CanJane | Residencia Canina

We have been there 4 times and honestly it's the best, very good service, perfect facilities, and above all the trust they inspire; my dog couldn't be in better hands.

Highly recommended!! Our dog was very well taken care of. You can ask for videos, find out how the stay is going, and the place is wonderful. A great stay and she came out of grooming looking gorgeous!! Thank you, Rosa. Pipa (Bernese mountain dog) will definitely be back.

Very attentive and professional. Our female dog was wonderfully cared for; they helped her with socialization while respecting her pace. We love it!!

We have been trusting Can Jané with our "furry ones" for a few years now. If we have to leave them for a few days, we don't hesitate for a second, we take them to Can Jané. The treatment they receive is exceptional, the facilities are a 10/10, 100% professionalism. If they detect any unusual behavior, no matter how small, they notify you without hesitation, which is much appreciated and an unmistakable sign that they are truly paying attention to our pets. Thank you so much for your professionalism and dedication!!!

If I were a dog, I would say: "It couldn't be better."

I have known Can Jané for almost 20 years. I travel frequently, and when I moved to Barcelona, I asked around for a place I could truly trust with my furry kids. Can Jané was highly recommended to me, and ever since, they have lovingly cared for all of them: Jackie, Rita, Lucas, Betty, and now Lily and Apolo. My dogs are a very important part of my life, so knowing they are safe and well cared for while I am away gives me invaluable peace of mind. Even when Betty, who had a congenital heart condition, needed her medication at precise times, I always felt completely reassured that she was in responsible and caring hands. After almost two decades, Can Jané remains the only place I truly trust to care for my furry family whenever I am away. The owners, Elisabet and Fede, have become very dear to me. Fede Junior and his team continue their wonderful work, together with Rosa Maria. They are all exceptionally warm, friendly and caring people whom I truly treasure. The facilities are exceptionally clean, well designed, organised and maintained. There are spacious outdoor areas where the dogs can run, and their individual accommodation includes both a covered indoor area and an open-air section. I also appreciate being able to request their dog-washing service, so my dogs come home fresh and clean when I collect them. Over the years, I have recommended Can Jané without hesitation whenever friends have asked me, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their furry family members will be cared for with genuine affection and professionalism.

As always, it brings great peace of mind to leave my little dog Kira at Can Jané. She stays calm, happy, and very well cared for. It's a real pleasure leaving her there! 🐶❤️

Our dog Coco has been staying at Can Jané since he was very little and we are thrilled. Seeing him happy every time he goes gives us the greatest peace of mind! We know he is well cared for, in good hands, and feels right at home. I don't know what we would do without this pet resort! Without a doubt, a completely trustworthy place that we recommend 100%. ❤️🐾

We have been taking Bimba there for years, and they have always cared for her with great affection and high professionalism. On this occasion she had to follow a medical treatment, which they followed to perfection, and they kept us informed at all times whenever we asked about her.

We are very happy and so is Nusko! 😄 Thank you!

It was the first time we left our dog Bobby, and we had peace of mind seeing that he was in good hands.

Another year, our trust is at 100%. As soon as our furry friend gets out of the car, he's already pulling us to go inside.

I left my Chihuahua dog for 9 days and the experience was excellent. From the very first moment, I felt very reassured and well looked after. Throughout her entire stay, they kept sending me photos and videos via WhatsApp, keeping me updated at all times, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind during my trip. The caretakers were lovely, very attentive, and professional. You can really tell they love animals and take great care of them. When we went to pick her up, we found her happy and well-cared for. Without a doubt, I will trust Can Jané again whenever I need to. Thank you so much for everything!

Excellent care of our dog always. Very trustworthy. The dog always comes back happy. Highly recommended place to leave your dog for a few days.

We left our dogs at Can Jané for a month, trusting everything they had told us about their care, feeding, and monitoring. Our experience was SO truly disappointing and deeply concerning that we decided to take them out after just one week. They assured us we would receive photos of our dogs every day and that they would inform us of any behavioral changes, issues, or shifts in their physical condition. We received absolutely nothing. No daily photos, no updates, no follow-up whatsoever. They also told us about the supposed "aquapark," which sounded appealing and was part of what was explained to us before booking the stay. We later discovered that this area is no longer part of the boarding facility's grounds, which we consider very misleading. But the most worrying issue was the condition of our dogs. One of them had leishmaniasis, something we did not yet know when we dropped him off. That is precisely why it seems especially serious to us that, given the supposed monitoring and proper care, no one notified us of any behavior, symptom, or physical change that might indicate something was wrong. Additionally, when we picked up our dogs, each of them had lost around 3 kg during that single week. We had left clear, detailed feeding instructions and were assured they would be followed. Faced with such significant weight loss in just one week, we cannot help but wonder if they actually received the amount of food we specified. When you board your pets, you are placing something as vital as their well-being and safety into the hands of other people whom you are paying. For that reason, we expect, at the very least, responsibility, communication, transparency, and care that matches what is offered and promised. In our case, we feel the reality fell far short of what they sold us before leaving our dogs there. One star only because we cannot rate it any lower. We will not be returning, and based on our experience, we do not recommend this facility.

My baby couldn't be happier

I have just read the review by someone named "Giricoach" and I find it completely defamatory. I have been bringing my various German Shepherds to this Can Jané boarding facility since 2009. Ever since, I have received great treatment from all the staff. The dog facilities are clean, very proper, without bad odors, and give the impression of being brand new because of how well-maintained they are. The same goes for the well-kept gardens, which are a pleasure to see when you enter. I have never seen a single rat on the premises, even though they are located in the middle of the countryside. Defamation causes a lot of harm, besides being a crime. Reviews that do not tell the truth should be prosecuted. Thank you, "Can Jané", for raising the standard of dog boarding kennels. There are very few as professional as yours, with such excellent facilities.

I left my dog at this boarding facility for 5 days and, honestly, my experience was not good, especially considering it was the first time I had ever boarded him and I chose them specifically guided by reviews mentioning their "professionalism". To start, we booked via email so everything would be clearly documented in writing, specifying that we needed two separate kennels for two poodles. Even so, upon arrival they gave us dirty looks, as if the mistake were ours, even though it was perfectly detailed in the booking. They eventually resolved it, but the initial impression was quite uncomfortable and unprofessional. Another major issue was communication. They gave us a contact number to ask how the dogs were doing during their stay, which was crucial for me since it was my first time boarding him and I was quite worried. However, replies took over 24 hours and were extremely curt. We also repeatedly requested a video, as this is a service they advertise themselves. Throughout the entire stay we received nothing, and the most surprising part was that the video arrived just as we were already on our way to pick him up. Honestly, by that point it is completely useless. During all those days I was worried, when peace of mind is precisely what you are looking for. Their explanation was that they usually send that type of content for week-long stays, and that they had many dogs. I understand that, but then do not offer that service. If you advertise it, the bare minimum is to deliver on it, especially when the client is asking for it. Finally, and most concerning of all, upon getting home he developed digestive issues, including bloody stools, which have led to what seems to be colitis. I cannot say 100% for sure what happened there, but the experience certainly did not convey the sense of security one expects. I understand that animal welfare is the top priority, but in my case, I felt neither the professionalism nor the peace of mind I was looking for. Personally, I would not return.

My experience was very disappointing and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this boarding facility. During her stay, despite offering a pet update and monitoring service, communication was poor. On several occasions, I had to insist on finding out how my dog was doing, as replies took a long time to arrive and were very minimal. The worst part happened on the day of pickup. Right as we left the facility, she had a bowel movement with blood right in front of the staff. They assured me that she had been completely fine throughout the stay and that they hadn't observed any episodes of diarrhea or any other issues. When we got home, the situation worsened and I had to take her to the emergency vet, where she was diagnosed with colitis. According to the veterinary report, her colon was completely empty and, based on the progression of her symptoms, it was likely she had had diarrhea for a few days. I brought all of her own food for the stay. Later, they assured me they hadn't given her anything else, not even treats, because they never give them. However, on the day of pickup, I saw them giving her a treat, which made me doubt the information I was given. The most disappointing part was their subsequent attitude: after I sent them the veterinary report, they simply said they hadn't seen anything there and didn't know what had happened, showing no interest or concern for what occurred. I cannot claim what caused the colitis, but I can evaluate how the situation was handled. After this experience, I will not leave my dog here again.

Wonderful dog boarding kennel. Looks very nice, great kennels. Everything is well arranged, they could learn a thing or two from this in the Netherlands... Our dog returned happy.

We have recently started bringing our puppies here, and it gives us great peace of mind to leave them. We know they are in good hands; they walk in happy and we pick them up thrilled! The facilities, the visible orderliness, and the human touch are all very good!

Families, BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Nothing is like they explain it to you at this "resort" !!!!!!!!! Your dogs only go out to the yard for 10 minutes a day, if that... they only eat once a day, the toys and treats you bring for your dogs, they keep them there and pretend they gave them to them, they are never where you left them, because afterwards they move them to cages you would never leave your dog in if you saw them... besides, there are rats everywhere, be very careful!!

Great as always. Fede and his team are fantastic. Clipper always goes there excited and comes back happy.

I left my two little dogs at RESORT CANINO CAN JANE for three days and it was great, we were delighted. They sent me a video and they were so happy. What's more, one of my dogs is very skittish and anxious, and when I saw the video the next day with his tail up, I already knew he was comfortable. The staff working there are super nice, you can tell they love their job. And one last note I'd like to make: when we were leaving, my dogs wanted to go back inside at the door 🤩🥰. We will repeat without hesitation.

The first time I left my pet at a dog boarding facility. The experience was exceptional. He came out very happy, they took great care of him. I am very grateful to the whole team

It's the perfect place to spend fun hours with our furry friends. The atmosphere is pleasant, with friendly and very polite staff. The food is exceptional, as you can enjoy delicious vegan burgers. We enjoyed the pool SO MUCH watching our little one swimming, playing, and jumping into the water. We ALWAYS recommend you to our friends, and thank you for accommodating and thinking of our furry families. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Exquisite service and attention. Sally and Lucy are thrilled!!

We left Neu for 5 nights for the first time, everything went very well, the staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

They are kind and professional. I bring Loki, a French Bulldog. And you can tell they know about breeds and their habits. They are attentive to detail.

The professionalism of the owners, their affection for the pets, the IMPECCABLE facilities; my puppy feels like she's going to her second home and is treated like a queen!! We couldn't be happier to have found this place. THANK YOU!!!

Excellent place to leave your pet, we take our Golden Retriever 3 or 4 times a year and it's spectacular!

The entire process, dog drop-off and pick-up, went smoothly; efficient and kind people, thank you.

The facilities are fantastic, surrounded by nature and with spaces for the furry ones to run safely. And best of all, the caregivers: professional, very loving with the animals, and with a patience worth highlighting :)

Everything was perfect, 100% recommended

It is the first time we have left our little dog at daycare, but it won't be the last. Very good treatment from the staff

I left Eros for a few days now for Christmas and to be honest I'm delighted, they treated him super well. Thank you very much.

We always leave our female dog (Shar-Pei) here and we couldn't be happier. She always comes out happy and full of energy. Both the caregiver and the reception staff give us details about how the days went, which conveys professionalism and a family atmosphere to us.

Very kind and highly responsible people, you can tell they love animals

The best, as always.

We just picked up our fur babies from Can Jané. Once again, we trusted them, and we couldn't be happier. Friendly and close attention, very attentive at all times, unbeatable facilities. We are happy and our pets even more so; you just had to see how they said goodbye to their caretakers to know how well they were cared for. For us, without a doubt, the best dog boarding facility.

They don't take older dogs (healthy ones) by order of their vet?! Anyway....

Most of the reviews for this dog boarding facility refer to the water park, which is no longer part of the hotel, and not to the boarding service itself. That being said, this place did not inspire any trust in me personally; my dog came out smelling very strong, as if the kennel where he sleeps and spends most of the day had been soiled with urine. In fact, I brought him a blanket and had to throw it away because of the foul smell coming from it. This makes me doubt whether the dog was taken out for the agreed hours, since they only send you 4 photos of the dog in the yard, alone, with no other dogs around. My dog never relieves himself where he sleeps or eats, unless he has been locked up for too many hours. My feeling is that the dog was sad in there, perhaps because he didn't socialize enough or spent too many hours locked away. Furthermore, I know my dog, and I can tell he suffered from stress: I picked him up thinner, with worn-down nails, red paw pads (I don't understand the latter, but I can imagine), and a sore on his mouth. It seems they only limit themselves to feeding them, letting them out into the common yard for a short while, and keeping them locked up unsupervised for the rest of the day and night. The best option if you have to board your dog somewhere is to make sure he socializes enough, goes on walks, exercises, and does his business when he needs to, trying to minimize the hours he is locked in a cage—which they now call a 'kennel with a terrace.' The facilities are spectacular, yes, but they are not at the disposal of the boarded dogs, only the estate owners.

It is a fantastic place to leave dogs, we have been leaving our dog Nela here for 4 years now and we are delighted with the place, the way they treat the animals, and the great service from the staff.

Great, we always leave our dog there and he goes in very happy because they treat the animals wonderfully.

The schedule for the WATER PARK IS AT 11:00 AM. We brought a dog turning 15 today who is very difficult to move, and we had to wait until 11:00 AM. THEY SHOULD STATE THE HOURS MORE CLEARLY.

This is the second time Luna has stayed and, honestly, it went very well.

Good service and a very comfortable welcome.

Whenever we have a commitment or a trip, I always bring Kuki here. She's happy when she goes in, happy when she comes out. They provide great service, the facilities are always clean, even though they constantly have dogs they are caring for. Highly recommended.

A lot of attention towards the dogs.

We left our dog (Golden Retriever) for one night. I didn't speak the language, but I was welcomed very warmly. My dog really enjoyed his short stay.

Truly incredible! As is normal, we had our doubts and, of course, wondered: will he/she be okay?! Unique facilities, a dedication from all the staff, without exception, that is a 10 out of 10, and when picking up your pet, you notice and can confirm that they have been very well cared for, and most importantly, your pet comes out happy and cheerful. A unique experience and we will definitely repeat, since family or social commitments don't always allow us to bring our pet along with the rest of the family. Thank you Can Jané, it has been a pleasure and a great find getting to know you, you are incredible!!! 👏👏👌

I'm not giving 0 stars only because I can't. I called to board my little dog; she is old and very calm, with osteoarthritis—honestly, a cushion is more active than her—but she is a restricted/potentially dangerous breed (PPP). When I told them the breed, the person went 'pfffff.' Like, 'pfffff'???? Excuse me? I don't know about other dogs, but I won't even try. I was hopeful because this place was recommended to me. If you are looking for a place for your dogs, I recommend the app (GUDOG), which finds private individuals who take care of them at home as if they were their own owners, AND CHEAPER! These overcrowded places only care about money, they don't care for them!!! Update: well, your receptionist is not very good at sales with their choice of words. I am so sorry, but no way in hell would I leave a family member there after hearing that!

Highly recommended, spectacular facilities and the caretakers are very kind, you can really tell how passionate they are about animals! Without a doubt one of the best boarding places my little dog Tokio has ever visited 💕

We left Max for 18 days at Can Jané Dog Boarding. We are very, very happy with how well they took care of Max; he was glad and happy...... Great professionals and a spectacular place. They were on the news today on La 1 .... Can Jané and my dog Max..... it thrilled us so much. Thank you Frédéric Cano....

A 10/10

I have 2 little dogs, but when I had my first one, Tana, she was already going to the boarding facility at 8 months old and would leave thrilled. In fact, she didn't want to leave. Then came Noa, and both of them feel right at home. Whenever I take them, they rush in super excited; we're always happy with them. I recommend it, they are professionals.

The best place to enjoy some time with water and your dog in the Vallès

Incredible pools to spend the summer with your doggies! We've been there several times this summer; our little dog has a blast swimming there and playing with other dogs. The people who go are great. The restaurant doesn't offer a very extensive menu, but it's perfect for a summer meal. Can't wait for you to reopen so we can spend the hot days there!!!

Total disappointment. It was the first time I left my dogs and I chose this place because of the reviews. When I went to pick them up, they were disgusting, they smelled terrible, their beds had to be thrown straight in the trash because they were completely soaked, and one of my dogs had lost his voice.

Good place to leave your companion, in case of need

First time we left Eko at the boarding facility. He was treated like a king

I have 2 little dogs who are like my children. I have never been apart from them. We went on vacation and I couldn't take them with me, and no one could watch them either. I was told about Can Jané and we left them there for 10 days. When I dropped them off, I left crying because I was so sad. Today we picked them up and they barely paid any attention to me. They wanted to go out to the park to play. They didn't even want to get in the car! They were so happy! I couldn't be more grateful and thrilled! A thousand thanks!

Good place to take dogs, although a bit expensive

We have left our little dog Bella with them several times. It is a good, quiet place with all the amenities and care that a dog needs. Recommended.

Spectacular, the grounds are fantastic and the owner is very kind and professional.

I've been leaving my Belgian Shepherd here for two weeks and the attention, care, and work have been exceptional. I recommend it 100%.

We left our dog for 12 days for a trip to the United States and, even though the facility looks nice, we were not happy. When we went to pick him up, his eyes were infected and full of pus, clearly from many days prior. I don't understand why they didn't tell us anything or offer us a vet visit at an extra charge. We also found his sleeping blanket wet and hanging on the door...

Teddy enjoyed the pleasant company of Resort Can Jané and his companions for 2 weeks! Playing non-stop, he arrived home exhausted. Delighted with the service. We will definitely be back, see you soon!🥰

Very good service, very professional, a spectacular space and the facilities are very well maintained.

I can only thank Eli and Fede for how they treat our little furry ones. Last Monday, our little dog Noa passed away. She spent 14 summers at Can Jane, her second home. Fede has a gift with animals and Eli is a sweetheart. Don't hesitate to take your fur babies to them. Now their daughter is also there; I haven't been able to meet her in person, but knowing where she comes from, I have no doubt she's an incredible person. I can only give them 5 stars, what a pity. Thank you Fede and Eli. Noa was very happy with you. You were her 2nd family. Eternally grateful. A very big hug.

They are magnificent, you leave your pet with complete peace of mind. They take super good care of the pets

We always leave our 4-legged daughters at the Resort! The facilities are beautiful and they love staying there. Highly recommend!!

A nice pool time for the doggies

Nice place to leave Snoopy, good customer service, they have pools nearby so he can enjoy a good swim

Well, very bad service. We just brought my dog Laika after having a phone conversation days earlier with Elisabet to board Laika for the first half of August. She told me that there were spots left and asked if we wanted to make the reservation over the phone; I told her I preferred to visit the facilities and meet them first. We agreed to go on Sunday, and to our surprise, after driving 30 kilometers to see them and arriving there, a man came out and the first thing he asked was my dog's age (she is 14 years old), and told us he wouldn't take her because his vet recommends not boarding dogs over 12 years old. At no point was this mentioned to me on the phone, and even worse, it is not specified anywhere on their website. Mind-blowing, really! And this was after being recommended by the Fontfreda kennel, where they never once asked me for my dog's age. You are completely unprofessional. By the way, I'm giving a star only because Google won't let me post without one, but you don't even deserve that.

We looked at several options because it was the first time leaving our 8-month-old pup Thais for 12 days. Without a doubt the best choice; when we picked her up she was very happy and very clean. You can tell they have experience and a passion for animals. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you very much to the team🥰

Really bad customer service, right from the initial contact via Instagram it made me decide not to leave my dog at this place. If you are like this with your clients, I can't even imagine how you are with the animals.

Thank you very much for taking care of Lola during these 4 days. It is obvious that you have experience with dogs; my dog isn't easy, but you made her feel very comfortable and happy during her stay. When we went to pick her up, she came out very happy, and I even find her more sociable than when I left her. Without a doubt, a 5-star place for our furry friends.

The best pet hotel I know, they have everything: rooms with heating and air conditioning, their own private garden area, a pool, total luxury, maximum trust.

Incredible place

We leave Wanda, our two-year-old Bobtail, whenever we have to travel and she can't come with us. It's fantastic to see how happy she gets as soon as she arrives and how happy she is during her stay at the hotel. She is truly enjoying a vacation. It gives us immense peace of mind to leave her in good hands and with the certainty that she will interact with other dogs, which is very important for socialization. Thank you to the whole team for their professionalism, affection, and the care they provide to our pets.

Our two dogs stayed at this hotel for a weekend. When we went to view the facilities before leaving them, they told us they would send photos and videos to show us how they were doing, but those photos never arrived. We called at 8:00 AM after leaving them, as they had never spent the night away from home alone before; the man who answered was very rude, questioning our call and simply answering with a dry "fine." When we went to pick them up, both dogs came out of their room with their tails between their legs and acting very cautious, even though one of them is a 2-year-old dog who is always enthusiastic about everything… They sold us an idea of the hotel and it turned out to be completely different, I do not recommend it… After seeing everything that happened, we had two more bookings and decided to cancel them. The man who assisted us was very detached and highly unprofessional…

Magnificent. Very professional. Splendid place and the best care for the dogs.

The best of the best to leave our furry friends..!! Good facilities and super friendly and professional staff

Great treatment, good attention, and a lot of patience since it was the first time we left Otto there. They were very understanding of our concerns at all times and gave us 10/10 service. I will repeat as many times as necessary.

This is the third time we've left my mother's dog there because he's a bit too big to take on a plane. He manages well for two weeks, even though he is very cuddly and a homebody, and misses his human family a lot. But I can recommend this place 100%.

Great place to leave your pets while traveling.

We had our 9-month-old dog stay at Can Jané for a few days. Fantastic. I missed him very much, but I think he was very happy.

Excellent facilities and even better treatment. Without a doubt, I will leave Lyla and Kawa there again whenever I need to.

They are very good people

Spectacular... Unbeatable treatment. I adore it.

Excellent experience. Very kind and reliable. We left our dog for 5 days and she came back very happy and de-stressed regarding noises. We will definitely come back.

Our dog is delighted, the treatment is very good, and the facilities are in perfect condition. Extremely professional.

Spectacular, the facilities and the care given to the animals are unbeatable.

Spectacular, the dogs have a blast

First-class hotel for our furry friends; they will be very well cared for and in a great environment. We have been coming for many years and three of our pets have already stayed at this boarding facility, always a top-notch experience.

Z

The best place for furry friends, family-like treatment and everything is super clean. I went on a recommendation and I recommend it 100%; if you are looking for quality for your pets, this is the ideal place.

Excellent

I've been taking my dog there for years; ever since I tried it, I never changed again.

Fantastic !!!

Water park for dogs. Closed on Mondays.

Wonderful. Very well organized so that dogs and their humans can be happy in freedom.

I always take my dog Kira there. They are very kind, and the property is 100% well-maintained. The dogs stay in rooms with private patios just for them, and they take them out for walks... they have plenty of space. Highly recommended. I have left my dog there more than 4 times.

Excellent.

Fantastic facilities, although it is not cheap.

I went to celebrate my granddaughter's baptism. The food was very good and the staff was very attentive

Well that's what it is, a hotel for our pets: spacious, well-kept, great professionals, and super attentive.

Last May, I left the little ones of the house there for 17 days... They looked happy and from minute zero were in a very warm atmosphere. We were able to leave them together since they are inseparable and it was great!!! Upon pick-up, they looked very happy and well cared for. Without a doubt, we will repeat and recommend you!!!

We left our dog for 3 days and, besides the fact that he wanted to run away from there as soon as he saw us, he jumped into the car desperate. He smelled dirty, as if he had relieved himself in his own sleeping area. I don't think they even took him out of there.

A luxury hotel for dogs. It's so nice that I wouldn't mind staying there myself! Individual rooms with access to a small patio, with air conditioning and background radio. My dog was very well taken care of. We will definitely repeat!

If they have the same interest in working at the resort as they do answering the phone, haha….

Everything seems fine, the hotel is very nice, but we don't see what goes on behind the scenes. When you pick up your dog they bring him out to you, they don't let you see the condition of his room. My dog came back covered in feces, as was his bed, and he was very nervous.

A 5-star hotel for dogs 25 minutes from Barcelona. Very cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. Choco stayed for a week and had an amazing time. It was a bit hard for him to come back home..😂

Well, let's see how I can explain this experience: we went to pick him up the other day, and when we arrived we asked how it went, and he told us good, that the dog was a bit shy at first but then played. My dog has never been shy, he is the most social thing in the world; what's more, I'm sure that if I look away, he'd go with the first person who pets him. And here comes the first long shot: he says that, of course, dogs don't behave the same with their owners as without them... okay, I won't say anything, he is the expert. Second: we asked how the bath went, and he told us perfect, that he lets himself be handled without any issues... I don't know which dog he bathed, but mine does not let himself be handled; that is, you cannot hold him in the same position for very long because he gets overwhelmed and wants to get away. Third: he tells me that just today the dog tore up the bed we brought for him to sleep on, that on the other days he didn't even touch it, but today, the last day, he did rip it. What a coincidence. I brought that bed knowing he would rip it on the first day, because every time we take that bed out he starts playing with it and tearing it apart, so I brought it so that if he felt lonely he could at least destroy the bed; but it turns out the dog didn't tear it up, only on the last day when we came to pick him up. Could it be that the rest of the days he didn't have the bed in his room? (I call it a room, but it's a high-ceiling cage). Fourth: when we reached the cage, as soon as my dog saw the man who had taken care of him, he quickly tried to run away with his head down, ears back, and tail between his legs. I had never seen him like that. He had to use a cheerful voice and baby-talk to get the dog to come out of the cage, and that was with both my partner and me there; and the way he greeted us wasn't his usual way like when we arrive home, it was a strange greeting, not like my dog. Fifth: as soon as we put the collar on him, the dog started pulling as if trying to get out of there; he quickly left the hallway, crossed the yard pulling hard, and as soon as he saw the car he jumped right in—and it's not like he recognized the car, since I don't own one, I rent and it's different every time, so the dog simply wanted to get out of there more than stay. Sixth: when he started pulling, the dog started coughing, but it wasn't a choking cough from pulling on the leash, even though the man insisted on saying, 'wow, he's choking because he's pulling so hard'; it was a different cough. And what happened minutes after putting the dog in the car? He started coughing up green mucus, and after a while coughing and gagging, so we had to go to the vet. And guess what... the dog was sick with an illness called 'kennel cough.' Wow! The dog goes in healthy and they return him sick. On top of that, over €50 for the consultation, vaccine, and medications. Seven: a few weeks before taking the dog to the 'hotel', we went to the vet to check a few things, and the first thing they do is weigh him; back then he weighed 32.5 kg. He is a growing puppy and gains weight every few weeks. Remember point six where I had to take the dog to the vet? The first thing they did was weigh the dog, and how much did he weigh? 30 kg! He lost 2.5 kg in 4 days! And we brought his required food, his 480 g per day. What happened here? Did he exercise so much that he managed to burn off 2.5 kg? Someone will tell me: 'it's separation anxiety.' I don't believe a dog loses more than two kilos just from separation anxiety. Eight: walks and playtime... after all this, I don't believe a thing. Best-case scenario, I imagine he went out for two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon, and the other 20 hours he was locked in a 2x2 space (with access to another 2x2 space, sure). I hope that wasn't the case, that he was free all day and only locked up to eat or sleep, but here I'm just speculating because I have no proof. Just like with everything else, I have no proof, just gut feelings and in the end it's his word against mine, but honestly, I do not recommend this 'Hotel' for anything in the world. Besides, when I went to drop off and pick up the dog, it was always the same single person; I hope and wish that at least there was someone else to look after the dogs, and among them a vet just in case, because after all, the hotel isn't free.

Our Copito spent a weekend there as a trial... And the truth is we left him with complete peace of mind, because they looked very professional and the facilities were very clean. When we picked him up, he was super happy and there was no change in his temperament, so we deduced that he was well cared for, which was what worried us... We already have a date booked to go back! I recommend it!!

Great facilities, very clean, and very friendly, professional service. Our dogs were well cared for and we were completely at ease! We will be back! We recommend it 100%.

Excellent in everything... I can't say more

Great for dogs!

It is the only place where I have peace of mind leaving my dog when I have to be away. He is not a sociable dog, so there I make sure he is calm and that there are no incidents with other dogs. Plus, he goes and comes back delighted, which is a sign that he is comfortable and happy.

Very good service. Very good facilities. We will be back.

My Border Collie is always very happy staying there... All the staff are very kind and attentive. I recommend it.

The best dog hotel. We tried many until we found Can Jané. The truth is that it is by far one of the best... we travel with complete peace of mind, knowing that our dog will be well cared for, very professional and affectionate. I recommend it 100%.

Spectacular for our dogs, very well-equipped and excellent service.

An amazing place to leave your pets. Don't even hesitate. More than 12 years leaving our family pets here. Exquisite treatment, and with a pool for both pets and owners.

Water park for dogs. Perfect idea to spend time as a family. Well organized.

Excellent service

A perfect dog hotel

Excellent!!!

It's already the second time we've left our dogs here and we are very happy! The attention and dedication are unbeatable. Very clean facilities. Value for money is perfect. They helped our little one, who is shyer, go out into the yard; we truly appreciate this gesture! Thank you so much!

We are very grateful for how happy Leo and Aritz have been.

Very good boarding facility, everything is super clean.

Great willingness and attitude from the caretakers. Top-notch (10/10) care for our dog. We would definitely come back.

A very good place to leave dogs for a few days. Good facilities and very friendly. Highly recommended.

A five-star hotel for dogs at a very reasonable price.

A luxury place for dogs at a very good price

This is the second time Janpi has stayed and we couldn't be more grateful!! Shortly he will be staying for a few more days and I know we can leave with peace of mind because he will be fine. Thank you so much!!!!

Among the best, although a bit expensive, they should offer passes or packages

An idyllic place, perfect facilities for our furry friends.👌👌👌👌👌

Les rajoles de la piscina per a gossos grans no estaven en molt bon estat...tenint en compte que no pots entrar menjar ni begudes, preu excesiu, twnint en compte el preu de l' entrada
