We took Goku to spend a few days due to family reasons; we never leave our dog outside our control. The surprise is that the place is incredible, Goku was very well cared for, and he socialized with all the dogs. The attention and supervision are very good, the cleanliness and care of the rooms where they sleep are great, and the owners are super attentive and kept us informed about everything. Truly, I found an incredible home to leave our pets. 100% recommended.

I love this pet boarding facility, where my animals feel right at home. They get so happy when they arrive and see familiar faces: people who dedicate their time to caring for them, petting them, and pampering them. While I'm on vacation, I receive WhatsApp videos that really brighten my day. I am so grateful to them for taking such good care of my pets.

Good afternoon, I want to thank you once again for the more than family-like care received by my dog Duna, may she rest in peace. After boarding her for many, many years, I can only say that Residencia Canina del Cadí has always been loyal and affectionate, both in their personal treatment and with the dog. Without a doubt, I fully trust them and recommend them 100%. They are great professionals and very kind! When I have a dog again, I will not hesitate to put all my trust in them! Best regards.

We left our dog Pipo at this boarding facility on August 14th in perfect condition, as a video shows. When we picked him up on the 21st, he had multiple scratches on his face and an eye injury that required veterinary treatment. We were not convinced by their explanations of what happened, and what worried us most was the way our complaint was handled, as the owner's initial reaction was very aggressive and intimidating, to the point that we requested the presence of the police (Mossos d'Esquadra). Although he eventually apologized and we decided to pay—since it's true my first reaction was to say I wouldn't pay for the full service—we asked for the official complaint forms and they didn't have any; they had to print them out. It is also true that at some point I thought the wounds might be due to a fight because we left him with a female dog, but we don't know if he was later placed with another animal. Either way, our experience was very negative, and therefore we will not trust this facility with our dog again. I understand incidents can happen, but certainly if I had been informed about what happened in advance, perhaps the outcome would have been different. We believe they might have thought the wounds would heal in a week and concealed what happened by not informing us. According to the owner's version, my dog tried to escape on the first day because he panicked during a storm. This means he was exposed to stress for 7 days without my knowledge, with untreated and unhealed wounds. I hope the facility takes measures to prevent our fur babies from getting hurt like this, and in case anything happens, notifies the owner immediately so they know how to act. The facility has changed owners in recent years; in fact, there is a very positive review from me 5 years ago (my name is Sagrario Pérez Ruiz, writing from another email account because I cannot update my previous review and didn't want to delete it since when things are done well it should be said, but when things are done poorly it's also the only way to improve), Anna and her staff were a 10 out of 10... What a pity the business has fallen into such bad hands. Pipo has been with us for over 48 hours and is still traumatized; he is sad, lethargic, didn't want to eat until today when we offered him food, hides in the bedrooms, and curls up in corners; it breaks my heart to see him like this. This morning he even vomited foam, seemingly as a result of the stress he endured. If they had told me what happened back then, I would have sent someone to pick him up since I was outside of Spain... I hope this never happens to any dog again...

My experience has been wonderful. I left her for 1 week. Without hesitation, I would leave my dog at this boarding facility again in a heartbeat. When I went to pick her up, she was in the yard playing with the other dogs. The facilities are very nice, from what I was able to see, and the service from the staff has been excellent. I asked them if they could send me a photo of my dog, and they had no problem with it. The truth is they made everything very easy for me. Thank you for taking such good care of her, I see she is in good hands.

EXCELLENT is the word that defines the treatment we have always received from Joan and Judit; two years ago we had many doubts about bringing a Golden into our lives; they invited us to see the facilities, the mother, and the litter as many times as we needed, and we always found everything more than correct (clean, well-cared-for dogs...). Now we have Nuca, who is a gorgeous, healthy, and super sociable Golden. Last summer we left her for a few days at the boarding facility, and this weekend we left her again and, just like the other time, she returned happy, healthy, and clean. In short, THANK YOU for giving us the confidence and peace of mind when we have to leave Nuca for a few days; and for treating her with so much love. It really shows that you love what you do!!!

Marc VidalVerified Google review Posted on 1 July 2026

I definitely wouldn't leave my dog there for another minute. I've been boarding my dogs there for over 6 years and never had any issues; when I dropped them off they were super happy and they came back thrilled, you could tell they loved it. Until the owners changed: the facilities are a disgrace, and animal welfare is too. My dog came back traumatized, rushing to get into the car and crying (I only left him for 1 weekend). There is no reason for my dog to act like that, as he has never reacted that way when picked up; this last time he did, making it clear he was not okay during the 2 days he stayed. Apparently they are now also breeding litters of puppies, which I am against, especially given the conditions I observed: they were in outdoor cages, and keep in mind this was in February. I saw a mother separated from her newborn puppies, anxious and jumping up against the gates to get to them. Customer service is deplorable; you can see for yourselves by visiting the facilities and dealing with them. It seems they don't know how to run a business of this scale. Before, the dogs were free to roam most of the day and had a pool to keep cool and enjoy their stay. Now there is no pool; in the individual enclosures, some have outdoor shade, but others only have a doghouse. With how hot it gets, are the dogs kept inside an outdoor doghouse all day? Is it really that hard to plant a tree so they have shade like the others? (You can see it on Google Maps). It's a shame because the location is perfect, but the customer care and management leave a lot to be desired. There are many better places to take your furry friend, because based on my experience, it's clear we won't be returning.

The first time we contacted them was to welcome a little one into our home, following the loss of our companion. The treatment from both Joan and Judith was spectacular from the very beginning. They provided us with all the information we wanted. We visited the place and found a warm, family-oriented environment that breathed love for animals. Free-roaming, raised with the family. We went looking for a chocolate Labrador Retriever, who is now named Kinder. They showed us the mom, Milka, along with the other little siblings. I would have taken them all home 🥹. They let me choose from those remaining until one came up to me and I fell in love. They gave him to us with everything in order: vaccinations up to date, microchip, food, and deworming medication. They explained how to handle all the paperwork. They genuinely care about the puppy, checking in with me to see how he is doing and how the new adjustment period is going. They truly care about animal welfare. I am eternally grateful to have found them; to me, the facility would be paradise, but finding people who love animals through responsible breeding is the most important thing to me. Thanks to them for the opportunity to bring Kinder home. I highly recommend them 🥰

Before making our decision, they allowed us to visit the breeding facility, meet the puppies, and see their parents, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The facilities are perfect for the puppies to grow up in a healthy environment. I wouldn't leave my kids with anyone other than them... even though I live 130 km away, but... whenever I leave them it's for 1 week or more.

Very happy with the service received. It was the first time I left my little dog at a boarding kennel, and you can tell he was taken very good care of. The owner is lovely, and it shows that she really enjoys being around animals. We will definitely return.

An excellent place to leave my dog. They spend almost the entire day out of their crates/kennels, in common play yards with other dogs where they can play and feel free. You can tell that both Anna and her staff truly love animals by the way they treat them. The dogs follow them in a pack whenever they call. Every time I need to use their services, I have to travel over 40 kilometers, but the well-being of my dog (until recently dogs, since I had a pair) is well worth it.
