When I dropped off the dog, nobody told me that the owner had to come in person to sign the contract. As a result, they kept my dog isolated for almost a week, with no contact with other dogs, and I highly doubt they took him for walks or even played with him. Upon picking him up, looking closely at him, he is covered in wounds both on his legs and on his back, his skin is completely irritated and red, and he even had poop stuck to his rear. I don't know what they did to him there, but back home a day later, he won't stop crying and is terrified (even of family members). He hides and even bares his teeth. Their response was a very cheap excuse, claiming they didn't see anything and that his wounds might be from bumping into the automatic feeder. Also, that the sores on his paws might be because they "hose down and clean" with water and moisture remained trapped (my dog is a water dog and his coat is practically waterproof; it takes a lot of water to even reach his skin). The dog was dehydrated, and when I asked them about it, their response was that they didn't know how much water he drank, as if they didn't even know which dog I was talking about. It's all generic excuses and they take no responsibility. Please do not bring your pets here, at least not during the entire summer season. What a shame that everything they show is just a facade. There are only 7 people taking care of 180 dogs and just one administrative worker.
