We have never left our cat, Toño, with anyone outside our family and were very nervous. But the Gatosphera was amazing with the people who are working who love cats. The space for Toño was lovely. A garden outside with lots of things to climb and a cosy interior. We got videos every other day and could see how kind and loving the people were and how happy Toño was. We cannot recommend it enough. Thank you. Dave and Maria

This is the second year I've left Duna and Dora at Gatosphera. This year, Dora was also recovering from surgery, and they knew how to take care of her perfectly. The hotel is great. The staff pamper them a lot, play with them, and send daily videos and photos. Very grateful to them!

It lives up to its name, a true hotel where they pamper their guests. I know they're in good hands, and I leave completely at ease. I don't know what I would do without them!

The perfect place for our 15-year-old kitty, Cleo. Although it's not the first time she's stayed, since she's older now, I was worried about how she would adapt, but the care has been impeccable. They treated her with so much affection, pampering, and patience. The facilities are wonderful, very well thought out for them, and the cleanliness is outstanding. It's a pleasure to find places where they truly love animals and give you such peace of mind when leaving your companion. A 10/10 in every way, highly recommended!

I took my cat to a feline hotel for the first time; in fact, I had never left any of my previous cats anywhere outside of home before, and I was quite worried at first about having to take her out of her environment. I must say the experience was very good and put my mind at ease, as they sent me videos practically every day letting me know how my cat was doing. My cat came back home much more affectionate than she used to be. So the experience was positive, and next time I have to travel, I don't know which hotel I'll stay at, but I do know where Siena will stay: at Gatosphera 😻 Thank you for taking such good care of Siena. Best hugs 🤗

The best place I have found to take care of my cats while I spend a few days away. I go on vacation, and so do they. I hadn't left home in 8 years because what I had tried before hadn't worked well at all. Now I left for 20 days and I can confirm they were better off than me. Well-cared for, with lots of love, everything a cat misses when moved from their environment. And for both the owner and all the staff who work with her, I can only give them a 10 out of 10. I have already booked for summer 2026 and they have given me back my desire to travel.

I boarded a cat for a week this July. He stayed in a junior suite and the experience was unbeatable. The cat is quite outgoing and had no trouble adapting at all, but he is a rescue from the street, still has some trauma, and you need to know how to handle him, because sometimes he snaps and gives a little nip, though without malice. The handling was perfect; it is clear they know what they are doing and are used to dealing with all kinds of cats. I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. Considering they have been running for quite a few years now, the upkeep of the facilities is truly commendable. Communication during the stay was more than enough. Almost every day (or every day, perhaps except the first one, which was also a Sunday), I received a short video showing the cat while they were spending time with him. In the particular case of this cat, who as I mentioned is very outgoing, the experience was great for him—in fact, his behavior has even improved.

On May 20th, I called them to check availability for two cats in August. She told me it was most likely impossible, but to email her what I needed because she wouldn't give me an answer over the phone and it was easier for her that way. I sent it, and as of today, June 15th, I am still waiting for a reply. I am leaving the review, but I am changing the rating from 1 to 4 stars because at least the next day they answered me and apologized for the mistake. That is really appreciated.

La Gatosphera is the ideal hotel to leave your feline little ones. They will give them love, brush them, care for them, and pamper them as much as possible, and they do a phenomenal job. It was the first time we took Cotton and we didn't know how he would behave, even though he is very sociable—more so than I imagined. They send you photos and videos of your little ones every day for your peace of mind, and they have a special love for felines. The spaces are very well adapted for them and they don't mix them with other cats, which is perfect. Thank you so much for all the thoughtful details you had with him, for the pampering, and for the Churutini. Without a doubt, we will count on you for our next trip.

The worst thing I have ever done in my life was taking my cat all the way out to the middle of nowhere thinking they would take very good care of him there. I still haven't forgiven myself; they put him in a cage for 4 days, and when I went back to pick him up he was still there. They said they were going to move him to another room, but they never changed his spot. I found him there sick with pneumonia. The owner is a very unpleasant woman, screaming at me. My poor baby, how they treated him, do not take your cats there. They leave them in a cage in freezing cold, and finding him sad, disheveled, and sick... I don't even want to remember it. Horrible.

Upon arriving home after 7 days at Gatosphera, his hind legs were numb; he was walking differently. This is the result of being in an enclosure where three of us could not stand comfortably. That confirmed our suspicions from a photo they had sent us. When we picked him up unannounced at 5:00 PM, all the cats were locked inside, none out in the garden --they offered various unsolicited excuses--. He has spent several days compulsively grooming himself, but he is okay now. Not refunding the remaining days for picking him up early is the least of it. Unmasking these people and getting our cat out of there is priceless.

All the staff at Gatosphera deserve a 10/10. It was the first time we left our cat, and we had a lot of uncertainty and fear. However, Gatosphera was undoubtedly the best choice. First of all, because of the extremely thorough questionnaire they gave us at the beginning to find out EVERYTHING the cat liked and disliked. Then, for resolving all our questions in the days leading up to it. Once we dropped him off, they sent us photos and videos every day, which gave us great peace of mind, and the way they treated our cat was exquisite, as if he were their own. The love with which they treat the cats is, without a doubt, the best guarantee. When we went to pick him up, the cat was happy, since the facilities are truly impressive; the cats have everything and so much more. Truly, I don't know how to express my gratitude to Gatosphera for taking such good care of Turrón, he is going to miss you so much. We will definitely board him there again. And to top it off, when we left, they gave us eggs from their chickens as a gift. 200% recommended.

Hello. My cat is Tana. We have been leaving her at Gatosphera since November '21. The service has always been excellent. Everything is spotless, and Tana, who at first wouldn't come out of her little house, now walks around her enclosure peacefully. Regarding vaccinations, Tana's feline leukemia vaccine was expiring in mid-December, and since they always check the records, they warned me that she had to come on the 22nd with it up to date, which is when we brought her, and that's what was done. They send me photos and videos of Tana at least once or twice. We have never had any problems, and she has stayed there several times already. I have recommended Gatosphera to my friends with cats. The cats are wonderfully cared for. You can see and tell that they truly love animals. You leave with peace of mind knowing they are in good hands, even if you leave with a "broken heart" and eager to pick them up. That part is inevitable.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY: Our little cats were treated "like queens" there. The facilities are designed so that the cats have a variety of environments, play opportunities, and activities. Everything is spotlessly clean. The setting is lovely: surrounded by nature, with farm animals in sight. Environmentally friendly. The staff was exquisite. Professionals who love what they do and care for our "furry ones" with all the affection and dedication. It was such a great experience that we will trust them with our kitties whenever we need to (and hopefully they'll have room for them!!). THANK YOU!!!

I've been taking our kitten Mowgli to Gatosphera since she was a little kitten, and it's always a great choice. Cats need attention if they are going to be alone for several days, and at Gatosphera they give them the best care. The rooms and suites are great, they have everything, and the cats will always be looked after by qualified staff.

For the first time, I had to leave my cat Mickye at a boarding facility, and my vet recommended Gatosphera. I visited the place and my impression was good regarding the facility itself—a 5-star cat hotel. The cats are in an air-conditioned environment with background music. What I didn't like was an email sent to me indicating that my cat Mickye would have a standard indoor cage with no direct access to the outdoor garden, but... quoting literally, "IF HE BEHAVES WELL, HE WILL BE TAKEN TO THE OUTDOOR GARDEN". I WONDER, what does 'behaving well' mean for a cat? Is he a child? I mentioned this in a review as a Level 7 Google Guide, and shortly after, they called me from GATOSPHERA asking me to take down my review because it hurts their business. After talking for a bit, this person introduces herself as the owner of the cat hotel, ALMUDENA. She tries to reassure me about the general care of the pets. Furthermore, she tells me they have professional staff for various needs, as well as two veterinary assistants for any situation that might arise, which clarified the email and gave me peace of mind. It was going to be a new experience for me and Mickye. Wow, what a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE it turned out to be! I REGRET having listened to her and, above all, having trusted them with Mickye. The result: I picked him up from Gatosphera with an intestinal blockage; he lost 400 grams in a week. He had a cut gum, and at the vet clinic, he had to be catheterized under anesthesia to prevent kidney failure. Can someone tell me if professionals who have worked with cats for years simply neglected him, was it malpractice, or maybe their lack of empathy prevents them from admitting they made a mistake? You don't need to physically abuse a defenseless cat to make it sick; simply not paying attention to signs of stress, lethargy, loss of appetite, and failing to monitor the litter box is enough to show there was negligence. I don't want anyone to go through a situation like this; money can't fix it. It's just a matter of paying attention so you don't end up in such a state of heartbreak and helplessness, watching your pet suffer not knowing if he will pull through. Today, thank God, Mickye is a cat full of gratitude, giving love and companionship. That awful ordeal is behind us, and now these people show up in court with a lawyer presenting all the positive reviews from their clients... BUT they ask people to remove NEGATIVE REVIEWS just like they did with me, and those aren't presented, right?

The best place where you can leave your cat(s). The location is spectacular, surrounded by nature, with each cat or cats from the same family in separate rooms, all full of details so they can enjoy every moment of their stay. With a garden for them to go out and sunbathe, and climate-controlled indoors. The cleanliness is a 10/10, and what can I say about the service from both Almudena and Nieves—100% fully dedicated to customer service and caring for the cats. I have been bringing my cat here since he was born 5 years ago, and it's the first time I've visited the facility in person since I've always needed their pet taxi service as I don't have a car. I'm impressed; seeing it in person was quite an experience. Congratulations Gatosphera for existing! We can rest more than easy with your services.

Nicolás was the one who looked after them. He was very nice to both me and my kitties. If I'm taking off one star, it's because the access road is in poor condition at the entrance, but towards the end of the road it's even worse. They should ask the San Agustín de Guadalix City Council to lay down some gravel or something, because if you have to go with a low car... you can wreck the undercarriage of the car.

Even though the change was an adjustment for them, more for some than others, the truth is they all had a good time judging by the videos and photos they sent me. As another comment mentioned, I almost spent more on their stay than on my own holidays, but leaving them here is the only way for us to leave with complete peace of mind and enjoy ourselves.
