Always flawless. Our dog truly enjoys her days at Dondersteen. They are super professional and loving with the animals. The best dog boarding facility on every level: hygiene, care, attention, personalization based on each pet's needs, and even the grooming salon is the best we have ever tried. We have been using their services for 5 years and are very happy.

I highly recommend the boarding service offered by Dondersteen. We have left Samba there a couple of times this summer and have always been very satisfied. Samba is very energetic, yet at the same time very clingy and affectionate, and at the Resort they knew how to meet her needs perfectly. Grouped with dogs of similar characteristics, she spent most of her time in the estate's gardens, playing and splashing in the pools (her two favorite activities). She was thrilled, to say the least. And so were we, thanks to the smooth communication with the staff and the videos they sent us, which showed that Samba was happy. I recommend it and we will definitely repeat! Thank you!

We have been bringing our dog here for quite a while now and honestly we are thrilled. You can tell they take great care of him and that they genuinely love animals. Every time we drop him off he stays super happy, and when we go pick him up he is thrilled. For us, the most important thing is having peace of mind when leaving him and knowing he is in good hands, and with them we have that peace of mind. Plus, the service is always very warm and friendly. Without a doubt, we will keep bringing him. It's like his second home.

Our pet is almost 11 years old and after trying several dog boarding kennels... you realize how truly different this one is! They spend a lot of time outdoors, with shaded and sunny areas, pools, water games... plenty of options. The room where they sleep is just that, exactly a bedroom... with his bed, his own space, and no cages or bars at all. It is a very cozy space that they clean every day. Without a doubt, we are happy because we know he is happy at Dondersteen.

I discovered this resort two years ago and have been bringing my pets here whenever I travel and can't take them with me. After visiting other boarding facilities, I chose this one without hesitation because the grounds are very large, the facilities are well-kept and clean, the staff is professional and kind, and the dogs feel right at home! They spend time outdoors with other pets of their size and breed, sleep in beds inside the resort, and are very well cared for. What those of us who leave our pets there look for is knowing they are in good hands ☺️. In addition, if needed, they offer grooming services so you take them home clean and gorgeous. I 100% recommend it. Thank you for looking after my little ones ❤️

But right from the start, they gave me so much peace of mind and confidence. The facilities are incredible; they have lots of space to run, play, and enjoy themselves. During these days I was able to be at ease knowing that Tommy was in good hands, and when I went to pick him up he looked happy and super content. 🐶❤️ Finding Dondersteen Resort was definitely a great success. Great professionals. The facility is clean, well-kept, pleasant, with shaded and sunny areas, divided into different parks, ... Everything was great and highly recommended, not only for overnight stays but also the daycare and grooming services. On the last day we decided to have him bathed and get all the dead hair deshedded, and when we picked him up he was a completely different dog. I had no idea he had dead coat and they informed and advised me. Bitxo has no problem coming back; he heads for the front door himself, wagging his tail. A 10 out of 10!

There are places that simply look after animals. And then there is DONDERSTEEN. 🏡 Xixi 🐶 and Urna 🐶 spent 6 nights on full board there and, honestly, words can hardly describe the peace of mind I felt leaving them there. It's a "premium" pet resort, yes, but the real difference isn't just the spectacular facilities or the setting: it's the way they look at, treat, and understand animals. When we arrived—me and the dogs, with our SUPER RURAL chaos—we looked around and thought: "Wow... the dogs here have more class than we do." Between impeccable collars, fun and gorgeous dogs groomed better than I am on a wedding day, I had that feeling of being a bit overwhelmed. But it vanished so quickly. The welcome was so warm, natural, and human that we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. And most importantly: Xixi and Urna were happy. Calm. Well cared for. Loved. You can't fake that! Knowing you leave them with professionals who, on top of being highly knowledgeable, deeply love animals... is priceless. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking after them as if they were your own. You can tell when work is done with love. And here, you feel it everywhere. 🤍🤍🤍

We went to visit the facilities with the intention of considering boarding our little dog for a few days. The impression we got from the service was not positive: the guy who assisted us seemed to be in a rush, and the visit was very superficial, giving the feeling that he wanted to wrap it up as quickly as possible. He only showed us the sleeping area intended for small dogs, with artificial turf and a layout similar to a house terrace, which also seemed a bit small to us. We know they have other areas, but he only pointed them out from a distance without offering us the chance to see them in detail. It's a shame, because the place itself seemed nice and well-kept, especially regarding cleanliness, but the experience of the visit did not live up to expectations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The team came to pick up Luna, our Maltese dog, and brought her back home, which was extremely convenient and gave us great peace of mind. From the very first moment, the love and dedication with which they treated her was evident. Luna was very well cared for, pampered, and treated with respect, and that was clearly noticeable when she returned home: she came back calm, content, and happy, a sign that she was in very good hands. The team is approachable, attentive, and genuinely cares about the well-being of each pet, something that we as owners value immensely. Without a doubt, a resort that is fully recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy place to leave their dog with complete peace of mind. We will definitely repeat. Thank you for taking such good care of Luna!

At first we were hesitant to leave our 1.5-year-old dog Tali, who is very active and attached to us, but since the first time it's like she doesn't want to leave hehehehe, there must be a reason for that. I have a very active and sociable Doberman, and I love the fact that they are off-leash all day playing with each other and are only put away at night to sleep. The play areas are separated by size (small, medium, and large) in case you're worried about your little ones playing with big dogs. The facility is very well set up and organized; everything is designed to make the dogs feel comfortable and safe during their stay. The premises are spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained. It is obvious they pay attention to every detail so the pups are as happy as can be. In addition, we would like to highlight how well they treated us as owners. While we were away, they kept sending us videos of Ginkgo, which was a touch we deeply appreciated, as we could see him happy and relaxed, allowing us to enjoy our trip even more. We are super happy with this Resort, very professional team and unbeatable facilities! They took care of our little dog with lots of love, and if he could speak, I am sure he would love to go back and play with so many little friends out in nature! Both the guys, Pablo and Pep, as well as Merlijn have always been available for any questions or information we might need. In short, we are very grateful for the care they gave him and we will definitely return!! :)

Before finding Dondersteen, we were afraid of leaving our dog in an unfamiliar place, even for just a single day. A trial run at Dondersteen was enough to ease our fears and resolve all our doubts. Every time we leave him there, Bacco is as happy as can be with people who take good care of him, other doggie friends, and a clean, well-kept space with lots of room to run and play! 100% recommended!!!

We were looking for occasional boarding for the times we needed to leave our little dog, and ever since we started taking Nana to Resort Dondersten, we have been very happy—especially with how our dog is after her stay, as we've noticed she is very happy and calm, without any issues. Totally recommended, definitely 10/10 facilities as well as very professional staff. Thank you!!

Our experience with Dondersteen has been very positive. Our little best friend is a rescue and has a few behavioral habits and fears that we are always working on, but that always means that we worry a lot about who we leave him with when we go away. And whenever we have picked him up from Dondersteen he has always been very happy and "remained balanced," in the sense that he hasn't regressed into his old behaviors. The facilities are beautiful, spacious and clean, and the staff is super sweet and friendly. We know he is in the best hands here.

I am so happy to have discovered this canine paradise. I love to travel and used to feel very sad leaving my dog at a boarding facility because I didn't know what conditions he would be in. I must say it has exceeded my expectations. My dog had a great time; since he is fearful, they put him in a play yard with smaller, friendly dogs. They sent me a couple of videos where I could see how much he was enjoying himself, and I was able to travel with peace of mind knowing he was being cared for just as I would care for him. At check-out, they showed us all the photos they took of him and explained in detail how he had been during his stay. My dog came out happy, and you could tell he felt comfortable at the resort and with the caregivers. Now I have a safe place to leave Sam. They have been super attentive, treating my 'fur-daughter' with so much affection; I couldn't be happier with them and their facilities. The only thing I was certain about was that my dog had to stay somewhere she would be treated just as well as she is at home, and I feel very at ease when she stays with them. The only problem we have when we go to pick her up is that she doesn't want to come back home (I'm totally serious). My dog leaves happy and comes back happy! It's such peace of mind knowing he's cared for, entertained, and loved! Pablo loves them all and they are so well taken care of. The grooming service is also great, my little dog comes back handsome and happy!

Frida, our dog, is part of our family and I truly get anxious leaving her when we can't take her with us. However, thanks to Dondersteen, I can leave with total peace of mind because they care for her just like at home. The facility is spectacular, and every time Frida comes back happy. They offer pick-up service, veterinary care, and grooming, and they follow all of Frida's care instructions to the letter. Since they know I like to check in on Frida, they always send me photos and videos. I recommend it 100% for short and long stays.

Some friends recommended this hotel for our furry friend, and it was truly a great success! Valentino had his first experience here when he was just four months old; we were so happy that we repeated the experience when he was seven months old (12 days). He was extremely well taken care of, in the best hands—you can tell when you see your dog feeling right at home, which gives us immense peace of mind! Their facilities are great, everything is super clean and well-maintained. Valentino already has a second home!! Thanks to the whole team, especially to Pablo who is an absolute sweetheart with Valentino 🐶

We have left our little dog Asha twice and the truth is that we leave her with peace of mind because the treatment at Dondersteen is excellent, they have plenty of outdoor space, the rooms are always very clean, and they are very affectionate with the furry ones. Thank you for being the way you are

A heavenly place for pets, with green areas, park zones to accommodate their stay, and individual indoor rooms for night rest. Very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend :)
