La Petucasa – Hotel y guardería canina en Madrid

They are great. The dogs have a wonderful time and are very well cared for

The staff is very friendly and you can tell they love working with dogs. The facilities look clean and well-kept. I believe our furry friends are very well looked after. In my case, Ares walks in on his own, which shows that he feels comfortable and has a great time! Keep it up, you are doing a great job!!!

Wonderful treatment, very kind, delighted to bring my dog there

A great daycare for our pets. Our little dog is very well taken care of there. Everyone is very loving and professional.

After leaving her many times at Petucasa, I can say that I wouldn't leave her anywhere else. Chloe leaves super happy. She is well cared for and the attention is very good.

The staff is very attentive, and you can tell they love the animals and care about them. They are also very attentive and friendly.

We ended up here by chance because the daycare we used to go to closed down, and we love it, especially Vivi, who can go out to the yard whenever she wants. Adriana, the owner, manages her team very well, whether it's the morning shift or the afternoon shift.

I had an emergency and had to leave my dog at the daycare. Even though it was all very sudden and the dog is five months old, they didn't make any trouble at all; the only (logical) requirement they asked for was that he be fully vaccinated. The facilities are very good for dogs; they have a small door through which they can freely access the outdoor yard, and the staff is very pleasant and professional. No cages, they have little beds available for whenever the dog wants to sleep. In my case, I can only say good things. And for our puppy, who was quite fearful and distrustful, it was a pleasant and fun experience.

I have made several calls to the contact phone number you have and you do not answer. I am sorry if my review offended you. The calls are recorded on the mobile phone. It is not just one as you say.

Great, 100% recommended. We have already left our dog twice, once for daycare and once overnight, and both times were great. They send photos and videos, and they are super friendly.

I'm super happy with the daycare, my doggy is thrilled with the girls, they care for him and pamper him as if he were their own. Whenever I bring him in they send me videos and photos, he has a great time and comes back exhausted 🤣

A wonderful daycare and hotel. They treat my dogs with so much love and affection, and they always make sure they stay active and happy with various activities. It gives me great peace of mind knowing they are in such good hands.

They are very professional and completely trustworthy when it comes to leaving our furry friends with them. They take care of Mara, who came from a shelter, and since she's been with them she has improved a lot, and she is thrilled. Thank you!

We are super happy with how they took care of our dog Charlie, highly recommended.

Excellent care for the doggies, they keep you updated with videos and photos. My dog Nuba is thrilled to stay there, even though she is very picky with people. A 10 out of 10!

We have a very fearful Spanish water dog and going to La Petucasa is wonderful for her; she socializes with other dogs and they treat her wonderfully. We are thrilled.

My dog, who never did well at boarding kennels, runs in happily here as soon as she sees the door. They take great care of her and give her lots of cuddles. The daily videos showing us how happy she is and how she interacts with the other dogs (it has helped her socialize immensely!) give us complete peace of mind because we know she's enjoying it. The fact that there are no cages and that it's set up like a home, along with the play yards, was the bare minimum we were looking for. Because of all this, we always leave my sweet girl here, even though it's a 40-minute drive from home. It's totally worth it!

We've been so lucky to find a place like La Petucasa. My dog goes there super happy, and you can tell she enjoys it. They send me photos and videos every time I take her, and she is always having a great time. It's our go-to, trusted place.

I will definitely bring Pepe back whenever needed. The treatment and care were excellent.

Excellent place! Bruno is HAPPY to go every day and comes home tired and relaxed. The care is phenomenal and the facilities are perfect for this type of service. We highly recommend it.

The experience has been great, I have been bringing my dogs for more than 6 months. And the treatment is very good! And the girls are great. I will keep bringing them starting in September.

About two years ago I adopted an almost 10-year-old dog, and it was hard for me to find a place I could fully trust because he has separation anxiety and struggles when he's not with me. All the staff members are wonderful, caring, amazing professionals, and through affection and patience, they managed to earn Draco's trust. They have changed my life! A thousand thanks for the empathy, for being so attentive, and for keeping me constantly informed about how my old boy was doing at all times.

I took my two female dogs to spend a whole day (overnight stay included). They kept me informed at all times about how they were doing, sending me photos and videos. They were playing with other dogs and resting. In addition, they have a yard where the dogs can go out to play in the open air if they want to. The girls who assisted us were very friendly and inspired great trust, which provides a lot of peace of mind.

It is fantastic and I love being able to leave my dog there because they take super good care of her and are adorable! Everyone there is beyond nice, professional, and they provide so much peace of mind! Plus, they have great space for the dogs to go outside, and even though my dog Milka isn't very sociable, when she comes back from Petucasa she is much better with other dogs! I feel completely at ease leaving her there because they send you videos so you can stay calm too! It was wonderful finding this daycare! ❤️

A complete success. My sister, who takes her furry baby to daycare, recommended it to me. They did a two-hour trial for my girls, which they passed with flying colors, hahaha. Now we'll be able to leave them whenever we need to. Thank you very much and see you soon.

I love the place, the staff, and most importantly, the attention and care towards the furry ones! My furry baby loves La Petucasa, and how they make him feel! Thank you girls, keep it up! I appreciate you so much!

The staff is very affectionate with the dogs. They come back delighted, and the treatment is very friendly. Mind you... inside it smells awful, and the dog comes home soaked in that smell.

We are incredibly lucky to have found them. Our little dog Sugar is super happy every time we take her. We have used both the daycare and boarding services, and the care in both has been incredible. Whenever they open the door for her, she runs right in and greets the girls thrilled. We once had to turn to them in an unexpected situation and they made everything so easy for us. We have total peace of mind whenever she goes because we know she is in great hands. Thank you so much, girls ❤️

How lucky we were to find this daycare! Super friendly and attentive people, our little dog loves going and we have complete peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Everything was great, our dog leaves thrilled every time we bring her, and we have peace of mind with the videos/photos we receive constantly. Highly recommended.

We just moved to Las Tablas and were worried about not finding a place to leave our little Río while we work. Luckily, we found Petucasa, a place where Río has a blast and we have the peace of mind knowing he is cared for just like at home ♥️

Our dog loves the place! The caretakers are super attentive, we are kept informed at all times. It is one of the few places where our dog enters crazy with excitement and doesn't drag his feet. You can tell he is very comfortable staying there. A 10/10 place. We will definitely repeat.

Choco has spent both daycare days and boarding days there, and I can only say thank you for how well he was cared for and how at ease we felt because of it. We really appreciate the videos and their prompt communication.

Our experience at La Petucasa has been quite bittersweet, which is why I am taking the time to leave this review. It seems unfair to me that a place where the staff is supposed to have experience handling dogs does not know how to do their job and then asks you for understanding. If you are looking for a daycare that knows how to handle high-energy dogs, this is probably not the place. Our dog, a chocolate Labrador, is extremely sociable and loves going to daycare (in fact, this isn't his first time, as his previous daycare of two years closed down). However, as is natural for his breed, he sometimes struggles to control his energy and excitement when greeting people. This is something that we, as owners, try to manage in our environment and correct every time he does it, as he is a strong and athletic dog. Of course, there are always exceptions, and some Labradors are calmer, like many of those who go here. We were very surprised by the blunt decision to ban him. In a place where they should be used to handling all types of dogs (except banned/dangerous breeds), that a dog jumping up to greet the caretakers is something that jeopardizes the staff's safety and even causes 'fear' among the people doing their job. Without any prior warning that our dog was greeting one of the caretakers especially effusively, they sent us a message explaining that 'it was a situation that put staff at risk (including the cleaning lady, the groomer... anyone) and that could not be allowed, so unfortunately, he would no longer be admitted.' At La Petucasa, they had already mentioned—after we gave them a heads-up—that our dog has a lot of energy and is a bit rough when playing, but never aggressive, as he is a very good-natured dog. However, they never mentioned that his excitement when greeting or his strength could pose an issue. In a place where you entrust your dog's care, I believe communication is essential. The most effective approach would have been to tell us as soon as they identified his behavior as 'a problem,' so that we could address it both at home and by instructing them—as we had already done with some staff members—on how to handle the situation. In fact, he never jumped on those specific staff members again, and they managed it perfectly. (I want to emphasize that the issue is that our dog jumps up to greet people at a dog daycare, and that he has high energy when playing with other dogs.) To illustrate the situation, they sent us staged videos to show his behavior. In these videos, sure enough, our dog was jumping very effusively and playfully mouthing the staff member in question (anyone who owns a dog, especially a Labrador, knows what this behavior is like). Honestly, the attitude of the woman in the video does not look like someone used to dealing with dogs, as she enters the enclosure with fear and screams at him quite disproportionately, the way someone who has never handled a dog before might scream. For us, it has been a huge disappointment thinking we had a place where we could leave our dog—with longer hours than other daycares, which is very hard to find—only to suddenly be left without this option on days when our work shifts are longer. Obviously, this is a business like any other and the owners reserve the right of admission, but I believe you cannot offer a service like this without having staff who possess the minimum experience needed to do their job. And THAT is what truly puts people at risk, much more than the dog itself.

I left my little dog Max there last week, and the experience was unbeatable. When I went to pick him up, besides being exhausted (from having had such a great time), he didn't want to come with me, which means he felt right at home there. Thank you so much for your love and care, it's clear that we'll be back very soon!

Our dog Bimba's experience at Petucasa is always a 10/10! A friend recommended Petucasa to my husband and me, and we didn't hesitate to take her because she told us wonderful things, and she wasn't wrong. At first, Bimba was a fearful and insecure dog, and she showed it during the trial session, but from then on they treated her with so much affection and love that every time we bring her, she goes happily and with excitement. They are all true professionals who love animals, and it shows. Whenever we leave her with them, we leave with peace of mind because every day they tell you how your pup started the day and how she's ending it, plus they send videos so you can see that she's doing great. We are delighted to have found a second home for our fur baby, and we will always be eternally grateful to you for taking such good care of the animals. Thank you for everything and see you soon! Bimba is already looking forward to seeing you all and all her little friends again.

I have already taken my dog "Café" a few times, and he always arrives happy and pulling on the leash to go inside. They care for the dogs with affection and as if they were their own. I am grateful for the treatment they give my dog. I have experienced other dog boarding kennels, and certainly none are like this one.

They take wonderful care of my little one

So lucky to have discovered La Petucasa. If you need to leave your furry friend and have peace of mind, this is your place. Our Rupper goes twice a week and always leaves thrilled. The facilities are great, they send daily videos and photos, and all the girls are wonderful. We are very grateful for the love and care they give our dog. Highly recommended without a doubt!

Dante stayed this past weekend. It was the first time I had left him at a dog hotel/boarding facility. The experience was wonderful. I will definitely come back and I will definitely recommend it.

We have been leaving Tana at this daycare for a while now, and we must say they are showing unquestionable professionalism. We are thrilled. You can tell when the passion goes beyond just business. Thank you for taking care of our little one, who already considers you her second home and family. Keep it up.

I have been using Petucasa's services for about 6 months and I always love the way they treat my dog. The team is super attentive and loving, and I fully trust the care they provide to all the dogs. I always receive videos showing how my dog is doing, which gives me great peace of mind. My dog is very happy at Petucasa. I recommend it 100%.

It is a pleasure for me to take a few seconds on behalf of and for the benefit of LA.PETUCASA, to speak VERY POSITIVELY of the treatment received, their adaptability and flexibility when it comes to accommodating and benefiting their owner/dog clients. I also run a business/service in Las Tablas since 2005 and I want to CONGRATULATE LA PETUCASA for their great professionalism. 🙏🏻

The fact that a dog boarding facility has so many positive reviews already speaks volumes, but it became even clearer to me when we took Nilo to Petucasa for the second time and he couldn't stop pulling on the leash to get inside—he wasn't sad to leave us at all! And I could see it for myself in the daily videos they sent me, where he never stopped playing with the other dogs. It's very clear that the team caring for them is loving and truly professional, checking that their vaccinations are up to date, taking care of their individual diets, and supervising them 24 hours a day. Cage-free and with lots of dedication. Nilo and we thank you so much!

My gratitude and that of the whole family for how you treat our pets. Pipa is delighted, she comes back calm, super sociable, happy, and every time we take her there she wants to stay. Congratulations to all of you! 👏 Highly recommended.

5 stars! They have a great space for pets, and they are very attentive and communicative. Jorge will definitely be back!!! Thank you to the LaPetucasa team!

They left us stranded over the Christmas holidays after we had already turned down other options. An indescribable lack of professionalism; I would have to write an unreadable wall of text to explain everything that went wrong. I don't think they realize the impact of their mistakes at all: we couldn't see our families in Italy and lost 500 euros on flights. And Merry Christmas.

They notified me just 8 days before traveling abroad for Christmas that they cannot accept my dog due to fence height issues. They told me they misread the form! Even though we scheduled the trial test almost 10 days ago after speaking with them directly on the phone. Today I arrived from Toledo for the trial, and they told me we weren't even going to do it because my dogs are escape artists. Shouldn't a dog boarding facility be properly equipped? Now I'm left without boarding for Christmas just 8 days before leaving. Very unprofessional, zero customer service. Good luck with them; if you have a clever dog this is not the place, and that says a lot about this facility.

All I can say is disappointment and a lack of professionalism. You leave the country and leave your dog in the "best hands," only to have them send you a voice note at 9:00 PM on a Sunday claiming your dog "bit" the owner's dog (when, of course, after repeatedly asking if her dog was okay, they kept changing their story and obviously he didn't do anything to her...). Polo, an 11-month-old Labrador, has never shown any signs of being an aggressive dog and has been around dogs countless times without ever acting aggressive (they are dogs, and we never know what might happen or what might be being done to them to make them react that way). But sending a voice note at 9:00 PM while you're in another country, trusting he is in professional hands, and telling you that you have to come get your dog or they will isolate him—I don't think that is very professional. If we leave our fur babies with professionals, it is so they know how to handle issues and be professional. On my end, I make a huge effort to leave my dog in the best hands and I need a second home for him with responsible people, not people who tell you to come pick up your dog at the first sign of trouble. Without a doubt, you are not that place.

Excellent pet boarding facility. We left Miró there for 5 nights and received completely personalized treatment, both for our doggy and for us. Next year we will be able to travel more often because Miró now has his little hotel.

Excellent care and service. The daycare/boarding is highly recommended.

Highly recommended pet daycare. Both Sara and the owner are very affectionate. Thank you for the care and treatment you gave Bruno. For me, it was very valuable to see the videos you sent of him eating and playing.

I 100% recommend it; we have left our dog twice and I feel very safe. Poppy is very comfortable the days she stays there. The facilities are adapted for them, with a door to the patio so they can go in and out whenever they want. The staff is very knowledgeable and gives them a lot of attention. I receive photos and videos every day, and even a little "report". There is a veterinary hospital less than 100 meters away. Thank you, Petucasa!

The experience at Petucasa has been unique and incredible. The care given to my sweet little Nala from the moment she arrived throughout her stay at daycare with each team member who cares daily for the fur babies there was amazing. From day 1, the personalized attention for my pup has been very rewarding—from the care and pampering to staying with her even at night to keep her company during her nighttime sleeps, since being a beagle she is very attached, but that unique care makes a huge difference in their service. They have a very cozy and spacious environment with different entertainment and rest areas for our spoiled pets 🐶 Everything is very well-kept and clean. Their staff is extremely loving with all the fur babies. I'm very grateful to Adriana and her whole team; from the very beginning, I felt the confidence to travel peacefully, especially since it was the first time I was away from my little one for so long without worrying. Videos and photos are sent continuously and daily, along with all the cuddles and care during playtime, meals, and social interactions. I will definitely book again. I trust them completely and am very happy with everything provided. Nala came back very well-behaved and sociable, as she played wonderfully with all her daycare friends. A thousand thanks, Petucasa 💗

Exquisite service and a highly recommended place

We have three two-year-old Yorkshire treasures, and for us, leaving home for a few days without them was a very difficult decision, both because of the separation and the fear of who to leave them with (I think that happens to all of us when we leave someone we love in the hands of strangers). I looked into different options, including platforms to hire a pet sitter, dog hotels, or acquaintances with good recommendations; there were varied opinions and prices, which made me feel very insecure and afraid. I found La Petucasa by chance while searching the internet, and reading the reviews was what made me decide. The first time I left them was from April 30 to May 5, 2024; my sweethearts did an adaptation period of a few hours a few days prior (as required by their policy, which I think is very appropriate). This second time was from August 29 to September 3, and both times they sent daily videos and/or photos, told you about their adventures, and you could see how much they loved the people taking care of them (for me, that's another sign of how well they do things). Also, when picking them up yesterday, they wanted to go back into the playroom instead of heading outside! I should mention that my Yorkies aren't very social, but here they interacted without any issues with all kinds of dogs, as they are all kept together. For me, this is where I will turn whenever I can't take them with me for whatever reason.

I left my dog Cosmo for the first time for a week and it was a great experience. The team is very friendly and attentive, and they also send daily photos so you can see how your pet is doing. It gave me great peace of mind knowing Cosmo was in good hands. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Quite a discovery!! We had to leave our dog there for a few days, and it was a complete success. We have a rescue mix we adopted just 3 months ago, and we couldn't take him on this trip. We were very anxious because we had had him for so little time, but they took care of him just like we would have ourselves. No cages at all, lots of furry friends, and daily photos and videos. Superb treatment of both the animals and us!

The experience with Petucasa was the best I've ever had among all the daycare centers I've taken my dogs to. Today I have an adopted greyhound, with her fears and insecurities, and she has made huge progress with the Petucasa team. She interacts wonderfully with the entire team and learned to socialize and be relaxed around other dogs. All of this is proven, as I see her looking great in photos and videos, which brings enormous peace of mind. The place is very well equipped for the dogs' well-being in summer, for example, the rooms are spacious and they keep them nice and cool. They manage feeding times very well, especially now that many dogs eat real food and not just kibble. They are loving and keep us informed about everything. Highly recommended.

I left my two 🐶🐶, Blas and Igor, for 1 month and the truth is I couldn't be more grateful. We arrived in Madrid from Argentina in January, and finding someone to look after them with the same love and dedication as we do is priceless to us. They constantly sent us photos and videos, and they came back home doing great. Without a doubt, we will be back. THANK YOU!

I brought my Labrador, Zelda, for the second time and it went great! They send you photos (which is always appreciated) and she came back thrilled! They socialize and are very comfortable there, I would recommend it to anyone! 😊

My dog Vera is a Spanish Greyhound puppy; it's not easy at all, it's a real challenge with so much explosive energy. At Petucasa she is happy, playing with other dogs and learning to respect boundaries. Many thanks to the entire professional team, she is better there than at home! She comes back calm and eager to return. Congratulations!

In this place we have found a home for our pet whenever, for one reason or another, he can't travel with us. The staff caring for the dogs is unbeatable; you can tell they truly love animals. They keep you updated every day with a short video so you can see your pet if you want, and when you go pick him up, he's freshly bathed and everything. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to place!! My dog is happy and I'm even happier!! Now it's time to rest because he spends all day sleeping from playing so much. Thank youuuu, see you soon❤️

I have left my dog Zelda several times and I couldn't recommend Petucasa more. You can tell they care for the dogs with love. Unlike other places that only care about getting paid, here they asked me to leave Zelda for an afternoon before her first stay to see how she adapted (and of course, without charging me). They send videos every day. Without a doubt, my go-to place to leave my dog whenever I have to travel out of Madrid for a few days.

I have nothing but words of gratitude for La Petucasa!! Last week I took my dog Sam to spend the whole day there, and he couldn't have been in better hands. I'm not from Madrid, but for personal reasons the whole family had to be there and we needed a place to leave him. Sam is 9 years old and has separation anxiety, and I have to say that the girls at La Petucasa did a wonderful job! They were super understanding even though I booked the spot on very short notice, and they sent me videos and photos of Sam throughout the day so I could see how he was doing. A true luxury, we are very grateful to them. Thank you so much, girls!!

Very poor service from the management. Due to my dog's needs, I was already a guaranteed customer, but I have been able to find better options with fewer hassles.

100% recommended. Gorri is happy every time she goes; they take care of her, love her, and she has fun. The girls send videos that make you feel confident that she is doing well. THANK YOU!

After having left Bruno at Petucasa on several occasions, I now feel qualified to give my opinion... My dog had never stayed with anyone outside my family circle before, but now Petucasa is part of it... from the beginning, everything was smooth and easy. Adriana is wonderful, as is all the staff who help her. They attend to each dog's individual needs; mine is very "picky" with food, and that has never been a problem for them. They send you videos and keep you updated on how their day is going. Everything is spotlessly clean. They have an outdoor area, spacious facilities for playing, a vet nearby if needed... I don't think there is a better place in Madrid than them, 100% recommended. 🐶

I've had dogs for decades and I've never seen them treated better at a boarding kennel. Adriana loves her job and the dogs know it.

Super kind and attentive! The dogs have space to play and the place is very well-kept. They keep you informed about everything at all times and they are very flexible.

We left our 5-month-old poodle for the first time. Spectacular treatment of the dog. They sent us videos of the dog continuously. Highly recommended. We will repeat.

We have left our 4-month-old puppy on several occasions, both for daycare and for a couple of nights because we couldn't take her with us, and we are delighted. Every time we have to take her, she goes in happy. Plus, they send you photos and videos so you can see them. They are very attentive and care a lot about the dogs being well.

My experience with Petucasa was excellent. I left my dog Dante for ten days, and Adriana and her team gave him exceptional care. They kept me constantly updated with photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommended! The experience was so positive that I will definitely leave him there again whenever I have to travel.

I have taken my dog to PETUCASA a couple of times and the experience has been magnificent. We left him for 15 days in the summer and the dog was happy and very healthy when we picked him up. Every day they updated me on how he was doing and sent me photos and videos. Now, for Easter, I plan to leave him again for a few days.

We couldn't be happier with Ada's experience at Petucasa this past weekend. Our dog is a 3-year-old Border Collie, and it was her first time spending the night away from home with someone outside the family. Adriana gave her so much love, endless playtime, kept her company while she ate so she would feel calm, and took her on wonderful walks. And to keep our minds at ease too, she sent us a ton of videos. I must also mention that, before we could leave Ada with her, we had to take her for a "trial" to see how she behaved with other dogs and with Adriana herself. Far from being an inconvenience, we found it to be a very responsible gesture on her part, ensuring that all of us who rely on Petucasa can have peace of mind knowing our fur babies will be safe and have a great time. Thank you so much, Adriana! Your vocation and dedication are wonderful.

Adriana and Sara are lovely, and you can tell they do their job with passion. We left our dog for a full week, and it is clear she was very well cared for. They sent us videos every day telling us how she was doing, which gave us great peace of mind. In addition, the dogs are never left alone; someone even sleeps with them. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

Fantastic place to leave the dog for a few days. Very attentive and professional staff.

I definitely recommend La Petucasa. I have already left my dog with Adriana several times and I am very satisfied. She is very professional and you can tell she loves her job.

It is perfect for leaving your pet for a while or a few hours

Great facilities, and there is no one who takes care of and pampers my dog more than Adriana.

We are delighted! Our dog has a great time. They have more than enough space and everything is very clean, plus they are lovely. I recommend it to everyone

Excellent service

Delighted. The name is spot on; our little dog is right at home there. She suffers from separation anxiety, and here she is always kept company. In addition, their drop-off hours are very flexible and broad, including on weekends. And another great thing is that they have their own parking lot, so you don't have to rush while double-parking. ;)

The facilities are fantastic, the dogs have plenty of space to romp around and move. Adriana, the owner, is very pleasant, and you can tell she is very well prepared for this job. She keeps you informed at all times about how your dog is doing. In addition, she is very responsible; she does not accept dangerous breeds that could compromise the safety of other animals. When I went to pick up my dog, she was doing great. I will definitely repeat whenever I have to leave her in someone's care again.

Excellent service and at a good price!

We left our mini schnauzer for the entire afternoon, and they kept us constantly updated with little videos. Their great attitude and specialized care are truly appreciated; they are geniuses, we will definitely be back.

Adriana is a spectacular person; she cared for Audrey as if she were her own dog. She sent us photos and videos daily. She was also very accommodating about bringing her food and adapting to our schedule. Audrey now has a new daycare where she is happy with the other dogs. We will definitely repeat 100%.

A great place, spacious and with plenty of areas to leave your pet just like at home

I'm sure that everyone here shares the same dreams as Adriana, a love for animals. You only need to read the 'About Us' section on their website to realize that our pets are in the best hands. The first day I dropped off my dog, I was amazed by the facilities—open, bright spaces. It has been a great discovery; my dog is happy and now has a place to stay while I go to work. Thank you for always being available.

If you're also looking for the best for your pup, at Petucasa we've found their new home whenever we have to travel. The exact same care as at home, looking after every single detail with loving care. I couldn't be happier that, finally in the neighborhood, we have a trustworthy place to leave our pet so I can travel with peace of mind. Coco stayed overnight for 5 days and they sent me photos, videos, and updates on how he was enjoying the experience. He made a bunch of new friends that I really hope he keeps. The prices are affordable, perfect for leaving my little pup while I meet up for coffee—I think it was €9 for 2 hours. Simply top-notch! Thank you so much, Petucasa, for showing so much affection.

We left our little Lizzie at Petucasa and it gave us great peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I am sure Lizzie enjoyed these days; they constantly sent us photos and videos, which gave us the reassurance of feeling close to her. We will definitely be back, it has been lovely!

Super nice, careful, and loving staff with the dogs. Well-maintained facilities, happy and well-cared-for pups. Great variety of schedules and prices. Very happy. I wish there were more places like Petucasa. For those of us who adore our furry ones, having trustworthy places is key.

Excellent

Excellent treatment and service. The girl has a lot of patience with pets, and good value for money, we will definitely repeat with both dogs.

Wonderful, spacious and well cared for

In my opinion, I must say that it is a very different daycare, nothing like other places where dogs are caged... here they are loose, playing, and living together in a large climate-controlled room. Thank you very much Adriana, for your care and affection towards the pets we entrust to you. I speak in general, but specifically regarding Luka; judging by the videos you've been sending us, it's clear she had a blast. Without a doubt, whenever we need to, we now know where to leave her. Best regards.

A wonderful place, spacious, clean, and well cared for... They sent us videos frequently, my dogs were delighted and can't wait to go back!

Excellent daycare for your pet. We left our 7-month-old Dachshund for 1 week and the care couldn't have been better. Always attentive to any questions, they constantly send you videos and photos. The dogs are always accompanied. You leave with peace of mind knowing your pet will feel right at home. Just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of Rosco.

We left our little dog Vela for the first time, and she did great. Very good care, no cages, and she was always accompanied. We will repeat.

100% recommendable. My dog is very delicate and requires specific care, and they attended to him flawlessly, with his medications and everything. Very grateful for the attention and service as well. I will 100% repeat.

Excellent service, professional yet warm and friendly. My dog is happy.

I love how they attend to and care for my little dog, I feel at ease leaving her here

Just like home or even better!! That's how we could sum up the 3 days our 1-year-old Labrador spent at La Petucasa. He was happy and came home even happier. They sent us several videos every day where we could see that he never stopped playing and had a blast. For our part, we are also extremely happy and very grateful for keeping us updated on how our dog was doing and for the care received. 100% recommended, we will definitely repeat. Thank you very much, Adriana.

Wonderful! You couldn't do a better job with the furry ones and their owners; he is happy and so are we.

Our doggy's second home ❤️

I recommend La Petucasa to all dog lovers looking for a safe and loving place to leave their furry four-legged friends. My experience with them has been exceptional in every way. They have a cozy atmosphere, and the treatment from the entire team is very close and pleasant. Communication with the staff has always been impeccable. What impressed me the most was the level of professionalism and care they provide at all times. You can tell they love what they do, especially the owner, Adriana, who is incredible with all the pups and is always looking out for them. In addition, she offers a wide range of services (not only daycare and boarding, but also grooming, and she can provide a dog trainer contact) and amenities for the dogs, from an outdoor space to comfortable rest areas. I feel completely at peace leaving my furry girl with them, and to me, that is priceless.

We are updating our review after our new experience yesterday. We completely stand by the fact that the place is perfect for dogs; Rulin and Puchu had a great time, we were always at ease with the videos Adriana sent us, 100% recommended, we will definitely repeat.

An unbeatable place to have your pet cared for, Adriana is an excellent professional, it has been so lucky to discover PETUCASA

La Petucasa, an exceptional dog daycare run by Adriana, is the perfect place to care for your furry friends. Her dedication and passion for dogs are reflected in the excellent service she offers. The facility's spacious and cozy setting provides dogs with a comfortable and safe environment to play and socialize. What truly sets La Petucasa apart is the personalized attention that Adriana and her team provide to each four-legged guest. They don't just care about the dogs' entertainment and well-being; they go a step further. Here, the pups don't spend the night alone, as they sleep with Adriana. This closeness and affection make the dogs feel right at home, giving owners unparalleled peace of mind. If you are looking for a place where your dog will feel loved and cared for like part of the family, La Petucasa is the perfect choice. Adriana and her team are committed to providing the best experience for your pets and offering them a second home while you cannot be with them.

We are delighted to have a place in Las Tablas where we can leave our Labrador with complete peace of mind. The affection, professionalism, and care with which they treat all the dogs is incredible. Furthermore, it is a huge warehouse with 3 very large rooms and an outdoor area, which is not easy to find.

I take my three girls to Petucasa on the days I work at the office (two one-year-old beagles and a three-year-old Yorkshire terrier). All three of them couldn't be happier!! And I feel at ease leaving them in the best hands. A picture is worth a thousand words, so here is Nilo enjoying one of his Petucasa moments :)

Wonderful. We have left our dog several times and it's been great. They are constantly accompanied by Adriana, who gives them lots of love and cuddles, and they sleep with her cage-free. Just like home :)

Everything was excellent!! The care and attention are great, Mateo goes and comes back happy every time he stays at the hotel. Highly recommended!

The care and affection they show our Beagle is wonderful!!! We've left Mateo with them several times now, and he's so happy to stay at Petucasa. They are always attentive to him, keep us updated about his stay, and he leaves happy. Highly recommended!

Excellent!! Kyra was well taken care of and super happy at La Petucasa. 100% recommended

We left our dog for a weekend and she was very well taken care of by Adriana. She did a two-hour trial/adaptation period a few days before so she could get used to the daycare, and everything went smoothly. They send WhatsApp updates with photos of her stay and let you know how she is doing, whether she has eaten, slept well, etc. On Friday when we arrived, she had a very warm welcome from the other dogs already there, and when we picked her up on Sunday, she was so comfortable she didn't want to leave. The daycare has very spacious, well-maintained, and clean facilities, along with a side terrace so they can also be outdoors if the weather permits, and you can park right at the door, which for me is a big plus. 100% recommended.

So far, we have taken our dog a couple of times and she seems very happy. We will keep bringing her.

From the very first time I left Alvin, the service has been great. He is super happy whenever he arrives and has a blast with his little friends 😍

I couldn't be happier and more at ease when I leave my little one with Adriana. He walks in happy and thrilled, he practically doesn't even say goodbye to me. Adriana keeps you updated at all times, sends photos of your little guy, and he is, literally, right at home. Thank you, a thousand thanks ❤️❤️❤️

We will definitely be back! Yesterday we left our 7-month-old puppy at daycare and it was one of his first times. Adriana was very attentive and kept us updated at all times with photos and videos. The facilities are spotless, spacious, and everything is very clean and new. Bosco had a great time at Petucasa!

My two dogs spent 24 hours with Adriana, and the experience was very good. I received photos and videos throughout the day, where I could see that they were doing great, which gave me peace of mind while I was working. She took the time to ask about their feeding routines, and they were followed carefully. What is stated on the website matches reality, which is greatly appreciated. Prior to this, my dogs spent a couple of hours with her at the facilities a few days before so they could get to know each other, which made their stay much easier (one of them is extremely sensitive to separations, and this helped him feel comfortable and distracted). The dogs sleep with her, giving their stay a home-like warmth, in addition to being able to share wonderful play areas with other dogs in a spacious facility. I had peace of mind, and they were very, very well taken care of, so... what more could I ask for?

One of the best experiences ever. Every time my dog goes, it's impossible to get him to want to leave; the level of care and kindness they provide is pleasantly incredible. Whenever I go, I'm grateful to have found her. Recommended with my eyes closed. Here I am adding a photo of my dog happy and in love.

Our Thor was doing well all day long. We will book with Adriana again; she is truly dedicated to caring for the furry ones.

I am delighted with this daycare/hotel, my dog goes very happily, the girl is lovely, I recommend it 100%.

Kira stayed with Adriana for a few days, and both she and we are delighted. They were sending us photos throughout the days she was with them. We will definitely use them again for those trips where Kira cannot join us.

Just like home. As soon as I walked into Petucasa and met Adriana, I knew Nano was going to be in good hands, and I wasn't wrong; he even slept with her for a while! That's how comfortable Nano felt from the very first moment. Besides how well they care for the dogs, which is the most important thing, they offer great flexibility with schedules: daycare, overnight boarding, longer stays... They are supervised at all times and taken out for walks. You receive several photos and/or videos a day, both indoors and during outings. We are truly delighted with Petucasa and, above all, very grateful to the two wonderfully professional caretakers. Toñy.

La Petucasa earned our trust from the very first moment. And that's not easy because Chico weighs less than 3 kilos and is blind. But he feels right at home there, or even better, because he is treated like royalty.

The truth is that our Labrador was very well cared for and looked after. She seemed to leave very happy. Furthermore, Adriana sent us videos every day so we could see how she played with other dogs. We will definitely use Petucasa again. Totally recommended!!!

It is the perfect place to leave your dog, whether for hours or days, and not have to worry, knowing with certainty that they are 100% taken care of.

It was the first time I left my Yorkshire Terrier at a dog boarding facility. You'll understand that I was a bit reluctant about it. The experience was great. My little dog felt wonderful and was very happy. Adriana is a true professional and wonderful with our pets. Without a doubt, I will repeat.
