I wanted to thank Claudia for taking such good care of me and explaining everything about the Covis dog daycare. She was super approachable and friendly, patiently explaining all the rates, how the daycare works, and answering all my questions. It's a pleasure to come across people who treat you with such warmth and inspire confidence from the very first moment. Thank you so much!❤️

I was looking for a place on Calle Orense where I could leave my dog, and I happened to come across them. I wasn't sure if he would adapt to the space, but Claudia, who is mainly in charge of my dog Berlín, made his adaptation very easy and treats him with an affection that he appreciates as if she were family. I would definitely recommend it.

Ever since I found them, I don't take Tinchi, a year-and-a-half-old Westie, anywhere else to get washed and groomed. They are excellent professionals. Very affectionate. He loves going there, he has a great time playing with other dogs. It's a real pleasure with them. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent place. My puppy is super happy and they treat him super well. Everyone is super friendly and we couldn't be happier. Before starting daycare, he had trouble interacting with other dogs and people, but now I see him becoming happier and more social every day.

COVIS gave a wonderful welcome to our giant dog and has been a big part of welcoming her to a new home and environment. At COVIS, she has a great time whether staying at daycare or going on walks with other dogs. Our pet has learned to handle an urban environment much better thanks to the patience, professionalism, and good vibes of the daycare and its experts. She is always happy to arrive there, and comes home exhausted from playing with the other dogs. Thank you!

I want to recommend Covis because my dog had some behavioral issues interacting with other dogs, and since he started going to daycare I've noticed a huge change. He is much calmer and more sociable. Also, it has been a great help for me to be able to go to work knowing he isn't left home alone and that he's in good hands. You can really tell they treat him with so much love and attention. Without a doubt, I recommend taking your dogs to Covis. 🐶❤️

I took Pipo for the first time and left delighted. They left him looking gorgeous, smelling great, and you can also tell they treat the dogs with so much affection and patience. They also gave me several very useful tips on coat care and maintenance, which I really appreciated since he's a puppy. You can tell when someone truly loves what they do. We will definitely be back 😊

My little dog Anchoa has had a pass since January to go one or two days a week because, even though we work remotely, we thought it would be good for her to socialize. We are so happy because not only does it help her socialize, but it also prevents separation anxiety, helps her get used to being without us, teaches her basic behavior (like not eating the house plants), and on top of that she comes home exhausted 😅 which is great on days when we have dinner plans or something and she has to stay home alone.

Our dog has gone blind and this new condition has made him distrustful and super nervous... Here he feels so good that we don't even consider any other place to leave him; he walks in happily just like in his own home. The grooming service is also unbeatable. Thank you so much!

We had my little dog Simba bathed and he looked spectacular. He's a white Shiba Inu with a bit of a fear of water, and he didn't even complain. They conveyed the peace he needed, and the result was perfect. Bright white, soft, and smelling great. Plus, ever since he was washed, he sheds less hair. A very good experience that we will definitely repeat.

We had a grooming appointment for my 9-month-old English Cocker Spaniel puppy. We had only had one previous grooming experience somewhere else, and it went poorly. They could barely work with him; they said he was too nervous… Today, they sent us videos during the process where he looked relaxed, happy, and cooperative… The work was patient, extremely meticulous, and came with great feedback. We will definitely be back. Everyone on the team we interacted with was very kind and affectionate with us. Thank you so very much.

It's the first time I've left Enzo at a daycare and I couldn't be happier. Since he's still a puppy, I felt quite sad leaving him, but the care they provide is amazing, which gives me complete peace of mind. Enzo is happy, learning to socialize and play with other dogs in a safe, loving environment. Without a doubt, a very positive experience—I can't recommend it enough.

Hello!!! Very happy with the service. I took my dog for a haircut, nail trim, and general grooming. He came out smelling great and, most importantly, he was calm, happy, and playing with other dogs when I came back to pick him up. The atmosphere is excellent and the staff is very friendly and professional. You can really tell the love and good energy with which they treat the dogs. I will definitely keep them in mind for daycare as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My little dog Mía, who regularly goes to Covis daycare, had her turn to "go to the groomer" today. The result was spectacular: it has been a long time since I've seen her look so pretty. Her coat turned out incredible... and she smells great. The white on her little paws turns out to be pure white 😳!, and the black on her back was shining like never before. Silvia, the groomer, has a special touch, because Mía, who doesn't like baths very much, was happy and cooperative the whole time. A detail that shows Silvia's care and professionalism is that she didn't want Mía to go outside until her coat was completely dry. Thank you very much, Silvia and Covis ❤️🐶.

I took Chapo to this dog daycare on a friend's recommendation, and it was a total success. The place is spacious, clean, and has a great atmosphere, but the best part without a doubt is Covi's team: attentive, patient, and with immense affection for the dogs. They told me how he had adapted, sent me photos throughout the day, and even gave me some tips for his routine. Chapo came back happy, relaxed, and eager to return. My dog has been going happily to the Daycare ever since they opened. Even on the days she doesn't go, she wants to stop by to say hello! 😀 The facility is new and very clean, the hours are extensive, and the staff is lovely, attending perfectly to the needs of each pup, being very affectionate with them and attentive to their behavior, food, schedules, walks, hygiene, and vaccination calendar. Plus, they threw her a party for her birthday!

Louie is always friends with everyone, but Lole has always struggled being around lots of dogs, and he goes to Covis HAPPY as can be. Plus, the groomer leaves them super clean and gorgeous, and being able to pick them up with all their vet care taken care of is an extra PLUS of service quality that you won't find anywhere else.
