never fails me; if I had seen him the first day, I wouldn't have left my furry friend there. Honestly, I don't recommend it. I feel sorry for the two staff members, who are lovely.

It was the first time leaving my dog, and to be honest, I had my reservations because we often think animals think just like us, but that's not the case; I could tell by how happy he was at this boarding facility from the very first moment. The care given to both the dog and us was exquisite, and they kept us informed (photos included) throughout his entire stay. I am very happy to have found such a great solution for when we have to travel, or like this time, so that he could be happy without hearing the fireworks that scare him so much and used to make him hide at home and barely eat. Many thanks to the entire team at El Parque for treating my Sheldon as if he were their own. I highly recommend them, and if you have any doubts (like I did at first), don't think twice—your dog or cat will thank you.

I left my dog for the whole Fallas week. I dropped him off on the 11th; on the 12th and 13th they told me he was very good and behaving great, but on the 14th I heard nothing about him, despite it being the first time in 9 years that I had left him alone. On the 15th they called me saying that due to the wind they had to evacuate, which I understood, but they returned him to me with severe anxiety and hoarse. On the 16th, to my surprise, someone dropped their dog off there that morning without knowing what had happened. I don't think it's right that they evacuate one day and take in dogs the next. I think something else might have happened to my dog and they didn't want to tell me. I do not recommend it.

It was very hard for us to have to leave the little ones with "strangers," but it was necessary for a week. The ease, warmth, and friendliness really gave us peace of mind. You can tell they love animals, and in the end, that's what we need: people who pamper our furry ones as if they were at home. As an interesting note, our little girl didn't eat much for a few days (first time away from home), and they were very patient with her, pampered her, and offered options so she would feel comfortable. When we went to pick them up, we realized how much they had enjoyed it—they barely paid any attention to us hahaha. Thanks for everything! Isidora and Rocco, the mobster couple 🙂

First of all, I am simply writing this so that no one else finds themselves in the same situation... Regarding the 39 photos you uploaded, you didn't ask for permission... and on top of that, you took them only after we repeatedly asked since the day before, and you took them all in a single day... As for your attitude towards your clients, we have never seen anything like it in our lives. Arrogance, bad manners, and a total lack of empathy... especially when dealing with something as serious as caring for a loved one. Regarding the lack of truth in what you posted, you know perfectly well that it happened exactly as I described. I understand you try to make people look like liars. But you know what? You have no idea how many people we've spoken to, and you are well-known for your behavior... From the bottom of my heart, I truly hope no family that loves their fur baby ever leaves them in your hands... There are already many of us trying to bring everything to light; give it time... And please delete Candela's photos. I repeat, just as you wouldn't send them to us, you don't have nor did you ask for permission to upload them. Best regards

Good morning, we left 3-year-old Candela for 5 days for the first and last time at a boarding kennel. During that time, I saw 4 or 5 photos at most. Just so you know, we treat our little dog as if she were our daughter, and we will do everything for her until the last day of her life. We thought that being so expensive (€96.80) would be synonymous with quality... Having received no updates about her in the first 24 hours, my boyfriend sent a very angry voice message asking them to tell us how the dog was doing, what she was eating, and where she was going to sleep—basically, the reaction any parent would have if they have no news of their child... It turns out the lady at the kennel didn't like the voice message, and the next day she sent me a text inviting us to pick Candela up, even though we were in Menorca and what she was asking was completely impossible. When I told her that I had no one in Valencia to pick her up, I had a terrible time during those hours, having panic attacks and everything, knowing they wanted to kick my dog out... She told me Candela could stay, but that my boyfriend was NOT to come pick her up because he was NOT welcome. When we picked her up, the dog was acting very strange; she wasn't herself... She had reverse sneezing for 2 weeks; I didn't know what it was until the vet explained it to me. They are episodes where it looks like your dog is choking, and I assure you your heart stops watching them because you can't help them, only with medication. She came out thinner, and we had prepared 5 containers full of boiled chicken for her, and I don't know if she even ate them... but what I do know is that I will feel terrible about myself for the decision I made to leave her for a few days at el Parque. I will feel bad my whole life for my decision. Nothing and no one can take away this sadness.

Unbelievable!! I left my dog for a week. I asked them to show me where he was going to stay, and they told me they couldn't show it to me 😳. Worst of all is how he was returned to me: dirty, with discharge in his eyes, and all his pressure points covered in calluses. According to them, it's because he sleeps on concrete. I had to bathe him as soon as I got home, even though they knew I had a 485 km drive ahead; they didn't even have the courtesy to return my dog in the condition I left him... The calluses caused, according to them, by sleeping on concrete are raw, open sores on the poor animal. They only sent me two photos of him, and the impression they give is terrible. How can you let an animal that is so well cared for sleep on concrete, especially after seeing the issue that was developing? Uff, people!! The very least you can do is return the animal in the condition it was handed over to you.

We left Negu for several days and when picking him up, I found a happy dog; he greeted us and kept cuddling up to Moisés and Ana. And dogs don't lie about their affections. They love animals and it shows. The place is clean, spacious, and best of all, it has highly prepared people who care for them and give that extra love so the dogs feel almost at home. I asked Moisés to do some training sessions with Negu, who is a 1-year-old, 50-kilo big puppy who pulls on the leash. No miracles, but almost. He understood Negu, spent an hour with us explaining how to continue the process, and as I said, we are delighted. Without a doubt, wherever I go if Negu can't come along, it's worth making a detour to Valencia so he can have his vacation. Thank you Ana for making everything so easy. You are a super team.

Hello, it was our first time bringing our dog Blanquita, a Maltese, and the treatment from Ana and Moisés couldn't have been better. The advice we received to improve our puppy's socialization was very insightful. They are tremendous professionals; we will definitely return whenever we need advice or if we have to leave our little dog during vacations. It's a pleasure dealing with people like them, a ten out of ten.

We are thrilled with the care they give our dog, as well as the daily communication we have with Moisés and Ana regarding Chispa, our pet. We highly recommend them because every time we take him there he stays very happily. A ten out of ten for you, keep it up, our pets and we truly appreciate it.

Fantastic cattery here. So difficult to find a good cattery in Valencia. They recently boarded my cat for 3 weeks and she was housed in a super well equipped pen on two levels with a ramp so lots of room for exercise. The whole place is immaculate with excellent facilities and she was really well cared for. Very professional and friendly - highly recommend - 5 stars!

Now I know I couldn't have left him in better hands than Ana and Moisés, the owners of the El Parque pet hotel. It was recommended to me by my vet, Vicente from Clínica Benimamet, whom I trust completely, and I can assure you that, after his own home, there is no better place in Valencia and the surrounding area to leave our sweet boy Tiger. We are delighted with them; they care for the pets as if they were their own, each has their own private space to rest at night, always with fresh water, and we bring his suitcase haha (bed and Kong) so he is super comfortable. They take them out to play every day, and as soon as they can, they send you photos via WhatsApp so you can see him and have peace of mind. They also put up with how annoying I am with patience and affection, asking for photos daily—I start asking for them right after dropping him off hahaha. Besides, even though Tiger is a sweetheart, he is big and doesn't always get along with other males, but I rest easy knowing they are aware and manage it. He always gives hugs to all the professionals there, and that's because they are wonderful and treat him great. We have been leaving him there during holidays for several years now and couldn't be happier; it is undoubtedly Tiger's vacation home. Thank you very much to the entire team.

Hello, our large family are regulars at Residencia El Parque. Our little ones can't always join the rest of the family on trips, and as with any deeply loved family member, we care about leaving them in the best hands. Well, this is definitely the place. We leave with complete peace of mind, and both our dog and cat are treated wonderfully. They don't come out stressed or acting 'weird', and they always send us photo/video updates of their 'activities', such as the pool, playtime, or naps during their stays. That gives you even more peace of mind. I highly recommend it. Above all, the human touch stands out—it's warm, affectionate, and their empathy with animals is truly noticeable. On top of that, they are currently remodeling part of the facilities, so it's going to be even better than it already is. Cris

I think they treat them almost like we do when we're at home :) Every two days or so, they send you photos of your furry friend and keep you updated, always willing to listen to any "little issue" or sensitivity your pet might have—like in my case with Balto, who can sometimes be a bit fussy with food if he doesn't eat at home.

Hello dog friends, I'm Kai, I've enjoyed the park on two occasions. It's great, I had a blast, I just hope my human roommate takes me again in the future. They are great with their attention and care💋🥰

I have been taking my dogs there for a long time and neither the dogs nor I could be happier. My vet recommended it to me and she was spot on.

We have been taking our dogs there for over 10 years, ever since they were puppies. Every time they have stayed there, they have been treated very well and have come back very happy. They are very professional and have always given us great confidence. We totally recommend it.

We left our dog, and he has never been better than here. From our side, we saw pristine facilities and plenty of specialized staff. A very personalized schedule for each dog and a pool shallow enough for them to stand, everything was perfect.

Highly recommended! I've been bringing my dog Septiembre here for 4 years and everything has been great! I am very happy because they take good care of him, they are attentive, and they always send me photos! My dog has a bit of separation anxiety, we've been working on it, and over the years he's gotten much better! Trust is essential, and with them, I have complete peace of mind. The facilities are very good and the dogs have plenty of space. So, a well-deserved 5 stars!

Happy to be able to leave Naya at El Parque, where we know she is just as well cared for as at home. The staff is very friendly, affectionate, and responsible. We have been trusting them for 4 or 5 years now and will definitely do so again whenever we need to.

We have always taken Lucky to this wonderful kennel. Lucky has a great time, and in the summer with the pool, it's even better. The staff is fabulous; they have always helped me with everything I've needed and taken very good care of him. The facilities are fabulous. I recommend it 100%.

When your dogs shoot out of the car, running, and head straight into the deepest part of the boarding facilities without saying goodbye to you... that says it all.

Without a doubt, the best place to leave my Gordo during the holidays. I have never been a fan of leaving any of my dogs in these kinds of places, but a friend recommended this kennel and they have had my full trust ever since. And I felt very peaceful because during his stay they made sure to send me photos and keep me updated on how he was doing. 100% recommended

The place is wonderful, very clean, and very well maintained. But without a doubt, the best part of the place is the people who work there. In my case, I had never left Logan (my dog) anywhere before, and now that I've had the pleasure of meeting them, I won't hesitate to leave him there again whenever I need to! 😍😍😍😍😍

It is a fantastic place for my furry friend. They take care of him just like at home and he has a great time, which you can tell when you pick him up and see how lively he is. All the staff members are very pleasant, and dealing with them feels very warm and familiar. You can tell they love animals and treat them with great care and affection. The boarding facility is very clean, and the animals have spacious, comfortable rooms. In short, I will definitely leave Oscar with them again with complete peace of mind, knowing he will be very well cared for and in the best hands.

We were very pleased. They treat the animals very well and always have a reassuring word for you. I was afraid to leave my dog since it was her first time, but I will use them again whenever I need to. You can tell by the way my dog Tina went to greet the caregivers that she grew very fond of them.

We loved El Parque pet boarding. We left our dog there twice this summer. The best proof of how well they treat the animals is how happily Jagger goes there. And when we pick him up, the bear hug he gives Ana in gratitude. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for your dedication.

They sent me videos and photos and I loved it. When I went to pick him up, he was doing fantastic. He is happy and you can tell he had a great time. The facilities and the staff are a 10 out of 10.
