100% recommended, lovely professionals who at all times seek the greatest well-being for your pet, very warm and attentive care. I left my Ratonero, who is very shy, for five days and they were attentive to him at all times, even changing his room so he would be more comfortable and happier. So we both had great moments and socialized.

We were delighted with the care our little dog, Catrina, received. From the very first moment they were very attentive and, above all, treated her with so much affection. Throughout her stay, they sent us videos so we could see her and have peace of mind, a gesture we truly appreciated. In addition, the facilities are spotless, very clean, and lovely. We couldn't be happier with the experience our puppy Lahna had at this kennel. The first time we went without an appointment and without knowing the place. They welcomed us with great kindness, showed us all the facilities, and patiently answered every single question we had. The facilities seemed excellent to us: very spacious, impeccably clean, with large areas to run around, shaded and sunny zones, and everything designed for the well-being of the dogs. They recommended bringing Lahna for a day first so she could get to know the place and adapt. It was a great idea because she gained confidence right away. You can really tell the love and respect with which they treat our furry friends. They even introduced her to several dogs of different ages and sizes before her stay to see how she interacted. Everything was done in a calm, supervised, and very professional manner. Lahna stayed from June 25th to 29th, and the experience was excellent. During those days they sent us photos and videos of her playing with other dogs, always under the supervision of the caretakers, which gave us immense peace of mind. Seeing her run, play in the huge park, and also enjoy the dog pool was wonderful. When we picked her up, we found her happy, relaxed, very well cared for, and it even felt like she had grown in those few days. She undoubtedly received so much love. It is very hard to leave a puppy for the first time, but thanks to them, we felt completely at ease. We recommend this boarding facility with total confidence and will definitely leave Lahna with them again whenever needed. Thank you so much for taking care of her as if she were family!

An unexpected trip came up and Cenla welcomed us with open arms! Cooper is a French bulldog and we were worried this terrible heat would take a toll on him, but at Cenla he enjoyed shade, grass, splashing around in the mini pools they have, and he made many new friends!! They sent us videos of his adventures and we want to thank you for all the love and care you gave to our little chunky boy🧡

I left him at Cenla because there was no room at his regular boarding facility. When you arrive at the facility you love it, the service is excellent, it's extremely clean, and your dog seems very content staying there. But the reality is that during the five days I left him there, they didn't send me a single video, I had to call to ask, I picked him up with his bed completely filthy because I don't think he ever went out, and at home he became defensive, baring his teeth and growling, even lunging to bite. I had to take him to his vet, where a behaviorist started treating him and medicating him for a while to redirect his behavior… I never found out what happened during those days… but come on… everyone can draw their own conclusions. I don't recommend it; drop by unannounced to look from the outside and see how many large dogs a day they actually take out to that lovely grassy area they have for them. Oh, and they told me he had eaten everything, yet the dog lost weight.

By far the best boarding kennel. My dog has stayed there about 3-4 times and will keep staying there whenever needed. The service couldn't be better, both with the owners and the pets you bring. Besides being caretakers, they are also dog trainers, which is another huge plus. The facility is amazingly clean and organized. They also have a huge separate field for when they let some dogs out together, because another big plus—actually, a massive plus—is that once they get to know your pet, if you want and they see it's appropriate, 4 to 6 dogs play off-leash together, and I personally love that for my dog. We are super happy, and as I said, I've checked out 2 other boarding places in the Foios-La Pobla de Vallbona area, and so far, none of them come close to this one in particular.

I loved both the boarding facility and the professionals who work there. I brought my Czechoslovakian Vlcak "Les" with some fear, as he is an escape artist and also out of concern that he might show reactivity towards them when feeding or taking him out for walks, since he has a rather special temperament. But the truth is they have fabulous kennels, the treatment was excellent, and the dog came out very happy when I picked him up. The staff are absolute stars. I will definitely be back without hesitation. Regards, see you soon.

Is it normal for dogs to escape and you don't even go out looking for them? Someone trusts you with their dog for a couple of days or however long, and the animal escapes—which I can even understand as an accident, but the dog didn't turn up until 8:00 PM after being gone since 8:00 AM, and you only gave notice at 10:00 AM... she was right behind the boarding facility. I guess since it was Sunday you felt more like eating paella than looking for an animal that escaped on your watch, but honestly, what unbelievable nerve and lack of shame.

I left my fur babies for a week. They welcomed them without any issues, even though I contacted them on very short notice. The place is a resort for dogs: very large areas for walks, "rooms" / kennels with plenty of space, airflow, and light. Everything was spotless. They fed them the food I brought (they are on a special diet) and supported the recovery of one of my dogs, who had just had spinal surgery. They sent me videos and photos of their stay, and to my surprise, they socialized my dogs, who, being small, used to pick fights with any dog that came near them... It was incredible! Highly recommended! Thank you so much!!!

I had a wonderful experience leaving my dogs under their care for 4 months. The entire team is extraordinary. They are truly passionate and dedicated in taking care of their guests. The premises is fantastic. Each dog has their own individual space which is quite spacious. Also, they offer a playground area where the dogs can have fun and socialize. Every time that I visited I was impressed how clean and organized it was. Regardless of what time you go, it’s always spotless clean. They offer a top quality dog food to their pets. My dogs enjoyed so much their food that I switched to the same product. They are frequently updating you and sending pictures. They are so attentive and are always carefully monitoring their guests that one time when one of my dogs had a minor health issue they informed me immediately and called the vet to check on her. It’s very noticeable how professional and caring the entire team is with the animals throughout the entire stay. I was really anxious in staying away from my dogs for such a long time and leaving them at a hotel. Suffice to say, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to host them. From now on, whenever I need to leave my dogs in a hotel, short or long stay, I will once again leave them under their care. Thank you so much to the entire team for taking great care of my babies! My senior dog was returned to me with a collapsed lung, and I had to rush her to emergency care even though their vet was less than five minutes away. I do not recommend leaving senior animals or pets with health issues with them. They do not have a veterinarian, and if I had picked her up a day later, she wouldn't have survived. Not to mention the fortune I spent to treat her lung problem.

They sent us photos of her and kept us updated on how she was doing (we have left her at other kennels and they had never done that for us), which really gives you peace of mind. The facilities are large and sooooo clean, the staff are lovely, and we asked for a bath on the last day so she would come home nice and clean—nothing bad to say at all... In summary, I now have Lola's forever boarding place; a 10/10 isn't enough, we are THRILLED.

The best place in Valencia or the surrounding areas to trust with our dog's care while we've been away. They are attentive to the animals, affectionate, and great professionals; the facilities are wonderful and well-maintained. They sent us some videos while she was there so we could see her, and she looked active and playful. A trustworthy place to return to without hesitation whenever needed. We went on a recommendation and now we definitely recommend it too. During high season, it is important to book in advance, especially if you prefer indoor accommodation (in my opinion, the best option, especially for breeds that struggle with the heat). Mind you, she must have barked her heart out with her new neighbors and friends because she came back hoarse and exhausted, just like coming home from summer camp :)

It is the first time we took our puppy there. On our first visit, which was unannounced, they showed us all the facilities; they were very clean and completely odorless in the middle of the July heat. Manuel, who assisted us, was very kind.

My boys have been there for four months and they are doing great, they send me videos and photos, they are doing wonderful, you can tell they are very happy. When they take me to visit them, I see they are doing very well and the staff seems wonderful. I recommend it to everyone who asks me about Cody and Atenea.

I haven't tried the dog boarding service, but I'm taking a dog training course there and the truth is that the staff is very kind and patient; they treat the dogs very well, understand them, and know what they are doing. If I ever had to board my dog, it would certainly be here.

A completely trustworthy dog boarding facility. We would leave our little pug/flat-faced dog (Pumba) there again in a heartbeat. The staff is super friendly and very affectionate with the animal. The facilities are very clean, and above all, they do not leave the animals alone at night. We liked it very much. Thank you, Melani and company.

Two years ago my dog stayed there, and we left very happy, which is why we repeated. On Friday, August 13th, I left my dog there in perfect condition; yesterday when I picked him up, August 24th, the dog was not in the same state I left him in. His eyes were full of yellow discharge because he caught an infection, and he had two scabbing wounds on his head and on his back. When we pointed it out to the girl, she said it was probably from the humidity, but she hadn't even noticed it herself. We had to treat them, remove the scabs, and apply an ointment so his skin and fur could regenerate. With this account, I want to convey the lack of attention they gave my dog by not even noticing, especially since he was there for 11 days; in fact, they were supposed to bathe him and forgot. I will never go back, I didn't like it at all, and the only thing I can say is that they conveyed mistrust and a lack of professionalism.

My dog went 3 days without eating or drinking because, according to them, "she is aggressive." She had separation anxiety and fear, which was reason enough for them to keep her in a room without letting her out.

Regarding the rehabilitation clinic, which is the service we used, we are very happy because our dog, who had a neurological problem, is walking again and living a normal life. The personal treatment throughout these months has been perfect, but the most important thing is seeing the care our dog has received, both on a human and professional level.
