Pet Center Leal

I left my little dog Nala for the weekend because of a trip and it was great; she had a blast playing with other dogs. Plus, they were super attentive, sending videos and photos all the time so I wouldn't worry. Thrilled with the experience, I will definitely repeat.

We came in scared, and we left completely in love with Andrea. For years, we had been taking our dogs to another grooming salon where, as it turns out, they were hitting and yelling at them. We didn't find out until the place closed down and other owners told us. Fortunately, our dogs didn't have physical scars, but they definitely had psychological ones. They didn't want to go anywhere near that salon or even walk down that street. Grooming them at home was an ordeal... I looked for a place with good reviews and an Instagram or TikTok page so I could see their work, because I didn't trust anyone anymore. That's how I found Andrea. I spoke with her and explained our situation. We brought our dogs in, and while they arrived terrified, picking them up was a completely different story. First of all, she left them looking gorgeous, even though they barely have any hair length to cut. She shaped it, and even cleaned their ears and paw pads (something we were used to not having done at the other place). They smelled (and still smell, haha) amazing, and on top of that, when we were leaving, Andrea crouched down to say goodbye to them, and (knowing that they usually hate that) THEY WENT UP TO SMELL HER 😭 They weren't afraid of her, nor did they leave feeling scared. They don't even avoid the area when walking down the street anymore. All I can say is that she is incredible. As for the review itself: we've only gone once, but we will definitely be back. The way she treats the dogs is wonderful; she even sent us videos so we could see how she was grooming them, and honestly, it's night and day compared to places where they yell at and manhandle the animals. She has patience and true devotion.

Great groomer and great service, and they leave my Jack looking gorgeous 💓

Andrea always takes good care of my dogs when I'm out of town and they are staying with her. I always know they are being well cared-for when they stay with her.

We loved Churro's bath. He arrived smelling great and with beautiful fur😍

I needed to use the services of this dog daycare for a one-time occasion, but the care has been so fabulous from the very first moment. I had never seen my pet so happy with their care and all the services they provide. They are very hygienic in everything for our dogs, very attentive, and treat them with so much love; their service and quality are exceptional. I recommend them with my eyes closed. I will keep relying on your services from now on; I definitely won't think twice about leaving them in your care or for anything my dogs might need. 100% recommended. Thank you for everything.

Ideal place to leave your pet

The experience with my dog's care has been phenomenal; the attention and care I received was unique, one hundred percent highly recommended and trustworthy. Very happy 😁

My dog stayed at the hotel and it was an excellent experience for him; Andresa was very kind.

Wonderful service from Andresa, she is an excellent dog groomer and my dog stayed for a weekend at her hotel, which is very, very nice; 10/10 service.

Highly recommended. Super professional and a very cozy place for dogs. We will definitely come back.

It is the best place to leave your fur baby. 24-hour care, they send photos so you can see how much fun they're having. Sofas, lounges, and lots of cuddles. You definitely have to leave them here 100%.

A place of absolute trust! I have been leaving Trosky at PetCenterLeal every day for 6 months and I am delighted, and Trotsky even more so!

If you are looking for a place where your dog will be cared for just like at home, look no further. Andrea is a sweetheart and treats the dogs as if they were her own; you can tell she deeply loves animals. She has taken care of our three dogs on several occasions, and you can always see how happy and well-cared-for they are when we pick them up. She is very professional and, even though our dogs are very different from each other, she knows perfectly well how to care for each one. Additionally, it is very easy to communicate with her and she sends us photos and videos. The facilities are spacious, cozy, and always very clean. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, highly recommended place, especially for how they treat the animals. The patience with which they treat them all is admirable.

I bought a deal on Groupon, and when I went to make an appointment, they told me they no longer work with Groupon, washed their hands of the issue, and said Groupon would refund me, without even apologizing for the inconvenience.

The lady who assisted me was very nice, and she left my dog looking spectacularly good. I will definitely recommend it to people I know.

Very happy and grateful. We left our puppy Noodle with Andrea for a few hours over the weekend so we could do some family activities, and everything went very well. They kept us updated with photos and videos. If we ever need daycare in Madrid again, we will definitely repeat. Thank you so much

Everything was perfect! My little dog came out super clean and well-brushed. The service was super friendly and professional☺️ ❤️

A place that gives me great peace of mind when it comes to leaving my dog. Andrea is the person in charge, and she is a girl who conveys a lot of warmth and trust. You can tell she understands dogs and knows how to take care of them. I left my dog with her twice, and the experience has been good.

I've been calling for 3 days on numerous occasions, and not only do they not answer the phone—which might be understandable if they're attending to a customer—but they don't return them either, nor do they reply to WhatsApp messages. Well, I'm still waiting for a callback... Thanks

I am delighted, Andressa left Sua looking very handsome, she did a great job… and with patience… when I went to pick him up he was totally relaxed… that tells me everything, thank you!!!

I left my furry girl Nala for the holidays, and honestly I was very scared because I had never left her before, but that fear went away quickly because they treated Nala with so much love and sent me photos and videos the entire time, where I could see that she was doing well and happy with the family and other pets. Highly recommended, we will definitely book again. Thank you very much.

Andressa took great care of my dog Duna and gave her a bath, she looked gorgeous. Thank you so much for taking good care of her!

Highly recommend the customer service and grooming service, incredible treatment, and of course my little dog looked beautiful, thank you!

They left my Prince looking like a doll. Gorgeous haircut and he... is happy

I recommend this place for their professionalism, the way they treat the animals, and how great they left Chispito looking. This will be his groomer from now on. He looks gorgeous.

We took Taquito, he is a sensitive dog because he might bite, being a rescue. They treated him very well. Very patient, and they left him looking gorgeous. We will be back.

RECOMMENDED: Great treatment of my dog, with affection and always attentive to her. The place is clean and comfortable for the animals. The washing and grooming service was very good.

Excellent service, I am very grateful and happy. They left my dog looking like a prince; it was a bath, nail trim, and haircut, and the necktie detail made him look so charming. I recommend this place, the staff is very pleasant, 10/10. Thank you.

Very good service

Great care and service. It was my puppy's first bath, and I was very happy with her wash and styling. 100 percent recommended.

Happy with our little dog's haircut, she turned out so pretty!! The staff is very kind and friendly... spacious place with security measures which is appreciated... the only downside is that paying by card has a surcharge or you have to pay in cash.

Delighted with this place! I left my little dog at their hotel for a week, and I traveled feeling calm and confident since they were constantly sending photos and videos showing how she was doing. She arrived home looking great and super happy. That proves she felt comfortable. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back.

Grooming salon that I would recommend, I took my little dog there and they left him looking gorgeous 🐶

Excellent treatment and personalized attention, 100% recommended. Very professional and the work they do is excellent.

A unique experience, they are professionals. My experience with my dog was pleasant, I recommend it 100%

Super good! My furry friend is thrilled! Everything was great.

Very good experience, great service from the front desk guy who explained everything and from the girl, Andresa. I took my furry baby for a wash and nail trim, and I also left my dog with them for the weekend since they have boarding facilities. It was a good experience, I will continue to rely on them to take care of my boy.

They made my Shih Tzu look very handsome, they are very professional.

Very good grooming service, the place is very nice, very spacious and comfortable. I recommend it, I will be back.
