CityDog Madrid – Hotel Canino Familiar

It is the best daycare in Chamberí, Ana and Erika care for the dogs as if they were their own. My dog goes happily, and since she's been going she is more sociable and cheerful. They also have a trainer.

No wonder it's 5 out of 5 stars, they are an absolute delight!... Right from when they answer the phone, friendly and empathetic, to how they treat the dogs and their owners! We traveled from Valencia to Viamed for a medical appointment and only needed two hours, just two hours on that very same day. Well, for those short two hours, they even sent us a video showing how our Podenco, Lula, was doing! And we were really surprised because we aren't used to that, haha. At the boarding facility in Valencia where Lula stayed for her surgery a month earlier, she was there for 10 days, and they charged us for those minutes of video. In other words, at City Dog it's not only free, but it was also spontaneous, full of affection, and completely unexpected! Irene, Erika, thank you so much! You radiate warmth and great work... no paradise with acres and acres of garden could ever be better than this wonderfully located and so necessary little spot... the way you treat animals and people, even for just a couple of hours... hugs and congratulations!

Milou loves meeting up with his little friends when he goes to Madrid.

I requested information about the daycare and hotel for dogs, and a lovely person, Irene, assisted me. She was incredibly professional, sweet, and provided all the information and even more than requested. Thank you very much

Ana and Erika are wonderful. My dog pulls to get in there to be with them.

Cool

Highly recommended! Today was the first time we left our 8-month-old pup, and we were pleasantly surprised. We were afraid to leave him at a daycare because of separation anxiety, but when they sent us videos and we saw how much fun he was having, we felt very reassured. The best part is also that you can work with peace of mind knowing he's in the very good hands of professionals.

A 10/10 place, my dog goes happily on the days I leave him with them! Highly recommended, completely trustworthy and lovely people. I will definitely keep taking him there!!

Super nice girls. They always take her to the park, which other doggy daycares don't do, and my dog is big and needs to run. Roma and I are very happy.

I'm super happy with the daycare, they are super affectionate and great professionals. My little dog goes in and comes out super happy. Totally recommended!!!😊

They treated my Inca super well! We will definitely be back! They sent me a video and he is super happy :)

A magnificent place to leave your dogs. It's all advantages. They take super good care of them and take them for walks. The furry ones come home tired... and that is much appreciated, especially if they are active dogs like puppies, or in my case, a dachshund. Highly recommended. A 10 out of 10.

My dog is very happy when he comes here! He has fun and socializes with other dogs, plus the staff is always very friendly and warm with the pups! Highly recommended and trustworthy!

I love this daycare, much better than the others in the neighborhood, my Malinois goes happily and always runs so they let her in! They are very affectionate with her, especially Marisa! I RECOMMEND IT 100%

I think it is a highly recommended place to leave our dogs. Mahou feels right at home because of how well they treat him. He leaves the house and heads straight for daycare. They send you a video every day showing how he is doing with the other dogs. They are true professionals. A thousand thanks for loving them so much.

Certainly your trusted daycare right in the heart of Chamberí. Both my little dog Kiara and I are extremely happy. Totally recommendable.

Marisa helped us so much with our dog. Everything was a 10 out of 10!

I left Zorito for the first time, and the guy loved being there. 100% recommended. Very kind professionals who took good care of my dog. Very happy with the daycare.

We start training tomorrow with JOTA, our Pug. We loved the first "initial contact" session. CAN'T WAIT TO GET STARTED!!

Wonderful treatment of the dogs; Marisa is lovely and a great professional. There are few dogs and they divide them by size, providing very good attention to both the dogs and the owners. Thank you, Marisa.

First time at a dog daycare and we are loving it. We have "Grillo," a very energetic Miniature Schnauzer, and ever since he started going to daycare he is much calmer at home, we are THRILLED. THANK YOU CITY DOG TEAM you guys are the best!!!

I know them from Tres Cantos and they are great professionals, we are delighted with them. How lucky that they have moved to the neighborhood 😀😀

Álvaro and Marisa are lovely, and Perla fell in love with them in the blink of an eye...😍😍

Trustworthy dog daycare. The staff there treat the dogs really well and send you videos so you can see how they're doing. My Lola is thrilled and has made a ton of furry friends. Highly recommended!!!

I'm amazed when I see how extremely happy my dog gets as we approach the daycare door. He even starts jumping, and we haven't even walked through the door yet! They give me tremendous peace of mind and send me videos of Draco so I can see how he's doing. The best dog daycare in Chamberí!

100% recommended! This dog daycare has very extensive hours, from 8:00 to 20:00. You can drop off your dog whenever you need to, and they have the best price in the area. The staff are super friendly and you can tell they are passionate about their work. Merlin is thrilled and goes there so happily!

I admit I was a bit scared to leave my dog at a dog daycare in Madrid. He's a very small Westie, and at other daycares, they put all the dogs together regardless of size. At City Dog Chamberí, they have a large space and separate the dogs by size. So now I'm very at ease leaving him, knowing he will only be with dogs his own size.

Machu was at City Dog's dog daycare the other day and we loved it. They sent me a video so I could see how he was doing 😍 and all the friends he had made. When picking him up, I asked if they had the "Alpha Spirit" brand; they didn't, but they told me they could order whatever I wanted without any problem. Totally top-notch! I also took the opportunity to buy a summer dewormer/parasite treatment that I had been looking for for a while. Honestly, super great because they really look out for the customer and help in every way they can, plus they are very nice.

The best dog grooming salon in downtown Madrid! I took my dog for a bath and he came out looking incredible. Plus, it was much cheaper than at other grooming salons in the neighborhood. So I'm thrilled.

I only have words of gratitude for City Dog Chamberí and their team. I adopted a puppy months ago and was desperate. I hired the dog training services in Madrid that they offer for behavior modification. It has been a total success! Milú no longer pees in the house and has stopped breaking things when I'm not around. Really, thank you so much. I was desperate!!

My little dog Susi is super fearful. I usually don't leave her anywhere because she has a terrible time. She doesn't usually approach people. I was told about this facility, they told me that professionals worked at City Dog Chamberí. And they are more than that! When I went to pick up Cali, she was sitting on Álvaro's lap! I had never seen my girl like that. As of today, City Dog has become my trusted center. 100% recommended!!!

Since the first day was free, I decided to leave my dog Peco to try out this dog daycare in Chamberí. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how well they treated my little one. In addition, they sent me a video via WhatsApp so I could see him while he was with them. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him.

I'm so happy I found this dog daycare in central Madrid! They have the best prices in the area, which is a relief because lately I was spending way too much money on daycare. Luke goes happily and when I pick him up, he's always in a great mood. They offer lots of services like dog training, grooming, boarding… Highly recommended!

The best daycare to leave my furry baby Ares, he leaves there thrilled. On top of that, it has helped us a lot with his separation anxiety issues with us, and now we can leave him at home without any problem. It has truly been a complete success, thank you for everything always.

My dog Rolo came out so happy from the City Dog canine center! I took him the other day for a doggy daycare trial and I loved it. When I went to pick him up, the center's veterinarian, Álvaro, had given him a completely free check-up and handed me a sheet noting down everything he had observed. Honestly, super happy with the care and service received.

I have two quite nervous dogs, Thor and Luna. Honestly, it's quite overwhelming to come home from work and find something destroyed. Thanks to Citydog Chamberí, my dogs come home pretty tired because, if there are no other dogs to play with at that moment, Álvaro and Marisa play with them themselves and tire them out. They usually arrive with very low energy and stay calm. Honestly, it has been my salvation.

If there is one thing that can be said about the City Dog center, it's: Convenience! It turns out they have a dog boarding facility in Tres Cantos, and you can drop your dog off at the Chamberí center; they take care of picking up and returning the dog to the same center for the day you get back. I'm delighted, I no longer need to take the car to drive my dog to the boarding facility. And the staff are really nice, which helps when making a decision. Thank you so much for everything!

The other day while walking my dog Coco, I discovered the Citydog Chamberí dog daycare. I went in to ask some questions and they treated me wonderfully. Álvaro explained a few things to me and Marisa was playing with my little one. In the end, he stayed with them for a little while and the experience was more than positive. When I went to pick Coco up, he was thrilled and happy. I will repeat without hesitation.

Very happy with the Citydog doggy daycare in Chamberí. My dog Cooper goes crazy when we are arriving and pulls on the leash to get in as soon as possible. The first day was free, and their prices are more affordable than others in the area. They sent me videos throughout the day so I could see how he played with other dogs. 100% recommended.
