The worst experience I have ever had leaving my dogs at a daycare/boarding facility. One of them, who is totally submissive and sweet, came back with two bite wounds. Jorge didn't notify us about what happened; he doesn't know what happened or how it occurred. He didn't even notice one of the bites, and the other was dirty and terribly treated. When trying to speak with him, he got cocky and it was impossible to discuss anything. He took no responsibility for any of the dog's medical care, forcing me to spend €300 at my vet to have her wounds stitched up. The other dog, who is very playful, came out trembling and terrified. It breaks my heart just thinking about the two days the poor things had to endure.

I took my Spanish Water Dogs, Loki and Dante, and they were treated wonderfully, caring for the older one through some gastric issues until he got better. Usually, in boarding facilities they are in isolated kennels, but here they are in a pack, entertained the whole time. Jorge also helped me with some tips on how to train them better and they are doing great. I will definitely repeat 100%.

This is the third time Blass spends his vacation at this daycare/boarding facility. The first year I left him mostly because the person who always stayed with him could no longer take care of him, and honestly, I was very satisfied. The fact that they offer a pick-up service is great (I don't drive). The price is very reasonable, and Jorge knows a lot about dogs, which also gives me peace of mind. I have visited other kennels that have cages; I prefer him to sleep like this with all the other dogs and not feel cooped up. Continúa de malas formas, y nos pregunta "pasea así siempre?". La perra, que es muy desconfiada, le ladraba (recordemos que él estaba gritando). Él nos dice "esto en la comunidad de madrid significa sacr1fici0" . Le recordamos que es desconfiada y está nerviosa, que tiene 7 meses y estamos trabajando con ella y él acto seguido coge una cuerda de ah0g0, me quita la correa de mi perra de las manos y se la lleva arrastr4s desde el cuell0, dentro del recinto, cerrando la puerta detrás suyo. Así que entro para coger a mi perra e irme y él grit4ndole no (como si mi perra o cualquier otra le fuera a hacer ni caso a un desconocido que la está grit4ndo y arrastr4ndo del cuell0 a un sitio que no conoce) e intentando ponerle la cuerda de ah0g0. Hello! I brought my dog Sam, a 5-year-old greyhound, this summer. He had so much activity that he even came back leaner haha! And he spent a whole day without moving from his bed, he didn't even follow me around the house like he usually does. I was able to see videos of him and he looked great, as did the other dogs that appeared. Everything was great with Jorge too, he provides exquisite service, you can tell he loves what he does. It was the first time I left her at the Jasmi boarding facility, and it was a total success. They got involved to make sure my little dog ate, since she doesn't eat when she's homesick, and they worked with her on eating. In the videos I watched, she looked happy and pleased with all the other dogs. We loved their NO CAGES motto, and of course, I recommend the place. Nala will stay there whenever we need it, as she stayed for 1 week and didn't lose any weight at all, which has happened to me at other places. Good afternoon, I am writing here to express my gratitude for what you have done for six puppies that were abandoned in the El Vellón area. After calling the Civil Guard and local police repeatedly, after being given number after number, being told they had no agreement in place to protect these puppies, passing the buck back and forth, and giving me solutions that were out of my hands (one of them being taking them down to Madrid myself and calling the local police there, which I flatly refused to do), I found Jorge. I left my dog there for 5 nights, and it is the first time she didn't try to run to the car as soon as I took her leash; she simply sat down calmly waiting while I talked with Jorge. I really like that she was around other dogs because, even though she isn't aggressive with me, she is quite solitary. He also gave me advice regarding my dog's health, not as an imposition, but rather explaining what could happen if we don't change Yoshi's eating habits. I am the owner of Nano, whom I adopted at the Jasmi dog boarding facility on October 31, 2020. Even though Montse didn't sign the adoption contract, she often stays at my house, so she has every right to give her opinion about you, since she was with me every time we went to see you before and after the adoption. You forget to mention, Jorge, what your initial response was when I asked to return Nano because of his aggressive behavior towards dogs on the street—which led to my daughter getting 3 bites on her leg when she stepped in to stop him from biting another dog. Your response was: 'If you return Nano to me, I will report you for animal abuse!!!!!' Do you consider going to 2 trainers and paying 60 euros an hour a lack of effort or motivation? Given our desperation seeing that Nano wasn't improving with the sessions, Montse thought of offering you a sum of money to take Nano back; that is why you labeled her a mobster, a thug, and a criminal. Yet you offer me the option of keeping Nano if I pay you 7.5 euros a day until he gets adopted again!! Jose, our trainer, has always made the exact same remark: we give him too much affection, spoil him too much, and treat him like a baby instead of a dog. That is the crime we have committed! When you offered me the option of posting him on social media to put him up for adoption, you told me what a good person I was for saying I couldn't deceive anyone by claiming he was an excellent dog. However, the day we went to ask for the official complaint form, your words were 'mentally ill, crazy, nutjob.' I have spent months wondering how on earth it could be so complicated to return a pet with severe behavioral issues, but right now I know that everything in life happens for a reason. Today I know why: I don't want Nano anywhere near an individual like you. So today I truly want to thank you immensely for not giving in to my requests. THANK YOU, JORGE!

I have two catch dogs, one of them blind and sick, and I have a really hard time finding a kennel where they can stay and also be well cared for. Perfect location. The concept of this boarding facility is great; the dogs are kept in packs as long as their temperament allows it. They are very attentive. I took my dogs there, and they took care of treating an abscess on one of them, which required a lot of care and monitoring. They were recommended to me, and it was undoubtedly the best decision. Jorge is very attentive, and you can tell from a mile away that, besides having great handling skills with dogs, he truly loves it. We will definitely be back. I went on vacation with peace of mind, but coming back only reaffirmed my decision to leave them there. We met Jorge quite a few years ago through a friend who recommended him when we were looking for a pet boarding facility for a business trip. We were looking for a dog boarding kennel in the northern area of Madrid. We visited Jasmi kennel, and Jorge showed us around the facilities and gave us all kinds of explanations and advice for our puppy. We especially liked seeing the dogs off-leash together as a pack, the space they had, and Jorge's professionalism in how he treated them. We left Rufus for one day and everything went well; the dog was calm and happy when we picked him up. Jorge accommodated our schedule needs and gave us great tips to help us with training our dog. Looking for a cage-free boarding facility, we came across Jasmi... there are few places that don't keep dogs locked in cages, and it makes me very sad to leave her, especially if she's going to be locked up. Jorge has taken care of our dog since he was a puppy (he's 3 years old now). He was recommended by our vet, and he was absolutely right. We don't feel like we're sending our dog to a kennel, but rather to a camp where he gets to play with other dogs out in the countryside.
