The only reality of this boarding facility is that the dogs spend most of the day locked up unsupervised in kennels under 10m2, including the tiled outdoor area. When I say unsupervised, I mean the staff leaves and only the estate caretaker stays, who is not responsible for the dogs; therefore, if your dog gets gastric torsion or anything else during that time, nobody will notice. It is necessary to know this beforehand because yes, the estate is wonderful and huge, but the dogs are locked in a tiny area from 6:30 PM to 9:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This means they will spend 19 and a half hours a day locked up without supervision in a place where the floor is tiled "for hygiene", and where dogs that don't relieve themselves indoors won't do it there either. To each their own, but I personally wouldn't leave my dogs there even if it were free.

Great! We left our dog at a boarding facility for the first time without anyone she knew, and everything went perfectly! The facility is spacious, located in the countryside, and has plenty of areas where they can play and be off-leash all day. And the staff is exceptional. Both Bianca and the rest of the caretakers sent us videos every day and were very attentive whenever we messaged and asked about her. They take great care of them and attend to all their needs regarding food, care, and socialization with other dogs. Without a doubt, the next time we need to board her, it will be at Dog Camp.

We took our furry friend to Dog Camp for a couple of days and we did not like it. Out of the 4 times they were supposed to feed him (breakfast and dinner), they only fed him twice. The first time, they told us he didn't want to eat dinner because he was in a different environment and felt uneasy. I have to say that my dog has been to other dog hotels and has never had trouble eating; quite the opposite, he's a big eater. The second time, they told us they hadn't fed him breakfast the morning we picked him up (we picked him up at 12:00 PM, which was agreed upon from the beginning) due to protocol in case he vomited in the car. To begin with, they could have fed him breakfast early, and on the other hand, they could have called if they had any doubts, just as I told them. In conclusion, my dog's stomach is now completely upset and his stools are very liquid. Adding a few more details to all of this, we did not enjoy the experience.

During their stay, they send you photos and videos for the owners' peace of mind. The facilities are perfect, and since the first time I took them there, I haven't switched to any other boarding kennel, even though it's more than 50 km from my home—but that's nothing compared to the peace of mind knowing they're going to be well taken care of.

It was our first time leaving our dog and we were a bit nervous, but without a doubt leaving her here was the best decision for Kostka. They send you videos and updates frequently, or you can ask them directly and they reply quite quickly. In the videos, you could see our dog was super happy, playing, and very well-adjusted. In our case, she is a somewhat nervous and fearful dog, and they took that into account at all times when introducing her to other dogs. When visiting dogcamp, we also saw how clean everything is, both the sleeping area and the play areas. Without a doubt, this will be our trusted place to leave her whenever we can't take her with us. Thank you so much for everything!!

Since the boarding facility was new, we didn't have any prior recommendations, but it caught our attention when we found it online while looking for a respectful, kennel-free place to leave our dog for a few days. Being a 40kg Mastiff who is reactive to certain types of dogs, we couldn't afford to leave her just anywhere, but speaking with them, they confirmed they could take care of her, and they have not disappointed. Their commitment was evident from the start when they asked us for a report from our dog trainer. They also let us do an adaptation session with her to the grounds (the rooms are super hygienic), the staff, and the other dogs at the facility at that time, and they even showed interest in the guidelines we follow to work with her. Since the areas are separated into independent plots, in case she couldn't socialize directly—which always happened under supervision—Shira had the option of not sharing spaces, having them all to herself, and being with the caretakers. The care and help with our girl have been excellent: they sent us videos of her stay, of cuddle time, of social management... And, on top of that, we had peace of mind knowing that she was not only in good hands, but that they also had veterinary experience. I also want to highlight the lovely detail at the end of her stay: a photo of her and a print of one of her paws made with paint by herself. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back.

Tikka and Moka are our 6- and 8-month-old puppies. They had a great time at Dog Camp for almost a week (5 days). Compared to other kennels where I previously boarded another dog I had many years ago—who was sad and thin when I picked her up—they are just as they always are: super happy, playful, and with a good appetite. In fact, when we picked them up at Dog Camp, they still wanted to stay and play, lying down in the shaded play area, and they kept following the girl who had been looking after them. Plus, you can text and call them daily to check on them, and they sent us photos and videos via WhatsApp. Moka also required special daily veterinary care for an infection she has; we gave them the instructions and supplies, and they followed them to the letter. We will definitely count on you for future trips when our little ones can't come with us!!!

I do not recommend this dog boarding facility called DOG CAMP for the simple reason that I left Kira with them from September 20th until the beginning of November and she came back to me in terrible condition. From weighing 11 kilos, which is her ideal weight, she came back weighing 8 kilos and hoarse (having lost her voice). You could see all her ribs and bones because of how thin she arrived. She returned as if she weren't herself, whereas Kira was normally completely the opposite, never stopping playing and barking. Now it's been over a month since she came back hoarse; we don't know what caused it and we are running tests at her vet to see why she ended up like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO CARE FOR YOUR PET WHEN YOU CANNOT TAKE THEM ON A TRIP OR CANNOT KEEP THEM DUE TO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY WANT TO CLAIM MONEY THAT IS OWED, WHEN I SHOULD BE THE ONE REPORTING THE FACILITY FOR RETURNING KIRA TO ME IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STATE FROM HOW I ENTRUSTED HER TO THEM. SHE WAS THERE FOR ONLY A MONTH AND A HALF AND CAME BACK LOOKING PITIFUL AND HOARSE, AND NOW SHE IS UNDERGOING TREATMENT TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO HER. FOR THIS BEING THE FIRST TIME I LEFT KIRA AT A BOARDING FACILITY THAT WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME, THE ANIMAL CAME BACK MUCH WORSE. IN MY OPINION, THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS DOG BOARDING FACILITY DOWN BECAUSE I WITNESSED FIRSTHAND WITH KIRA HOW POORLY THEY CARED FOR HER.

I have left my dog Kiko twice (once for a month and the other for 12 days) and the service has been magnificent (they sent me photos and videos of my dog while I was in Cuba). The facilities are very clean and, above all, there is personalized attention for the dogs (they are happy there). Super satisfied. I recommend them 100%.

It's a wonderful place for dogs, and the best part is the caregivers who treat them with the greatest love in the world. My little dogs Thelma and Chloe have a great time and come back very happy. Exceptional service!

Their facilities and the people who work there give me a lot of confidence. I don't think there is a better place to leave our dogs whenever we have to take a trip where they can't come along.

It gives you real peace of mind to take your dogs to this boarding kennel. A pleasure to have met them. It is now our go-to boarding facility.

I have nothing but kind words for the Dog Camp staff. When I leave Federico, I know he is in good hands and that they will care for him as if he were their own.... Every time I pick him up, I see him happy and content. Thank you so much for everything and, as I tell everyone I know, Federico has a 5-star hotel to stay at when I can't take him with me.

Honestly, even though this place was highly recommended to me for boarding my Golden, I had my doubts since it was the first time leaving him for so long during the summer. However, arriving there and seeing the affection with which they treat them, the space they have, and the care they provide really put my mind at ease. When I picked him up, my Golden was almost better than when I left him. In short, highly recommended, I will definitely repeat!

The place is spectacular, a paradise where you will be delighted to leave your best friend ... The staff is highly qualified and it really shows in the way they treat the animals (every time I bring Inuk) it feels like I'm leaving him at a vacation hotel rather than a dog boarding facility, he runs straight from the car to greet Rocio (the person who manages the facility) !! In summary, quality care, great attention, good food, good price ... A 10/10 !!!!
