I left my little dog for a month due to vacation and they returned her to me a complete disaster, a schnauzer that now looks like a rat, with no eyebrows and no beard. I dropped her off in her travel crate and they gave her back to me with nothing, hurt with a wooden splinter in one of her paws that hurts at the slightest touch. In short, I do not recommend it at all; I feel that, for a first time, it was an unpleasant experience. I will never leave her there again because I believe they are not suited for small or delicate dogs.

I'm not really sure how to rate this dog boarding facility. I'm happy with how they treated me and the communication (they were always in touch with me and sending videos), but honestly, I don't know what quality of care my dog actually received. He came back very thin, with moderate liquid diarrhea, and feeling very down. I don't know if this series of issues was just a coincidence or if my dog simply didn't adjust well (he has a very nervous temperament), but I think they could have at least informed me about the diarrhea and noticed that his spine and ribs were sticking out (and he is already a lean breed to begin with). They also told me that my dog bit a caretaker when they tried to pick him up, even though he has never bitten anyone and is super friendly with people. I don't know what to think either, because I don't believe a dog bites without a reason. In conclusion, I'm not entirely dissatisfied, but I don't think dogs receive dedicated attention tailored to their needs here, just general care. ————————————- Replying to the response they gave me (which I didn't see at the time), here is an update on what happened: I had to take my dog to the vet and they had to prescribe medication because he had severe diarrhea and was still very skinny. And although I can't say for sure what happened there with the staff, my dog came home terrified of being touched; he would duck his head every time I came close. I didn't think much of it at the time because my experience with dogs was very limited since I had never owned one, but it is clear that this reaction is not normal for him or any dog. That being said, I have never taken him back.

Personally, I didn't like it at all. Everything was full of mud and water; every time I went, there was a different dog limping or something else wrong. The patio doors were half-broken, and the fences were broken and chewed on by the dogs (understandably so). The workers looked like bankrupt bricklayers; it's deplorable, I do not recommend it. My pets came out wet, covered in a lot of mud, one with worms, and very thin. Hygiene: 0. I went with family members to look from the outside, and in the back they had piles of bags, bed frames in poor condition, and wet mattresses left out in the elements in terrible shape. I spoke with the nearby neighbors and they told me they heard loud shouting every day, and someone mentioned that sticks and other things sometimes flew across the grounds, who knows what else happens or what else I should tell. My experience with these people was dreadful. Poor little animals, I wonder how they cope there. Mine are now at another place with green areas, sleeping with heating, good rooms, and proper care.

I have been bringing my dog here since he was 3 months old. My trust was always fully and completely placed in David. Suddenly, without warning, they close the physical location, but tell you that they will still take your dog... 20 days before needing their services, I texted him and we agreed on dates, schedules, and times... The day arrives and I go to the location at 7:30 am as agreed to drop off my dog, just like I had always done... 1 hour later after insisting, David finally answers, surprising me with the news that they were closed in Madrid and that I was out of the loop! But how was I supposed to know if he didn't tell me and we had formally agreed on bringing him my dog (I even forwarded him the conversation)?... I had to travel that day and he knew it! In the end, I had to take my dog on the trip with me, and fortunately, I found a dog boarding place that was beyond incredible, with a huge mountain space and 24/7 care. I left him there for the whole week I had to be away for work; they listened to my urgency and need since the hotel I booked didn't allow pets and I was traveling for business... I was able to solve it at the last minute, but David put me in a bind and a complicated situation. It seemed very unprofessional and showed a huge lack of care on his part, especially since I was already a regular customer (and even if I wasn't)... I will NEVER go back, he lost a customer! I have found more dog daycares and every day there are more and better options... I do NOT recommend it, he leaves you stranded! If you can choose another option—and there are plenty—do it.

Because of my new job, I had to find a daycare for my husky puppy. He is not the kind of dog that should be cooped up between four walls, and out of all the options I saw, I think I made a great choice. What convinces me the most is the price per night, since in Madrid city they charge abusive rates between 30 and 50 euros per night. Jaska, my husky, deserved to be out in open fields, playing with other dogs and having fun while I work; in the summer it was the ideal boarding facility for him since Manzanares is cooler than Madrid, featuring a pool and plenty of room to run all over the property. Whenever I could, David allowed me to visit my dog and take him for a walk around the reservoir. With so many furry friends around, it's completely normal that keeping everything under control can be complicated for him and the other staff. Regarding meals, I can understand that his stool might be a bit looser when he gets back home, and it's also understandable that sticking to the exact feeding schedule we keep is difficult, but after a few days his stool goes back to normal. Another plus: my dog is in great shape from all the activity. I fully understand that neutering is best for them; I can easily imagine that nobody wants to find their female dog pregnant or see male dogs drawing blood due to testosterone, hormones, and territorial disputes. In fact, my neighbors recommended neutering my dog so he can make more friends and socialize better. I also don't think it makes sense to send toys to daycare to keep the dog happy; on the contrary, dogs want each other's toys and that can trigger violent fights. It would also be good for owners to take their pets to trainers from an early age so they learn rules, shed their nervousness, and learn how to socialize with other breeds early on; otherwise, a daycare is not the ideal place to leave a dog. Whenever he could, David kindly sent me videos of Jaska having fun. Whether you are driving out to the daycare or having them pick up and drop off your dog, it's always best to let him know a day in advance or a couple of hours ahead on the same day. It's understandable that with so much work he might forget things, but he always responds with great respect. If an item belonging to my dog gets lost, I understand and just buy it again (not that I'm rich or a millionaire, but I try to understand his job). To top it off, whether I drive him there myself—he recognizes the daycare from afar and pulls me toward it because he loves the place—or they come pick him up, he sits happily waiting for the van and hops right in without even looking back to say goodbye. That clearly shows he has a wonderful time there.

Highly recommend this daycare. David is a friendly and charismatic gentleman with pets. Our dog Jaska goes happily, enjoys this wonderful place, and returns home very content. Thank you, David. Our dog enjoys your daycare and the care you give him is excellent. Thank you so much for everything... And we will keep bringing Jaska, he is very happy there. Thank you.

I am happy with David because he is very nice! He treats and trains dogs very well. At least with mine, a poodle that used to bark a lot, since I started taking him there he hasn't barked at any other dog again. I'm pleased, he sends me videos. 😊 He has been there 2 times and this is the third.

I left my dog (a potentially dangerous breed) and they had no problem with it, nor did they prejudge what kind of dog she was. Both David and his colleagues were lovely with her. If I have to leave her again, it will definitely be with them.

Super happy with the care given to Apolo, he is a border collie with A LOT of fear and David has known how to handle him from day 1, and Apolo is doing much better since I started bringing him, definitely 100% recommended.

Excellent value for money! I urgently needed boarding due to an unforeseen event, and they were able to give me a spot for my puppy and took very good care of him.

I would like to reply to the owner of the dog daycare to clarify the facts, as this situation was formally resolved with evidence and witnesses, and the resolution was as follows: - The bite was caused by a Beagle; that animal was under the care of the daycare worker at that moment, who was not properly fulfilling their duties, as they were smoking and not actively supervising. Therefore, I repeat, I was NOT bitten by my own dog. - At that time, my dog was a Husky puppy of a few months—specifically 6 months old, not two years old as you claim, which was proven by the medical report and the dog's birth records. - Furthermore, if a two-year-old Husky had bitten me as you say, the injuries would have been much more severe; please, I reiterate, stop making things up. - At no point did I go to your facility to ask for money; I went to ask for the details of the dog's owner, which you provided. That is how the entire incident was resolved with evidence and proof: since it was proven with evidence that I was the victim, I was compensated as legally established. - Another fact I would like to point out is that my dog is not banned from the park; I simply stopped going because of people like you and your employees who don't know how to do their jobs. One person cannot watch so many dogs at once in an open area because things like this happen. - Lastly, of course you don't have any injuries caused by my dog, because he ran to hide behind me and that is why the other dog bit me. I was leaning against the fence supervising; I did not recklessly stick my knee into a fight because there was NO fight. That dog lunged at mine, and as it happened, because he was just a puppy at the time, I repeat, he came behind his owner as is normal, and the Beagle bit my knee. I would like to emphasize that the response from your employee was appalling, because following the incident and seeing that I was injured, he decided to leash up all the dogs he had—about 5 of them—and left in a huge hurry, abandoning me in the park with the witnesses. Please stop making up situations that are not true because there are witnesses, and as I have already stated, this was formally resolved. I have no problem showing you the paperwork that makes what happened completely clear, since there is PROOF and there are WITNESSES.

I have left my little dog at this doggy daycare several times and it has always been a very good experience. They send me photos and videos where she looks happy and really enjoying herself. It is like a camp for her; you can see her running freely around the property with the other dogs, and she comes home tired but happy. I totally recommend it!

I have taken my dog Toby there twice. The first experience was honestly very good, I can't complain, but the second one not so much. I went so they could watch him for a couple of hours, and there were two people who didn't welcome him nicely. When I went to pick Toby up that same day, I noticed he had eaten a different kind of food (or something else) because his stomach was very upset and his stool was a different color. I didn't say anything because it honestly seemed 'normal' given that there are many dogs and the food is right there. When I got home, I saw that Toby had been bitten on the nose and had scratches on the back of his legs, which is something that can happen, but ideally they should notify you when you pick him up. And just yesterday, the worst and final experience: I sent a WhatsApp message to David at 2 AM because an emergency came up and I needed to leave Toby with someone and have it confirmed first thing in the morning. I am aware it is not an appropriate hour to send a WhatsApp message, but as I mentioned before, it was an EMERGENCY, and besides, their website states they are open 24/7. I was shocked to receive an extremely rude message from David, saying that emergencies wait for normal hours and that if I brought him the dog he wouldn't accept him, that he has the right of admission and that I should find another daycare—really rude things. I think it's awful that someone providing a service, especially of this kind, responds that way just because of a desperate message sent at 2 AM looking for someone to take care of my dog. TERRIBLE AND FINAL EXPERIENCE.
