They took in my dogs when I was evacuated from my home due to the fire, even though I didn't have a reservation. They treated them wonderfully, and they were very happy when we went to pick them up. On top of that, he refused to charge us anything, telling us it was an emergency situation and he helped however he could. A truly great person.

I left my dog and my sister's dog for a weekend. When we arrived to pick them up, it was heartbreaking to see them so terrified. Mine saw me and desperately climbed onto my shoulders until I took her out of the place, crying intensely; our other dog, who is bigger, was frantic to get out of there, wouldn't even take the treats he loves so much, and was crying so much. They were completely desperate for water. We feel guilty for having left them here. They had already stayed at another boarding facility before, and the experience was completely different.

Great professionals and even better people. Thank you for everything, we will definitely use your boarding facility again. They are very involved: they sent me a video of my dog so I could see how they were doing. They also showed my children around the facilities and explained things about dog behavior to them. You can really tell they love animals.

I left my dog with them for 3 days and they returned him covered in bite marks, 7 in total. I called them and they told me to take him to their vet, who shaved his fur and treated the wounds—fine, but now the dog is covered in scars, and those remain forever. They told me they were careless and left a cage improperly closed. I'm posting photos on Facebook. If anyone wants to join, we should file a joint lawsuit. Under the new animal welfare law, their boarding facility would be shut down within a week, pending trial.

I have left my dogs twice and everything was great. The first time I took them, they even sent me a video to tell me that they were calm and had adapted well. To me, that was a wonderful touch; they are older now and I had doubts about how they would handle it. The second time everything was great too; it has been very rainy, but the kennels were dry. I will definitely come back whenever I need to.

I left my little dog at this place for a week, and all I can say is that if you love your pet, DO NOT leave them here. We had good references about this kennel (or rather, mortuary), so we decided to leave her there. When we went to pick her up, our dog didn't want to come out of the kennel, she was terrified, wouldn't eat or drink... she was skinny, with very dirty fur and sick eyes. She needed veterinary care as soon as she left that place. The saddest part is that there are people like this (if they can even be called people). I only ask that they please shut this place down; no person, and much less a poor animal, deserves to go through this.

They use electric shock collars and have many reviews that are probably from bots. My cousin took his dog there and it came back with burns on its neck and in terrible shape. Besides, I see that he's not the only one who has gotten their pet back in poor condition. Don't be fooled by so many good reviews, which are probably written by employees or fake accounts, and don't bring your pets here.

Disgraceful place. It's unbelievable that, even though their service is supposed to be properly caring for a dog, all they manage to do is harm it to the point of having to take it to the ER. The boarding facilities are very good, the kennels are very comfortable for any pet, and the staff make sure to keep them clean, well cared for, and fed. The professional trainers offer a 💯 service; everyone who went with their dogs ended up very satisfied, and those who arrived with issues from home (barking a lot, separation anxiety, general fears, etc.) managed to resolve them thanks to their help. If you still have doubts about where to leave your pets for a few days, or if you need help training or solving any problem you might have, come and see it for yourselves.

We have been leaving her there for practically 3 years; they are all very professional, especially José, who, knowing that our dog is difficult, sent us photos and videos every day. The rumor about shock collars is a lie, and you can see that in any of the facility's posts... The dogs go out individually and are in the middle of the countryside... Why would they need a shock collar? Please, people need to be consistent and rational about what they post... Not everything posted on social media is true, and it's easy to verify.

I have left my dog (American Stanford) there many times, we have never had any problem with him, they have given him his food (brought by us and on other occasions provided by them), the care and treatment towards the dog is very good, I recommend it if you take him for 1 week like I do, for any longer than that, to be honest, better not to have a dog.

The best place to leave your dog and the best professionals to train it. In recent days, I have been reading reviews from what seem to be duplicate profiles and/or family members. These people want to blame the facility for their own negligence, after 25 years of caring for and training dogs, and they do not deserve this. I hope justice is served and they face severe consequences for defamation and for trying to hold Jose accountable for their own mistakes. They are just after money.

Please, be extremely careful about where you leave your pets when going on vacation. This place is definitely a prime example of WHERE NOT TO DO IT. Dehydrated pets, with wounds, with burns... in need of veterinary care. Not to mention the psychological trauma left on our poor animals.

Whenever I have to travel and can't take my dogs or cats with me, they stay at Mundocan. They are always well cared for, well fed, and taken out every day. They come home healthy and happy. And when we have to go back to Mundocan, they are thrilled to stay. I have read some negative reviews and honestly, I don't identify them with MUNDOCAN at all; I gather they either confused it with another place, or perhaps they want to hold others responsible for their own negligence with their pets... Grateful to Mundocan and all their staff for their professionalism and affection towards animals.

I left my dogs for 15 days trusting they would be treated well, and I had to take them to the vet: one malnourished and dehydrated, and the other with severe neck wounds (it's obvious they kept him tied up with a prong collar...). AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY RECOMMENDED I NOT TAKE THEM TO THE VET, SAYING IT WAS NOTHING. YOU ARE SCUM, COMPLETELY DISGRACEFUL. I WOULDN'T EVEN TRUST YOU WITH A PLASTER DOG. You have to be truly heartless to mistreat animals like this; if you can't take care of them, just say so and I'll find another place, but what you have done is unforgivable, YOU WRETCHES.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL I honestly don't understand the good reviews left here. When I used to take my dog, the facilities were neglected, filthy, and wretched. As for the training, I must say it was complete garbage; practically nothing was done, just the same thing all the time. As for the place as a boarding kennel, I don't know how they treat them since you're obviously not present when you leave a pet, but I remember picking mine up—who was super docile, poor thing—and his vocal cords were wrecked, most likely due to the use of catch poles around the dogs' necks.

I can't comment on the training. But I went away for 5 days and had to leave him at the boarding facility. At first everything seemed fine, the facilities weren't great either, but as long as they took care of the dog, that was fine. The problem came when picking him up and seeing that in 5 days he had noticeably lost weight; he came back sad and hungry. Not only will I not return, but if you have any affection for your dog, I encourage you not to take them to this dog "boarding facility".

Very bad. I left my little dog and she came back full of cuts, and I think even a few bite marks. They tell me she confronted other dogs. Very unprofessional.

I left my dog with them for three days and picked him up full of bite marks. The explanation was that they accidentally left the door open, but they only told me this after we called them upon arriving home, noticing the number of wounds, and asking if something had happened. My baby had been wounded for more than a day because the vet told me they weren't fresh, and nobody noticed!!!!!! Or they didn't want to notice???? That shows they are unprofessional. Now it's wound dressings and antibiotics; I am very unhappy and very disappointed. Of course I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU LEAVE YOUR DOGS THERE

Horrible, they haven't taken my dog out in 3 days, and on top of that, I don't know what they fed her because she has had diarrhea and blood in her stool since yesterday, she is sad all the time, I definitely will not be taking my dog there again.

For the attention and care provided. Everything is perfectly clean and the animals are well cared for. The size of the animal enclosures matches the type, weight, and volume of the animal. I liked it. And the price is average compared to other options. Ideal for pet owners in the south of Madrid.

4 years ago I left my dog for 2 days and when I went to pick her up she was in terrible shape. I was already sad about leaving her, but when I saw how they were giving them water, I felt like shoving the hose where the sun don't shine on that guy. Even if it were the last place on earth, I would never leave her there again. If you love your pets, steer clear.

We boarded our dog last year, and when we went to pick him up, I think they left him without food or water. He smelled bad and was frantic. When he got home, he drank all the water, he had injuries that required an emergency trip to the vet, and he was full of ticks—we removed three from him. I will never leave him there again.

A very bad experience for us. We left our dog for 3 days; when we picked him up, he came out of the cage looking sick and didn't stop relieving himself for several hours. The gentleman who assisted us told us that dogs usually do their business inside the cage, but ours didn't... That explains the smell, but it doesn't explain the dog's unwell state. Don't they take him out for walks? The facility's response: between 0 and 1 time a day. Lesson learned, we will never leave our dog at Mundocan again.
