Less than a month ago, I took my dog here for a bath and de-shedding. They charged me 55 euros, and then told me there was a product for 10 euros more to remove the odor; the odor-free effect only lasted 3 days. Well, I find the price excessive, because other places provide the same service and have never charged me that much in my life. I accepted just to see how she would turn out. I'm not saying they do a bad job, but they definitely overcharge. My dog is a 20 kg husky; charging me 65 euros is way too expensive, and she is a husky, not a mastiff.

On June 11, I took my dog, a Maltese, to have just a little bit of her hair trimmed, and the result was awful. They took four hours to give her back to me, and on top of that, they completely shaved her when I hadn't asked for that cut. To make matters worse, my dog seems traumatized; I don't know what they did to her at this grooming salon. I don't recommend it to anyone, be careful if you take your pet there.

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. If you love your pet, don't take them to the groomer at this center. My dog is small and very energetic, which means she requires a little more patience, and this woman has neither patience nor empathy. In other words, she does this job strictly for income, not because she actually likes animals. She didn't even greet my pet—she went straight to work. I had to step in several times due to my dog's cries, and eventually I had to take her home unfinished because she was trembling. Worst of all, when we got home I noticed she was limping. I asked for an explanation and got no response, not even an apology. I do not recommend this place. I will never take her there again. (Regarding your reply to the review): I called her directly that same day and messaged her on WhatsApp telling her what happened and requesting an appointment with the vet on staff to check my dog's limp after leaving her grooming salon; she neither answered my calls nor replied to my WhatsApp messages. If you want, I can post them in the reviews for everyone to see. And yes, I paid half the service because she only did half the work, though I shouldn't have paid her anything at all.
