I am speaking from our personal experience. The appearance was acceptable, even good; we were excited about the facilities and everything seemed perfect, but our opinion changed drastically after actually trying it. After leaving my dog there for 4 days, she came back with wounds on both front armpits, as if she had worn a harness that rubbed her raw, because she was even missing fur and it was super, super irritated, "red and almost raw ??????". She smelled terrible, like nothing I had ever smelled on her before. The stench was so bad that even after giving her a thorough bath she still smells, and the strange thing is that her bed didn't smell at all 🤔. Apparently, the dog didn't sleep on her bed!! Why? Did she pick up that dead animal smell from another mattress? Was she in her room, or was she locked up somewhere else?.. The facts: the wounds, the smell, and the fact that her bed still smells like coconut just like the first day is strange to say the least, VERY STRANGE..... I left her clean and smelling like coconut, and brought her back smelling like a dead animal and covered in wounds...😞 Another place ruled out for boarding a pet..
