These folks are the absolute best, they picked up and dropped off at home both my big kitties, who yell any time they are in transport, and who talk a lot anyway, and they sent me photos and videos while I was away. I’ve used them twice now and I’ll use them again. Thank you Granje La Luna!!!

They took care of my cat for 20 days and I am delighted. He came back happy and very well fed. Facilities are better than in the photos, clean and spacious. We will repeat.

I left my rabbits Menta and Soja for the whole summer. It was the first time I had left them at a boarding facility, and the experience was wonderful. The enclosures they have for rabbits are perfect and designed specifically for them, with plenty of space, a burrow, and a tunnel. In addition, they can see their rabbit neighbors through the fences, which keeps them more entertained. I found them very well cared for and happy. Without a doubt, this is my go-to place to leave them again.

I left my rabbit for 3 weeks during vacation and he came back great, feeling calm about leaving him there. Having his own space is super important. Thank you very much

I have peace of mind when I take my cat there; the staff is cordial, and they take very good care of him. You can access the camera (of course, for an additional fee).

I left my bunnies for a few days because I was traveling and didn't want to make them nervous. Apparently they had a great time because they came back in high spirits. I really liked their facilities and the amount of space they have for pets.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, Lolo, my 10-month-old macaw, had to spend a weekend there with them, and honestly, when I went to pick him up on Monday he didn't want to leave. Wonderful. 100% recommended.

If your cat has never stayed in a hotel before, I wouldn't recommend leaving them at this one. I had the most devastating experience. They contacted me on the last day to tell me they couldn't transport my cat because he was scared. My cat is the calmest and most affectionate animal. I think the caregiver could have spent more time getting to know him and earning some of his trust, since he stayed there for almost two weeks. I was forced to accept that there was a risk he might get slightly hurt, as the hotel is very far away and I had no way of picking him up on such short notice. The result was that all five of his claws were torn out, and he had a cut near his eye. He was severely dehydrated and malnourished. He lost over a kilogram in such a short amount of time. I had no idea he wasn't eating or drinking properly. He got so stressed that he went into shock and shut down completely. Ultimately, my cat was hospitalized and is currently still in emergency care. The diagnosis was dehydration with signs of anorexia. He has severe pancreatitis, a gastrointestinal infection?, and bladder inflammation. The vets asked me to share my experience to warn any owner considering this hotel: if your cat was raised in an apartment and has never stayed in a hotel before, think twice before leaving them here. My cat, who was perfectly healthy for 9 years, is now fighting for his life! While I had no choice and accepted that my cat might get hurt during capture, I did not accept an outcome like this. Even though the hotel's rates were high, I gladly paid them thinking it would mean premium care, but how wrong I was. Please be careful if you truly love your animals and they aren't used to such a rough environment. All I can do now is share my experience and hope that no other pet ends up fighting for their life after spending time at this hotel. EDIT TO RESPOND TO THE BUSINESS OWNER: Instead of showing some empathy and at least offering a word of apology, I receive this passive-aggressive response. This just shows how you run this business. Does pancreatitis develop from the stress of being caught? It develops from fatty, poor-quality food. Do intestinal and gallbladder infections develop from being captured? You're right, I gave him a complete checkup a week before leaving him at the hotel to make sure he was healthy and that all hotel requirements were met (as YOU requested). Thanks to the clinic and the vets we took him to, he is slowly recovering. Are you implying that I am some kind of maniac and that I weighed him on purpose to deceive you? Your response is proof of your attitude and how little you care about animals. You are simply trying to dodge any responsibility. That's why I wanted to share in this review that this place is not suitable for indoor cats. This time I had no choice but to leave him at your hotel, but I am sure this was the first and last time I will make that decision. I hope you don't run into the same problem with other guests in the future. I even agreed to have him stay longer than needed and requested the transport service precisely because I couldn't move him myself. I accepted ALL the services you could offer and was polite and understanding the entire time. But the health issues he developed did not happen because of that capture incident. You should hire staff who know how to handle cats that need extra attention and know how to earn their trust; they should be trained for this. This is exactly why I want to share my experience so other indoor cat owners know this place is not suitable for cats that need more time and affection, and your response has only confirmed it. I have all the evidence and official medical test results to prove my point if necessary.

We left our 3-month-old puppy for a week due to an emergency, and during that entire time, they never took him out of the room where they kept him. The girl told us it was because the puppy growled at her. I don't understand how it is possible for someone who works with animals to leave a puppy locked up for a week because they are afraid of him; ever since we picked him up, he refuses to enter any enclosed space. I am extremely disappointed and would never leave any of my dogs there, nor would I recommend the place to anyone. I thought long and hard before leaving this review, but I am still very angry. We used this facility twice, once in the summer when we dropped our cat and we were happy, but the second time, which was in December, it was not a good experience. When I received my cat at home, her sheet was soaking wet, and we saw she was breathing strangely, which we understood meant she caught a cold, and it took at least one week for her to get back to her initial state of health. I can imagine that since they have indoor and outdoor areas, she used to go out, get wet, sleep on the sheet, and during that week she got sick. So I would suggest this facility for warm weather.

A wonderful place, the animals are very well cared for, the kennels are very clean and they have a lot of space, everything was fine.

It's the first time we've left our ferret Pistacho and we are thrilled. I recommend it 100%.

Highly recommended cat boarding facility with very good facilities and surroundings. I've been taking my 2 cats there for years, and you can clearly see the affection with which they are treated by all the staff.

Yarrine and Nala (a medium-sized dog and a small one) have been there several times. Upon arrival, as soon as she gets out of the car, Yarrine walks up to the door on her own, and Nala happily tags along. When leaving, both are very happy, and Yarrine tries to avoid going to the car… probably to stay a bit longer. The staff are very attentive to everything, to the dogs (whom they always call by their names and never spare a cuddle) and to the owners. The facilities are spacious and shaded. 5 out of 5.

First time leaving my cat. I went on the recommendation of my vet and honestly, it was very good. The facilities are very nice and well-kept. I picked up my cat in perfect condition. If I need their services again, I will definitely count on them.

Good experience, they have great communication and all the information is on their website. I left my cat there for the Christmas holidays and he was very well cared for. I think their pick-up service is very good since the place can be a bit far depending on where you live in Madrid. I highly recommend it.

Very happy with the service. I brought my 2 guinea pigs. They put them both together in a fairly spacious area that had a little house and a tunnel for them to get into and play. You don't need to bring food, they take care of it. I only met one of the girls who was looking after that area and she was super friendly, you can tell she loves what she does. I had good references for Residencia Canina La Granja, and now that my dog is there, I agree with them. Good facilities, cleanliness, the rooms with patios are for each dog and are like townhouses, where there is a shared play yard for that area, which is enclosed and opened so that, depending on the different types of dogs, they can play, get together, and socialize with their neighbor buddies from those townhouses, and always under supervision and with great care. Essential!! I think it's ideal🍀

I have been leaving my pet here for 10 years with complete peace of mind because I know they are very well taken care of. Highly recommended.

The place is very nice. They have the dog area separated from the cat area, and the facilities are spacious. To point out a downside, my cat didn't take it very well and pulled out a lot of fur. A few more days and he would have turned into an Angora cat. We found him under the mat, shivering. I took him to the vet and he is fine. Just some pills for a few days to calm him down. It was stress. They made sure to take off his collar and record him with a phone, but didn't care much about the state he was in.

Magnificent facilities. Excellent treatment for animals and owners. Well worth it for the stay of our cats and dogs.

The staff is very friendly and kind, they take very good care of your pet. If you need it, they have a pick-up and transport service to the facilities. They have an Instagram page where, if you wish, you can see how your pet is doing since they post photos and videos as time permits, as the priority is caring for the animals. The facilities are huge and they care for almost any pet: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, piglets... My Carlota (a mini pig) had a wonderful time, eating her fill and taking tremendous naps, which is what she loves most in life haha. I will definitely use them again whenever I need to. 100% recommended 😊

Good place to leave your pet if you on your way to valencia. Quite busy and a bit noisy but the animals have space and shade. Workers there will send pictures and videos via the facebook page

The facilities are among the best I have seen (probably the best). I had an emergency due to a trip from Almería to Cuenca, and they were exceptionally willing to help. "Posi" took to the place as if she had been there her whole life, and when we came back to pick her up, she was visibly happy. Thank you so much, Paula, for making everything so easy.

Great service and care. A bit far from the city, but the surroundings and attention are great.

The staff is lovely. But the dogs (that's the part we know, I can't speak for the rest) are sleeping on concrete, which causes them to get sores... Our dog came back nervous from all the barking, but that's our pet's issue, not the facility's. That is the reason why, from now on, we will always take him with us. The person I believe is the owner told us our dog was fat because of treats, when we only use them for training and give him smaller food portions to offset those calories... Without knowing the situation, he chimed in with his opinion without anyone asking...

Good cheap food

It was the first time leaving my parakeet. The only thing I can say is that he seemed happy, so I deduce that the care must have been good or the company of other birds had an effect. The pet sitter is pleasant, and I hope she fulfilled her duties.

It is an excellent place for dogs and other animals; the attention from Paula and the other staff members is simply perfect. It is a place that is more than highly recommended.

I contacted them to board my pet for a couple of days. The information on their website is incomplete, and I tried calling; since I couldn't reach them, I filled out a form following the instructions on their site. Automatically, they sent me an SMS and an email saying they couldn't reach me, which I didn't quite understand... When I finally got in touch with them after calling several times, replying to their email, etc., the person who assisted me was VERY rude and told me that I couldn't leave my dog because there is a minimum stay requirement, which is also not mentioned on their website. We could have saved all that wasted energy if they were clearer with their information.
