We left Pedri for four nights and the experience was great, we're very happy. They were very communicative with us and affectionate with the dog; everyone was delighted and we will definitely repeat. Thank you so much! Update 01/2026: For personal reasons, my Pedri had to stay 4 days a week for almost all of 2025, and honestly, without Bea and Natalia I don't know what would have become of us. They are lovely, adapted to everything, super professional in every way, and all the dogs adore them—there must be a reason for that. A thousand thanks for everything, I wish you the best in your project and in life.

The best place to leave your dog. Bea and Natalia are lovely and also super professional girls who make sure to send you photos and audio updates of how your best friend is doing at all times. I've been living in Madrid for months and we had nowhere to leave our dog when we had to travel. She is used to having company, so traditional kennels are not an option for her. We found this company and our experience was EXCELLENT! The sitters our little dog had have been spectacular! Marleidy and Gabriel pampered her just like at home. Thank you!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We are very happy with the care received; they keep us updated at all times on how he is doing, send us photos, and generally give us great peace of mind when we leave because we know that no matter what happens, our Jack will be well looked after during those days. 100% recommendable.

Taking care of a dog is a very complicated task. My dog Sabrina returned even better than when we dropped her off, honestly. If you have to leave your dog with someone, do not hesitate. They are by far the best. I have tried other options, but now that I know them, the only ones who will ever take care of my dog are them, period. 5 stars!!!!!!

I left my dog with them for a few days and it was the best decision. Koke had a great time with them; they sent me photos and videos every day so I could have peace of mind, and when I went to pick him up he was doing great. Plus, the sitter lives nearby, so Koke was able to keep walking through his familiar spots and see his doggy squad. In terms of organization, it was wonderful—they made booking very easy, and when I wrote to them because our return flight was delayed, they didn't give me any trouble at all, quite the opposite. I know exactly where he's going to stay whenever I have to travel and can't take him with me.

Wonderful service. Super trustworthy. They take great care of pets. They are responsible, communicative, dedicated, and attentive. Bea, the girl from central Madrid, took amazing care of us. She came to pick up Fede (my dog) and me to take us to meet Stephanie, the girl who looked after Fede during my vacation. She picked us up from home and then brought us back. She was very kind and made everything so easy for us. Stephanie looked after Fede as if he were her own pet. She treated him with love and tended to all his needs. Fede has a heart condition, and Stephanie gave him his medications and respected his special needs regarding walks. She stayed in touch with me at all times. She kept me updated on Fede's vital signs and sent me photos and videos every day. A few days after leaving him with her, he became sick, and she and Bea took him to the vet, bought his medication, and administered it until I returned. They treated him just like I would have. Both times I've left him with them, they have taken wonderful care of him. I trust them 100%. Stephanie cared for Fede at her home, where her own pet lives. I would leave Fede with them again with total peace of mind. Highly recommended.

5 stars feel like too few for what finding Bea, from El Perro Feliz, has meant to us. She visited us at home to see where our cat's things were, though we could have arranged everything via WhatsApp without any issue. We agreed on the visit days, and she kept us updated with videos, along with some fantastic photos of our cat. She took better photos in 2 visits than I have in 8 years with him! You can really tell how good she is with animals; our cat is very affectionate, but even so, he was crazy about her from minute one. Arriving back home was the best part of all: the cat was doing great and the house was spotless, with nothing dirty or out of place. The trust she inspired in us is incredible. Finally, we have someone we can fully trust to care for our cat and grant access to our home with no issues or worries. We give her 10 out of 5 stars! Thank you so much for everything, we'll keep in touch!
