We have left our dog several times and it is 100% recommended. Our dog is very active, and whenever we pick her up, she spends several days sleeping; she plays the whole time there. In addition, the resting area for pets is large and well air-conditioned.

We moved to central Madrid and needed a trustworthy dog boarding/daycare service for our dog, Ash (photo attached). Since we don't have a car, having home pick-up and drop-off service was essential. Following the recommendations of local residents, we contacted Kailo and have already used their services twice. They send us short videos of Ash via WhatsApp during his stay, and he always returns happy and in perfect condition. We are very pleased with the service and will continue relying on them in the future. Highly recommended!

After visiting several places, we chose Kailo because one of the things we liked was that they told us the dogs spend as much time as possible in their play parks. Joaquín, Sergio, and Pablo explained everything wonderfully, and you can tell they really love dogs. They sent us videos so we could see how Badi was doing. I want to give special recognition to this dog boarding facility for the incredible work they do and, above all, for the love and care with which they look after every dog. Mía has undoubtedly had one of the best vacations of her life here. From the very first moment, we felt the peace of mind of knowing she was cared for, attended to, and, most importantly, loved. It's not just about leaving your dog in a safe place, but feeling that she is truly living, enjoying herself, playing, and receiving affection just like at home. The care was exceptional. I want to especially highlight the videos they sent us every day, allowing us to see her happy, enjoying her playtime, her companions, and every moment. For those of us who love our dogs as family members, receiving those clips and seeing how well they are doing is priceless. Thank you for your dedication, your professionalism, your constant attention, and especially for the love with which you treated Mía. It truly shows when someone doesn't just work with animals, but genuinely understands, respects, and loves them. I highly recommend it with absolute confidence. And after seeing how happy Mía was, I can only say one thing: no dog should leave this world without experiencing, at least once, a vacation like this. ❤️🐾 Thank you for giving Mía such a wonderful experience… and giving us the peace of mind knowing she was in the best hands.

From day one, the treatment has been a 10 out of 10. They treat Hacha as if he were their own: they give him his space, take great care of his routine, and on top of that, they keep sending photos and videos so you can see how much fun he's having (which brings immense peace of mind!). Super professional people, they send you videos so you can see how your little critter is doing, AC in the kennels and heating in the winter—I saw the units (I left my big guy there in the summer). The kennels aren't just clean, they're beyond spotless; they disinfect them daily, and they try to let the dogs roam free as much as possible, avoiding the hottest hours of the day, as is normal. Affordable prices for everything they offer, unbeatable service, Joaquín and Sergio are top-notch! Of course, whenever I need to leave my little one again, I won't hesitate! KAILO WITHOUT A DOUBT! Rambo came back delighted from his summer days at Kailo. Before getting into the car to head home, he kept playing for a while around the canine center's garden, walked around the building, and said goodbye to the other dogs, who barked back. A clear sign that he had a great time and made "buddies". I'm sending a video. Rambo is the one in the background, the big one, the mastiff with the German Shepherd coat.

A 10/10. Delighted, and my dogs even more so! It was a real test for the three of us; we have never been separated (only when I go to work) and they have never been away from home without me. My "little one's" trainer recommended it to me and, after the adaptation period that Sergio and Joaquín also recommended, I left them with them for 4 days and they were super happy. As we approached the driveway, they were already whining in the car, eager to arrive. When leaving, every day it was hard to get them back in the car to take them home. A veeeery good sign. Thank you sooooo very much to everyone! I recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back!

I don't usually write reviews, but what we have experienced with Joaquín deserves to be shared. I have a female dog with a strong personality and situations that used to make me tense, especially in spaces with a lot of stimuli: dogs, children, bicycles, people... Today I took her to a park full of all that and, for the first time, I saw her calm, connected with me, and confident. Dogs, children, bikes passed by... and she remained stable, attentive, and balanced. At one point, she approached other dogs playing; she started to go, stopped halfway, and came back to me. No tension, no conflict. She even interacted with a quite intense German Shepherd and managed the situation perfectly, walking away on her own when she no longer wanted to continue. Seeing that was emotional. Beyond techniques or tools, what Joaquín has taught us is clarity, consistency, and leadership. The change has not only been in my dog, but also in me as a handler. Today I was able to enjoy her without that constant worry that something might go wrong. His knowledge, experience, and, above all, genuine commitment to each dog and each family really show. Thank you for giving me back my peace of mind and confidence with Maya. Highly recommended.

We are thrilled with 7 Flechas! 😊 We started with a training program because our little Dachshund needed help—separation anxiety issues, fear aggression, etc., a lot of imbalance; plus, our son was born and it was impossible for them to be together. Joaquín guided us through this process and involved us in everything. Everyone at 7 Flechas helped us so much, Luffy is an infinitely more balanced dog now! 🤎🐾 And well, now our son and he are best friends.👶🏼🐶 We have also boarded Luffy at the dog hotel during holidays and we are THRILLED! And so is Luffy! We can only recommend them to infinity and beyond 🚀🤎🐾

Thank you so much for taking care of our Syko the way you did these past few days, 100% recommended and very professional care, they send photos via WhatsApp or post stories of your dog on Instagram, as long as you consent to it, they helped us and gave us some guidelines to control our dog's allergy. We are very happy to have discovered this place where we can leave our friend without any worries.

I've been leaving my dog Whopper at 7 Flechas for a while now and I couldn't be happier. We started with training due to aggression issues, and now he is a balanced and sociable dog. He goes to daycare from Monday to Thursday and to the boarding facility whenever I travel. He loves it, especially playing in the little pools. I also buy dog food there, and they always help me with any veterinary questions. Highly recommended!

It is our second home for the baby of the family. It has become our go-to, trusted place. For her, just catching the scent of the way to the facility makes her happy… and dog parents know how hard that is to achieve! I love knowing that her days there have structure, that she is cared for with affection, and that she is surrounded by staff trained to handle them. My dog is a rescue, she has a lot of fears and finds it very hard to socialize, so it is deeply rewarding to find places like this that give you total peace of mind, allowing both you and your pup to enjoy the vacation you deserve ☺️ Just look at how relaxed she arrives home after spending a few days at her favorite camp ❣️

We had an excellent experience with this canine center. Initially, we got a recommendation, took our dog for training, and today I see that my dog loves going there. It has a spacious area for the animals, and he truly receives good training and care. My dog came back from training responding very well to commands. Now, besides being a place for training, I also take my dog there for boarding. Highly recommend!

Sometimes it's hard to leave your dogs in other people's hands, but this facility is a safe bet. I have turned to them on several occasions and I can assure you that they have been taken care of extremely well. When I picked them up, they were in excellent condition and happy; I will certainly rely on them again. Thank you Joaquin for conveying the confidence we need and taking such good care of them.

A very good place to leave our dogs in good hands. They keep you updated whenever you need by sending messages and videos. My dog stayed for a week and had a great time along with the other dogs. It's also worth noting that they have very good prices.
