We leave our dog Max whenever we need to. They are very attentive and Max is happy.

I have been leaving my dog here for several years, and he arrives happy as soon as he realizes he's there! Everything is great and all the staff are a 10 out of 10!!!

I have been leaving my dog here for many years, and all I can say is that she arrives excited and happy every time I take her.

The treatment and care of the animals is outstanding. The facilities are spacious, secure, and clean. All of this makes it, overall, a highly recommended center for our pets.

It was our first time with our dog and we will 100% come back. The treatment was wonderful and our dog was super happy, which is what's important.

Very happy, we found out about Vallecan through some friends, and we will definitely repeat. Our dog, Cairo, stayed for three days and you can tell he had a great time. We also requested the bath service and he came back home squeaky clean and doing great. Very good, we will be back many times.
