I left my girl NAVI, a super active dog, for the first time for 10 days. When I picked her up she was happy to see me, but not as much as I expected—a clear sign that she had a great time. I was able to watch videos whenever I wanted, and she came back in great shape and very athletic. Eduardo and Laura are a 10/10, and if there are other staff members, they must be a 10 as well. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you guys, you knew I was anxious about it and I came back completely at ease. Big hugs.

Very happy with the care provided by Edu and the rest of his team. Whenever I drop Hulk off, he stays happy; he knows he'll be treated well. Clean and well-maintained facilities. They look after a lot of animals, but none of them lack for anything. Spacious kennels, separated into areas for large and small dogs. Without a doubt, I will trust them with the care of my dog again.

We have left our dog at this boarding kennel twice and we couldn't be happier. He is a fearful dog, but from the very beginning they knew how to handle him and earn his trust, which is essential for us. Every time we go to pick him up, we see him happy, calm, and enjoying himself, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. For us, it has become our go-to place, not only because of the care our dog receives, but also because of the wonderful team they have: approachable, professional, and very attentive. In addition, we were kept well informed about how our dog was doing at all times, which is greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, a completely recommendable place.

I have been taking my dog to Cencaval Aldaia for some time now and I couldn't be more satisfied. It is much more than a boarding kennel: it is a place where dogs are treated with affection, respect, and professionalism. From day one, the team gave me complete confidence. You can tell they are animal lovers and experts in canine behavior. The facilities are very well maintained, spacious, and safe. My dog always comes back happy and calm, which gives me tremendous peace of mind whenever I have to leave him at their daycare or boarding facility. In addition, the training service has made a huge difference in his behavior. They have worked with him using positive methods, helping us correct behaviors and improve our communication. I would also highlight how warm the staff is, their availability to answer any questions, and the individualized attention they provide to each dog. It is not an overcrowded place; every animal receives quality care. We left our nearly 9-month-old puppy for 1 week, honestly feeling a bit scared because it was our first time using a dog boarding facility. The treatment from the guy was wonderful, both beforehand by clearing up our questions and during our dog's stay, as I messaged him on WhatsApp to see how he was doing and he filled me in, and the next day he even sent me a video. When we went to pick him up, the treatment was great and super friendly. Our dog had an amazing time; he came out to greet us super happy, but then he kept looking for the door to go back inside and play with the others, so he definitely wasn't unhappy! It was a great choice and, of course, if we ever need it again, we would choose them without hesitation. Thanks to the whole team working there.

I've left Pepa with Eduardo many times now and, as always, she came back delighted and full of energy. You can tell she had a great time with the other dogs (even though she's usually not very sociable). They are out in the countryside and there are other animals to interact with. I think that was wonderful for my dog, and it's been like a vacation for her. Besides, when picking her up, you see how much attention she pays to Eduardo and how she completely ignores me, which is the best sign of what a great time she had.

TERRIBLE! I will never leave my dogs at this "hotel" again. For the first time, I went in to see the "facilities". More than 30 loose dogs of different sizes and breeds playing with 5 LOOSE HORSES THAT FOLLOW YOU. They lost my dogs' harnesses. Liquid poop and feces all over the facilities. I won't even comment on Alba's treatment. The first time, she didn't give me back my 10 euros change. Today, a complete lack of basic manners. The situation is totally reportable.

First of all, I want to thank Eduardo and Ana from the bottom of my heart for their care and affection toward my dog, Woody. I had never been separated from him and, naturally, I have to admit I was quite afraid of how he would be and felt bad about leaving him alone... But Eduardo and Ana sent us daily videos showing how he was doing, which gave me immense peace of mind. Seeing them give him the love and affection in my place meant the world to me!! On top of that, they took him out several times a day, played ball with him, fed him as many times a day as needed... The experience ended up being very rewarding. Plus, knowing that we are also helping the other rescue dogs at the shelter is comforting ❤️‍🩹 A thousand thanks, always!!

Well, I was very disappointed. I left my dog for 5 days and when I went to pick him up, they didn't even know his name; I had to describe him so they could identify him. When I picked him up, when I asked the girl who brought him to the door how everything had gone, she told me she didn't know anything, that she wasn't the one in charge of my dog... They didn't return the large bag of food I left either... And my dog was acting very strange when they gave him to me, tachycardic and seemingly disoriented... He was off for a week... Very disappointed... This had never happened to me at other boarding facilities... I also don't understand the good reviews that guided me when choosing this kennel; maybe I just had bad luck, but what's clear is that I am not leaving him here again.

He and his team are great professionals and true animal lovers, as shown by their facilities, which feature a wide variety of animals like horses, donkeys, etc. The great thing is that the animals have plenty of space to run around, and if there are no issues among them, he lets them out together to interact; they don't have a time limit for being outside. I don't know if someone who isn't able to answer WhatsApp messages in 4 days is the most suitable person to leave your pet with... I certainly won't risk it again. I left him there once for a weekend and they make you wait at the door... someone who doesn't show you their house is probably because they have something to hide, right?! By the way, the first thing the dog did upon coming out was pee and poop desperately, as if he hadn't been out for a day and a half.

Polite, treats the animals as if they were his own with a lot of love. My dog came out happy, he didn't want to leave. Without a doubt this boarding will be his from now on.

We left our poodle for doggy daycare and she came out very happy. Good facilities, common areas, and spacious kennels. My little dog stayed in the shade and kept cool, even though it was very hot outside. Thank you so much for your care and attention!!

It was the first time I've been separated from my dog, and I have to say it was very hard for me to be away from him for a few days, but the care was exceptional. They were very attentive to both my dog and me, keeping me informed about him at all times. So if I ever have to leave him again, I won't hesitate to leave him there, because they are super attentive to the animals 😍😍😍

Very good service, both with us and with our dog. Great professionals. Within a few minutes of being there, we knew our dog would be well taken care of. Throughout the week, they kept us updated on how she was doing and sent videos, which gave us peace of mind knowing she was getting along well with the other dogs and going out for runs. We will definitely use them again if we need to take her to a boarding kennel.

I find this facility SHAMEFUL. My mother-in-law's dog was there for a measly 6 days, 6 measly days after which, upon picking him up, we found him covered in wounds, with a rash all over his body, and with ticks!!! (Even though he was wearing a tick collar and had spot-on treatment applied, that shows just how infested the place must be with ticks and everything...) It disgusts me that the poor dog had to spend 6 days there.

Hello. I am very grateful for the care at this boarding facility. I left my two dogs, Rocko and Lino, for two weeks and they took super good care of them. I had tried another facility before but wasn't convinced, and with this one I have been completely delighted. Many thanks to Eduardo, the owner of the facility, for the way he treated us from day one. It has a lot of land for them. I will take them back on vacation.

Well, my sister and sister-in-law usually leave their dog there, and this last time they found her with several wounds and super skinny... I don't know if it's a coincidence... but they picked up the dog looking like that, and sad on top of it...

María ARVerified Google review Posted on 21 January 2020

We picked up our dog 5 kilos lighter, with five different wounds on her body: on her snout, above her eye, on two paws, and on her back. We noticed them when we bathed her, and when we asked, they replied that she had anxiety from being locked in the kennel. At home, she stays locked in her crate and is super calm. We believe they didn't take her out of the kennel during the entire month. Furthermore, the dog now acts as if she has no energy for anything; she doesn't play and spends all her time lying down. She has never been like this and is only a year and five months old. I do not recommend them. It didn't use to be like this, but now it's a disgrace to return our dog in this condition and without telling us anything. She smells like I don't even know what, even after bathing her. The poor thing must have had a terrible time there.

Don't leave any animal there. I've been calling the Cencaval number all morning and they don't answer. I have to pick up my dog, we agreed on a specific pickup time and nobody is there. Calling all morning and nobody picks up, we came to the place and nobody is there, what a piece of shit kennel. It was the first time I brought her and I'm never bringing her back.

The treatment of the animals in their care is magnificent. The dogs can go out to play and run several times a day, with plenty of space to do so. The owner of the boarding facility is there practically all day—morning, afternoon, and part of the night. In addition, there are two veterinary technician assistants available for any care each animal might need. On top of that, at a great price!
