Very good attention from Olga, we took our little dog for the first time and the truth is we left very happy. We will repeat!

Super friendly with me as a client, but above all with my dogs. They look super handsome and were taken care of really well. My dog is 14 years old, and grooming was always an issue. Today when I went to pick him up, he was calm, relaxed, happy, and super handsome. Super grateful for this new grooming salon discovery.

I took Nemo to Olga's grooming salon because he was always scared of getting a haircut. Olga is a sweetheart, very loving with the dogs, and as soon as she held him in her arms I knew I could trust her. Nemo stays calm when I leave him at Casa Can and comes out so happy when I go to pick him up. In addition, Casa Can offers other services, not just grooming, and it has a shop where you will find things that are as beautiful as they are practical, like the purple bed I bought for Nemo the last day I took him to the salon, very soft and warm. In one of the photos, Nemo after the haircut Olga gave him, posing with Halloween decorations. I definitely recommend this dog grooming salon because Olga's treatment of the dogs is wonderful. You can tell she really loves animals.

Everything was awful. My dog went in for a bath and a haircut and came back with a cut on his ear. They didn't tell me anything, and when I complained, the owners became aggressive.

The dog was taken in for a grooming/haircut, and came back with wounds on its ears; in an attempt to hide them, the facility cauterized them without permission or training. They also didn't inform us about these injuries upon pickup, and when we complained, we were met with terrible customer service. This service is not recommended.

Today was my puppy's first time at the groomer. Olga is an excellent professional and so sweet with the dogs.

Zatch couldn't look any more handsome. Olga is a sweetheart and a true professional; with the amount of hair our dog accumulates, she does an amazing job. You can tell she loves her work, and every time we take Zatch there we leave thrilled!

Today we had a grooming and styling appointment. It was Rio's first bath at just 5 months old. We once tried bathing him at home, but come on, it took 3 hours minimum and drying him was almost impossible, so we didn't even consider it a real bath hahaha. But today with Olga, despite Rio's panic over the noises of the dryer and the bathtub, in just 50 minutes he was washed, dried, and brushed. I spent those 50 minutes watching Olga work; it's not easy at all, especially when a 16 kg critter keeps trying to escape, but not for a single second did she stop talking to him sweetly so he would calm down. The work she did even moved me💛💛💛💛

Hi Olga, I owed you this review from 08/14. You cut my dog's hair, her name is Mía. She's 7 years old, but we had never dared to have anyone cut her hair before. The experience was very good; you really know how to win them over and keep them calm with you. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much!!

Excellent service. I took my 11-month-old dachshund and Olga treated her even better than we do, with so much love. I will definitely be back in the future.

Lucky always looks so handsome when Olga takes care of him; she is very pleasant and loving with the dogs. She is very attentive upon arrival, asking how you like it and what you want done with your dog. It's the only place where they remove the dead hairs from inside his ears 😘

After 14 years of taking my dog daughter to the same grooming salon, I admit that it was really hard for me to dare to change and trust someone new. But I am so glad I took the plunge. Olga treated Cuki with incredible affection, patience, and sensitivity, taking into account her age, her deafness, and all her health issues. You can tell when someone works with animals and, above all, when they do it with love and understanding that for us they aren't just dogs, they are part of the family. Olga, thank you so much for treating her with such care, having so much patience with her, and leaving her looking so pretty. Without a doubt, we will be back now that we have found our go-to groomer in Madrid 🐶💕
