Highly recommended. I left my two oldest dogs for almost a month and they were wonderfully taken care of. Even though they are both cases requiring a lot of medication—one of which is only for specific situations—there was no problem at all. I consider them great professionals who truly know how to do their job well. It is not the kind of boarding facility where they will call you unless it is necessary, nor will they send you pictures, but it is a place where you can have peace of mind because they will look after your pets with affection and professionalism. I called them occasionally, always being respectful and keeping in mind that they are very busy in August, and even so, they answered and kindly let me know how my dogs were doing. We were extremely happy, we will definitely return and recommend this place; it's one of the best they have ever stayed at. They came out greeting the staff and even looking back to go inside again.

The best daycare to leave your pet at! Mine is always thrilled to stay; honestly, when he sees we are arriving he whines with excitement, and as soon as they open the door, he doesn't even look back! Juan and his team are fantastic! I recommend it 200%

100% recommended place. It was the first time I left my two dogs and I left feeling very calm because the staff working there are extremely kind and explain everything wonderfully. In addition, they send you photos or answer anything you need during your vacation. They have plenty of land for them to run around and separate spaces in case they cannot be with other dogs. A great experience. We will definitely repeat. Very grateful.

Degrading. After calling to ask if I could bring my dogs and being given the guidelines, vaccination requirements, etc., I had everything in order, yet they claimed the vaccination record was incomplete (rabies vaccine administered with its 2025 stamp and the license number of the clinic where it was done). The person who assisted me spoke to me extremely arrogantly; basically, we made the trip to drop off the dogs and had to take them right back with us because their desire to work was zero. And after this, reading the reviews, thank goodness we didn't leave them, because the last thing I want is for my dogs to go hungry or be left alone, when what we look for in these places is care while we're away. Save yourself the trip, 0% recommended.
