The team is very nice and approachable, the dogs are well cared for and have their own play area, what we like most is that they take into account each dog's needs and there are no problems at all! Great if you have a PPP (potentially dangerous dog) because it's really hard to find a place for them, we are delighted!

We are delighted with Can Ninos; whenever we travel, Eros stays with them. If you are looking for a safe place to leave your pet, don't hesitate, at Can Ninos they will be super well cared for. The first time, we were a bit worried because we didn't know how Eros would do, but today I can say that he has stayed with them many times already, and many more to come. They are great people and we only have words of gratitude for how they treat us, but above all, for how they treat Eros.

Dog and cat boarding facility; I went to visit the boarding cattery to consider bringing my cat. The staff treated me very kindly and showed me the cat area. They are individual cage-style enclosures for each cat, which, in my opinion—given how active my cat is—are a bit small; I think my cat would get very overwhelmed in such a confined space. However, we saw that they let them out into the long hallway the cages face so they can move around; they take turns, and if a cat is alone, they let it roam the hallway the entire time. In the winter, they insulate the cages, but they remain partially open. The area is very quiet. You can tell they are very loving with the animals. I recommend going to see it yourself and assessing whether it is the right boarding facility for your cat.

Hello, I am the owner of Ragnar, an English Bulldog. I am super happy with Can Niños. It was the first time I had ever left him at a boarding facility and I had a terrible time; I had so many fears: would he be well cared for? Would he eat? Would he be happy? Those were some of my doubts. At all times, the owner gave me a lot of reassurance and peace of mind, showing me that she is someone who truly cares about animals and takes care of them as if they were her own. From the very beginning, she kept me informed about my English bulldog's status; whenever I had a question, she answered immediately and eased my anxiety about not being with him. I am very happy to have found them, it is a great kennel and they care for them like their own. And now, every time I need to, I leave him there without any fear because I know I will hear about him at all times and they will answer any questions I have; I know he will be well cared for, loved, and happy. Since I found them, I only want to leave him with them. They are wonderful caretakers, they send videos of your dog every day, and you can rest assured that he is well looked after. Ever since, I leave him there because I know he will be fine. Thanks to the owners of the facility, you can tell this is their true calling, and nowadays it's hard to find people who understand that owners worry when they don't hear about their pet, who is just another member of the family. They take care of them as their own and give you peace of mind. I am very glad to have met you.

It's not easy to find a dog boarding facility you can trust. Can Ninos stands out for several reasons: their professionalism as trainers too, and a crucial detail: their home is right on the property just a few meters from the dogs and cats in their care, meaning the pets are looked after 24 hours a day, which is quite rare for this type of facility. I had a horrible experience at this dog boarding facility. I took my dog there, and the man who transports them from your home to the facility is the most despotic, unpleasant, and rude person I have ever encountered. The dog came back terrified, trembling, and with a small wound on his snout. As if that weren't enough, we brought him with a leash that they never returned. Never come here if you want your dogs to be well cared for. I am giving it one star because I cannot give zero.

I was kept informed about everything they did, and the truth is they interact with them so much—it's as if they were family. When I went to pick him up, he was as happy as could be when they brought him out; you can just tell by a dog's behavior when they've been treated well. Now it's completely clear to me that whenever I need it, without a second thought, this will be my go-to place because my puppy was super happy. 1,000 thanks for all the love and care you give him! Unbeatable treatment for both owners and pets ♥️🥰 Our dog is insecure and not sociable with some dogs, but they quickly won her over and knew which types of animals she could go out to the yard with and see her play with them! Taking Noa to Can Ninos is always the best option. We've been bringing her whenever we need to for over a year now, and she's always very happy to go. It has been about 8 times between long vacations or long weekends, and she always comes away thrilled. As for the caregivers, we only have good things to say. Silvia and her husband are lovely.

Silvia and her team convey the peace of mind that Neula will be in the best hands, and that is priceless. All that is left for me to do is thank you for your dedication to our family member. This is already the 3rd time I've left my little ones with them and everything has always been great; the dogs leave and come back happy, and my cat, despite being distrustful, is already growing fond of them. They have a pick-up and drop-off service for people who don't have a car to take them there, as is my case, and I know that when they go with them I can enjoy my days away without worrying. If you ask about them, they tell you how they're doing and send you videos so you can see what a great time they're having there, especially the dogs, who spend the whole time playing with other little dogs staying there. Thank you for your care and see you soon; Spot, Luna, and Piña send you little kisses 🐶🐶🐱

I've been taking Milo, a 3-year-old American Staffordshire, whenever I need to since he was a year and a half old, as I can't leave him with any family members due to his specific traits. From the very first time I left him with Silvia and Dídac, their treatment was wonderful, both with him and with me. They always explain the behaviors they observe during his stay and how to work on them outside the boarding facility so that nothing gets out of hand. I am delighted with them, and whenever I need to, I leave my pet with them feeling 100% sure that he will be well cared for and looked after. Thank you so much for everything, as always!

Deplorable service We went to see the facilities because we were thinking of boarding our pet for the first time; whenever we've gone away for a few days before, he has stayed happily with friends and family who also have pets. We arrived at the premises, and as soon as we got out of the car, there was nonstop dog barking. The most despotic, arrogant, and haughty person I have ever met came out to greet us. First impressions matter, even more so when you are about to leave the being you love most in their hands. My dog is very nervous at first and then gains confidence later. He was barking along with the pack inside, and this person asked what was wrong with him and said that kind of behavior isn't normal. We politely explained that he was nervous, as anyone would be with that amount of noise. Acting completely arrogant and patronizing, he claimed that "after working with dogs for years," it wasn't normal for him to bark and act like that. If this person has really worked with animals for as many years as he claims, he would know that every dog is different and they adapt in different ways. First major red flag. This man has zero empathy for animals. We didn't even make it past the parking lot because this person's attitude was telling us: "You can come in, but the dog is not staying here," and "I would have to handle/manipulate him if he were to stay"—the individual's exact words. He would have to "manipulate" him? Truly shocking. With that, he made it crystal clear he had zero intention of understanding the pet's situation, and obviously I would NEVER leave my dog in the care of someone so cruel. I'm leaving a 1-star review only because it won't let me give 0. The mere fact that he didn't even approach the dog to interact or try to bond makes it clear this will NEVER be a safe place for my dog. A shame about the customer service. People like the man who received us should not be running a pet boarding facility. Update: In response to the manager's reply and the comment "tell me why we should waste our time like that": let me tell you that there were 3 other boarding facilities that DID "waste their time" with our pet, and we had friendly, respectful guided tours without any incident whatsoever. You say my comment is mistaken; it is not. It is a criticism of the person who greeted us. Whether you accept the criticism or not is up to you, of course, but it isn't wrong because I am describing the deplorable experience we went through. "Years of experience working with dogs allow us to identify these behaviors, because having a dog at home is not experience"—fair enough. I have had pets at home for 30 years. If I identify that a pet is scared by the environment, I help it; I don't make dismissive comments like the manager did, such as "Pffft... take it from me, what would I know about this, right?" An arrogant and completely unempathetic attitude. "With how much love you claim to have for your dog, I don't understand why, after having such good experiences leaving your loved one with family and friends, you would change now, especially with a dog that has fear and insecurity issues"—if you ask this question to everyone wanting to trust you with their pets, that also tells me how little empathy you have for each family's circumstances. And Kero, my dog, doesn't have fear or insecurity issues. "I'm sure you will find another facility without horrible people like us who refuse to board a dog that is going to have a bad time"—luckily for us, we did find an ideal center that gives us the trust and peace of mind that our little one will be treated very well and won't be "manipulated," as the gentleman who assisted us put it. And having a little girl ask me when we got back to the car, "Why doesn't that man like Kero?" made everything even clearer to me. I confirm that there are facilities—like the ones we visited after the dreadful experience with you—where my little one was happy, enjoyed the space, and where kind people knew how to earn his trust.

We went to visit the place to see if we could board our dog; he is skittish and distrustful. Upon arriving, with so much barking, he got nervous and started barking. The man, very politely, told us that it was not a good attitude, that he didn't feel confident with him, and that he is the one who has to be with the dog. I'm sure it's a great place, but we'll never know. We will look for a place where they can give him that confidence.

The treatment when dropping off my dog by the staff member who assisted us (Silvia's husband, as he told me) was extremely rude, arrogant, and out of line. My family and I couldn't believe his comments, which were made in a cocky way and with bad manners. We left our dog because we had no other choice and because we trusted that the good initial treatment we received over the phone from Silvia would be what our dog would receive. The facilities look barely adequate. To be honest, of all the boarding kennels where I've had to leave my dog in Valencia, Castellón, and Barcelona, this is without a doubt the worst.

Besides the facilities being wonderful, with sun all day long and surrounded by nature, we could see from the very first video we received how much love our dear Banky was getting from Susana (the way she petted him and spoke to him was lovely, and the kitten responded really well). We will definitely bring him back whenever necessary.

We have a dog that doesn't interact well with strangers, but Susana and the team at Can Ninos knew from the very first moment how to handle him so that it wouldn't be problematic, and after several stays with them, we don't even need to keep him on a leash anymore. They are very professional and we totally recommend them.

Beautiful and very well-kept place, the dogs are well sheltered. The only downside and the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they don't send you photos or videos so you can see how your dog is doing. If you call, they tell you how they are—they tell you they're fine, but that's it, nothing more. I think that would be an important area for improvement.

I was a bit uneasy about leaving my dog in a place with cages/kennels. But honestly, it went great. My dog has an issue and is afraid of everything. Maybe being in a kennel wasn't so bad for her because it made her feel secure, with her little bed; that way the animals aren't in any danger (in other situations, if the dog tries to escape it's dangerous, and here that can't happen). Besides, they were very patient with her and gradually helped her gain confidence. In addition, they treated her really well, you can tell they were super affectionate with her, which is what she needs; they only took her out for walks with calm dogs and sent me videos almost every day. My cats were also there and everything was perfect. When I picked them up, they were clean and doing well. I left their own food because I preferred them to eat the same thing, and they did. Great experience!

Zeus is a mixed breed, and it was his first time at Can Ninos. Honestly, when we picked him up, he came out happy and super pleased with the caregivers and with Mireia—it was all kisses and love. I haven't even picked up my two little critters yet, but from the videos they send us of them playing, you can already tell they are doing great! And that's saying a lot, as I had many doubts because one of them is very "difficult" and won't let anyone near him... hence my wonderful surprise when I saw the videos where he was letting all the caretakers pet him. Even though the staff's treatment was very polite, it is still basically a kennel: a giant yard with lots of cages. I don't doubt the staff's good intentions, but for example in my case, I brought the dogs' rug, and what I got back was a rug full of pee and soaked because it had rained, even though it was supposedly in a sheltered area.
