Residencia canina 3 patas

We have left our two dogs at 3 Patas several times this year. They go and come back very happy. We always receive a video during their stay, and you can tell they are happy and well-integrated. We are very satisfied with their service overall.

My experience with Residencia Canina 3 Patas has been very negative, and I would not leave my dog there again. I boarded Coffee Apollo from July 24 to August 6, 2026. During his stay, I specifically asked how he was doing, and they replied that he was fine and that everything was going well. However, when I picked him up, he had visible wounds and scabs on both ears as well as injuries on his paws. Approximately 30 minutes after picking him up, I sent the facility a photograph of the injuries via WhatsApp. The next day I had to take him to the vet, where they confirmed erythema and wounds on his ears and prescribed treatment. What worries me most is not only that my dog came out with these injuries, but that no incidents were communicated to me during the entire stay, even though the boarding facility advertises on its website that their staff is attentive to any anomaly and will notify the owner if they detect anything. I filed a formal complaint. The company maintains that they did not detect any incidents during the stay, and their insurer refused to cover the expenses. I finally had to file a complaint with Consumer Protection of the Community of Madrid. After this experience, I personally cannot recommend this facility. When I leave my dog in the care of professionals, I expect not just lodging, but supervision, care, and to be informed if any problem arises.

They seemed like very nice and professional people to me. They sent me videos of my dog whenever I asked, and he seemed very well. If I need it again, I have no doubt that I will trust TRES PATAS once more. Thank you.

Sully stayed there for a few days and came back happy, clean, calm... Just by meeting Esther I already knew he would be delighted, and I wasn't wrong. I will bring him back every chance I get because, out of all the places he's stayed, this is 100% the best.

Very happy with Horus's boarding. I was scared to leave him because he is still a puppy, but the care was excellent. I will definitely use 3 patas again in the future 🐶✨

We left our Maltese, Lucas, at this boarding facility for the first time for a week, and the experience couldn't have been more positive. On the third day, we contacted them to see how he was adjusting, and they sent us a video where we saw him happy and fitting right in. When we picked him up he was happy, we will definitely be back!! NOT recommended! Even as an existing client, they have very little empathy for people. I had a booking made months in advance since I had taken her there the year before; two days prior, I had a family issue that prevented me from taking my pet to the boarding facility, and their response was that they were keeping my money due to their cancellation policy. So, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend taking a pet there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic experience at Residencia Canina 3 Patas. Right from the start, you can see the affection, care, and professionalism with which they look after the dogs. We felt very reassured knowing our little one was in good hands. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🐶❤️
